hello! i'm mod kitty, i use any pronouns, and i grew up on reading oc reviews back around the time where the term "mary sue" was more prevalent. while that period of time is (rightfully) seen as negative now, i still have remaining passion for reviewing ocs and other forms of fanart-- however, it must be stressed that what i will offer is solely constructive criticism, and i do not wish to make fun of anyone's creations (unless absolutely necessary; like in the case of harmful ideals being promoted).
with that being said, let me lay down some important rules.
1. do not submit anyone else's oc(s) without permission.
no matter how "bad" someone's oc is, i will not review it unless they have given me the permission to. if you are submitting someone else's oc, please provide proof of their approval. and most of all, do not use this blog as a way to spite any creator you don't like; i want this blog to be less about spite and more about improvement. the only time i will consider reviewing characters without permission is if the character itself is already canon (ergo, in public domain).
2. please refrain from using the terms "mary sue" or "gary stu".
seeing how outdated those terms are, i doubt (and hope) anyone is still unironically using them; though to cover all my bases, i want to stress that i don't use those terms anymore and completely disagree with the sentiments behind them.
3. i reserve the right to refuse a request.
while this is a multifandom review blog and i'd be happy to try reviewing anything, i want to point out from the get-go that i probably can't do every fandom out there-- either from lack of knowledge or personal discomfort.
4. lastly, be polite!
self-explanatory. in reference to rule #1, i don't want this to be a spiteful blog-- i want to retain a positive, creator-friendly atmosphere. i will not tolerate any rudeness unless it is deserved (e.g, bigotry, etc).
fandoms and series i am the most familiar with
danganronpa
creepypasta
bully & the gta series
personal, fandom-less ocs
…i'll do my best to do other fandoms, but these are the fandoms i am the most familiar with! if you want be to review an oc from a fandom outside of these ones, please feel free to let me know.
and with that, submissions (and the ask box) are open! :)

I don't know if you've posted something on this before, but do you have any good sources on the uyghur ethnic cleansing you'd recommend reading? it seems everything I find online is either by sinophobes like adrian zenz or people who chalk it up to western propaganda without backing it up. and although I won't take any government who swears they're just fighting terrorism's words at face value, I'm also curious as to why so many muslim countries don't seem concerned with xinjiang? if there's any analysis on that that'd be appreciated too. thank you!
hello, thanks for the question! to be very frank, it's completely unsafe for any turkic or uyghur individual that might be repatriated to china or that has family in china to talk specifically about the situation in xinjiang. here, I speak broadly about my experiences with racism and ethnic conflicts, but I absolutely can't contribute to any discussion on the political situation. it's also dangerous for any western scholars or educators who research the area, but they often have less liability providing they don't leave the west. this is an area where the best course of action is to find a local university that has an open library and search for recent, peer-reviewed scholarship. you might be able to find open access information, but i really can't recommend enough taking advantage of university public outreach programs like public database access! the issue you describe seems like you just are getting bad sources

"Men and Women in Christ," by Andrew Bartlett
If you are searching for a work that keeps sight of the bigger picture while scrutinizing the debate from every possible angle, then this is the book for you.
#MenandWomeninChrist #AndrewBartlett
Men and Women in Christ: Fresh Light from the Biblical Texts, by Andrew Bartlett, London, England: Inter-Varsity Press, 2019. 464 pages.
I had already read a number of books that sought to re-read biblical passages that seem to endorse the silencing and subduing of women. What I had come away with so far was the certainty that though scholars may not agree on the details, overall, none of these…
