He was separated early from the rest of his siblings. Raised by Big Mama, he was kept in his own section of the hotel for as long as he could remember.

Donnie learned about mechanics and mystic properties from his co-parent, father master/teacher draxum. He works for his mama, Big Mama. Making tech for her battle nexus.

Donnie was able to unlock his mystic abilities (courtesy of both parental figures.

Who says his ninpo can only make weapons? The ribbons in Donnie’s masks aren't just for show! They act as extra limbs since he never had a use for a battle shell. He has the ability to make more mask tails and control the size of them.

It this Au, Donnie, meets his companion that he names Gale because they run like the wind. They've stuck around him since he was 11. One day, Big Mama found our about his secret pet, and took him away.

That was the first time Donnie went against Big Mama and left his room to look for Gale. Finding him and patching him up as best as he could.

However, Gale would forever have a patch of fur missing.

So The Drax Bros finally manages to use their braincells to connect the dots! BEHOLD! LONG LOST BROTHER!

Donnie has absolutely NO clue of what's going on, and being suddenly attacked (hugged) by strange giant reptile people is not helping him process this absolutely crazy situation

Anyway, The Drax Bros figure that the human girl accompanying their Long Lost Brother must be one of his captors, and as such they swiftly grab him to portal him back to safety!

And April....

Uh. Have ya'll ever gotten a friend accidentally hurt or otherwise in trouble as a kid? And all you can worry about is their parents potentially getting mad at you? Yeah.....

In April's defense, this entire situation, from encountering the Normal Human Teens to Donnie getting yoinked all happened within the course of like a minute, she had NO time to react to everything crazy that just went down

Also, Mayhem is still here! They forgot about him lol.

ROTTMNT: The Baron’s Assistants AU! Donatello!

HIM.

I love his design the most so far tbh

But, with Donatello in this AU, he is the most distant, often working on projects and experiments with The Baron. He is the most respected out of his brothers due to the relationship with Draxum.

However, with his respect that he gained, his biggest fear is somehow losing that respect. In short, failing.

Because of this, Donatello works to the BONE to always be on top! No matter the cost.

i need future mikey focused shenanigans like air, so heres my take. idk when i have the time and energy to work on it more but im glad i at least have this bad boy of a comic out of my system for now <3

Back to Donnie, he is currently in the process of trying to get himself out of this suddenly very bad situation! He tries to reason with the Draxums very briefly before realizing that that tactic is never gonna work.

So Donnie has no choice other than to try another more desperate tactic...

Which obviously doesn't go very well either because we all know that Donnie cannot lie to save his life! Leo immedietly calls bullshit, Donnie is seemingly in a hopeless situation, but this is where April finally shows up!

Off screen April ran off to that room in Draxum's lair that's full of weapons, she may be impulsive enough to jump in front of three really strong turtle-warriors and their even stronger sheep-warrior-dad, but she's not impulsive enough to do it unarmed! And also I know that in the show she uses some type of club-like thing but I like it when she uses a bat so she picked a bat this time, whatever-

Anyway, while April heard a small part of the conversation where Draxum was explaining their evil plan, she's unaware of most of the Big Lore Dump that Donnie just recieved, luckily for her though, Donnie very helpfully informs her of everything that she missed out on!

....okay well damn I guess maybe Donnie isn't that bad at lying.... or Raph and Mikey are a little bit gullible but who knows!

Anyway, all the truths are exposed now, everyone knows about everyone's loyalties and intentions, whatever will happen next!? :0
