I recently saw @zillychu amazing fire core au and my mind was occupied the whole week with their Danny design. So I made some fanart!

Above is 3D model of their Danny. I tried to recreate one the pose from their artwork.

Below is a small animation draft of Danny crashing to earth from a star(left to right). I thought with his long hair and his firecore he propably could cosplay a shooting star very well!

Here's my hc somewhat aged up Danny - he's eternally exhausted, cantankerous, and would really like to stop needing to pry ecto-experiments away from evil billionaires.

He still had the original suit until somewhere in his teens where he got too cocky, got nabbed, and [insert fandom-typical vivisection here.] Now he's traumatized and his walls are up and rock solid (he's crumbling on caffeine, spite, and love for his friends)

Alternately, the vivisection-tape design gets added in after the Batfam rescue him from his parents/GIW (which is why there are lil triangles <3 right where the bat wings usually are!) I could probably do a version with a nightingale instead of his logo (who needs a logo, anyway...)

As he gets older, he definitely fills out - so we have a stronger jaw, broader shoulders, large hands and feet - I think his rate of ageing is somewhat slowed down - but by the time he's 40 I think he'll definitely be broad and heavy set, like his dad (which in more realistic proportions, I think like Wilson Fisk yanno?)

This is also kind of a Hazmat AU where the Fentons take lab safety as seriously as they can for two independently employed, neurodivergent parents with a hope operation - Maddie and Jack still like to double-check the seals on his hazmat whenever given the chance. The ecto-tape is normally black, but glows green when it absorbs ecto above the recommended safety levels. (It also acts as a secondary protection, continuing to draw in the energy and convert what excess it can into light.) I suppose this means that Danny could use it as a limiter, removing excess tape when he needs to go all-out... but I think he prefers to keep as much of his hazmat suit on as possible.

THE RED CASQUEHEAD BEAR

NATXANTSIN - MAGNUS FODIENS MONTANUS

The Red Casquehead Bear is a Pandoran predator, found in the Spires of the Clouded forest. The beasts are commonly seen traveling alone, or in mated pairs along the Circling Peaks biome.

Their common prey consists of both moonscarab and kite manta eggs and their young, fish, and echo stalker meat. The casquehead bear uses its leaf-like whiskers to sense the faintest shifts in the air and to locate potential prey. When having located a burrowing echo stalker den, the casquehead bear has been observed to mercilessly dig its way into the mouths of the burrow, and use its great claws to try and exhume the inhabitants. Even when faced with the echo stalker's aggression, the casquehead's tough facial plating negates most attempts at trying to deter the beast.

As the creature matures, its coloration shifts to more deep and vibrant colors, much like most Pandoran fauna. Mature individuals can be identified easily by the vibrant rust-colored mane upon their shoulders - the species' English namesake.

Unlike most Pandoran fauna, the red casquehead bear doesn't exactly use its second pair of forelegs for movement. The pair is mostly used for finer coordination whilst hunting or gathering, and for carrying their young. The limbs can essentially lock in place - not unlike the Terran sloth - and create a sort of cradle along the soft underbelly and strong chest of the beast.

The Ke'awa Kame'tire clan holds the beast in great regard. Hunting it is seen as an almost ritualistic occasion, and cause for great celebration amidst the clan. The red casquehead bear's titular mane and faceplates were commonly used in ritualistic occasions and ceremonies, though with the rise of the RDA, the materials have been rather crafted into vestments for accomplished warriors. When coming across a hunter who carries cloth with the casquehead's mane, it is customary to greet them with crossing one's arm across one's chest - imitating the casquehead carrying its young.

AGH FASHION DESIGNER SUGURU AND MODEL SATORU W A NEW INTERN DESIGNER UNDER THEIR WING 😞😞☹️ - 🌺

WAHHHH I LOVE THIS 🥺🥺🥺 the pining and flirting and slowburn of it all… model!satoru and his favorite designer suguru geto, both of them undeniably skilled and born with an eye for fashion….. well-known and adored……..

designer!suguru who gets tasked with showing you the ropes, who’s always so patient and kind despite your inexperience. diligent with his teaching but also so laidback, so easy to talk to… he looks intimidating, but he’s so polite that you can’t help but swoon a little. and he admires your enthusiasm so much…… grows fond of you soooo quickly bc you’re just such a breath of fresh air compared to the divas he’s forced to work with all the time. he thinks you’ve got real potential and he wants to nurture it.

and ofc you end up running into model!satoru eventually…. bc he’s always hanging around suguru whenever he gets the chance. and he’s maybe a little jealous that you’re hogging so much of his personal designer’s attention, but… he also thinks you’re so cute . T_T like a little puppy following suguru around… so excited to be apart of what you’ve dreamed of for so many years……… he looks into your eyes and sees the same sparkle he had before he made it big, and it makes his heart race.

yeah . i’m just thinking abt the peaceful coffee breaks with suguru….. how he’d insist on paying for your drink, ”since he’s your senior” (he wants to be your favorite </3)…… and how he’d just be so protective over his little intern. don’t get me started on the close proximity with satoru when you’re taking his measurements, the glance and smile he sends your way during an impromptu shoot… the way he always calls for you with a sweet coo of ”how’s my favorite intern doing today?”

😔😔😔 yeahhhhhh. they make me feel ill.

Next au-uddle is @tornadoxp 's up and coming swap au! Brainworms be upon all of you who see this! Playing switcharooni and trying to tie together characters and story beats around new placements is a lot of work but its also sooooo fun! Not to mention the (re)design potential!

GUESS WHO FIGURED OUT 3D ANIMATION!!!!!!!

i started this project on the 15th with the 2d drawing at like 3am. the next day i modeled + textured it and today i spent all day rendering/animating!

this is the 2nd 3d model ive ever made and i couldnt have done it without @crashsune 's course on yt!! i have tried every couple months since 2020 to learn 3d modeling and this is the BEST tutorial i have ever seen.

lots of tutorials show you how to make like. a hyperrealistic donut. why would i want to make that. that is useless. i want silly blocky characters and i want them now!!

i started this series on jan 9th and i fully completed a love-chan using the free downloadables in ONE DAY!! then i watched it again a few days later and made THIS!! im still loosing my marbles like i had absolutely 0 experience or prior knowledge in any way,, (previous attempts never left me with any proper models, only weird squishy nightmare stress creations i gave up on instantly).

hes still a bit clunky but idc i love him. it is literally day 8 of me using blender of all time. ofc its gonna get a lil silly
