that scene in s2ep4 always makes me question 😞

where blitzø is told stolas got hospitalized and hes injured rlly badly,, and blitzø is like,

"what???, how? he can get hurt?"

even though blitzø was likely talking abt how stolas always looked super powerful to him and cant get hurt physically, i always thought of this as a nod to how unaware blitzø was to the fact that stolas was also a person who had feelings, and specifally, feelings for him.

the he can get hurt? yes he can. he does get hurt. he's not as souless and godlike as you think. he's a person with feelings too, just like anyone else, he can get hurt. blitzø thinks stolas cant get hurt, blitzø thinks he himself cant hurt stolas because he's a goeisha er whatever .. but what blitzø doesnt know is that he does hurt stolas. he hurts him everytime he dismisses the fact that stolas might love him and care about him. when he pushes him away everytime he tries 2 show him true affection. when he said that he shouldnt act like they have anything more than a transactional relationship.

nd then blitzø actly realises that in the new ep 😞😞

Like okay the episode opening with a musical number was misleading as FUCK because I wanted this to end in them being so happy, laughing at how Blitz was like ‘hehe sex’ but NO, we had some plot about angels coming to hell to kick demon ass, with the short story of Blitz trying to make this the best night of Stolas’ life (which is another parallel god damnit!!) and then we had Stolas give him the asmodeus gem thing THAT WAS SO SWEET AND HIS WHOLE SPEECH WAS SO KIND and Blitz, not knowing how affection fucking works because he doesn’t think he deserves love? Just speaks so rude when I know he is feeling so much. Like I need there to be a beach episode where they frolic in the hell sun and drink martinis and then go fuck in a bungalow somewhere. Another beach ep. anyway.

This show manages to be some of the funniest shit I’ve seen in ages and also have the most gut wrenching angst and sadness. I SWEAR IF THESE GAY BITCHES DONT MAKE UP IM GOING TO DIE!!!!!! THIS AND GOOD OMENS HAVE ME ON MY FUCKING DEATH BED!!!!!!
