What if Oliver and Felicity met at ARGUS three years before Oliver Queen was found alive? What if they still fell in love, despite Oliver being at his darkest? What if Oliver Queen still came back to Starling City to right his father's wrongs? Only this time, with a wedding ring and a more emotionally stable mind-set?

“And no catering.” They grin at each other, and after a moment, Felicity's smile dims slightly as she traces her fingers along Oliver's hairline,

True, she was just his girl, not his girl … but during the next few hours of painkiller-induced fuzziness, she catches a glimpse of the future. Glimpses of other moments in time when he looks at her in just that particular way.

It's almost as if she was more than 'his girl'. Yeah right.

I decided to branch out from MCU again and finally wrote an Olicity and Felicity & Thea friendship fic!

Summary:

She sighed leaning back into the seat and closing her eyes to take a minute to process everything she just learned. Her good friend Thea is actually Thea Queen. Younger sister of broody, gorgeous Oliver Queen, owner and secret chef of Toxotai. Oh, and also her boss. Frack. She is so screwed. ~ Felicity Smoak just moved to Starling City to start her new job at Queen Consolidated. It doesn’t take her long though to learn that her best friend, Thea, is the sister of the CEO. She moved here for new opportunities and adventures, but will she also find new love from the CEO who doubles as a 5 star chef?

HELP! A shot in the dark here but I’m looking for an old Olicity fanfic I read years ago on ao3 and of course, I can’t remember the title or author 😤 all I remember is a one particular scene ..

Felicity has been injured and oliver is patching her up and given her some painkillers. Felicity decides to take a bit too many and ends up a little overheated and delirious so Oliver leads her to the shower to cool down and she decides to start stripping and get up in his face while he tries so hard to remain a “gentleman”, which he does, then she pretty much passes out. I believe that was the end of a chapter and in the next one, she didn’t remember what she had done and Oliver plays along??

I know it’s not much but any help would be much appreciated as something about this authors writing has obviously stuck with me as I’ve tried searching for it since I read it. Clearly hadn’t discovered the download or bookmark buttons back then😭😂

Unbreakable Bounds

Summary: After the Undertaking, life has become a constant nightmare and Oliver can’t find a reason to continue to fight. Thankfully, he doesn’t have to do it alone.

TW: suicidal thoughts

Sitting on the ground against a pillar of his lair, knees up, loaded gun in hand, Oliver knew exactly what he had to do.

Just before sunrise, he'd walked down the metal steps, shed his suit and slipped into comfortable clothes, ready to spend the day helping the people of the Glades behind his screen. He couldn't be seen outside since the Queens had become public enemy number one after his mother's confession on television. But this in-between, this moment when he abandoned one mission to move on to the next, proved to be his undoing. Heart full of despair, he’d stopped in front of the drawer containing his weapons, picked up the first one that came to hand and slid down a pillar. His life had become a nightmare.

Half the Glades were in ruins.

He had failed the mission his father had entrusted to him in his final moments, and now found himself faced with the same choice, except that his motives were purely selfish. His five years in hell had led to nothing, except the destruction of everything he cared for. He'd broken his promise.

Tommy was dead.

It should have been me.

It hurt so much. So much. Simply breathing was a struggle, he didn't deserve to be alive when so many people had died because of his incompetence.

The weight of the weapon in his hand was a source of comfort. It anchored him in the present, promising him a future of peace and rest.

Chapter 20: Epilogue/ A New Normal

The story might have ended in the last chapter, but there's a little bit more. Just for fun. This way-late epilogue is a bit of fluff in tribute to all those who have become invested enough in this tale to want the loose ends tied up. It doesn’t give much closure (I tried, sorry!) so it's probably better taken as a bridge to the next adventure. Thank you, and Happy Holidays!
