Kennedy accompanied me to my neurologist appointment this morning and she gave me this. 😅 I love it 😂

I’ve been managing okay which is good. Definitely a bit more physically exhausted lately . It’s like my spine says I’m old regardless of being 25 with the amount of back pain . My legs have been more of a concern to me as my jobs can be physically demanding and almost falling is not what I want to be doing while at work. My doctor increased my meds since I also have neuropathy from diabetes and we discussed FES devices but I’m gonna continue Physical therapy and see what else might help before I make a decision.

Kennedy’s a neuro physician assistant so I definitely appreciate her being there to also ask questions, clarify things and also recommend my neurologist get a brain plush for the office. Which I agree! 😂

We went to this vegan restaurant by my school since I also had to drop off some papers for my academic advisor before tomorrow since I’m working the next two days and don’t get out till like 8p. I Showed Kennedy around a campus a bit which was fun. She was telling me how it’s weird now that she is in an educator role she is at college campuses a lot and she’s like “who knew I’d be almost 40 and spending a lot more time at schools again. When I graduated I was like “Peace out. Never again. “” 😂

It’s good to be back home though. It’s so cold out today and I’m deciding on whether or not studying in bed under a bunch of blankets is a good idea 😅
