I remember watching a review on a horror movie called Hereditary about this family being tortured by King Paimon, and it made me realize that the movie portrayed Paimon much better than Vivziepop did. I even saw people make art of their own depictions of Paimon, and they're more accurate than Viv's version of him.

This is what King Paimon looks like according to the Lesser Key of Solomon. He is depicted as a man riding on a dromedary. Meanwhile, Vivziepop drew him to be an owl. The only similarities between her version of Paimon and Paimon in the Ars Goetia are that they're both wearing a crown, as well as being of royalty status.

From what I've researched about Paimon, he's the most obedient to Lucifer out of the kings of Hell, due to the fact that he's also a fallen angel and fell at the same time Lucifer did. Also, I didn't find anything that states that Paimon had children in the Lesser Key of Solomon, compared to his Helluva Boss counterpart, who has multiple children besides Stolas.

It's clear that Viv didn't get herself a copy of the book and probably just googled random demons up and made shit up along the way. I'm not sure if Paimon will appear again in Helluva Boss, and if so, I'm not sure if she will add the fact that Paimon is Lucifer's most loyal devotee like how it's mention in the book. I have no hopes that Helluva Boss (and Hazbin Hotel) will ever get any redemption down the line.

Out of all the powers that the demons in the Goetia have, no one really expects "reconciling friendships and other relationships," but there are at least four demons in the book that perform that function.

Today would be a great day to commit to some writing, especially in regards to poetry or diary work. Take a trip down memory lane and have a good look at where you have come from and how far you have come now. Look at your past and relationships and see how it has or hasn't affected you along your journey, for good or ill. Maybe it will give you some good inspiration for a poem or story, or perhaps writing it in a diary could help you process what has taken place. It is also a great day to get your ideas out there in the world, it's likely whatever it is that you need to communicate will be taken well on this day. In regards to those who have done you wrong in the past it is likely with a clever word you could trick or convince them to change their tone about you and speak good words to your name.

The copy of the Goetia I use the most

I talk a lot about what my favorite copy of the Goetia is, but it's not the copy I use the most. The copy I use the most is here and it's been there since the 90s. The code has never been updated. It looks like a GeoCities page. And I appreciate its fast load time, consistency, and lack of inline seals. It is the most dependable version of the book I can find, as it is always there and can be loaded on the slowest of devices and connections. I don't need to put rocks on it to hold it open. I can text search the whole thing at once for any term. I can make the text bigger. The pages don't get stuck together and there's no app for me to juggle. I use my books, I use all kinds of tools, but I probably use this webpage more than any of them.

How do you feel about the goetia or demonology in general?

I love the occult in general because it takes itself very seriously but is completely absurd and filled with silly guys like Glasya-Labolas here:

This fluffy demon is a "Mighty President and Earl" of Hell who takes "the form of a Dog with Wings like a Gryphon. He teacheth all Arts and Sciences in an instant, and is an Author of Bloodshed and Manslaughter." But he can also make friends and foes love you and turn people invisible.

It's terrific.
