Pasiklaban 2024 is the week of energy, excitement, and camaraderie at the GFI-Campus! The intramural week unfolded with the captivating theme of '𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬, 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬'.

The opening ceremony kicked off with a burst of colors and excitement, as teams dressed up in their unique pag-siklab-inspired costumes. The Legendary Lions roared onto the field, showcasing our fierce spirit and enthusiasm. Throughout the week, we engaged in a variety of activities that showcased the talents and skills of our school community.

The stage came alive with solo and duet performances, as students showcased their singing abilities. The air was filled with melodies and applause as the performers captivated the audience with their talent and passion. Next is where dance crews took the stage, mesmerizing everyone with their impressive moves and synchronized routines. The energy was contagious, and the cheers echoed throughout the campus.

In addition to the performing arts, the intramural week also featured mind games that challenged participants' intellect and critical thinking. Students engaged in thrilling competitions, such as word factory, scrabble, quiz bowl, etc. showcasing their mental prowess. Of course, no intramural week is complete without ball games. Basketball, volleyball, sepak takraw and other sports took at gymnasium, as four different teams battled it out on the court, displaying their athleticism, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

As a member of the Legendary Lions, I had the opportunity to witness the incredible talent and dedication of my fellow students. From the soulful performances on the stage to the intense matches on the court, I was in awe of the passion and commitment displayed by each participant. We are very thankful and grateful for all of the teachers that keep supporting us.

And on the night of the highly anticipated pageant, the rain poured down, but it couldn't dampen the spirits and glamour of the participants. The stage was transformed into a dazzling showcase of beauty, grace, and talent. Contestants from different teams and backgrounds took part, exuding confidence and charisma as they walked the runway and showcased their unique talents, embracing the rain as part of the experience.

After that we celebrated our achievements as the Legendary Lions. Being overall second place in the intramural competition was a testament to our collective effort, skill, and dedication. It was a memorable week filled with unforgettable moments, personal growth, and lasting friendships. Intramurals week truly showcased the spirit and unity of our high school.

The intramural week encompassed a wide range of activities, highlighting the values of creativity, teamwork, sportsmanship, and intellectual growth. It was a celebration of the diverse talents and abilities within our school community.

1st Try out for intrams

I tried to join the try out for basketball for experience. I play with my bestfriend Cj Rabara because we're both in team Falcon. I enjoy the first try out because someone cheering me and shouting my name so I can shoot the ball on the ring even though it's far. I enjoy running with my teammates and the other team. After the try out I was not accepted but It's okay at least I enjoy the game and we try out best to communicate so we can play better.

Participating in intramurals was a defining experience that not only tested my athletic abilities but also enriched my personal and social growth. From the energetic opening ceremony to the final showdown, the entire journey was filled with camaraderie, memorable victories, and valuable lessons.

Along the interview we customized questions which are divided into 6 ser for them to answer, these sets are from the categories of:

Who are we empathizing with?

What do they need to do?

What do they see?

What do they say?

What do they do?

What do they hear?

Here is some further information about the response of these questions:

For set A questions:

To sum up everything they have answered, most of them are employed and their hobbies are more likely into recreational activities. In addition, their jobs are most likely inside the office and have night shifts. These people are our target customers, and these are the ones who are we empathizing with.

For set B questions:

To sum up everything they have answered, we have examined that these target customers have desire to purchase our product and how they will make use the product. We also asked them if our product has potential in the market, some of them answered yes and some are no because of the already existing product that are the same functions of our product. With those answers we were able to answer the questions of this set.

For set C questions:

To sum up everything the have answered, we were able to know how they looked up more about our product. We already assumed that the quality of our product is what they really preferred regardless the price. For this set of questions, FutherFlask is confusing but it seems like they are interested to know more about the product and to see it personally.

For set D questions:

To sum of everything they have answered, they assumed that the product is unique and convenient for them. It is said that, they see the product quite expensive but very worth it to purchase because of its function and its quality.

For set E questions:

Based on their answers, they really bring tumblers with them in their workplace and when doing recreational activities. They also wish to have the product like FutherFlask. And they have shared their insights about the product, they imagined the convenience, good quality, and less hassle. They also mentioned that it is very useful for them especially during night shifts and going to an adventure.

For set F questions:

Based on their answers, single use plastics are harmful to the environment, that’s why tumblers are created to reduce the use of plastics. They also witnessed that their colleagues are bringing tumbler and during recreational activities, tumblers are really useful for hydrating purposes. When they hear about what are tumblers for, it connected the potential of our product to the market.

My first ever entering the intrams of GFI FOUNDATION, this day we're on our perspective team we gathered because we'll having our parade for opening day on the morning.

this day was the ball game, as of part in team we do some little cheering in bench, as we not expected our team won in the basketball

D2 another day another yey!! still the ball games i was in the flank still do cheering, for the reason that i was watching my friend cheering for her since she was playing volleyball for the sake of our team but unfortunately we lose, but as a fearless falcon we don't lose hope because other than that our basketball men still won perhaps vvall women can't play but our bball men do!!

1st place My most awaiting and exciting part as not a sporty person i still join in sayawitan even though it's not a sport i motionless want badly wanna join in vvall hence though not much good in catching a ball lol , still not. Sayawitan is the only thing i join emotionally not expected we hop in 1st place 🤣😜

Today i would like to share my heartfelt experience of the intramurals 2024 at GFI School. When we were told that our intramurals were coming up, I felt excited and happy because it was just now that I got to experience intramurals again and on the first day of our intrams, I felt happy and tired when I got home from school. 2nd day I was nervous because we had a basketball game when I got home I felt tired until the end of the five days I was happy because I experienced intrams again. All i can say is it's really fun and i enjoy a lot.

“PASIKLABAN”

PAGSIKLAB NG NINGAS, LABANAN NG HUSAY AT LAKAS!

DAY 1 INTRAMURALS || FIRST DAY

first day of our intrams super

exciting and full of energy every

team we bring and a few days

we also prepared subra subra

and we enjoyed every team we

brought and the noise we

made. I was happy and enjoyed

even the weight of the drum I

brought to the parade but I

didn't feel the weight of the fun

part.

DAY 2 INTRAMURALS || SECOND DAY

second day we started our

magical ball game and other

darts events just for fun

because there was a lot of

support from each team and

they wanted to catch up.

DAY 3 INTRAMURALS || THIRD DAY

on the third day of our

intramural I really enjoyed it

because it was also the day

we won volleyball but it was

painful to the body but we

were not going to lose.

DAY 4 INTRAMURALS || FOUR DAY

fourth day it was also the

day we beat the other team

and it was also the day that

we did not continue our

championship with the

strength of the pouring rain,

our ms and mr started

fighting even hard as we

enjoyed each team.

DAY 5 INTRAMURALS || LAST DAY

last day of our intramurals

and it was also a

championship fight even if

we didn't win it was fun

because we entered the 1st

runner up, beat mn or win

champion for each team

because we were really

prepared to hopefully win the

champion next time. subra

TRIPOLE, 2020

So we were tasked to make a communication model, and this is what I made in which I entitled it as "Tripole, 2020". This communication model got its inspiration by Claude Shannon and Warren Weaver's Model (1948) and Eugene White's Model. Honestly, it is most similar to Eugene White's Model because I believe that what Mr. White has said, that communication is circular and continuous in which it has no beginning or end is right. However, I modified the model by adding some noise from Mr. Shannon and Mr. Weaver's model, since noise is inescapable in communication not to have a disturbance. 

Hence, my communication model starts with the sender wherein the imagination and thoughts of the person are. I followed it by expressing emotions wherein the sender can then uses his/her vocal mechanism to produce a sound of language and accompanied it by its gestures and body stance. Next is transmitting the message to the listener and then receiving it for the listener to decode the message. Afterward, the listener will give feedback in which he/she can manifest its behavior like a nod, smile, or even he/she may not show any behavior at all. Lastly, is the monitoring in which the sender watches for signs of understanding of his message among the listeners. Moreover, after the monitoring part, it will be back again to the sender and repeat the cycle. And by this, I made the model "Tripole, 2020" for being exceptional yet straightforward.
