The body still vaguely registered the sensation of sloppy jagged cuts the sword that struck him down left along what was left of the neck. 

But the one that did this to him – the male that had his own head burnt away by a frail, hapless human in one point and time – had hurt the body but did not end the mind. The parasite that was in name Zeus had merely retreated deeper into his stocky body, letting brother Nemesis behead him. A necessary sacrifice to survive and a gamble that paid off. As his former head stared blankly with still wet ichor dripping down the wall, his parasitic tentacles like bloody fingers pushed out through his neck. His limbs had begun to move albeit jaggedly only sensing heat but nothing more.

If there was pain, he could not register it. Not that he really understood what pain was in 'life'. Pain was like another touch. Another way to touch, mark, claim…brother. Where is brother? The NE-T's body had risen with the grace of a zombie, only having touch to guide his way, the senses of sight, taste, smell, and sound denied him. It feels so warm now. Too warm. The parasitic brain that maneuvered the body like a headless marionette did not dare emerge out for fear of losing what it had claimed as 'himself' for so long.

The body had after a few moments of moving around blindly, stood stock still. The many tendrils protruding from the severed line of his neck reached outward like spidery fingers. They roam out nearly crossing the entirety of the room grazing along old toppled overstuffed and positioned dead animals, to the blank expanse of wall where a tapestry once hung. A tendril touched the wall, dragging along the layer of dust the large wall hanging had hidden.

It dragged downwards still till it wrapped around something metal, along with wetness. The tentacle wrapped tighter still around the metal before pulling on it. With inhuman strength, the tentacle ripped the metal item from the wall. Had he had the ability to hear, the sickening sound of muscle ripping along with the thud of the heavy unattached head hitting floor would have registered. The metal item was dropped to the floor, the bigger prize now somewhere on the floor.

More tendrils shot to the floor, the mass now certain of where the missing head was. They curled around that broken, bloodied pile of flesh, bone, muscle and whatever filled the head of the 'dead' Tyrant before lifting it up towards the stump where it should have been at the Tyrant's neck. Almost immediately they began to penetrate the head – still warm for it was very recently he had even lost it – from the bottom, the tendrils filling key portions of it. From within the parasite began to fill the fatty mess of brain and cortex; the organ itself not important for it only gave the parasite more cushion. The Tyrant body Zeus 'inhabited' was long mentally dead anyway. The reintroduction of the parasite would revive what needed to be.

He could not see, but he could vaguely hear and smell again. Smoke and the loud countdown to some sort of purge. His eyes were damaged; he could not see for brother made sure to blind him. It would take a while to fix what was needed.

Yes…too filthy. Even with the voice of brother roaming in his head, he was not deterred; if anything Zeus could only feel the rising excitement from not only their last fight but in still feeling his lingering presence in the air. got any tips on how to start your own smut blog? I just had a prompt pop into my head today and I lowkey wanna make a blog for nsfw stuff but idk

These are the things I try to stick to when making blogs/ running them:

1. Have a short and sweet url by that I don’t mean that you have to have something unique as your url, I mean just look at mine, but have something that’s short and easy to rmr, try avoiding dashes and numbers.

2. The first thing I do on a new blog is change the default theme on both mobile and desktop. It prevents you from looking like a bot and it makes someone want to follow. Make an about me post that you keep pinned to your blog, include rules and guidelines in the post, even add a masterlist link when you start posting works

3. Before I posted my work I went to check the type of format that sells here.

This is one of the many writers stick to on here

As you can see it shows what pairing it is, the content you’ll come across in the fic and it’s even got a header to make it more eye catching

4. When posting your works make sure to properly tag them so you do reach an audience. Popular/ frequently used tags on here are top male reader, dom male reader, sub male character, bottom male character, sub male reader, bottom male reader, dom male character, top male character, do include them if your work touches upon these themes!

5. Avoid using the word nsfvv. Instead add 18+ in the content warning section or else Tumblr will hide your post from the general audience

6. And lastly post post post, don’t compare your work to anyone else’s as long as you like the fic idea and you throughly enjoyed writing it that’s all that matters

Hi!! Hru? I have a question. Someone just shared some picture that sjm had pinned in her Pinterest board that could be a reference for Elucien. We also know she had some pins that might be referring to gwyn and how her story might be the little mermaid retelling. I was wondering if she had any pins on her board that referred to E/riel?

Bc she's never talked about them once and it's sos for E/riels lol and I heard sjm even called their relationship platonic or siblings kinda thing (even tho I don't have the evidence for that I just heard multiple times) and honestly that's how I feel about E/riel every time I read their scenes in the books.

Man, it would be the highlight of my month if someone was ever able to produce evidence of SJM saying E/riel were like siblings 😂 I've heard that from a few different sources but no one has ever been able to provide the receipts so I'll just have to accept it as a possible tall tale. But what an excellent tale it is. SJM may have had E/riel tags up however (and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), but I don't know that it was ever tagged under the header of Elain and Az. The problem with possible Elain and Az tags is that they look a whole lot like Feyre and Rhys. People like to claim them as E/riel because some depict the female with flowers in her hair but the problem with that is Feyre was once referred to as a bride of spring and Feysand was a Hades / Persephone retelling. So those pins have just as much a chance of being Feyre and Rhys. But even if there was proof that a tag was Elaina and Az, when it comes to SJMs pins, that still isn't proof of anything. She had a pin under the tag of Mor / Az where a male and female were holding one another in a tight embrace. Does that mean a Moriel endgame is a certainty? (Probably not give Mor's preference). And for any possible E/riel tags (which could again also be Feysand tags), there are an equal amount of Elucien looking tags (which are less likely to be Feyre / Lucien tags considering the nudity that exists in one of them 😂) Also, there were quite a good deal of possible Gwynriel tags so wouldn't that trump E/riel tags as Gwyn was introduced after the possibility of Elain and Az? Meaning SJM knew E/riel wasn't going to amount to anything?

But really, I don't think her Pinterests boards were ever a guarantee of anything, they could have simply been inspiration for any relationships that existed between the characters (friend or romantic).

I’m writing a story for leon and a male oc that i made. I usually post my stories on wattpad, but i want to post on tumblr too. But idk where to start cuz i’m still new to this app. Do u have a couple ideas on where i should start? What i should add to the story?

i started by creating a brand new account just to keep everything organized. i made an intro post and then pinned it to my profile so it's the first thing that comes up when you click on my account and then i made the rules/about me/masterlists and linked them (do it through the app so the links actually work lol)

community engagement is kind of hard to achieve when you're first starting out but consistent posting and interacting with followers helps. when i didn't have ideas i would scroll through prompt lists (@urfriendlywriter has a ton of great ones !!) and other fics to see if anything inspired me

tumblr's tagging system is weird but usually when i'm writing for a new fandom i'll scroll through the "x reader" tag for a while to see what the top posts use

as far as the story itself goes, ppl really like proper grammar/punctuation (so no walls of text). personally i like it when ppl include some kind of gif/icons/headers at the top. titles aren't necessary but they're a nice inclusion. also bc the fic is about an oc i wouldn't use x reader tags on it

other misc things i'd recommend:

— include word counts

— use "read more" breaks on longer fics

— use proper tagging

— specify the gender and/or pronouns (especially on x reader fics)

— i don't have a lot of moots but they are a great way to make friends and a lot of us will share each other's fics around

— rblg other writer's work and leave feedback on them !! feedback is so so so important

— don't take it too seriously. we write fics for free and most ppl do it out of passion. don't let anyone make you feel bad for your writing
