C'était une bonne année je crois (Frédéric Mey) yes this is Reinhard Mey under his French pseudonym. I always listen to that song around the New Year.

Down by the water (Amy MacDonald) I love Amy, never makes a bad album even though the first one is the only famous one!

Currently reading: Was bleibt mir übrig by the late German satirist Dieter Hildebrandt (a book from 1986 that kinda gives a personal view on historical events mixed with personal stories and texts/poems through the years) which I would never even have picked up if it wasn't for Claus. I had no expectations whatsoever but it's actually very interesting. Also reading Die kleinste gemeinsame Wirklichkeit by Mai Thi Nguyen-Kim, a chemist and science journalist. The book deals with scientific discourse and methodology regarding big scientific debates in the media in recent years.

Last movie: last thing I watched was again no movie (when do I ever watch movies?) but an episode of Die Anstalt from June 2020 and overall I watch way too much of that stuff as everyone already noticed.

It's karaoke night at your favourite dive bar, which song are you singing?: Idk, let's go with Schüsse in die Luft by Kraftklub because it makes me wanna sing and dance.

Currently working on: In a few minutes I'll be working on the news. Then I'll be working on a radio report for tuesday and i should actually work on a painting that I started a while ago.

Are you ready to start the actual german Remus Lupin playlist? Obviously some of the already established songs have to be on there, Durch den Monsun is a MUST. But might I suggest Augen zu by Kobito & Sookee for either post moon Remus vibe or berlin hipster remus vibe? What do you think?

Now, are we still on that original antifa idea? Because I guess a lot of that overlaps with Sirius’ playlist, but I suggest Hey Mr Nazi specifically for Remus. He is antifa, but I feel like he’d play nicer than Sirius.

Also Cottbus by Audio88 & Yassin, Seelentherapie by Toten Hosen, and maybe Schüsse in die Luft by Kraftklub? („Ich war niemals anti-alles, ich war immer anti-ihr / Hab schon lange angefangen mich mit Dingen zu arrangieren“) I feel like these have a tired ‘I wish other people would do something but they’re not, so I guess I have to’-vibe which is very on brand for Remus imo, but tell my yours.

Moving on from antifa songs, I am a bit surprised you didn’t know Udo Lindenberg. He’s not even a musician anymore, he’s like, culture, an idol. He fought to play a concert in the DDR and became a symbol for the Wiedervereinigung. ANYWAY history lesson over, he’s also ….. specific. You have to look at an interview or something and then tell me whether or not Remus has a crush on him. I really need to know your opinion on this.

I’m not incredibly well-versed in Udo Lindenberg, but I think he’d listen to Wieder genauso when he wants to cry (or, if you really wanna go there, in the lost years, or after Sirius dies. Which he doesn’t, but it’s in that weird AU everyone is always talking about)

And of course Hinterm Horizont for the wolfstar feels.

And Mein Ding. Idk, it’s like a hymn for Udo fans.

I also really do think he would love Falco. So I suggest we keep Egoist and Junge Römer and add Der Kommissar. No thoughts just vibes.

The more I think about this the more important Remus loving Sido is to me.

Hallo,

hab mir mal einen Blog zum Thema Kraftklub erstellt. Sind seit einer Weile eine meiner Lieblingsbands, da liegt es doch eigentlich nahe mal ein wenig darüber zu bloggen und sich mit anderen auszutauschen. Also: Wer auch immer das hier sieht, es tut mir leid, dass du jetzt drunter leiden musst (vielleicht, keine Ahnung, möglicherweise kommt es ja auch gut an was ich hier so von mir gebe).

Habe Kraftklub das erste Mal ca. 2015 gehört (Songs für Liam und Schüsse in die Luft), fand die Songs auch ganz gut, aber habe mich nicht wirklich für den Rest interessiert. Nachdem mir dann 2020(?) auf YouTube regelmäßig ihr Rock am Ring Auftritt aus 2017 vorgeschlagen wurde, hab ich dann irgendwann doch mal reingehört. Und ich war schon nach den ersten Songs verdammt beeindruckt, was die für ne gute Liveband sind. Und hab mich dann gefragt, warum ich nicht schon früher mehr von ihrer Musik gehört habe. Wurde dann natürlich sofort nachgeholt. Habe mich dann letztes Jahr total gefreut, dass ein neues Album von ihnen rauskommt und gleich die Chance genutzt um die Jungs live zu sehen.

Ich denke, das sollte als Einstieg genügen. Man hört voneinander!

Steffen und Karl sind meine Favorites. Liebe geht aber auch raus an Felix, Till und Max. Vor allem Max, weil ich immer das Gefühl habe, dass er zwischen den anderen unter geht und das hat er nicht verdient!

Außerdem bin ich dumm und musste gerade lernen, dass ein Nebenblog nicht die gleichen Funktionen wie ein Hauptblog hat. Da ich die aber haben will, musste ich mir einen neuen Account erstellen und das hier jetzt nochmal posten.
