My biggest gripe with the finale is that they spent way too much time trying to redeem Alaric and give him a proper sendoff. Like I get that the school is partially his and whatnot, but it almost felt like they were trying to preserve the character for this supposed spin-off people keep talking about and........ I want to die a little if that’s where this is going.
