His use of the weapon was reckless, since he says that the man had not entered the laundry. There was not sufficient provocation to warrant the use of a revolver. Ainscough came here three weeks ago from New Bedford, Mass., where he was employed for some time on the police force. He will leave for New Bedford today. He has lost his taste for police experience and intends to try some other line. The man at whom the constable fired got away and the police have not any good clue as to who he is.

My city, Cleveland, had the annual tree lighting festival in downtown. I live down the street from it. I couldn't go, major health issues. Thousands of people there.

Quite a few cars in the parking lots below me kept having their alarm systems go off.

I just found out that there were gunshots at the festival!😳 F#cking gunshots! Maybe, Mother Earth will live long after all. Humans will kill each other with guns and covid. My city never cared about masks.

These people only care about their rights. Who cares if people die because of it. 💔

Former FSU Football Star Travis Rudolph Acquitted in Fatal Shooting: Seeking Healing and Reflection

Former Florida State University football star Travis Rudolph was acquitted of all charges on Wednesday in a tragic shooting incident that occurred over two years ago, resulting in the unfortunate death of a man.

FLASH REPORT: Congressman's Driver in Southern Negrosanon was shot dead from a Riding-in-Tandem

STA. CATALINA, NEGROS ORIENTAL -- The male driver of 3rd District Congressman in Negros Oriental known as Arnolfo "Arnie" Alipit Teves Jr. was shot dead from the unknown assailant of riding-in-tandem last Monday afternoon at 2:30pm (November 28th, 2022 -- Dumaguete local time). The victim was identified according to Santa Catalina Police Station (SCPS) as one 38 y/o victim named Juvanie Palagtiw Catubay, who was married and a resident of Sitio Break Water, Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Catalina, Negros Oriental.

In a radio report of DYSR-FM 95.1mhz's SR95: Dumaguete, the said suspect of riding-in-tandem killed the driver's victim of Arnie Teves Jr. was used with an assault rifle of M16 Armalite and a .45 caliber pistol were recently found on both weapons as recovered from the crime scene of SCPS. Despite of the said suspects, he was using a full-face helmet and one Honda Motorcycle XR along with the dangerous weapons at large as of this writing.

Police Lieutenant Colonel (PltCol.) named Miguel Andeza, spokesperson of the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) said, he was sleeping in an area like a rock when the suspects approached by riding-in-tandem and killed. He is on his way home in Sitio Bunsod, Brgy. Obat, the said municipality which was after he was assisted in driving to pick up the said 3rd District Congressman in Negros Oriental. He was now dead on the spot for Catubay after sustaining many wounds on his body when fell out. OneNETnews cannot independently verify the said report.

Gun control in Negros Island is on the rise with a breach and possibly corrupted per re-elected governor in Negros Oriental which is not to be named for now, in violation with a reference of COMELEC's Omnibus Election Code of 1985: Section 261-p.

Negros Oriental 3rd District Congressman (Arnie Teves Jr.) says, he is now ordering all the authorities to be properly investigate per brutal killing of his driver (Catubay) using a high-powered Armalite assault rifle and a single caliber pistol. The said Congressman of Negros Oriental offers a reward of PHP1M (U$D17,780.57) to those who can give more information and whereabouts of the suspects behind the murderous role of his driver.

The Negrosanon police are currently investigating the motive and was determine behind the said crime as Andeza quoted in from NOPPO.

Page 4. --- Grasped Rifle Barrel as Friend Was About to Shoot ---- WAS FIRING AT BIRD ---- Little Picnic at Chateauguay Yesterday Ends Tragically Coroner Disposes of the Case ---- Yet another tragedy was added to the already long list of accidental shootings when B. Lallard, a twelve-year-old boy was shot and almost instantly killed by his companion, a lad of about the same age, named Gervais, while on a picnic at Chateauguay yesterday morning. The coroner of St. Martin's after hearing the story of the accident yesterday afternoon disposed of the case as one of accidental death.

Early yesterday morning the two boys left their homes in Chateauguay for a day's outing taking with them a 22 calibre rifle. They spent the morning rambling through the country and about noon settled down for lunch on the beach, Gervais still carrying the rifle. As the boys were eating their lunch they saw a bird fly close overhead. Gervais sprang to his feet taking aim for a shot. As he was almost in the act of firing the other lad attempted to snatch the gun from his hands exclaiming that he was a better shot and would be mere likely to get the bird.

Gervais, however, would not relinquish his rifle wanting to fire the shot himself. As the boys struggled young Lallard seized the muzzle of the rifle bringing it near his body, Gervais still holding the butt. In the scuffle the rifle was discharged the bullet burying itself in Lallard's abdomen. The little fellow dropped to the ground and expired almost immediately, before help could be brought. Both boys lived in Chateauguay and the body of the dead lad was taken to his home. Young Gervais is employed in Mr. Crepin's general store in the town.

Yesterday afternoon the coroner of St. Martin's was notified of the tragedy. He heard the story from Gervais and pronounced it a clear case of accidental death and no inquest will be held.
