#i'm coming up with a little self-indulgent story :3#Where this woman‚ Palmer‚ was brought to the Land Of The Dead by mistake after a relative's passing#Death's Assistant rescued her from losing contact with her dimension by bringing her to the Limbo‚ an intermediary between the two worlds#Her main goal was to return home‚ until local conflicts and unexpected meetings with previously assumed imaginary friends#led her to question the real reason to be there ---#It feels right to create stories for these characters :o#and not just leave them hanging in an empty blank space (which is a constant pattern in most backgrounds of my art)#there are also other characters that show up but I haven't thought of their role yet#and I really like this idea of simplistic designs changing over time (10+ bonus points if it follows character development)#while really complex ones usually remain the same#so ig there's more to come??? unless I come up with yet ANOTHER self-indulgent story lmao#sbahdabwhdbahdhwqbadnwanwsm#starbsart

#classic Kakashi DID disobey orders for his kids#It's insane when people say he'd never act rebellious against konoha when the evidence is there in the classic#or course things changed in shippuden#but in the classic? he went to the land of the waves mission without reporting the the classification was wrong#because he wanted to help tazuna properly#he allowed sasuke to fight in the preliminaries with the cursed mark and secretly sealed it went it was over#he hide the fact that a three men cell was needed for the chuning exams to give sakura the space to decide for herself what she wanted#he was all the time hiding information and acting on his own#even when he says later that he couldn't do much for them it's not because he didn't try#the village fucked him over they set him up for failure and in some sense he knew it#he accepted to be their sensei because he cared for them and he was on their side#I'm fully convinced that if shippuden had followed the classic as it was supposed to do kakashi would have rebelled in more than one way#but it didn't happen :( so#Kakashi Hatake#naruto#Tsunade Senju#Naruto Classic

#vashwood#vash the stampede#nicholas d wolfwood#trigun#trigun maximum#doing straight up nothing with the bestie. really good activity of doing nothing#i mainly drew this just so i can test how itd be not drawing their faces bc i Love drawing their faces a little too much.#maybe ill throw them in a more intense situation next time i try it bc it just ended up focusing on wolfwood and his silly newspaper#he's reading the news... cruel happenings all around no mans land... have to keep up to know where to go next and where to avoid#but theres also some guy in the same room being distracting as hell. i think they can coexist without bothering each other but theyd#be so painfully aware of the other person... both of them usually have tended to their own space after all for years. ww especially i think#would be easily distracted with vash's presence bc he's spent 2 years thinking about him already (for his mission...)#and thinking about vash is a Little easier than dealing with his personal anguish#though it can definitely overlap too. and sometimes its not that bad. sometimes its just vash's hand feeling unexpectedly nice and gentle#ruporas art
