Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Mix the sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, and tuna in a bowl until everything is well mixed. A baking sheet should have slices of flatbread on it. Cover each flatbread slice with an equal amount of the tuna mixture. Add some fresh spinach leaves to the top of each one. On top of the spinach, put a slice of Swiss cheese. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Cut each flatbread in half or four, and then eat!
