Where did all these mews that became Flurry's boyfriends come from? Are they from other universes?

Great question! So I made a quick diagram to showcase how it works and where exactly all these future mews come from!

So as of now, there are 3 generations of mews, the first being the Ancients with Meau and technically Noe. The the Origins including Kasumi and Bucket, considered the “perfect” mew, not as destructively capable as Meau was, but still incredibly powerful. Then them orders day mew, which are much less powerful then either the Origin or Ancient generation, but still a force to be reckoned with in their own right.

However, come the modern generation due to Bucket’s newfound infertility, Meau makes what’s called a Sapling. Think of it like TC’s flower, except the plant itself can produce the mew! She makes them and allows them to grow sparsely all over the world! It’ll only hatch the kit if triggered by another beings presence so the kits don’t just fall out of the plant alone. They can only produce 1 infantile aged mew in their lifespan before dying off and only grow in wild, Pokémon dense areas. These Saplings basically begin producing the bulk of the modern generation in order to ensure Bucket, and subsequently flurry, deca, ody, Circe etc have more of their own species around.

There’s probably not anymore then 100 mews that these sapling produce initially, so the population is small, but grows slowly over time. They become more and more rare after these and only grow in specialized conditions. The 4th generation of mews we’ll likely only have a handful of sapling babys in contrast with biologically born mews. Given mews are asexual reproducers anyhow and don’t require a partner to have a litter. We’ll also see a sapling mew produced that Meau and Noe jointly take care of later on! It’ll be Meau’s last kid given Flurry will be the last one she can produce on her own biologically.

So basically mews like Angel, Juni, and Icarus are born from these saplings and raised by wild Pokémon. There’s even the chance some mews are found by humans. So on and so fourth! We’ll see the saplings creation in the premier of the Noe Arc ;3

Algy flew around the frosted garden, which despite the bright winter sunlight lay mainly in the shade, for the early January sun still travelled so low in the sky that the rocky hills which surrounded Algy's home prevented it from reaching much of the lower levels, and every tree and bush cast a deep black shadow many times as long as its height.

This also meant that if the winter sunshine did hold any heat at all, it failed to warm the ground, or the plants and creatures which dwelled upon it, and so the penetrating chill of the frost made Algy's tail feathers tingle every time that he stopped to rest.

But as he fluttered here and there, trying to keep warm, Algy suddenly noticed a bright green spark among the pale, frosted grasses, and notwithstanding the icy stinging in his nether parts, he paused for a while in wonder, for a tiny, fresh green spruce sapling was pushing its way up into the light as though it were a balmy day in spring and not the depths of the wild west Highland winter.

Of course it was growing in the wrong place, for once it grew to adulthood it would tower over everything in the vicinity, so Algy knew that when the weather improved his assistants would have to move it to a more suitable location. But for the moment he simply marvelled at its resilience and courage, and he lingered for a few moments longer to quote some lines of a poem he had remembered to the brave little tree, and provide it with some words of fluffy encouragement:

Our last connection with the mythic. My mother remembers the day as a girl she jumped across a little spruce that now overtops the sandstone house where still she lives; her face delights at the thought of her years translated into wood so tall, into so mighty a peer of the birds and the wind. Too, the old farmer still stout of step treads through the orchard he has outlasted but for some hollow-trunked much-lopped apples and Bartlett pears. The dogwood planted to mark my birth flowers each April, a soundless explosion. We tell its story time after time: the drizzling day, the fragile sapling that had to be staked.
