Turns out I LOVED Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway! It was an absolute blast. The queue was fantastic and when I saw the little tribute to Pluto’s Christmas Tree I teared up. It was like being inside of a cartoon. The ride is a hoot and a holler x5 and the effects, especially when you almost go over the waterfall, are stunning. Trackless ride systems are awesome. The music is gorgeous. It is SUCH a pretty ride🌸🌼😻💗Feels like an instant classic. What a TREAT👏👏👏🎈
Speaking as an annual passholder, this is exactly why you never ride a new ride on opening day/opening weekend. Even before virtual queues and lightning lanes, the wait times are always long and good luck getting on the ride in the same day without breaking down. Because it WILL break down. ALL DAY. CONTINUOUSLY.

I’m convinced they’re operating Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway on Minnie’s old desktop computer. Ya know, the one inside her house that’s barely hanging on for dear life and is probably still running Internet Explorer 1.0 Beta.
