Heard in every game, but as far as we know, has never been seen- though it is theorized by quite a few (myself included) that because both characters have appeared in every game so far, that he and Master Hand, the boss you normally fight at the end of Classic Mode and canonically the creator of the Smash world, are one and the same. Besides that, promotional material for some games have given him (whoever he is, in this case) such an endearingly dorky personality
