Some time ago a friend here on Tumblr posted the STF bible before she lost her blog. Her new blog today is @histroiansofenchancia , so let's give her total credit for finding this stuff!! But afraid of it turning into lost media I thought about posting the whole file here on Tumblr, and here I am. It has only 20 pages so that means it will be divided in two parts! I wish there was a way to post them all together tough.

okay i might get hate for this but, hot take! we should be nicer to ruby and jade (sofia the first).

first off, ruby didnt do shit. she sthe nicer one in the duo.

second, they're just kids, the fact they arent as graceful as amber and her friends is the POINT.

third....i think jade is autistic. the way she behaves reminds me HEAVILY of how my autism symptoms presented as a kid. i was seen as mean and bossy and obnoxious, but looking back, i was confused and hurt because i felt as though everyone else got a handbook on how to be and i didnt and that all of it was my fault. jade reminds me so heavily of myself it kind of hurts when people chaulk her up to "annoying mean little girl" when it's never that simple. Sofia the First does not teach hate, it teaches you to care about someone no matter what, even id they have made horrible mistakes whith how they behave. If you think about it, Ivy (who is heavily headcanoned as autisic for good reason really) is almost like a future Jade. Ivy at her introduction was selfish and bossy, and Jade is a bit similar but seems to struggle with certain social cues.

This might just be my personal bias but it seems like everyone who hates on Ruby and Jade seem to either be kids or childish adults taht seem to think everyone slightly different is wrong and weird. Excluding and hating on Ruby and Jade just makes people who were just like them as kids feel like they aren't allowed in the fandom that should be reflecting the shows messages.

tldr, I think Jade is autistic and thats why she "acts out", Ruby did nothing but be a poor little black girl, and I think we should be much nicer and forgiving to them as a fandom because hating makes people who really do relate to them feel likt they aren't "right" in a fandom that should be a safe space for them considering the density of neurodivergent folk within

Family Dinner

Jade was excited and happy to see her sister again. They were going to have dinner together. Which they had planned to meet up soon after their run in on their morning runs. However, work schedules and even becoming busy with other things and people, their get together didn't happen right away. It didn't matter though because it was happening now and Jade was excited. They had spent too long apart from one another, catching up, and talking that Jade didn't want that to happen anymore. They were living in the same town and now didn't have any excuse to not see one another and even hang out. Jade got herself ready and headed to the address that Ruby had given her. Jade made sure that she didn't come empty handed. She had their favorite dessert. Jade pulled up to the address and smiled at the place. It was perfect and so Ruby. She got out and knocked on the door. @rubywritesrp
