I did a thing, now my body wants payback. Doing my best to push through this but sometimes I get so frustrated and angry that I can't do the things I used to and feel the way I used to after being active or pushing myself. It used to feel great to push myself, now I can't even explain the pain and exhaustion afterward. I still work full time, which takes most of my spoons and I still try to get out and do things or go places to feel normal. I feel guilt and shame when I can't, especially when people close to me think my pain and exhaustion is just from not being active all the time. I want to do more! I really do.
