Capcom Spotlight + Monster Hunter Wilds Showcase set for February 4 - Gematsu

Capcom will host a Capcom Spotlight broadcast followed directly by a Monster Hunter Wilds Showcase on February 4 at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET / February 5 at 7:00 JST, the company announced. You will be able to watch it on YouTube (English, Japanese).

The 35-minute broadcast will feature “back-to-back info about all that’s coming from Capcom,” including Monster Hunter Wilds, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Capcom Fighting Collection 2, and Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, followed by further information on Monster Hunter Wilds with producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, including the latest trailer and details about the second open beta test.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics ‘Title Update’ launches April 16, adds offline versus and more - Gematsu

Capcom will release a title update for Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics on April 16 that adds various new features, including a version select option for X-Men vs. Street Fighter, resolution option for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and offline versus play for all titles.

X-Men vs. Street Fighter

Version Select – Select which version to play for X-Men vs. Street Fighter. Chose between versions 960910, 961004, and 961023.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes

Resolution Option – Change the resolution for Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes. Increase graphics quality for smoother game visuals.

General

-Offline Versus – Play Versus Mode in all fighting titles. Battle to your heart’s content!

-Menu Button Settings – Menus during online play can now be opened with a long press to avoid accidental inputs.

-Game Reset – Reset the game directly from the pause menu.

-New Artwork – View new artwork by Capcom artist Shinkiro.

-Bonus Tracks – Groove out to remixes of classic songs by CAP-JAMS from the Capcom Sound Team.

After 30 years we finally get a home console release of the arcade version, full longplay, playthrough, walkthrough, guide & gameplay as Frank Castle The Punisher. This team up with Nick Fury is a fantastic scrolling beat'em up and one that draws from a number of comic story and characters at the time. The idea for the story seems based very loosely on an unfinished comic called Punisher / Nick Fury : Rules of the Game which saw the two characters team up.
