HEY CASS HEY PAL YES YOU NEED TO GET INTO IT OH MY GOD!!

so it’s this show about a hidden time war 😌 and four paper girls (you know. girls that. deliver. papers) that accidentally get caught in the crossfire <3. it’s FULL of representation the main leads are a chinese girl a black girl and two queer kids one of which is jewish too! it starts in the 88 but the story kind of develops also in 2019 and the 99 because time travel and stuff! the soundtrack is amazing i’ve not stopped listening to it for weeks. and it’s based on the comics by brain k. vaughn! it’s SO good it touches on things that usually shows don’t talk about or acknowledge at all and the story is so fucking good you can take so much stuff from it. if you want to laugh it’s going to make you laugh. if you want found family it’s got found family and a healthy friendship between four girls. as one of the actresses said it doesn’t shove girl power in your face but it’s got girls doing things that usually boys do and it’s SO good the characters are all so likeable and it’s either a good weekend binge or something to obsess about forever (it’s the latter for me 😔). ANYWAYS SORRY YOU DIDN’T ASK FOR A RANT BUT I 100% RECOMMEND

The Czech Republic are sending Vesna with My Sister's Crown to Eurovision! This wasn't exactly unexpected, considering how much of the vote came from the fans, but I'm still very happy with the result,I did also vote for it! Of course, being a fan favourite doesn’t necessarily translate into a good result at contest, but I think this has the potential to do well. I'm excited to see how they bring it to the Eurovision stage!
