If we're talking a decently serious injury, then I'd probably rank them:

Neji -

He's great at keeping his head in stressful situations, especially as he gets older.

He defaults to a problem solving mentality that helps him keep the panic down.

He creates a list and just goes down that list. Whatever he needs to do to help, he just does it in order of priority.

His inclination to problem solve and keep busy helps him push the panic down.

Even after the initial rush of injury, he keeps calm. He cleans the house, or fetches them food, or researches the recovery process. There's always something to do and he's not focusing too much on the panic.

However, after his partner is all better, while the other's on the list are at the calmest, he's at his lowest. He kept himself together the whole time, so when he doesn't have to anymore, he's prone to a bit of a stress breakdown that he never sees coming.

Kakashi -

He's also great during the immediate aftermath.

If he watches his partner get injured, he's excellent at getting them to the hospital quickly and giving information. He's been a ninja too long to be anything other than focused in high stress situations. It's instinct.

The only reason he's a little lower than Neji is because once he's done all that, and there's a lull with nothing let to do but ruminate on what happened, he can spiral. And once he starts spiralling, he can't stop.

This can be stopped pretty easily if his partner is lucid and accessible, but if they're unconscious or in surgery or something, he's not coping well at all. There's definitely a lot of guilt and 'what if' panic.

Shikamaru

Yeah, of course he ends up at this end of the list.

Not only does he panic a lot, he also just has terrible all round coping skills when he's in this panic mode.

He snaps at everyone, he's horrible to the mednin treating his partner, he spends hours without eating or bathing so he can sit with his partner.

And being in the hospital means there's way fewer opportunities to smoke which only makes him more stressed. He probably goes days without smoking and then smokes a whole pack at once when someone forces him home to shower.

He's a lot better if his partner is lucid though, because they can talk him down and make a plan with him.

There's some tense anxiety after his partner is better, like he's waiting for another threat to rear it's head, but he quickly relaxes again.
