Good Omens Card Game Masterpost! :)❤

Renegade Game Studios released Good Omens: An Ineffable Game charging players with stopping the apocalypse in seven different battle games, each of which you can learn as you play, all in one box. Each of the seven cooperative battle games sees players taking on a different challenge, and each can be played at varying difficulties.

There are three different version of the Good Omens Game! :)

And each of the versions has different bonus thing and a different cover. Originally they were each exclusive to certain stores.

1. The Aziraphale and Crowley under the umbrella cover - this verson has a bonus Heaven& Hell themed diced bag - black with silver etching Good Omens Show Logo. It is available at the Barnes & Noble page, weirdly they have the wrong promo photos for it.

finally got into some War On Cybertron Transformers Deckbuilding Game, ran only cards from that box to run solo with Elita-1

I won soundly (with 24VP in the vault for fun scoring), Polities/Missions/Ruins are excellent adds to make at least the solo game more lively

Help Me Pick My Next RPG Thing!

So even though I'm only about a third of the way through Pulp Cthulhu, I'm excited about having polls, and am trying to decide what I'm gonna read next!

Gonna give several categories, and depending on which wins, will do additional poll or polls subsequently.

Respectively, the above are Romance of the Perilous Land (a British folklore/mythology game), Jackals (a Bronze Age Mediterranean fantasy game), and Paleomythic (a stonepunk fantasy game)

Recently I have been really getting into the Transformers ttrpg. I am in two Transformers game, which is wild because normally I be running the game instead of playing it.

My characters are Heavywing and Lunafrost.

Heavywing is a former Decepticon who couldn't stomach the things his brethren were doing and defected over to the Autobots. He is a triple changer able to switch between an Oshkosh and C-17 Globemaster III. Formerly experimented on by Decepticons, he has large gaps in his memory before waking up from the operating table.

Lunafrost is an Eukarrian Insecticon scientist who choose to join the Autobots after leaving her home planet. Her alt-mode is a Luna Moth. Her field of study is Energon and has been working hard on developing more efficient means of using it. She has her trusty research assistant Caterpult, caterpillar Mini-con, who can transform into her weapon.

It has been great playing both characters so much.

February was a very slow month for gaming, but that was ok after a really fast January. However, March actually beat January like a rented mule! Ok, actually, there were fewer games played in January, but more plays (because I played a few games so many times in January). March was an awesome month with the Terminal City Tabletop Convention garnering a number of plays, plus some lunchtime…

So it seems that Renegade Game Studio (the publisher who makes the licensed Transformers, GI Joe, Power Rangers, and My Little Pony RPG as well as the current publisher of Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition and Werewolf: The Apocalypse 5th Edition) decided that it owns the legal rights to the word "Renegade" and nobody else is allowed to use the word "Renegade".

This follows a very successful attempt by Games Workshop to enforce the trademark on the phrase "Space Marines" where-- Wait, hang on, just double-checking and it turns out their attempts to use legal threats to bully a small, independent publisher over the trademark to not only a common English phrase but one with a wide prior history in the genre not only epically failed, but made them into the laughing stock of the internet for weeks as people dragged them in both in social media and traditional media?

Speaking of, whoever owns the rights to the old FASA game Renegade Legions has the opportunity to do something hilarious right now.

As they have not yet released rules for the Transformers rpg regarding “primes” or the abilities of the Matrix of Leadership, this build is not so much “Optimus Prime” as it is “Orion Pax.”
