The blonde managers here will flirt with anyone who comes through the door. One blonde who works there is always outside smoking and on the phone while Melissa Pennington is in the back flirting with customers and male workers. The reviews about the Big Stone Gap Virginia Dollar General have been all bad. This is the worst place to shop in BSG VA and you can look up their reviews online, and see for yourself. Melissa Pennington makes BSG VA DG not a good place to shop and she is rude to customers and can get away with almost anything. Many people had called in complaining about her and nothing ever happened. DG needs to fire her. No Doubt!

I knew I should have left Sheetz when:

I went through the period right before I quit/got fired, and I would just cry and cry and cry. I don’t think that I ever mentally prepared myself to go back into work after knowing what it like to sleep with your girlfriend at night and having great quality time with them and so I was never mentally prepared to leave that it sent me into a stressed induced cry that I would have to just end up either not going in and “forgetting” I had a shift or just calling out at the last minute.
