PUF Panel Applications in Cold Storage: From Clean Rooms to Modular Chambers
In India’s evolving industrial and food logistics landscape, PUF panels have quietly become the backbone of efficient cold storage infrastructure. These panels aren’t just a building component—they're a critical enabler of temperature-sensitive operations, from pharmaceuticals and food processing to precision-driven clean room environments.
Here’s a closer look at how PUF panels are being used across various cold storage and controlled-environment applications, and why industries are increasingly relying on them.
What Are PUF Panels?

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) panels are insulated sandwich panels made by injecting rigid polyurethane foam between two metal sheets—typically PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron). The result is a lightweight yet sturdy panel with excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and fire-retardant properties.
Why PUF Panels Are Ideal for Cold Storage in India
Thermal Conductivity: With a thermal conductivity of around 0.022 W/mK, PUF panels minimize heat transfer—vital for maintaining cold chain integrity.
Fast Installation: Prefabricated panels allow quick setup, reducing construction time by up to 60%.
Low Operating Costs: Proper insulation leads to lower energy bills and consistent temperature maintenance.
Hygienic and Compliant: Meets standards for food-grade and pharma-grade environments.
Applications of PUF Panels in Cold Storage
1. Modular Cold Rooms
From compact 5MT rooms to high-capacity storage chambers, PUF panels are widely used to create modular cold rooms with excellent air-tightness and insulation. They are especially useful for:
Dairy and meat processing
Frozen food storage
Floriculture units
Ice cream storage
2. Clean Rooms and Pharma Labs
In pharma, temperature and hygiene control are critical. PUF panels support dust-free, temperature-controlled environments that comply with GMP standards—ideal for:
Vaccine storage
R&D labs
Medical warehouses
3. Blast Freezers
Used in meat, seafood, and bakery processing units, PUF-insulated blast freezers help rapidly bring down temperatures while preserving the integrity of products.
4. Cold Storage Warehouses
Large-scale logistics parks and agri-storage facilities use PUF panels in roofing, walls, and flooring to maintain uniform temperatures while saving on long-term energy costs.
5. Modular Chambers and Portacabins
Temporary or scalable setups like mobile cold units or cold storage porta cabins are gaining traction across rural and semi-urban areas in India.
Why PUF Panels Are the Smart Choice in India
India faces extreme climates—from 45°C summers to monsoons with over 80% humidity. PUF panels address these challenges effectively by:
Reducing energy costs by up to 50%
Resisting corrosion and rust in coastal or humid zones
Offering fast scalability for businesses expanding into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Supporting the national cold chain infrastructure push under schemes like PM-KUSUM and Operation Greens
A Trusted Name Behind the Panels
While this article shares a neutral overview, it’s worth noting that several industrial leaders have built their cold storage units using solutions from top PUF panel manufacturers like EPACK Prefab. With years of experience, they offer not just panels, but full-service support—from design to delivery and on-site assistance.
Whether you’re setting up a high-volume cold warehouse or a pharma-grade clean room, choosing the right insulated panels is essential for long-term operational success.

what are some of your favorite "hacks" for working with an ADHD brain?
I love optimizing my house to make things easier. Stuff that works for me:
Phone chargers in every spot where I tend to hang out (bed, couch, desk, kitchen table). They need to be long chargers, so I can lie down however I want, not fold myself uncomfortably because it's too short.
Bins where I tend to hang out, always at arms reach. I need to be able to immediately throw the trash or it'll stay there forever.
I removed the doors to the pantry, from my closet, I took off the drawers of the fridge, so I can always see what's in there and reduce the lack of object permanence.
I have a ton of clothes, so I can do laundry like, once every two weeks, or sometimes in dire circumstances, once a month.
Dry shampoo and baby wipes for the times where even showering is too hard.
Snacks and granola bars when eating is too hard.
I fold my clothes vertically in the drawers so I can see them all and stop forgetting they exist.
My jewelery is in transparent plastic boxes with little divisions (they're craft boxes from the dollar store). I can see what's in there and again STOP FORGETTING THEY EXIST
The phone alarm is not enough to wake me up so I got an old fashioned radio alarm and placed it outside my room. It's hell, but whatever it takes.
Hooks over doors, in every room. In my bedroom, that's where I hang my jeans, hoodies, whatever I use often.
On the doors again, shoe organizers, the kinds you hang. That's where the hats, mittens, scarves, belts, end up.
Never closed storage, always open shelves. Closed storage is where things go die.
The hooks near the front door are for keys but also small earphones, since I only need them when I go out. (the earphones are the ones with cable because i lose the airbuds and never remember to charge them)
Cleaning wipes in every room.
Face cleaning wipes on every desk. Careful not to confuse them.
The mop is the kind with a water bottle attached where you just spray and clean. That's like a million steps removed and you can easily clean that tomato sauce stain.
So many shelves, guys, I added shelves on the top of dressers. Things I use rarely go in labeled transparent plastic bins. always transparent.
Actually everything needs its own spot. Mess comes from things that have no specific spot. I'm still figuring out how to optimise some stuff. This week I bought a modular shoe rack from the dollar store, assembled it vertically, and it fit in a corner of the bathroom. Now I know where towels can go.
The spots where I hang out need to be comfortable. My bed, the couch, the desk, there's always a blanket, a fan, a humidifier near. Discomfort is the concentration killer.
A huge pan. I need to be able to cook massive portions because I don't cook often. My go to recipe is tons of veggies in a spaghetti sauce.
Boxes to drop my hairties, earrings, etc, in every spot I hang out.
Seriously, shelves, bins, dividers, displays, presenters, the dollar store is a treasure trove of adhd tools. The best ailes are: home organisation, crafts, school supplies, and strangely, makeup organizers. The point is to find the way to organize your stuff so it pleases your brain, and make living and cleaning easier. You go with your brain, not against it.
.... that’s most of it, I think. also no amount of organization will beat medication and therapy, but it all comes together for an easier life.
(oh yeah, this might confuse you into thinking my house is clean. is it definitely not.)

Thanks for all the love on the last Set 🩷🩷
I am working on the next original set, I already posted a WIP sometime ago and I have made some progress since then

(please don't look outside the window)
Before I start my resume/rant I'll put a read more so anyone who's not interested doesn't have to scroll for 5 minutes to get away from my bad English
Okay, so first things first, this week started with a National Blackout here in Spain so that meant no blender time on Monday :( but I also reached 50K downloads on MTS so yay ♥️♥️
So, since I'm only a human I can't make complex sets every week I'm trying to squeeze some simple projects in between them so I don't disappear for weeks while making them.
That means this week is time for a small release, It will be available on Friday, is already finished and tested.
Technically I think it is the first request I made, an anon asked for the door from the Keep it clean Venus closet (lovestruck DLC) so I made it.

NGL I had some issues with it at first but now it's completely functional.
I might release a little door tutorial on my ko-fi with the essentials and the problems that I've run into while making doors and windows (and how to solve them)

I promise you it doesn't do that anymore
The next mini project I have is the separated arches and windows from the base game doors. I have not made much progress on it since it's a little bit boring and repetitive but I'll try to have it ready for the 9th of May.
Okay, time for the interesting part, the next original set. As you could see on the first image it's going to be a living room. I don't know yet how many objects it will have in total, right now I have :

TV stand (80% finished)
Side table ✅
Coffe table ✅
Modular sofa Plain version (75% finished)
Modular sofa Corduroy version (50% finished)
Modular sofa chaise longue plain / corduroy (0% finished)

Those are a 100% part of the set, if they don't come out on part 1 they would be released on the next one.
I have also made some rug swatches from some IKEA rugs but I'm not sure how I'm feeling about them, but yeah a nice rug to tie all together would be a very nice addition to the set.
Finally, to complete the set I want to make some pillows and a blanket to be able to decorate the sofa because it's pretty plain on its own. That way even if you use it in multiple builds it doesn't have to look the same. I will probably use some of the cushions we already have in game as a base but I want to make them like already at the right high and I have to investigate how to remove the collision (?) to make the placement fast & easy without move objects on. I always try to make everything work without it.
The last thing I want to talk about are the smiley lamps I made, that I haven't published yet but you can find in the last screenshots I made.
My doubts with them is that I don't know if I should publish them on its own or make them part of a bigger set. I will end up publishing them eventually, but right now there's no release date.
Anyway if you are still reading, thank you so much for bearing with me and any feedback is welcome. If you want the smiley lamps more than the arches I can release them on Friday 9th.

Clean room doors are crucial for places like labs, pharmaceutical factories, and semiconductor plants, where controlling contamination is a must. These doors help keep the air clean, limit who can enter, and block pollutants from getting in. They have airtight seals, smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, and systems to ensure only one door opens at a time. When picking clean room doors, you should look for durability, compliance with industry rules, and easy connections to air filtration systems.

Sunsets and footballers (Part 26)
Alexia Putellas x Character (2)
Masterlist (other parts here)
Five months. She hadn’t seen her for five months. At first she thought they’d been going to the bar on different days, but after speaking to a few regulars, she realised that Ridley hadn’t been back to the bar.
“She does this.” Javier shrugged. “She’s a busy woman, especially with her job. She travels a lot and parties a lot when she’s not working. She especially loves Ibiza.” He laughed. “I party with her often, but it’s hard to keep up. We’re lucky to have her here. She draws a crowd.
Alexia looked around. The bar was not chaotic, but it was still bustling. She caught eyes with one of the dancers again, though she was no longer performing, and was making her needs known as she looked at Alexia, her lips wrapping around the straw in her drink. After the first two months, she’d given up and fallen into the same habit since her injury. Partying. Fucking. It helped her to forget.
“Do you still have a room available?” Alexia asked Javier behind the bar as he brushed the little moustache he was so proud of.
He nodded. “Girl, I’ve had eleven prepped and ready for you since you got here.” He passed her the keys with a cute little wink. “Go get her.”
Javier was also gay, obviously so. Since that night five months ago, they’d become friends. He was so relaxed and casual, never too emotional. The most emotion he’d ever show was bitter disappointment, especially when straight men decided they needed to be heard or get some testosterone out.
Alexia caught the eye of the dancer again and stood, room key spinning on her finger as she walked up the stairs. Javier knew room eleven was her favourite, being her playing number. She unlocked the door and entered, leaving it open for her fuck of the night. The rooms always smelt good. Clean. Javier was a proud business owner and his attention to detail was immaculate. She wondered if that’s why he and Ridley got on so well.
She scoffed at herself, shaking her head to rid it of the women she’d probably never see again. As she entered the room, it was simple. Large. The colours black and red dominating the room. There was a large king double canopy, its frame black, with an array of hooks and holes for all sorts of fun toys and bondage. The sheets and pillows were silk, the blanket velvet, and all were a deep maroon. She looked at the dark, lone, three-seater modular couch which sat at the other end of the room, opposite the bed. She’d fucked on that multiple times, and watched from it, multiple times. Had Ridley fucked someone on it also?
She shook her head with a groan. Stop. The door clicked closed behind her and she turned to the dancer who wandered into the room, biting down on her lip.
“Spanish?” Alexia demanded in the language.
She shook her head.
“English?” Alexia asked, this time in English, her accent thick.
She held her thumb and forefinger a part just a little. “Little..” She said with a strong Korean accent.
Alexia stepped forward to her. “You… want this?” Her English wasn’t the best, but it was going to have to do for the night. She needed approval. The dancer nodded and moved closer, looking up at her with big eyes, full of need. “Yes.”
Alexia knew as soon as they first saw each other in the bar who she was. What she was. What she wanted. She took another step forward so Alexia had to look even further down now. Alexia’s eyes darkened as the dancer maintained eye contact and began lowering herself to her knees. Alexia caught her by the throat.
“No.” Even with that one word, her accent was strong. She walked her back to the bed and pushed her onto it and just like all of the other nights, it gave her the distraction she needed.. for a least the first hour.
Alexia didn’t orgasm, as hard as she tried. She gave up after that hour and changed tactics, pulling her underwear back on and trying to distract herself in other ways by tasting her and railing the absolute fuck out of her. Multiple times. Javier had made sure the room was ‘set up’ just right, the music distracting and her favourite type of strap-on in the little shelving unit, brand new and ready to go. Regardless of her dominance, her brain was still overwhelming her with thoughts. Ridley. Her ACL. Ridley. The abusive management of her team. Ridley. She was on her mind as her fingers were inside her. On her mind as her tongue was sucking around her swollen clit and her fingers were playing with her nipples. On her mind as she railed her missionary. Sideways. From behind. From below. It angered her and pushed her to her limits. She closed her eyes and kept thrusting, trying to focus on the moaning and pleasurable cries from the woman she was fucking. Alexia went into that place she went to during extreme physical training. She was focused, sweat dripping from her body, and just getting on with it. This shouldn't be what sex is, but it was, because it was the only thing to keep her thoughts at bay. But not tonight.
She slammed the woman into her sixth orgasm of the night and then left her there as she withdrew and dressed herself, putting the strap into the bin. Javier never re-used toys.
She knew it was harsh, but she couldn’t even look at the woman. After she was dressed, she went into the bathroom to tidy up, fixing her hair and making herself look more presentable. She locked onto her own hazel eyes in the mirror, disappointed at what she saw there. Alexia wasn’t an emotional person, she was strong and authoritive. A leader. But right now, she wanted to cry at the woman she saw reflected back at her.
She washed her face and wiped the taste of the woman from her slightly swollen lips, eager to go home and shower the night off. She never showered in the room; it was too… personal.
She left the room; the woman was now up and holding her clothes to her body as she made her way to the bathroom. She looked a little shy as Alexia exited and mustered up a polite smile in return as she left the room without another thought about her.
Ridley. Ridley. Ridley. What would Ridley have done after sex with her? Is that what she usually does? Would she have left Alexia like that?
She was eyes down and thinking too much as she rounded the corner and smacked into a body. She fell backwards into the wall, the breath knocked out of her lungs slightly with a little moan. That’s exactly what she needed. She felt herself getting a little upset until she saw who it was.
“La Reina.” Ridley said huskily in Spanish. “That was my fault, forgive me?”
Alexia knew that they both knew it was definitely not her fault. Alexia was the one who wasn’t looking. She looked up at Ridley who was slightly taller and one of the first things she noticed was her smell. It was more masculine than feminine, though barely. Fresh and raw. Woody, spicy and sweet with a hint of musk. She was obsessed with that smell. Her mouth opened to find something to say as she found herself looking at those lips, that scar, those eyes. Alexia was a strong woman and was always the leader, the voice of reason, and the dominant character in 99.99% of situations. Ridley was that 0.01%.
“Don’t do it again.” She’d managed to say. That seemed to amuse her, the gold flecks in her eyes dancing as she stood so close that Alexia could feel her body heat.
“I can’t promise that.” She admitted and then her eyes flicked over her shoulder and darkened as the dancer exited room eleven and shyly ducked past them. “Ah. I wouldn’t have picked that as your type, la Reina.”
Alexia didn’t say anything, a little embarrassed that she’d been caught.
A stunningly sexy woman came up behind Ridley then, her hands finding her waist and her teeth nipping her earlobe teasingly. “I’ll be waiting for you.” She murmured in her ear as she gave Alexia a flirty look and left, walking into room ten. Ridley hadn’t taken her eyes from Alexia during the whole exchange. It were as if she were studying her body language, her reactions.
She tilted her head again, eyes now teasing. “Would you like to watch?”
Alexia found herself unable to form words, and Ridley waited patiently until she chuckled. She leant down, her lips brushing her ear just softly enough to register as Alexia stopped breathing.
“Next time, then.”

I MADE THE SHORBS FASTER AS A JOKE AND THEY'RE FUCKING TERRIFYING
this base speed is ridiculous for basic shorbs but i do wanna make this a variant. lurks in the shadows, and the moment it spots you it SCREAMS and GUNS IT directly for iso-chan's face. prolly defeated in one hit to counterbalance its power lmfao. the benefit of taking a component/modular approach means i can whip up that sort of thing very quickly! also cleaned up the rooms transitions here, they still feel kinda jarring so i'll have to work that out somehow... but i'd say it's a good start :3

🛋️ What Is a Sleeper Sofa?
Definition and Functionality
A sleeper sofa, also known as a sofa bed, is a couch with a hidden mattress inside. It transforms into a bed, offering a convenient sleeping space without taking up permanent room.
Sleeper Sofa vs Sofa Bed
Though often used interchangeably, some distinguish sleeper sofas as pull-out types with full mattresses, while sofa beds often refer to futons or click-clacks that fold flat.
🛠️ Types of Sleeper Sofas
1. Pull-Out Sofa Sleeper
The classic. You remove the cushions and pull out a metal frame with a foldable mattress. Great for guests.
2. Futon-Style Sleeper

3. Click-Clack Mechanism
A modern twist on the futon, it "clicks" into different positions—upright, reclined, and flat. Fast and easy setup.
4. Sectional Sleeper Sofa
Big, comfy, and often with extra features like storage. Great for families or larger living rooms.
5. Loveseat Sleeper
Perfect for small rooms or studio apartments. Converts into a twin-sized bed.
6. Chair Sleeper
Yes, even a single seat can turn into a bed! Ideal for kids or solo guests.
📏 How to Choose the Right Sleeper Sofa
1. Measure Your Space
Before you fall in love with a design, grab your tape measure. Consider both the size as a sofa and when fully extended.

Will it be used nightly or just for the occasional guest? Frequent sleepers should opt for higher-quality mattresses.
3. Consider Who’s Sleeping
Kids? Elderly relatives? Couples? Choose size and firmness accordingly.
