Weirdness and Absurdity Took Over Francesca Colombara's World

The most insane, absurd, or weird questions are mostly asked internally. We ask ourselves about some things but deep down we know those thoughts can be questioned badly. People have to fit into specific boxes to comply with the general communal norm. But that norms can easily be challenged by today's dynamics. 2D animator and comic artist Francesca Colombara let her thoughts run free and observe where they take her to. When you take a look at her works you can see different objects came to life and has human-like attributes. From fungi to lemon, anything can be a real, interactive thing and you can put a personality to them. And that opens up a whole new world to uncertainties. Because it's not pre-decided whether they're good or bad, compassionate or selfish. Maybe sometimes we just have to let our imagination let loose and observe where it'll take us. She told It's Nice That; "I like to indulge in absurd thoughts and see where they take me." Italy-based artist Francesca Colombara is a master of this practice. Her works mainly focus on absurd, surreal environments where any concept is acceptable. She mainly focuses on 2D animation, illustration, and all the mediums in between. Francesca Colombara co-founded a 2d animation studio called CIANG studio. Which creates animated music videos, commercials, and experimental short films. Her recently published graphic novel "Panic!" it's a story about anxiety and stress experienced throughout the pandemic. Francesca Colombara directed and animated the music video for "Marte - Manfredi Simonetti ft Kimberly Mangano" and it has been selected by Kaboom Animation Festival 2022 and Anilogue International Animation Festival 2022. I've seen movies in which the sets were more interesting than what's going on in them, but I don't think anyone would say that about Dario Argento's Suspiria. At the very least, in the competition of setting and action for the viewer's attention, it's a draw. When Suzy Bannion (Jessica Harper) tells a cab driver to take her to Escherstrasse, I should have been alerted to the visual phantasmagoria that is to come. It's clear that Argento means us to pick up on the allusion to the Dutch artist M.C. Escher, known for his plays on perspective and visual puzzles; Argento has the surly cabbie force Suzy to repeat the street name twice before saying it himself. But Escher's work was in black and white; Argento's, and that of his production designer, Giuseppe Bassan, and his cinematographer, Luciano Tovoli, is in color -- the most lurid Technicolor seen in a movie since the heyday of the MGM musical. Not that Suspiria has much in common with those musicals: The dominant color in Suspiria is red, and a lot of that red is blood, often artfully splattered. (One large blood splat looks like a Rorschach test.) I can't say that I was shocked by anything in the movie, although the many murders in it verge on overkill. It's too gaudy and noisy -- the background music by Goblin is the aural equivalent of the decor -- to build much tension. I could wish the dubbing of the dialogue didn't have the depthless quality, the lack of ambiance, of speech recorded in a studio -- even the English-speaking actors were post-synched in the manner of many Italian films of the era. But then the dialogue doesn't matter much: It's nonsense about witches, and the plot is only a device to hang horrors on. Still, Suspiria is a one-of-a-kind movie -- maybe we should be grateful for that -- and a landmark in its genre.

Their final act as Cherry Five was to drop new drummer Carlo Bordini and bring back Walter Martino on drums. This helped them better understand the world of soundtracks and the particular techniques required. Due to the band's peculiar sound, the band was frequently called to perform and arrange famous musicians' compositions. Cinevox Records was active mainly in soundtrack publishing. The band's name was changed to Cherry Five by the label, and according to Claudio Simonetti for no apparent reason, as the members themselves had intended to continue as "Oliver." Whatever debate about the band's name there may have existed, their first LP was titled Cherry Five. After many months of rehearsing, they returned to London while Offord was on tour with Yes in the US after many performances and various attempts at striking deals with record houses, they were forced to go back to Italy, due to lack of funds.īack home, they signed with Cinevox, and Clive Haynes was replaced by Tony Tartarini who had previously recorded with L'Uovo Di Colombo under the name Toni Gionta. By then, Fabio Pignatelli had become a steady member, and the band found a regular drummer, Carlo Bordini, and an English lead vocalist ( Clive Haynes). On a trip to London, while looking for contacts, the band bumped into Eddie Offord (then producer of Yes) after listening to a demo tape, the tycoon producer expressed interest and asked them to move to England. In both this and Suspiria's opening title sequences, they are credited as "The Goblins with Dario Argento". Other film scores and a concept album ( Il Fantastico Viaggio Del Bagarozzo Mark) followed, then the score for the European version of George A. After a reshuffle in their line-up, they put out an instrumental progressive rock album Roller, before working with Argento again for 1977's Suspiria. The 1975 soundtrack album was a huge hit. The band changed their name to Goblin, rewriting most of the score, originally written by Giorgio Gaslini including the famous main theme. Initially recording as Cherry Five (they had done some live shows as Oliver), their early work spawned one eponymous progressive rock record, and they were then called in to compose the score for Profondo Rosso.

GOBLIN BEANCOUNTER SERIES

Goblin returned with a series of live concerts in Europe in 2009 and in North America in 2013. CD re-releases of their scores have performed well, especially in Germany and Japan. Because their collaborator Dario Argento specializes in creating horror, suspense and slasher/giallo genre movies, scores made by Goblin in these movies often had eerie and ominous tones. They frequently collaborate with Dario Argento, most notably creating the scores for Profondo Rosso in 1975 and Suspiria in 1977. Goblin (also Back to the Goblin, New Goblin, Goblin Rebirth, the Goblin Keys, the Goblins and Claudio Simonetti's Goblin) is an Italian progressive rock band known for their film scores.

Kedr Livansky is a Russian electronic artist that started off in the punk scene.

“In the early 2010s, Kedrina and her friends started the underground musical collective Johns' Kingdom, which spawned her interest in electronic music.[4] After debuting her tracks under the name Kedr Livanskiy on SoundCloud, she signed to New Jersey-based record label 2MR, which was co-founded by Mike Simonetti of Troubleman Unlimited and Mike Sniper of Captured Tracks. In late 2015, Kedrina released her debut single, "Sgoraet", which was followed by her 2016 EP, January Sun.[2][1] 2MR issued her debut full-length album, Ariadna in September 2017; her second studio album, dub- and deep house-influenced Your Need, was released in 2019.[2]“

Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung effektives training

in diesem video möchte ich dir drei

entscheidende fehler zeigen die die

meisten leute machen wenn es um ihren

trainingsplan ist mein name ist flavio

simonetti ich trainiere schon seit über

22 jahren bin lizenzierter trainer und

möchte dir helfen wie du mehr aus dem

training raus wissen wie viel spaß dabei

ach ja bevor wir vollgas geben noch ganz

wichtig ich habe ja ebook ja ganz viele

tipps zum thema training ernährung usw

unterhalb in der beschreibung dass du

maximale erfolge erzielt

es hilft also nur die chance jetzt

kommen wir zur ersten sache wenn wir

eine person nehmen die keine erfahrung

haben sie meistens voll beispielsweise

muskeln aufbauen sagt alles klar ich

will muskeln

also ist der nächste schritt einen

muskelaufbau trainingsplan

das heißt sie wollen muskeln aufbauen

machen einen muskelaufbau trainingsplan

nach dem anderen

aber sie vergessen eine sache ein

fortgeschrittener beziehungsweise ein

guter trainer gibt einem anfänger auf

jeden fall nicht sofort einen

muskelaufbautraining islam soll er hilft

ihm indem er das perfekt vorbereitet ich

mach mal spielen man fängt mit einem

kraft- ausdauer- trainingsplan

als zweites macht man über trophy und

als drittes maximalkraft jetzt würde ich

natürlich jetzt keine anfänger zu geben

aber schau dir mal ein guter start die

meisten machen es so sie schaut darauf

dass sie möglichst häufig

muskelaufbautraining sklave kommt denn

sie wollen den muskelaufbau jemand der

mehr aroma sagt ich weiß dass die

muskeln aufbauen willst aber wir müssen

dann ist etwas anpassen

wir starten mit kraft ausdauer machen

dann hypertrophie muskelaufbau und gehen

an die maximalkraft phase und könnte es

dann im dritten schritt ständig

wiederholen also der aufbau ist eine

andere art der essbaren kraftausdauer

machte am erster

natürlich nicht so viel sinn denn das

bedeutet dass du mehr wiederholungen

machst aber im zweiten schritt bedeutet

ist dass es einige furchtbar effektiv

ist denn und trainierst du kennst dass

man aufhören wieder hoch und bildet

beispielsweise 15 bis 20 wiederholungen

kriegst du irgendwann so ein richtiges

rennen das ist ein erster schritt

unangenehm bedeute dass du eine hohe

love bildung hast das gute es wird am

ende aber tolerant gegenüber der

milchsäure

das bedeutet wiederum dass du wenn du

später in die weiteren phase überhaupt

über trophy oder maximalkraft mehr

wiederholungen schafft der muskel wird

ausdauer und das hilft ihr letztendlich

auch mehr wiederholungen zu schaffen und

durch die mehr wiederholungen wirst du

am ende des tages auch eine muskelaufbau

punkt 1.2 laktat wird schon abgebaut das

ein großer vorteil denken kannst gender

gasquet wendung kraft ausbau hass und

punkt neutral

die nährstoffversorgung wird besser das

heißt die kapitalisierung wird optimiert

die meisten leute das ist schon der

nächste fehler aber den wollen will ich

jetzt gar nicht groß ausholen haute die

ganzen tag nur sein wissen aber gar

nicht die kapitalisierung optimiert ja

beispielsweise durch kraftausdauer das

heißt die kleinen kapillaren die ganz

kleinen blutgefäße krieg mehr sauerstoff

rein dadurch wenn die nährstoffe besser

transportiert und welche einen wayne

protein beispielsweise nehmen kann das

im besten fall besser vom körper

aufgenommen werden heißt wenn du keine

ahnung hast wie das optimiert und die

kraftausdauer ein rost kann es sein dass

du ein kapitalist wirklich optimal ist

für die ganze zeit sache wenn sie nicht

rein aus aber mit so einem training viel

effektiver die sache mit steuern könnte

ist also ganz wichtiger tipp von mir was

du es um drews wenn du muskelaufbau ist

denkt etwas mit schaust du dir noch

andere wiederholungs vielleicht ist

kraft ausdauer ungefähr 15 bis 30

wiederholungen hier sind wir ungefähr

sechs bis zwölf wiederholungen

und hier alles unter sechs wiederholung

als das am rande das machen profis das

machen amateur wir gehen zu spät 2 sorry

habe keinen hunger mehr poker von

leckeren eiweiß strigel

das ist der yum yum frau schmidt zu

umfasst alle 116 gramm protein also nur

der rücken oder man geht weiter die

kommen zu fuß bei intensität was

bedeutet das wenn ich mir heute meistens

im fitnessstudio anschaue geht es

meistens die eine oder andere extreme

das bedeutet wenn das hier der punkt ist

wo du eigentlich überhaupt kein reiz

hast und dass der punkt ist wo du

vollkommen überreizt sehe ich meistens

die leute in zwei verschiedenen lager ja

die einen halten ihn zu haben

zu weich die einträge zu hart die

anderen trainieren zu weit was bedeutet

dass am ende des tages ganz einfach der

dazu wird hat keine überfälligen reiz

der trainiert und trainiert trainiert

seit jahren ich den leuten trainieren

seit jahrzehnten die hand kreitz

passiert nichts und dann gibt es die

hier

die fraktion ist auch ziemlich häufig

meistens ein bisschen jünger

die trainieren immer richtig vollgas ich

sage flavio hilfen mal die können

eigentlich letzte wiederholung schon

nicht und dann kommt noch mal einer

obendrauf gibt noch mal aus ganz wichtig

es gibt verschiedene arten von

trainingssysteme es gab zum beispiel

mein messer der das intensivtraining

erfolgen hat was hat er gemacht er hat

gesagt ein einziger satz reicht aus da

gebe ich richtig vollgas und da habe ich

ein überfälliges erzielt das war eine

methode er habe nur ein satz pro übung

macht also rein richtig intensiv was die

meisten machen wir versuchen hier über

was weiß ich drei bis fünf cent pro

übung zu machen und versuchen bei jedem

dieser setze voll ans limit zu gehen was

passiert natürlich hast du ein extrem

über ständige reisen ist hier weit übers

ziel hinaus das heißt der körper braucht

viel längere zeit bis er sich erholt und

meistens erhöht sich auch die

verletzungsgefahr wenn ich immer

komplett am limit trainiert kann man

sich vorstellen wie ein auto im rennauto

oder normales auto auf der straße wenn

ich ständig im roten bereich arbeite

dann hält der motor natürlich nahmen das

heißt auch bei dir die verschleiß zu

verschleiß risiko ist relativ wo wenn du

in einem bereich trainierst du weit über

den boden bist wenn du hier willst du

bald unter dem schule ich habe einen

grünbereich sie komisch an aber im wald

hier bist im unterschwelligen bereichen

kein wirklicher bald passiert ja auch

das heißt optimale wenn wir reden das

ist eine intensität von einst das hier

ist eine intensität von zehn würde ich

die raten dass du versuchst so auf eine

sieben bis acht zu kommen

schritt 2 erholung das heißt den besten

fall fängst du an trainingsplan mit 647

wiederholungen an und schaust du ein

ende des trends land bei ungefähr acht

bist du könntest doch zwei machen

die lässt er offen und dann müssen

optimal reiz denn der muskel braucht

nicht den reiz dass du immer am maximum

bist die kann ich viel weniger wichtig

ist dass du ganz langsam intensität

stein ist in form von weniger

wiederholungen beispielsweise in dem das

gewicht erhöht oder ein bisschen

langsamer jetzt viele verschiedene

möglichkeiten wichtig ist dass du

schaust das immer wisse luft lässt 708

wiederholungen der optimalen 10 das

absolute limit wäre was du erreichen zu

müssen ja verstanden

dann gehen wir punkten stell dir vor du

bist gerade auf dem weg nach mallorca

flugzeug schönstes wetter und plötzlich

zu lauten schlag alle passagiere und ich

inklusive wenn es richtig schiss werden

richtig schiss bedenkt was ist passiert

kommt der pilot sagt okay das geräusch

ich ja verfällt er ein absoluter panik

nein denn er hat genau es gelernt

einige piloten würden sie sogar freuen

sollen jetzt endlich mal ein triebwerk

geht kaputt denn jetzt weiß ich endlich

mal oder kann ich endlich mal dinge

machen die ich mein ganzes leben an

geübt haben pilot sitzt er da macht

nicht viel er will auch ab und zu mal

ein paar extreme situationen auch wenn

ich als passagier darauf kein poker aber

er ist darauf vorbereitet ja er weiß was

er macht ist bei den meisten leuten die

uns für den studio gehen

die kaufen sich ein tolles argument

haben aber keine ahnung von training und

ernährung und wollen jetzt vollgas gibt

das heißt sie haben drei jahren von

dieser frage hier wieder trainiere ich

sie denken dass es für fußball oder ist

es wieder im tennis je länger ich

trainiere desto besser ist es nein ist

es nicht denn auch das hat einfluss auf

deine hormone beispielsweise wenn du so

lange turnier ist kannst du sogar

muskeln abbauen im schlimmsten fall von

daher die meisten haben sich über diese

vereine gedanken gemacht oder hast du

schon mal gehört das ist total anders

heißt wie lange sollte der muskel unter

einer belastung seien die meisten jemals

gedanken macht das heißt das ist ein

wichtiger punkt wenn du anfängst und

trainiert 10 bank mit zehn

wiederholungen brauchst für zehn

wiederholungen acht sekunden ja dann

bist du nicht den muskelaufbau bereich

ganz wichtig nächste und intensität

techniken die meisten probieren die albe

andere aus aber viel zu früh

das heißt sie machen gleich im training

oder sie machen druck setzen oder sie

machen super setzte was für anfänger

eigentlich total kontraproduktiv ist das

kannst du machen länger trainiert aber

du musst auch wissen warum du das machst

wissen viele gar nicht möglich kann ich

mein training noch intensiver gestalten

und die gleiche mentalität es techniken

ein das führt am ende des tages dazu

dass ja die power abschluss weg ist die

gefahr von übertraining steigt und der

körper zu wenig erholung bekommt also

von daher du musst wissen warum du

gewissen gemacht um im richtigen moment

die richtigen entscheidungen zu treffen

willkommen zum nächsten punkt die art

des trainings weist die meisten sich

gedanken gemacht nicht für jeden tag so

viele fragen wie instagram übrigens wenn

du nicht instagram erfolgsspur das am

besten jetzt denn du hast du ganz viele

tipps sage ich hier auch nochmal grafen

gerade runter zum thema training ernährt

und so weiter kannst du sofort die

abkürzung gehen art des trainings heißt

was machst du machst du einen ganzkörper

machst du einen opa machst du einen

split und was ist also anders gibt die

frage ist nicht was machst du sondern

warum machst du hast viele anfänger sein

zb ja ich will gleich ins pittner heute

vergleichen oberkörper ja es kann aber

auch durchaus sinn machen das so ganz

klappt selbst nicht als fortgeschritten

macht ganzkörpertraining und ich weiß

warum ich das mache deswegen war es ist

gut wenn du weißt wochen du etwas machst

nur als taxi macht es in split training

weil ich denke dass inter liegt der

effektive vollkommener schwachsinn und

ganzkörpertraining kann genauso gut wie

die trainings ein ganzkörpertraining

genauso effektive oder unterkörper

trainings seien man effektiv das

training was ich bisher gemacht habe war

ein ganzkörper zweimal die woche eine

stunde

es war so heftig ja also nur weil der

ganze körper steht heißt es nicht dass

es nicht effektiv ist das wichtige ist

die meisten wissen gar nicht warum

ziehen was überhaupt machen wir kommen

zum nächsten ort der über die meisten

müssen ja nicht warum sie gewisse typen

überhaupt einbaut

sie sagen sich auch cool ich habe

mitgekriegt ich muss kniebeugen machen

muss kreuzheben machen - bank dritte

machen kann es sinn machen kommt aber

darauf an welchen erfahrungsgemäß wenn

du hast ja ihr feedback gibt und die

importe

ich habe zum beispiel für mich gesagt

weil ich in letzter zeit immer wieder

bisschen schmerzen hatte ich nehme zum

beispiel kreuzigung raus warum weil es

schon wie ich die richtige entscheidung

war zeigen habe ich weniger

rückenschmerzen

also schau nicht nur welche übungen

effektiv solche welche übung passt zu

dir zeit des fortschritt was bedeutet es

die meisten denken dass sie in zwei drei

wochen auch schon wie alle schwarzen er

das ist nicht möglich und brauchst einen

realistischen zeitraum für dein ziel

wenn du nachts unterwegs bist wie ich

als natural athlet dann braucht es eine

gewisse zeit ist der fortschritt erzielt

wenn du darauf nicht achtet und denkst

du kannst du wenigen wochen schon voll

krass ausschauen

dann bist total auf dem holzweg im

ersten jahr wenn alles optimal läuft

kannst du dich dort zwölf bis 50 kilo

muskeln zulegen oder musste schon

richtig ein profil haben

wenn du keine ahnung davon hast und dir

auch nichts ball ist dann kann es sein

dass du für 15 kilo zehn jahre post ich

habe die ersten sieben jahre falsch

trainiert damals gab es nicht viel

wissen und es war mega schwierig jetzt

kommt es darauf an dass geduld hast dass

du weißt wie lange brauche ich für etwas

schema vor dessen haus bauen und sagt

okay ich habe es mit zwei leuten geredet

der eine sagt ich brauche 50

da sagte ich drauf sieben monate und

jetzt sagst du meine rahmen ist sieben

monate dann fängst du an plan ist alles

kündigt schon mal deine wohnung und

fängst du machst du plötzlich merkst du

ich habe voll die behördengänge die

müssen ja erst mal gucken was ich für

ein haus bauen kann wie groß ist denn es

ist teurer als ich gedacht da muss ich

umdenken da braucht es wieder zeit und

wenn du das nicht beachtet ist dann kann

es sein dass sein haus vielleicht drei

jahre braucht statt neun monate einer

halt geben muss als sondern das wissen

warum gewisse dinge machst wenn du zu

wenig infos hast du diesen bereich wirst

du irgendwann vor die hunde gehen

genau deswegen gibt es ein kostenloses

und hast du rein schauen kannst und wohl

alle basics lernst jan cux hier rein

sagt welches thema interessiert mich

hier raus sagt mich interessiert

übertraining was ist überfällig oder die

regenerationszeit der muskel oder

muskelkater ein zeichen des

muskelaufbaus hast du schon gehört

bedeutet du dir sagen ich habe

muskelkater und habe das gefühl die

bauen und muskeln auf stimmt dass die

energiezukunft auf die seite ja manche

artikel ziemlich kurz hass und werden

passage und weißt du noch deutlich mehr

oder hier alkohol und muskelaufbau oder

das projekt das training richtig teilen

ohne für trainingseinheiten sind

überhaupt okay wenn wir von keine ahnung

hast dann willst du auch keine erfolge

erzielen das heißt erfolgreiche leute

haben ein system eher ein pilot der

wartet nicht erst bis ein triebwerk

ausfällt und guckt dann in sein amt und

bekommt trotzdem ihr handbuch aber er

war ich schon mal was er machen muss

er hat schon plan b und plan c

strategien und das ist entscheidend wenn

und kann nicht fassen dass ich weiß

warum sollte ich sagen machst dann lass

mal einen triebwerkausfall die schau mal

platt kommen du kommst nicht weiter hey

da gucke ich hier nach okay ich komme

nicht weiter was kann ich machen oder

ich habe unterentwickelt und muskeln

richtig trainieren dann gehe ich auf die

TENEBRE is the 1982 Giallo masterpiece from Director Dario Argento. Although his frequent musical collaborators Goblin had disbanded while he was filming, Argento managed to convince three members of the group to reform and record the score to TENEBRE. Claudio Simonetti, Fabio Pignatelli & Massimo Morante re-assembled in their studio and managed to deliver one of the greatest soundtracks of the 80s, Simonetti brought with him his love of Italio disco and the mixture of solid disco grooves and their intense, tight Prog Rock stylings is nothing short of astonishing. The lead track is a vocoder lead freakout that mixes disco, rock with church organs, and screeching synth leads and that pretty much sets the tone for the entire record. TENEBRE is far more electronic based than the majority of the bands scores for Argento and it really shines alongside other classic such as SUSPIRIA and DEEP RED.

Death Waltz Recording Company is proud to present the complete score to director Michele Soavi’s 1991 horror film, THE SECT (Italian title: LA SETTA), also known as THE DEVIL'S DAUGHTER. This demonic cinematic offering, co-written and produced by Dario Argento, features a brilliant score by one of the great maestros of horror film composing, Pino Donaggio (CARRIE, PIRANHA, TOURIST TRAP, BLACK CAT, THE HOWLING, et al.). For this film, Donaggio incorporates synthesizers, electronic percussion, and a creepy chorus of voices to capture the ominous occult atmosphere of Soavi’s work. With plenty of jumps and scares, Donaggio expertly accentuates the tension onscreen with this frightfully foreboding score. SHOCK was released in 1977 and directed by horror maestro Mario Bava, released while Italian horror cinema was at its peak, following the international success of Dario Argento with DEEP RED and SUSPIRIA. While Goblin soundtracked the work of Argento, the choice for the music of SHOCK fell on Libra, (distant relatives of Goblin , thanks to drummer Walter Martino and guitarist Carlo Pennisi). In ‘77 Libra, after a brief dalliance with legendary soul/funk label Motown, had practically split up, but on the insistence of Bava they found the necessary inspiration to record the soundtrack to SHOCK, you could say the score was inspired by Goblin’s mix of Prog, Funk and Synths, but it absolutely rages with its own personality. It contains some outrageous over the top prog, terrifying synth attacks, delicate and acoustic atmospheres as well as dissonant and avant-garde soundscapes.
