But he's also pragmatic and ruthless, is capable of subterfuge, and ultimately, is willing to be at least somewhat complicit in the deaths of some men if it ensures his own survival and the survival of others.

P5X is live! It’s currently available in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and Korea. This beta (functionally an official launch) is open, meaning anyone with a phone number for these regions can play. The Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macau beta is also accessible with a Google account. A global release for the game has been confirmed several times, though it has not yet been formally announced.

Currently, the game is on Version 4.1.1. The next version, Version 4.1.2, will be released May 22nd!

Imagine you're a scientist. You work for, probably, not the most ethical of organizations. The work you do was supposed to involve research demonic power and it uses to better the world. But, instead, you've found yourself observing and dispensing of gallons of demon cum.

The idea started simple. Demons generate energy through their impulsive and sinful natures. So, if one can find a way to "milk" out that energy, then it could be used a potential limitless source to power anything one can dream of.

The drawback is that, between the seven deadly sins, Lust has been the only nature that's consistently drawn the most power over time.

Thus, you - standing in front of the observation bay windows - watching a demon pound away into a milking machine. He was large and muscular, thick horns jutting outwards and sharp enough to kill a man with the smallest of gestures. He had a name - supposedly - but demon language meant nothing but gibberish to human ears. You just called him "Dee".

The job wouldn't be so bad, The cum wasn't very useful and you had the job of disposing of it, if it weren't for the fact that the more "higher up" scientists had noticed this particular demons energy output rose exponentially when you watched them.

It wasn't being in the same room, whether it be through camera or window, the thing somehow knew when you were watching him. In recordings, he would fuck into the machine, for lack of a better word, "vanilla". Rhythmically fucking in and out almost bored by its predicament. But when you entered the room... When you watched the live feed...

Dee's breath hitched and he picked up the speed. His hips pulled out in long and swaying thrusts, becoming more targeted to the phantom mares inner collection chamber. As if he were fucking a real body. His body hunched forward and he breathed against the metal frame and spoke in demon tongue. And his claws, they dragged into the ground, being careful not "hurt" the fake body it was presented with.

It was showing off. Everyone knew that it was thinking of you when it thrust inside. That it wanted you to replace that the unfeeling, robotic hole that it fucked day in and day out.

And, what started out as disgust, was slowly turning warmth and arousal. You were growing jealous of the mechanical contraction it bred.

#just saw a post complaining that people didn't appreciate their handmade baby blankets#because 'apparently people only want cheap storebought shit that can be machine washed these days!'#really? you can't think of any other reason an overwhelmed and exhausted parent might want a cheap machine washable blanket?#and not something they're expected to treat like an heirloom and lovingly hand-wash every time a baby spits up on it?#it's gotta be that they're just petty consumerists?

Not only that, but a lovingly handcrafted blanket coated in a material a lot of people are allergic to (lanolin, my beloathed) for someone whose allergies you cannot know and whose skin will be more sensitive to irritation than normal!

Listen. Listen. I know crafting takes an immense amount of time and money, and giving a hand-crafted gift to someone is a huge effort of love.

But you cannot surprise someone with a hand-made gift and then get mad that they weren't appreciative enough. You can't be like "I spent hours on this lovingly-crafted thing that I didn't ask their opinion on, didn't ask if they wanted, that may or may not fit their style, and that has to be hand-washed and they don't even use it!" That's on you at that point! They didn't ask for you to do that! That's just the risk you take with handmade gifts, and why many crafters will not handmake gifts unless they are specifically requested.

So I get the feeling that a lot of fandom agrees that Bella immediately being the most perfect vampire is just… not very compelling writing, yeah?

Smeyer tried to ramp up conflict with external factors (Bella worrying she’ll want to mail her own daughter, Charlie visiting right away, coming across the hiker’s scent) but they all dissolve into non-issues so quickly that it turns into more fawning over how exceptional she is. Good for her, boring for readers

I don’t actually hate the “I was born to be a vampire” sentiment, I think it had potential, but having it manifest as “I was born to be an extremely human-friendly vampire” is a little odd. I feel like it would be just as rewarding to have her be an excellent vampire— powerful gift, strong and fast even for a newborn, even great control over the bloodlust, ymmv— but provide also a little narrative balance by having too much of a good thing.

This could mean she has a new, equal-but-opposite “clumsiness”: Clumsiness comes from a lack of control/awareness/stability in the limbs, right? Her proprioception and reflexes were off as a human. So as a vampire, why not have the pendulum swing in the other direction? Make her have a hard time dialing down the uncanny inhuman demeanor. She has a harder time at playing human than most vampires. She’s always forgetting to visibly breathe, sigh, fidget, etc. Her movements are a little too fast, a little too lithe. She’s always crushing stuff in her hands.

Idk. Just. Something to make her a little monstrous, even if it’s not the typical struggle of the bloodlust (though that’s not a bad option!). “She got everything she ever wanted with no repercussions or drawbacks” wasn’t remotely satisfying or interesting

Listen, I want to be cuddled by a giant mech as much as the next guy, but let’s face facts: metal is hard and uncomfortable to lie on. Especially for long periods of time.

Possible solutions with my personal ranking:

Mech hands have some padding for gripping and are more comfortable than bare metal. 6/10 but bonus point for forcing them to stop what they’re doing to hold you the whole time, and they are going to end up stroking your back and playing with your hair.

They carry a lot of blankets in their subspace. Get swaddled into a human burrito, idiot. 5/10 potentially nice but also potentially very hot, and still not that comfortable, might slip on smooth metal surfaces. 6/10 if they add pillows. Probably simplest and least invasive but best if everybody involved is lying down.

Alt mode. Nice for keeping each other company on long road trips and patrols, but it’s basically just sleeping in a sentient car. Which is not very comfortable. 4/10 at best for mechs with large cabin interiors. 3/10 for the sports models with tiny back seats, you will become a pretzel. Fliers 2/10, don’t hit the eject button. Maybe better for big vehicles with room for an actual bed, like Ratchet’s ambulance form or Optimus’ cab, but you still lose out on the giant alien mech-ness part of it so 6/10 maximum. Sorry, sometimes this hits like a 10/10 if you want a decent sleep while traveling, and sometimes it’s just not what you want.

By complete accident of design, humans fit comfortably in the space by their spark chamber, which has mesh insulation that’s quite soft AND keeps a stable temperature. 8/10 good place to fall asleep and extremely safe behind all the shielding, best place to be if they get into a fight while you’re around. They enjoy it because they can feel you and know you’re safe, you can feel their spark from proximity and it’s very comforting, but the drawback is it’s hard to hold a conversation and bad if you get claustrophobic.

Sitting on shoulder/in-between armor: great if you’re awake and hanging on and doing things with your bot, but would get tiring eventually, you could fall if they make sudden movements, and you’re going to get stiff and sore eventually. Sucks if you want to read a book or knit or not have to worry about hanging on. Could be 7/10 worth it for the view and ease of conversation, 4/10 if you’re scared of heights and don’t feel secure, 1/10 if they’re the type to forget you’re there, -10/10 if their shoulder doesn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit/nothing to hold onto.

Carrier mechs and their compartments: obvious 9/10. Meant for carrying small things safely and comfortably. Loses a point because symbionts are not soft and fleshy and you are, extra blankets probably needed for padding. Maybe varies in terms of temperature control. But 10/10 if their symbionts are home and you get to snuggle with them.

They get a padded carrier backpack or kangaroo pouch or etc. just for you to ride in. Probably the most comfortable and convenient option as it would be designed specifically for your needs, you could carry on conversations, you’d have fresh air but be warm, it would be secure so you wouldn’t fall and wouldn’t have to hang on the whole time. Biggest downside is it wouldn’t offer much protection in a fight and you’d be an obvious target. This would also look incredibly stupid and depending on your tolerance level, could be embarrassing. Could range from 3/10 to 9/10 based on preference.

They just sit you inside one of their guns. 1000/10 for coolness, -2/10 for anything else.
