You know what is fun? Baby Ghost Jason. You know what could be even more fun? Ghosts are Dragons. 

Jason? Aware of none of this. 

He was on comms, y’know listening and rolling his eyes at Dickwing, who used his real name, really Dick, he mocks. It’s just a stakeout, nothing new there, honestly boring when he could be blowing something up instead. It should have just been a stakeout. 

Yet there’s something suddenly there, something behind him. Something that causes his hair to stand on end and his comms to spark into static like some sort of horror movie. Something, something with clawed hands with corpse-pale skin tipped in black, stained or dead or something else, tilting his head up and up and up as he’s frozen. 

“A child, out here? Alone?” a voice crackles, hisses, hums, and purrs, somehow all at once, unnatural in its tone. He can’t move, he needs to move, he has to move, but it’s like the space around him has gone cold and dead, like he’s stuck in the Pits once more as claws hold his head and his vision blurs. “Sleep, child. Rest- we’ll be home soon.”

personally I think that if a fictional guy isn't a dilf or a malewife or a baby girl or even a pathetic wet meow meow he should be at least a little bit of a whore. What else is he there to do if not look pretty? (Meaning that you'll have to rip my Skull Sorcerer design out of my dead cold hands yourself if you want me to change it.)

Hi prequel community. If I said that I think the reason why there were only two prequels compared to the three that the other parts of the series got (3 TSY books and 3 TCY books) AND the reasons why Rhian's eye colour changes miraculously from Rise to Fall from green to blue (I think he's described as having green eyes in Rise? someone might have to correlate me on that) is because in Rise he's supposed to parallel TSY Sophie (green eyes, doubtfully good, multiple boyfriends) and then in Fall he's supposed to parallel Japeth (blue eyes, fratricidal, insane, gets cool one liners) how would you react to that

Here's what's crazy to me; the only canon installments Tommy Andreasen has gotten to write were; Secrets of the Blacksmith, Flight of the Dragon Ninja, The New Masters of Spinjitzu, An Underworldly Takeover, and ALL the "Tales from the Monastery of Spinjitzu" shorts.

Y'know what's CRAZIER? Those are very well-written! They have very interesting ideas, fun ones, ones that dive deeper into the silly side of the show!!! He's responsible for one of the saddest shorts ever, Green and Gold, aka the one where the Ultra Dragon left, and reunited with all the other dragons.

He can write good stories! He's written Way of the Departed on his own! It's so odd to me that he got minimal input from a writing perspective! We could've had Zane PTSD stuff, but he didn't want to force the writers to write something "too dark".

I always assumed Tommy was to blame for a lot of issues with the show, but most of the blame can either be tied back to the writers and/or Lego themselves! Maybe it's his fault that we haven't seen Kai do anything meaningful, but he doesn't HAVE to power to just go "I don't like Kai, he shouldn't get focus".

Pondering Ghosts are Dragons, and just rotating each design in my head I have for them. That is the ghosts we see in the show more than just once or twice lol. Just pondering each of them and potential types and descriptions and how the people of Amity see them, as they’re used to the dragons around, vs say someone from Outside, crossover or no, who are Not used to the maybe slightly eldritch undeath interdimensional dragons around everywhere. 

That is not normal for other people. 

To the Amity Parkers? Boxy is simply a chonky dragon with small boxy wings and covered in blue scales. To people just coming into the city, it’s like seeing a giant komodo dragon when you’re just walking home- not something you exactly want to see and something that is dangerous. 

Kitty’s and Johnny’s weekly relationship tussle? Par for the course really. But to visitors? Two giant wyverns tearing into each other, shimmering greens that could be scales, could be tendrils, and shadows lengthening and thrashing like a living beast all its own. 

And this is just the small dragonlings, not even beginning with larger ones like Pandora and Fright Knight, chill as they may be. 

Outsiders don’t understand that they’re more than just animals. Amity is used to this, but people who have no clue what’s going on? They don’t.

They call the police, the heroes, the government, for help, for answers. And that? That the GIW can use.

Imagine if the snake men were allowed the same level of variety as the Serpentine from Ninjago

Hang on a sec I gotta google something-

...I'm gonna assume this Ask is specifically in reference to the Snakemen as depicted in the newer CGI/Core Masters of the Universe.

Because in the 200x version, the Snakemen did have the same level of variety as the Serpentine from Ninjago (as far as a 1 minute google search was able to show me).

Snake king Cole au information, perhaps?

In the Snake King au, after the episode Home, instead of getting rid of the hypnosis, the Sacred Flute just turns it off for the time being.

The next time they fight the Serpentine, Cole is captured by the Skales, teaches Cole Serpentine culture, secrets, and fighting techniques. Basically, Cole becomes Skales’ new son.

He then sends Cole back to spy on the ninja.
