Ingredients: 4 ripe stone fruits peaches, nectarines, plums, etc., sliced. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons honey. Fresh mint leaves, for garnish. 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the sliced stone fruits. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined. Drizzle the honey yogurt mixture over the sliced fruits. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and toasted almonds if using. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Is it just me, or is everyone feeling really hot and bothered this summer? Cool down with some yogurt, sprinkled with Ceylon Cinnamon syrup, drizzled over mango and raspberries. The Ceylon Cinnamon syrup is very light and not heavy or overly sweet. Perfect to enhance the flavor with detracting from the taste of yogurt and the fruits. We also sprinkled some Ceylon Cinnamon sugar to add some crunch, and that mint leaf really does add a nice aroma too.
