Here is a little more of No Laughing Matter, the Wisdom Teeth AU that is posting this Saturday :)

Ellen knows what she is doing. Well, she does, except when it comes to this. Henry doesn’t want his wisdom teeth removed. He doesn’t want someone poking in his mouth and taking away his bones. It feels quite odd to say, but they are a part of him. They grew and developed and became his wisdom teeth, and he feels like he needs more wisdom these days, not less. It is too little, too late, though, as the two-hour long appointment has filled a perfectly punctual spot on his calendar for months and loomed over him like some kind of toothless grim reaper coming to collect. All he really wants this holiday season is to not say something he regrets while high on nitrous oxide. His previous experiences with laughing gas have been less than savory. He is a little more than loose lipped when it comes to the drug. He accidentally came out once; the other time he was sharing some stories from college that he would have much rather not ever seen the light of day. He dreads to think about what might come from laughing gas this time around.

Here is a little snippet of No Laughing Matter, a little something something dental hygienist wisdom teeth removal au that is coming out in early December

Ellen is leaning over him, her blonde hair pulled back in a perfectly coiffed updo. He had never managed to understand why exactly she was always dressed so impeccably in her scrubs as a dentist, but she seems almost presidential, even with the eyeglasses that have magnifying glasses sticking out of them making her look a little like some kind of bug. She only needs a quick look before she is snapping her gloves against her wrists pulling away, “Wisdom teeth come in and then they come out,” she says and then as an afterthought tack on, “just like you.”
