DAYUUUM sends abdomen rutine

HAHA thank you sweetheart, I do a lot of weightlifting in addition to my core routine, but here's my usual routine, this is great for anyone, but in particular transmascs that want a more masculine abdomen! :

1. Weighted Russian Twists- I do these with a medicine ball but you can do it with a dumbbell or without weight at all. 10 reps each side

2. Plank- focus on tilting your pelvis back so that your back isn't arched and you're actually engaging your core. 60 sec

3. Crunches- 25-30 reps

4. Leg Lifts- that's how you get the v line 🙂‍↕️ 15-20 reps

I repeat that 5x once or twice a week! Like I said I do a lot of lifting anyways, so if you're not super active you might want to do that 3-4x a week! Also your abs will show better if you have less body fat, so be sure to do cardio regularly and eat right for best results!
