The gut microbiome is a complex community of trillions of bacteria living in your digestive tract. When it’s in balance, your body thrives. But when it's not, you may experience inflammation, poor digestion, weakened immunity, and even mental fog.
The Role of Diet in Gut Health
Your diet plays a key role in shaping your gut health. Foods high in sugar, refined carbs, and artificial ingredients can disrupt the microbiome. On the flip side, nutrient-dense, probiotic-rich foods can help restore balance.
That’s where Greek yogurt enters the picture.
