Oh boy! I sure am looking forward to playing Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships; The first game where Bess and George appear in-game! I sure hope there isn’t a blackface plot line, or anything.

When you get tied up by your ankles by some guy you just met
When he says he hasn't seen your friend but her shoe is like right there
When you're looking for a kidnapper in a game with one character

Nancy: [trying to unlock every cupboard at the island resort]
George: Come on, come on!
Nancy: Just trying to find the right key.
George: That one looks right.
Nancy: Ned’s car key.
George: What are you doing with it over here?
Nancy: He's a lousy driver.

Worst Video Game Song Tournament - Round 1 Match 12
Monkeys - Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships
VERSUS
Vacation Music 1 - The Sims 1
FIGHT!
I would recommend listening to as much as you can of each song before voting, but how you choose is up to you! Remember to be civil in the tags and replies!
Propaganda under cut:
Monkeys:
"It starts off well. Which is what makes its slow descent into being totally off-beat all the more agonizing."
Vacation Music 1:
"vagina pineapple + yodeling. need i say more"
Feel free to add more propaganda in the tags and replies, or send it to me in the ask box and I'll try to share it as soon as I can!

After having a while to think about it, I feel like the closest comparison game to Nancy Drew: Mystery of the Seven Keys is definitely Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships.
That is to say, both games were shit, had exuberantly hard puzzles for Junior/Amateur Detective mode, and had a painfully obvious villains, all while trying to desperately do fan service and cram in as many references to old games as possible.
The only difference between the two is that I would gladly replay RAN for the puzzles and the cozy "stuck on a private island resort in the" atmosphere. There's no way in hell I'm going to replay KEY anytime soon.
