it's primary purpose is to be smelted into iron ingots. If you have sheepers, you have an iron farm.

Steel wool blocks can act as a fuse to light things on fire and activate tnt.

Steel wool is abrasive and will scrape copper and polish stone if one is moved along the other by a piston. It will also hurt entities if they brush against it too hard.

There she is! I posted a little WIP of this building previously and here is the finished product. I really like how it turned out. I had some doubts while I was building this, but I trusted the process.

I tried new style and somehow it still fits the vibe of my base. I believe the blue hue and cobble just work with blackstone.

Happy to explore new styles and looks, will try more in the future.

Pixel Circle / Oval Generator (Minecraft)

I would generally recommend starting from the center of the circle, then drawing four straight lines towards the points where you want the circle to be placed. Make sure the lines are of equal length to maintain symmetry.

Then go to https://minecraftcirclesgenerator.com/, enter the size needed and voilà:

It turned out as round as possible in Minecraft! :)

I used it to build my water fountain. (Tip: When building a spiral staircase, start with the smallest circle on the inner side to ensure it's connected, then work your way out, arranging the rest of the stairs around it.)

The End is a force of nihilistic entropy.

okay so endermen are a force of nihilism, they're the enemy to the player, in a way. they believe that all things NEED to come to an end, good and bad. they wish to end things that they consider "done" which is why the ender dragon is such a Grand seeming Finale to your Journey. what a weird thing for a sandbox game to have... something fundamentally against the spirit of doing whatever you want forever. a definitive "ending" of sorts this dragon is here not purely as a ruler, but as a symbol. as an ouroboros is a symbol of infinity, the ender dragon is a symbol of the End of your story. The lack of infinity. the end conquers. it shows whst happens to those who try and thrive. its final show is an entire ruined dimension you as the player say “yeah nah imma keep playing there is no end” A force of entropy. That, my friends, is my headcanon on endermen. They take apart the world because they believe it is beyond saving. You still want to prosper, in this... realistically speaking, post apocalyptic world. But they think this world is long gone. With your presence, they're... curious. Not sure what to think about the idea of this world continuing Or... something like that. Perhaps the fate of their world... was one that had an end, and they now believe that this fate should come to yours, too.

I do also like the idea that the end sort of... contains memories, or contains Things that need to be studied, like the risk of rain Void does.

El retablo se estructura en tres cuerpos y cinco calles. La calle central es la más amplia, y en su piso inferior se encontraba el sagrario, actualmente desaparecido. Esta misma calle contiene la imagen de San Andrés.

i've got a Minecraft slime golem idea. 3x3x3 of slime blocks with carved pumpkin as the center block. what do? it do big knockback when it does successful attack, also leaves a trail of slime coating similar to the snow golem's trail of snow, but only is the chunk is a slime chunk. maybe spawns in place of iron golem in swamp village

And I don’t mean itty bitty, blink and you’ll miss it dragonflies. I mean huge dragonflies. I mean, all the other bugs in minecraft (spiders, bees) are massive, right? Why not the dragonflies?

You could tame them by feeding them spider’s eye, bc they eat other bugs irl, or by adding new mobs to the game like flies or mosquitoes. You could ride them with a saddle, too!

Although, having a flying steed you could get relatively early game would be a bit op, so maybe they could be found in the nether, in like the warped forests, and they could be hostile or harder to tame.

So they revealed the new biome on the mc live and i won't even sugarcoat it. IT LOOKS LIKE A SACK OF WET SHIT. So i quickly threw together this little image of how i would make it look better.

I keep seeing people say that it's supposed to look like somethings wrong. That's what mojang said. And what do i say? THAT IT'S NO EXCUSE TO MAKE A BAD LOOKING BIOME. Look at this and tell me that it doesn't look really pretty and eerie at the same time, you can tell this place is haunted. The pumpkins are inexplicably carved like old minecraft and they add a nice orage accent to the biome(im talking to you, people who think the pale garden should have had white pumpkins)

watching my partner play subnautica and i just had a banger minecraft idea

i call it the "aether leviathan"

a massive beast that flies in the sky seemingly by magic, traveling in familial packs called "archipelagos"

they carry on top of them an entire unique ecosystem, similar to the forests of the surface, and can sometimes be found flying near or above the build limit

essentially, this is my answer to all of the arguments about why sky islands wouldn't work while also making them CREATURE

as for how they would work on a technical level, i'd imagine it would be something like create or one of its addons
