Hi guys! 

I leave you Quinta la Lucila. It was the country house for Urquiza family in Buenos Aires. 

The house was demolished, so I worked with old pics for the piano nobile. The rest of it (ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor is just my imagination). 

Despite putting some furniture, I really enjoy building and detailing the exterior so you can enjoy decorating the interior. 

It was built in a 50x50 lot, but i think it would fit a 40x30 if you are willing to lose the garden.

Inspired by Tom Kundig’s design for Gulf Islands Cabin in British Columbia, 2-4-3 Wakaba Cabin combines the coziness of cabin living with Mt. Komorebi’s Japanese style architectural influence. Welcome to the simulated Chortkoff and Riggio Manor. The Bungalow by the Sea. A Sim Realestate video. Our home is modest and cozy. Would you want to live in it? How would you improve it? I’ve also been working in this french palace wich was comissioned by Matias Errazuriz and Josefina de Alvear to Rene Sergent, the famous french architech that proyected some of the most famous residences in Argenitna. 

This palace whas thought to be the house of a family of four, and proyected for the art collection the family accumulated during their stay in Europe.

It’s now a museum dedicated to the Decorative Arts.

Hi simmers! I’ve been working in this magnificent palace. Sans Souci Palace is located in Buenos Aires Province, and was designed by René Sergent for the Alvear family. 

The palace construction started in 1914. THe garden was designes by Charles Thays. 

I leave some pictures to show you the advance. Once finished, I’ll publish it for downloading.
