8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
¼ cup keto-friendly sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh raspberries for topping
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a crust.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Cut into bite-sized squares and top each square with a fresh raspberry.
