I’ve been feeling extremely tired and run down lately no matter how much sleep I get, and I run out of energy in the middle of the day like someone’s pulled a plug on a bathtub.
“How unfortunate,” I said to myself, “this is just like I used to feel before I started taking multivitamins for the iron supplement. Too bad I’m already—”
Guess who hasn’t been taking their multivitamins
#it’s because i bought a new brand a few months ago because the old one were wal-mart store brand and there are no wal-marts near me#and this new brand makes me nauseous unless i take them within five minutes or so of eating#and that just doesn’t work with how/when i remember to take them#so i stopped taking them#on the theory that maybe i only needed them on my period or maybe the whole thing was a placebo effect anyway#since i have retrospectively realized that i was Really Fucking Depressed when i initially had these issues#but no! given the data i am pretty sure those multivitamins DO in fact help me manage my anemia#personal
