I was finally able to go pick out a refurbished computer for myself!! It's not top of the line, but it has everything I need! My brother gave me one of his old monitors, too, so I didn't have to worry about including that in the budget. New year, new computer, and new projects! I'm excited for everything in store for me this year!

Reminder that if nintendo doubles down on this whole “80-90$ games” bit, a steamdeck is cheaper and has everything the switch 2 offers and more. Sure it means no nintendo games (legally) but steam has a ton anyways. Also emulators exist so (not that i would ever endorse that but youd be shocked how quickly people can emulate new games).

Shooting with a mirrorless camera has me fully understanding why there is such a cult following for film cameras (as someone who has never shot on film)
#don't get me wrong i love my rp i'm so glad i snagged a refurbished one when it was so cheap#but also there's something about the fact that pretty much everything is electronic in them#electronic focus ring lcd viewfinder everything you do is through the main computer#and sometimes you want to have everything fully manual. dslr would be the closest digital version but film is 100% you#i want to save up for one pancake lens for my rp and then maybe have an eye out on ebay for some dslr lenses later#god why are my hobbies so expensive#z rambles

IT'S DONE!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!
I had a glitch with Bubble 11 that I had to fix but luckily the fix itself was simple, it was figuring out which set of frames around the glitch needed re-rendering that I struggled with XD
But it's done, I did it, yay! :D
