just got off the phone w my best friend we got high together n were watching justin timberlake videos n it was so fun 😭 i love her so bad n i’m going to get off topic n overshare a bit but when i was a teenager i tried to kill myself n obviously i didn’t die bc here i am but i have some moments i experience where i think i’m glad that i didn’t die bc i got to live that n this phone call w her was definitely one of those moments 😭 like i’m glad i was here to spend this night in july 2024 w u i’m sorry i almost wasn’t

By Design the first thought that should come to mind with mine is money and expensive things #but instead of seeing expensive watches or flashy cars and thinking of mine i hope daigo thinks about how he liked his coffee #maybe daigo sees an interesting piece of art and wonders what mine wouldve thought of it #maybe daigo tries to read a little more on his downtime- what if mine always had a book on his desk when he'd visit #does daigo listen to classical music more nowadays ? maybe he stares at pianos a little too long now when he spots them #just. remembering the human aspects of mine instead of him being just a piggy bank #it's easy to do when he was/is also in a position where he was only valued for his money or authority/relation to authority #he's haunted! allegedly. in my opinion. haunted by anything and everything that reminds him of him #theres a time and place to be haunted but work hours is not it. until a mfer come into your room and be like #'lol remember that clan.that went under after its patriarch killed himself' and then you have fight the demons not to kill someone #anyway. im gonna sit on a fic of this for nine years while i work good bye everyone #i love it when daigos haunted its so rude #i try not to imagine daigo as solely a grieving widow for until the end of time. however he can have his moments #i think he's allowed to be melancholy about losing his ''''''''best friend''''''' sometimes

i will never understand how some people can actively shit on something they know someone loves and finds joy in right in front of them. how can you hate something that makes someone else happy in this absolutely fucked world in front of them.

its the passive aggression for no reason i will never ever understand or do to others. if you have a passion, fucking LIVE it. if nothing else, passion gets us through every shitty day, and i will always support it.

The music coming from the piano room is really beautiful, and the wind noises really add to it, definitely one of my favourite areas in the game. I'm tempted to make a save that I don't complete and leave it saved in there just so I can come back and listen to the noises here whenever

#scarlet hollow #it's easy for me to get overly focused on notetaking and exploration here but the forbidden wing piano really grounds me #its nice to stop and take a moment to just listen to the ambience; pull myself out of experimenting and curiosity to enjoy the game as it is #I definitely would recommend grabbing street smart at least once and just sitting in the forbidden wing for a bit #just taking a few minutes to sit and enjoy the forbidden wing. the music and sfx combine into something very beautiful here

y'know, i do think that actors are probably the closest that humans will ever get to a shapeshifter because sometimes i'll go through an actor's filmography and be totally taken aback by the sheer range of roles they've played and how violently dissimilar one role is from the other, so much so to the point that i'll literally forget that they played someone else and oh my god

ActingTM #because the entire episode is michael sheen and lizzy caplan's characters #talking about their sadder moments and it's like. all of that is said with zero music #the faint audio from the boxing match playing on a tv #but largely their voices. just quiet. and the emotions that flicker over their faces #and i was just. like. that was a truly breathtaking performance #where you are LITERALLY hanging onto every single word that the actors are saying #and you are hanging onto every single microexpression that passes across the actors' faces #and for two seconds you forget that they're characters and instead you feel like you're sitting in the hotel room with them #listening to someone you care about deeply (and you don't want to care about them but oh god you do!) spill their darkest secrets #and godddd that's.
