Day 0 - Introduction and Team Sorting

WELCOME TO TOTAL DRAMA SIMS! The hottest new reality TV show on Simblr. I'm your host jonquilyst, and starting today 14 teenagers will gather to put their wits, guts, and strength to the test to see who can survive and persevere the longest. Buckle up, 'cause it's gonna be totally, absolutely insane!

Allow me to also welcome you to Camp Simsanakwa! Located somewhere along the coast of Brindleton Bay, this crappy summer camp will be our 14 contestants' new home! Here’s a little tour:

We've got the basic necessities here: 2 cabins (one for each team) with 2 rooms each, a mess hall for everyone's lounging and culinary needs, and of course bathrooms for everyone to do their business!

But the most exciting part is the campfire, where everyone will face the judgement of their fellow contestants, and the Dock of Shame, where losers will say goodbye to Total Drama Sims!

Now, our 14 contestants have arrived. Allow me to formally introduce our two teams: THE SCREAMING LLAMAS AND THE KILLER COWPLANTS!

no because im just thinking about how the fact that logan doesn't get ill would make him the best partner when you're ill :(

like he would give you so many cuddles and kisses because he knows he won't catch it and if you're freezing he'll put some fluffy socks on you and tuck your sweatpants into them and then use his constantly warm body as your personal hot water bottle :(

im so sick over a man who doesn't exist its not funny any more!! and idc that he's technically a weapon, he is a softie underneath it all and everyone that disagrees can argue w the wall!!

honey you are the cutest thing, this is so good! (especially because i'm dying from a summer cold right now hehe)

logan is absolutely the type to secretly love when your nose gets all red from tissues, though he'll consistently chastize you for rubbing your nose raw :( but it's okay because he'll always kiss your nose after <3

and if you try to get up and do work while you're sick? good luck! he is on your ass the entire day, and if he hears shuffling from your room, he's at your door, "what'dya think you're doin little miss?" and with a guiding tongue click "c'mon, back to bed, you know better, no arguing with the nurse" just to hear you giggle & it makes his heart shatter :(( you look so tired and uncomfy but hearing your congested giggle makes him feel a mix of relief that you're in good spirits, and sadness that you're not feeling as amazing as he thinks you are :((

i also feel that he'll just stay awake while you nap, running his hands over your (slightly sweaty, unfortunately) hair and humming to himself. humming so low you could barely hear it. deep, grovely, but my god. so loving.

he remembers his mother doing this for him when he was a sickly kid, and he remembers the joy and comfort of someone just being there. and even if this is just a little flu, he tells himself that he'll never leave you— sniffles, coughing & all <3

Price's clan being one of wanderers, people who never had much family, orphans, those affected by the RDA's destruction of Pandora.

The clan took in many who were alone, Price being one of these orphans who was raised, his own clan being killed off by sickness. Price eventually became someone the People looked to and valued, He wasn't Olo'eyktan but a warrior.

Ghost being Reef Na'vi raised by the Forest Na'vi of Price's clan. He's very notable to the RDA scientists for this and they always wondered how he ended up with the Forest Na'vi instead of with another reef clan.

While Ghost is rather large he's very agile and quiet. Unsurprising he's the best swimmer out of the clan and did a lot of fishing and gathering from waterways. He does miss the sea but hasn't made the effort to return, rather stay with Price and the clan that took him in.

The Ghost Clan are Forest People, living in the plains primarily. Elias moved them there, after the forest they lived in for generations was burned down. That is where his mate died, and his children and people will not suffer the same fate.

They live in caves, sometimes in tree groves. They move often, the hunters do. The children, elderly, live in their most secure camps. Elias' sons spent their lives in the forest until their early teens, then being moved to the plains.

Hesh took on the role of Logan's shadow. He's very protective over his brother and is quick to jump to his defense. Logan was much too curious to stay where it was safe, so Hesh didn't really have a choice on leaving his brother alone.

Graves' avatar mercs are primarily Forest Na'vi, but he's been investing in Reef avatars. Graves has his own avatar, this avatar being one of the older ones that were first developed for the Avatar Program. He funds a lot of it, meaning Laswell often has to listen to him.

Awww I love your baby loscar au so much!

I can't stop thinking about how you said Logan is a more nervous baby and gets over stimulated at the races and I've just got the image of his first GP and George and Alex are kinda optimistic because he's been quite an easy baby so far but they barely make it an hour into media day before Logan has the worst meltdown ever! There's too many people around, its noisy and he gets too warm in his onsie and is just screaming! Poor George and Alex get flustered which obviously only makes Logan worse

If anyone has ever taken or seen a baby at their first crowded event, it's a lot. It's like taken a newborn on their first flight. They're in pain and uncomfortable and the parents are so panicked that it scares the baby even more. I have all the sympathy in the world for them.

Logan is taken to his first GP 1.5 months after they adopted him. They wanted him to get situated and comfortable with them and the teams in Grove and Brackley before attending a GP. When asking team members, they were given a variety of advice. Some said their child slept the whole time and was unaware/uncaring about the crowds while other's said they couldn't bring their kids since it would be too much for them.

Logan was also nervous with the teams but he quickly got used to them. However, the caveat for Logan was that his parents were in eyesight. So going into media day, it was Logan, Alex, and George. They had also hired a nanny in case. The cameras and reporters crowded them, obviously all curious about the newest little addition to the paddock. Logan just hid his face in George's arms as they walked through.

It was a hot day and babies don't have the greatest temperature regulation so he is slowly heating up. however, they get into the hospitality before Logan can get too fussy. Logan is left at Williams and the nanny takes over. At first it was going fine, the baby was fed, changed and nap and Alex is back and forth watching him.

It isn't until an hour before media commitment that Logan has the mother-of-all meltdowns. Alex, George and Logan were having lunch outside when the noise, and heat, and just the presence of other people sent Logan into a fit of crying.

Screaming, wailing, refusing to be soothed. It was all there at the two, who thought they had been doing so well were unable to comfort their child. At some point, Logan's cries would die down into a coughing fit before starting again. Alex is starting to panic and George genuinely thinks there might be something wrong and they have to go to the medic tent immediately.

There's about 15 minutes left before both of them have to make it to media commitment when the nanny takes over and sends them to wash up. Alex needs to splash cold water on his face from how red and puffy his eyes are and George needed that and a change of clothes.

The pair spent the next 2 hours of media duties the most anxious they have ever been. Alex isn't as talkative and George is fumbling over words, both concerned with the baby they left behind. By the time they get back, Logan is in new clothes and had been put down for a nap.

After this, Logan spends most of his time in the drivers room or just with the Williams team. They limit the amount of time he is outside and tend to eat lunch in their own driver rooms or motor homes. It was mainly through practice and Jenson Button's kidnapping attempts that helped Logan be more comfortable around people. They also pair him up with Oscar in hopes of making certain places easier for both babies to get used to.

There was little Oscar ever got to keep to himself. 

It seemed that as he moved throughout the world of motorsport that list only grew smaller and smaller. Now, with cameras watching his every move, and commentators dissecting his every action - it felt like Oscar couldn’t even breathe. He knew that he didn’t have it as bad as Charles or Max, but it felt like there was always another person around the corner, just waiting for him. Was he so wrong to be tired of it?

Was he so wrong to want -?

“And here is the car for the year!” A chipper voice rang out through the bustling movement of the garage, “We’ve made several changes this year and are extremely confident in the car’s performance this year!”

He looked over his shoulder and there she was. 

Walking around with an Alpine guide - Amanda - with a V.I.P pass swinging around her neck. She trailed light fingers over the Alpine car, tracing the stickers and logos that sat atop the blue paint. Her eyes were fixed on the car, looking over the groves of the chassis and wings. There were a few people behind her, huddled around the opening of the garage, trying to make themselves as small as possible. 

Oscar had to hold in a laugh.

He could practically hear the muttering of the mechanics as they slipped past. There was nothing they hated more than random people in their space as they were trying to work, but V.I.P. tours were an essential part of marketing, or so Oscar had been told. It wasn’t like he paid much attention at those meetings anyway. 

He was only a reserve driver. 

There is not much for him to do besides sit there, maybe test a few laps, and sit some more. But being signed to a team was better than floating around in the nothingness, just waiting for a slot to open up. At least here, he had access to cars, to simulators, to the numbers - he could prepare himself for next year.

Amanda rounded the expanse of the car, gesturing to Oscar with a bright smile, “This is Oscar, our reserved drive for this year!”

Her eyes found him in a second. Oscar had never known how terribly wonderful it is to have someone’s full attention. With her gaze on him, he fought the urge to turn away, bright eyes staring straight through him. 

Her walk to him is slow, and Oscar can hardly hold his breath. 

She’s beautiful. 

“The Formula 2 Champion?”

Oscar nearly chokes on his spit, twisting around so that he can face her. He is so very sure he has stopped breathing. He has never been the best with new people, always keeping his friends close and outsiders as far as possible. Logan said it was the first time that the Motorsport world had ever been given an introverted Aussie. It was just who he was. 

“Yes!” Amanda’s smile grew even wider, “We’re very lucky to have such talent on our side this year.”

Oscar was still perched atop his stool, hunched over the monitors. She finally got close enough and he rushed to stand, nearly tripping over himself. She let out a bark of laughter. 

Her voice rang throughout the garage, dancing through the air. Her laugh was beautiful. 

“Sorry…” He muttered, straightening his jacket. The bright blue fabric suddenly felt too big on him, his pants too loose. He wasn’t dressed well enough to meet her. Thoughts began to swirl around his mind, never had he been one to care about appearances. Never had Oscar been the kind of guy who cared what others thought, but her opinion was suddenly the only one he wanted to hear. 

It was ridiculous. 

“Oscar,” He offered his hand and, for a moment, she just watched him. Her eyes traced over his body and up to his face. He felt like he was on fire, the drum of his heartbeat loud in his ears. Then, like the ocean crashing in at high tide, she put her hand in his. 

“A pleasure to meet you, Oscar.”

She added her name to the end, pulling her hand back with a small smile. There was a bright red blush that spread over her face, blossoming across her cheeks and ears. He hadn’t realized that he said her name aloud. 

It was finally his turn to laugh, “I - I’m sorry, did I say it wrong?”

“No,” She held up a defensive hand, trying to cover her widening smile, “It was perfect.”

She was perfect. 

Oscar opened his mouth once more, but Amanda popped her head between them. 

“I am so sorry to interrupt, but we have to move on,” She shot Oscar an apologetic look, shrugging her shoulders. 

“Of course!” She moved away from him, turning on her heel. The sun hit her skin, dancing across her clothes with the wind tangled in her hair. Oscar couldn’t stop staring. 

He was an idiot. 

He had just met her and already, he was an idiot. 

“It was nice to meet you, Oscar,” She muttered, her voice nearly swallowed by the roaring fans behind her, but Oscar heard. 

“Nice to meet you too…”

And she was gone. 

Whisked away out the garage doors, her small group following behind her. The tide had come and gone, Oscar had never realized how much he could miss the sea. 

Oscar was never one to know or care much about love - he’d liked people, but never had he felt like this. His heart was thundering within his ribs, it was a bit terrifying. Was it that simple? Loving someone? Surly not, there had to be more, didn’t there? He turned back around, trying to ignore the knowing looks of the engineers and mechanics around him. 

Already she was out in the open. He let out a sigh, what was he thinking?

He couldn’t love someone like that. People like her deserved someone -

“Oscar!” 

Oscar spun around, and it was her. 

The beautiful, beautiful girl from earlier. Her pass dangled from her hand, and the lanyard twisted around her fingers. Oscar hadn’t realized he was standing and walking towards her until he was in front of her, muttering out a simple, “Yes?”

“I know you must be busy,” She started, wringing her fingers, “But, well - I was wondering if you ever did get a moment alone, you could spend it with me…?”

Oscar had no words, trying to swallow the lump in his throat. 

The doubt was quick to work across her face, “But I know that this must be an insane time of year for you guys, so don’t feel -”

“I’d love to.”

He doesn’t have time to be embarrassed. He doesn’t have time to lament over the fact that one day, this will be exposed for everyone to see. He doesn’t because she stands before him with the smallest smile and she rolls into his life like the tides. 

He knows she’ll have to be with the sea, but for this moment he wants to keep her with him. Just the two of them. Just for now. 

“I would absolutely love to.”

Just for now.

Day 28 - Finale

After weeks of battle, triumph, drama, and other teenager shenanigans, it is finally time to crown the winner of Total Drama Sims!!

Our finalists are Lilium Pond and Dahlia Grove. These two have outlasted everyone else and now, all of the eliminated contestants will be coming together to vote for a winner as a jury! Votes will be public, so you will know who votes for who.

Voting will go from the bottom of the leaderboard up (aka last place to the most recently eliminated), and will be confessional-style to make up for those who never had a confessional while on Total Drama Sims. So, without further ado, let's determine our winner!!

apparently Esteban even did a seat fit at grove…

yes he did, there are also reports that he had private testing with the FW46, although i doubt this. they were really serious about this move. it’s just sad that no matter how good Logan performs for the rest of they year, he’s already a goner. personally i already accepted that but i did not expect Williams to try to replace him midseason. that team can’t be trusted.
