Tw: toxic relationships, mentions of Suicide Squad, bleached skin due to chemicals, mentions of war, explosions, death, death of two pets, sky people, Miles Quaritch mentioned, cussing, motherhood.
A/N: I haven't wrote anything involving Spider, so I thought of something. I made it somewhat angsty. Also, I'm going to have to start adding that English isn't my first language since some mistakes may be seen and I don't fix them right away.

Years after leaving a man who had made your life a living hell, you had no idea on what to do. You had met him in mental hospital, you were his therapist. During that time together, you had got closer to him. He had made you fall in love with him, you dropped everything in order to be with him. You did everything he had asked you to do, as a gesture of your love, he pushed you into a bath of chemicals, causing your skin to bleach.
The whole time he had been using you for his own benefit, this so called love wasn't love at all, this was no Mad Love, this was cruelty. It took a while to leave him, but you finally did, you promised yourself that you will no longer go back to him. Sure you've said it a couple time in the past but this was the last time you'd say it, you were both officially over. As a form to show that you were officially over, you blew up the chemical factory were it all started, it felt good knowing and proving to yourself that you were done with him.
Thanks to a job you got outside of earth, you got hired as a Therapist in Hell's Gate on Pandora, you really had nothing left to loose so you took the job. Sure you had worked in the Suicide Squad and you had your Gang Of Harleys, but you could not let this job go. Why not start fresh in another planet. Not to mention you had enemies on your ass, wanting you dead, often sending hitmen or women to get the job done. When you had arrived, everyone thought it was a joke, seen a woman dressed as a clown here being a therapist, what a laugh. The first few months you had no patients, no one seemed to have any problems or whatever, it was fine honestly. You weren't going to force anyone into talking to you.
You had met Grace, Norm, Trudy, Max and Jake, this were the only people who were nice to you since everyone had seemed to avoid you at all costs. They didn't seem to care if you wore crazy flashy red and black outfits or your red and black hair or your clown like makeup. They treated you like an actual person. Jake had actually become your first patient ever since he began the Avatar program. He told you everything that felt and other things. You found out about a Na'vi girl who caught his eye. You could tell that he was in love for you by the way he had talked about her.
You and Trudy were closer, since you had nothing better to do, on your free time you'd hang with her. She'd also take you flying. She also liked listening to your stories about the time with the Suicide Squad and your Gang. The Suicide Squad stories were her favorite, she'd often tell you that you'd be good on the field.
Tumblr media
Things got bad, the RDA decided to destroy the Omaticaya's home tree and most people were not happy. They could not do that, they could not take people's home like that and for what? To enslave them? take over this planet only to fuck it up like they did to earth? That's bullshit.
You sided with Jake and the Omaticaya, you stayed with Max while the others went out to help the clan on the outside while you and Max helped on the inside. You, Max and another group of people who had access to avatar's came up with a plan. While they got into their avatars, you and Max went outside to get a hold of the machines that were used in the compound. You and him destroyed the control room so that they didn't have access to communicate with those who were out in the field, then the other avatars came in and held the people in the room at gun point. They were fucked for sure. This was also considered a suicide mission, and you were all in for it.
The Na'vi won, now the humans had to leave. Except for you, Max, Norm and the others who helped. Many died, some as scumbags, but others died as heroes. War was never a good thing, but it was the only way to get the humans to know that the Na'vi were not going to stand down and defend their lands, their planet.
One thing you didn't expect was a baby to be born, his name is Miles Socorro, the son of Miles Quaritch and Paz Socorro. He was now an orphan, since both parents are dead. So you decided to adopt him, you knew nothing about parenting or caring for a baby, but you've dreamed of having children in the future. You had thought about having a daughter who you'd name Lucy, but that never happened. You had another chance, but with a boy who was not responsible for his parents choices.
Tumblr media
You raised Miles as if he was your own son, you had began to call him Spider since that's how he'd act majority of the time, like a spider around the. Not only that, but then came in the Sully kids, two boys and two girls. You had become their aunt since you'd interact with them the most, one day they just began to call you 'Aunt Y/n' or just 'Aunty' you love them as if the were also your kids.
When Spider was little, he always wondered why your skin was a pale color and your hair was two different colors. One time he tried to dye his blonde hair with your hair dye, only to make a huge mess. You weren't upset, but only laughed seen the small red and black hair dye had prints on the bathroom floor and walls. Not forgetting the time Spider also got into your make up. He had white foundation and white powered all over him. As well as a bit of red and black eyeshadow around his eyes and badly applied on lipstick on his cheeks. You had manage to take a pictures of him, he was just adorable doing this kind of chaos. You had them hanged on your walls of your office with other pictures of your friends.
When it came to toys, you had to make them. You did have stress relieve toys you'd let Spider play with but you knew he was getting bored of them. So you learned from Jake how to carve toys, at first it was a pain but you got the hang of them. You carved him an Ikran, A Direhorse, and not to mention Toruk. Besides those, you carved him other things. You had carved him two hyenas which you painted green and pink, Bud and Lou were your pets back on earth, but they died on their way here. You were upset when you heard that your precious pets died. You also caved him a motorcycle, and other things he may like. You had also carved him a bat and mallet in which he customized himself, it may not have been appropriate for his age, but he loved all his wooden carvings dearly.
Even though he got older and was no longer interested in toys, you had the wooden figures sitting on your desk next to a baby picture of Spider's, the one you had taken with him covered in hair dye and make up. He'd often tell you to take it down but you wouldn't. He also didn't like it when you'd kiss his cheek, since it'd leave a stain of your red or black lipstick, you continued to do so despite his protest.
Tumblr media
The older Spider got, the more he wanted to be part of the people. He learned everything about the Omaticaya, he really wishes he could be a Na'vi. He had stopped trying to dress like you, which you didn't mind since he was doing his own thing. Even though his hair was now different, he'd dye two strands of his dreads, one red and one black, he said because he wanted to have a part of you on him, almost having you in tears.
One thing that you didn't like was how Neytiri treated your son as a threat. You understood her dislike for humans but Spider was only a kid who wanted to fit in with the rest. You still remember when he came back crying because of Neytiri's treatment, that was the first time you ever saw him cry, it hurt you. That was when you told him to not worry about what Neytiri said to him, to only focus on the good he does.
You wanted to talk to Neytiri but at the same time, you felt as if it were a bad idea. She was very stubborn and for sure she'd try and gouge your eyes out if you told her anything. So you spoke to Jake, for sure he'd be able to talk to his wife, but even if he spoke to her, things didn't change. You just let it slide, but you warned Jake that if Neytiri does anything to your son, then you'd take matters into your own hands and he knew you weren't messing around.
Tumblr media
Even after all these years, Jake was still your patient, he'd tell you how he felt about everything that was happen, not to mention about him being a father of four. You had talked to him about communication and other important things, but they seem to only go in one ear and out the other. Today was another session.
You had been at the campsite, with the girl to greet the coming war party. When they arrived, you pulled both Neteyam and Lo'ak into a hug, you had been worried sick. "Are you both okay? How was it out there?" you asked seen that Neteyam had been injured, Neytiri, Kiri and Tuk had also noticed some injuries. "It was fine..." he said, looking down a bit disappointed. "Oh, It's okay sweet cheeks, all that matter is that you're both here safe and sound." You said comfortingly at the both of them, as you held one of their hands. Jake then approached the three of you all. "Y/n, a moment please" you looked at Jake, and nodded, not before giving both Neteyam and Lo'ak a gentle hand squeeze before going over to Spider.
While you and Spider looked at the Ikrans, you accidently heard what Jake was telling his sons, Spider looked over seen how Jake grounded Lo'ak for a month. You then lightly smacked Spider on the head to get him to stop listening to their private conversation. He gave you a look "what was that for Ma?" he asked rubbing his head. "I told you not to listen to other's conversation its rude." You said making him respond. "Yeah I know, but he is basically yelling" he said. "I know, but still, now go see how Neteyam is doing." You sent him off.
Jake had been sitting on the ground, checking and cleaning his gun while he talked. "They could of got hurt! I could of lost them!" he was basically yelling, you understood, he was worried about his sons. It was normal for a father to be worried. "I get it, I understand that Lo'ak is reckless, he got that from his father" you said teasingly at Jake who laughed a bit. "I know but, he's got to learn that this sort of things aren't a game, its war for crying out loud." Jake mentioned, sighing. You took a deep breath and spoke again. "I know, but he is a kid, all your kids are still kids. Of course they'll be reckless and not always pick the right choices, but you're their to teach them, that's what a father does." You said.
"I try okay? I scold them, I tell them everything." He said as you spoke again. "How? Yelling at them doesn't teach them, we all basically saw how you yelled at him" you said, making Jake to look at you. "I have to get them to listen" he said, as you gave him a look of 'really?' "I get it, but yelling only shows that, your upset with them. I get it, but at the same time, you need explain to them, talk to them. When was the last time you actually had spoken to them?" you asked, making Jake think for a moment.
"Never actually, I never thought it would be necessary to have a talk with them" Jake admitted, making you have a 'are you serious' face. "Jake, communication is important, they're kids, teens! They're at an age where they need to the most support since they're almost adults. And you are the one who is guiding them into adult hood." You said as Jake listened. "Look, this is your 'assignment' talk to Lo'ak and Neteyam, seriously, no scolding, no yelling, talk to them like a father, show them that you care about them." You told him in a serious manner.
"And another thing, you can't be putting all the responsibility on Neteyam. He isn't an adult, he is a kid as well. That much responsibility on him can cause stress, very bad stress since he'll begin to think that anything bad that happens will be his fault and he'll take the blame for it, that's harmful" you told him, it sounded more like a scolding. "Next session tell me how it goes." You said as Jake nodded then Neytiri approached him. "Thank Dr. L/n, I appreciate it" Jake said with a genuine smile. You smiled back at the blue giant. "You're lucky this is free, or else I'd be charging you" you teased at him getting up from the ground, making him role his eyes at your comment. "Yeah yeah, I'll see you around" Jake said to you, before you went to get Spider you greeted Neytiri, then walked off to the tent where he was.
Tumblr media
You had entered the camp, seen both Mo'at and Kiri putting healing paste on Neteyam who was grunting in pain. "Awe you need a kiss on your boo boo?" Spider teased as Lo'ak chuckled at him. You went over to his side, seen Neteyam's bruises, damn they were bad. "I remember having to kiss your boo boos, and I still do Kiddo" you teased, seen Spider's face turn red while making Lo'ak laugh. "Ma, your embarrassing me" he said lowly. "So? I'm your mama, it's my job" you said giggling.
"At some point you should come to one War party, it'd be cool seen you in action. Just like in your Suicide Squad days." Lo'ak mentioned, he had tried conversing you into joining at least once. You knew it wasn't age appropriate to talk about stuff like that, but the kids were curious about your past life. "I'd love to but, I'm a human, my ass could get killed at any moment." You said, making him insist. "Come one Aunty, a little danger wouldn't hurt." He said, now this caught your attention. "If you insist I might think about it. I need some danger in my life once in a while." You said making Lo'ak look excited.
"Alright, it's time to head back" you said, making Spider look at you. "Come one Ma, let me stay a bit longer." He begged like a child. "No, it's late" you said, but before Spider could protest some more you gave him a warning look. Even though he was older, that look still worked on him. Spider then said his goodbyes to the kids and you both left.
Tumblr media
When you got to the lab, you and Spider were in your office, you had been looking through stuff. Spider had nothing better to do but just hang around your office. "Hey Ma?" Spider broke the silence. "What is is Kiddo?" you asked, stopping what you were doing and faced him. "How come you never mention or talk about my dad?" he said, this made you blood run cold.
You sigh, knowing you'd have to talk to him about this eventually. "You dad, wasn't the best person Spider" you said, now feeling nervous. "Why is that?" he asked again, now playing with a green hyena wooden toy on your desk. "Because, he did horrible things, unspeakable shit" you said. Remembering seen the Home Tree getting destroyed, by that bastards orders. "He destroyed the Omaticaya's original home tree, lots of Na'vi died. Neytiri's father died, there. And her sister died in Grace's school." You told him, maybe you shouldn't be telling him this but he had to know.
Spider listened, seen this was serious. "Did he ever find out about me?" he asked, you shook your head "no, she didn't tell him about you." You said, making Spider look confused at you. "She? Who is she?" He asked. You then sat down on a couch, making him sit next to you. "Paz Socorro, your real mother. That is why your surname is Socorro and not L/n" You said, seen that Spider had got tense by this, he felt like something had hit his chest, hard. "Your not my mom?" Spider asked, now seen the tears form in his eyes. You took his hands into yours.
"Yes, I am your mother, I may not have given birth to you, but I raised you. I fed you, I bathed you, I did everything a mother should because that's who I am. Your mother. I love you because you're my son." You told him, cleaning his tears away. Spider was still having to think about what you told him, you weren't his real mother but you love him as if you were. "Why didn't you tell me before?" he asked, seen tears now running down your eyes, having your makeup run down your pale cheek. "Because I was scared I guess, scared that you'd stop loving me because I'm not your real mother" you admitted, not caring if you ruined your makeup.
Spider saw how heart broken you were. You didn't tell him to hurt him or for your own benefit. You didn't tell him about his real parents because they had made bad decisions in the past, not to mention Quaritch who was the worst. You didn't have bad intentions, you just wanted to protect him from his parents mistakes and from their sins, mainly Quaritch.
Spider then wiped your tears away, also smearing your run down mascara a bit. He gave you a soft smile even though he had dried tears. "I know you may not have given birth to me, but you will always be my mom" he said, seen you smile and tears began to run down your eyes again. "Oh Ma, don't cry" he said now worried. You then pulled him into a tight hug, almost suffocating. "I love you so much kiddo! You're the best thing that had happened to me in my life. I love you, I love you, I love!" You continued to say over and over while you also began to pamper his face with kisses leaving red lipstick on his face. "MA! you're getting lipstick on my face" he whiles trying to get away from you. "I don't care, I love you so much!" he continued to hug him happily.

The arrival of your baby had been a miracle and a surprise for everyone. A human had given birth, a na'vi baby. Indeed, it was a perfectly healthy na'vi baby. It had the blue color that so distinguished the Omaticaya clan, and its beautiful blue stripes. And her luminous freckles on her little feet. She was a perfect baby, a beautiful na'vi baby. She was a blessing to the whole sully family. Jake was so excited to be an uncle for the first time, even neytiri couldn't hold back her tears when she hugged her for the first time. This was such an important event, this baby was a new opportunity for life. A mixture of two species.
Everyone could be excited, but not as excited as spider. The boy couldn't contain his joy at being a big brother. He dreamed of this, this was all he had ever asked for in his life and now he had his little sister in his arms. He couldn't ask for more from life. He had amazing parents and now they had given him a sister. He was holding his sister carefully, while playing with her little hands. The baby was much more small than the average na'vi baby, you were pretty sure she would be smaller than the average na'vi. But you didn't care, seeing your two children together made your heart fill with joy. But someone was missing…Rotxo.
Rotxo had been by your side, long before you got pregnant. The boy was so happy when he knew you were having a baby. Celebrating with spider, and the whole family. He even cared for you during your pregnancy, accompanying you through everything. He was your middle child…or so you thought. For you and for your mate. Rotxo was already part of your family. You had never mentioned it to him, but you thought it wasn't necessary. It's obvious, he was always with you. Spider referred to him as your brother and he practically lived with you in your marui. So now you feel a little worried.
After your labor, you spent some time resting in your marui. Ronal assisted with the baby's arrival. She took care of you, and left you ready for your healing process. She was surprised to see that the postpartum care was the same as that of a Na'vi woman. The only thing is that you had to rest longer. After a couple of hours you began to worry about the absence of rotxo. You knew he was out hunting with a group of young metkayina. For something like training, but they were supposed to return this morning. And you didn't know about him…he wouldn't want to miss his sister's arrival, would he?
"Ma ruk'e…have you seen rotxo?" you ask. You were lying on a kind of bed made of woven cloth, for your comfort. Ruk'e was holding the newborn baby, while spider was taking care of dinner. "Mmm no, now that you ask I don't know if the group of kids arrived" speaks your mate. You open your eyes wide. Lifting yourself up a bit with your elbows. " Ruk'e and if something happened to him?" you sound worried, that boy was practically your new son, and if something happened to him you were going to panic. Spider rushes over, trying to calm you.
"Mom…he's arrived. But he told me he wasn't sure if you wanted him to be here." spider speaks, lowering his head.
"And what did you tell him?" you ask. "I told him to come…that you wanted him to be with us…but he refused. He said this was a family thing" spider sounded a little sad.
How could Rotxo think something like that, after all this time. He was part of your little family too, even jake and neytiri had already accepted him as part of the sully family. The kids invited him everywhere, including him as part of the Sully family. Why did he feel that way about you…you had done something wrong?. You felt yourself getting nauseous and a pain in your chest began to feel.
You put your hand on your chest, your heart ached. "Love…calm down. You must not get like this, I will go find him and talk to him" says ruk'e. He didn't want you to be stressed, ronal was very clear about your care. You had to be in a calm environment. You decide to breathe and let everything calm down. You are sure that everything will work out. You had grown so fond of rotxo that you felt you owed him something.
The next day… ruk'e woke up earlier than the whole family. He hadn't been able to sleep anyway. The baby had cried many times during the night and in the early morning he was caring for her while you rested. Now as he was getting ready, he took a look at his new scenario. Y/N was holding her baby on her chest, asleep with her hair in a messy bun. She looked beautiful, while her oldest son, spider. He was curled up in his hammock, barely visible. But there was an empty hammock…and that was rotxo's. Someone was missing.
It didn't take long to find the group of guys…rotxo with a couple of friends. Some pretty nasty guys, who ruk'e knew were just taking advantage of his son. Because rotxo was too good for them. Ruk'e walks over carefully, watching as the group of metcayina boys walk away and laugh. Rotxo's eyes widen in surprise, trying not to make eye contact. "Hey…rotxo, son how are you?" says ruk'e casually, putting his hand on the boy's shoulder. Rotxo laughs a little, something like irony. Ruk'e is a bit shocked by this behavior. Rotxo has never been like this.
"Hey…Your little sister was born already and " ruk'e was about to continue talking when rotxo interrupts him.
"She's not my sister…spider's not my brother and you're not my parents. Stop pretending to care about me" rotxo speaks, wiping away with his arm some tears that had begun to build up in his eyes. Ruk'e steps closer and bends a little so that he is now at the boy's level. Rotxo felt that his presence was no longer needed.
"Who told you that?" asks ruk'e, watching as rotxo takes a look at the group of boys he was hanging out with earlier. "Those idiots don't know what they're talking about… do you know how much we need you back home?" ruk'e watches as rotxo looks up, he looked so helpless.
"Why don't you come with me… and meet your 'sister'… because she is your sister too" says ruk'e getting up to guide rotxo. He was still a bit shy, he felt that he was not part of the family anymore.
After a short walk, they both arrive at the marui. Rotxo enters worried, but excited. He was lying if he said he didn't want to meet the baby. He had waited all those months to meet her. When he walked in, he saw how Y/N was sitting, with spider sitting next to her. He watched as she looked up, and gave him a big smile. "My rotxo…come here" you speak, stretching out your arms. Rotxo runs quickly, and sits down next to you. Hugging you. "I'm sorry…I didn't mean to" rotxo was crying, feeling ruk'e sit next to him, placing a hand on his back.
"No need to apologize…look" you lift the baby up, so rotxo can see him better. You can notice how his ears perk up and his tail begins to wag in excitement. The baby had its little eyes open, raising its hands to try to touch Rotxo. "Can I?" asks the boy, and you laugh and pull the baby closer so he can take it in his arms. The excitement he was feeling at this moment was something he had never felt before.
"Spider…hand me that bag over there" you speak, spider reaches for the bag and hands it to you. Everyone looks at you curiously. Watching as you pull something out of it. It was a bracelet, just like the one everyone in the sully family had. Including spider, ruk'e, jake, neytiri, your nephews…everyone. It was symbolic, it was a way of saying you were part of the family. You take it and show it to rotxo. The boy is a little surprised, feeling ruk'e take the baby from his arms.
"Come here, come closer" you speak, watching as rotxo obeys. Coming closer to you, bending a little. You take his hand and place the bracelet on him.
"I think it's formal now…don't you think so, son?" you speak, seeing how rotxo's eyes at no time leave you. His tears were starting to run down his cheeks. "It's official…. I told you that you were my brother!!!" says spider, hugging rotxo from behind. At that moment, you see how jake and neytiri enter the marui, accompanied by your nephews. They were all happy, and you could see how they were holding things to celebrate. Hugging Rotxo, welcoming him. You had told Jake about your plan, and he immediately accepted. "It's going to be a little celebration…but we'll make your welcome celebration" says Jake, hugging the boy. And ruk'e joins them.
You stand quietly, watching the whole scene. After so long…after everything, you finally had what you had longed for…a family.

To The Moon and Back
Platonic!Sully Kids x Human!Female!Reader
Summary: What if the Sully kids were captured instead of Spider? (A long drabble/short prompt?)
ZERO: THE ADDITION
"No!" Neteyam pounded against the glass, gritting his teeth. "Let us out!" When no one answered he growled, throwing himself against the wall. Expectedly, it didn't budge.
"Neteyam, stop it," Kiri wrapped a slender hand around his forearm, pulling him to face her. "You're scaring Tuk."
His eyes softened as they landed on his youngest sister, murmuring out a gentle 'sorry', before they hardened again as they landed on Lo'ak. His younger brother was silent as he sat curled in on himself, staring blankly at the wall with his head in his hands. Kiri couldn't stop him this time as he charged towards him, yanking him up forcefully by his necklace to sneer in his face. Lo'ak's eyes widened in shock.
"None of this would have happened if you had just used your fucking head!" He shouted, pupils dilated with aggression. "Are you happy now? We're all trapped here because of you!"
"Get off of me!" Lo'ak snarled, shoving harshly at his shoulders.
"Stop it!" Kiri cried, trying to step between them and coax them apart, but Neteyam refused to relinquish his hold or his glare.
"Cut it out," a foreign voice rang out in the white room, making them all pause. To their collective shock, the wall on the right lightened until it was completely transparent. The siblings warily huddled closer together as they saw two humans, a man and a woman, facing them on the other side of the window-like wall. Tuk wrapped her arms anxiously around Neteyam's waist.
The man clucked his tongue in annoyance, turning towards the woman. "See? This is why they should have been put in separate holding cells."
Neteyam felt Kiri's grip tighten on his bicep at their words.
"Would've been a waste of space," the woman huffed, quickly typing something on her laptop keyboard, before shutting it and giving them her full attention. Her stare was intense and very much unnerving.
"Where are we?" Surprisingly that had come from Lo'ak. His spine was rigid in an attempt at channeling their father's intimidating demeanor.
The man smirked, striding up closer to the glass barrier. "Far from home, kid. That's for sure."
"You can't keep us here," Kiri hissed, but Neteyam could feel her hands trembling against him. "Our clan will come for us and kill you all."
"That's what we're banking on," he chuckled, shoving his hands in his pockets as he whistled lowly. "We really lucked out with these ones, didn't we doc?"
Neteyam cursed under his breath. They were planning to use them as bait to lure his parents here. He needed to find a way to get in contact with them, but all of their communication devices had been taken away when they were thrown in here. Fuck.
"Don't entertain them," she snipped, giving him an unimpressed stare. "We're not here to play games. I actually have a job to do, if you haven't noticed."
"Trying to get rid of me already?" He put a hand over his chest, a mock wounded look downturning his lips.
"Yes," she replied bluntly.
"Come on," he jeered, waving his arm at them like they were some sort of freak show. "Don't tell me you want to be alone with the savages?"
Neteyam and Lo'ak bristled at the insult, baring their teeth. Tuk whimpered behind Neteyam's leg.
The woman glanced at them, wrinkling her nose in disgust as if she was instead looking at a giant, steaming pile of ikran dung. "Of course I don't, but I also don't want to be homeless," she gave him a pointed look, jutting her chin towards the exit. "Now, if you'll excuse me I have some work to do. Alone."
The man raised his hands in surrender. "Fine, fine," he chuckled, striding leisurely towards the door. He was almost there when he paused, turning around with a raised brow. "Coffee later?"
"Get out," she said flatly.
The door opened and closed, leaving the room blanketed in a tense silence. It was also then that she started behaving weirdly.
She began frantically shuffling through the objects on her desk, lifting papers and shifting around devices. After a few minutes of this, she seemed to come across what she was looking for: a small, round dark object about the size of her pinky nail—which she promptly threw on the ground and crushed under the heel of her boot. It made a small crunching sound as it succumbed to the pressure.
"Fucking Madden," she hissed under her breath.
After kicking away the debris, she lifted her gaze, staring at them contemplatively. She slowly approached the glass barrier, her features becoming more distinguishable the closer she got. The siblings tensed, not able to tell what she was going to do next.
"Believe it or not, I'm not here to hurt you," she said finally, her stare heavy and unwavering. "In fact, I'd say I'm your best ticket out of here."
Neteyam narrowed his eyes. He knew how the sky people were, heard stories of their greed and destructive nature and even witnessed it firsthand. She couldn't be doing this out of her own good will. Why would she risk her livelihood and possibly her life for them? "What do you want?" He growled. She had to be after something.
"Your names," she said simply.
"What?" They all reeled back in disbelief.
"Well, more specifically, I'd like to get to know more about you," she elaborated, the harsh look in her eyes softening into something that looked suspiciously like curiosity.
"Why are you doing this?" Kiri's voice wavered from beside Neteyam, staring warily down at the small woman. Well, small to them, at least.
For the first time, a genuine smile crossed the woman's face, taking them all by surprise. "Didn't your father ever tell you," she said, something unreadable twinkling in her eyes. "That Sullys stick together?"

You weren’t much of a warrior. You had been raised the way a princess should have been. Well, that’s what your mother told you. However, when two days had passed since Aemond and Aegon had left to confront Rhanerya, and everyone refused to tell you what was happening you decided to get the hell out of there on your dragon.
Maybe you’d end up in Essos and sell a dragon egg for a home. Maybe even Dorne. You could try throw yourself on their mercy. After all, their ambassadors had always seemed to enjoy your company. However, all your plans soon crumbled when you accidentally flew into what you’d assumed to be an empty clearing.
You’d landed in a small field and had quickly tried to ‘borrow’ an apple from a local farm when you felt a strong grip on your arm and a sharp blade on your neck. So cold it had to be Valyrian steel. “And who do we have here?” you recognised Jace’s voice clearly. “Didn’t your mother ever tell you pretty girls shouldn’t go about dawdling?”
-
The stone floors bruised your knees each time you knelt to pray but you didn’t complain or even wince at the pain. You’d counted the days you’d been here by etching marks in the stone with the corner of your Seven-star necklace your mother had given you. 27 days so far. Each morning you prayed. Well, what you thought was morning. Then each afternoon then evening. Each time to a different member of the seven. Even the stranger since perhaps the god of death was the one you truly needed right now.
“My lady,” a sing song voice called out, “Lunch is ready,” Jace said as he approached your cell with his usual grin. He didn’t come every day but when he did it only seemed to add to your punishment. “I made sure to pick you the freshest apple,” he crouched down, holding it out to you.
You kept your eyes on the ground as you tried to finish your prayer, “C’mon now. They’re clearly not listening to you,” he mocked, sitting down the tray in front of the bars to your cell.
Still, you ignored him as you wrapped them up. Jace sighed and just as you finished your prayers he stood, taking the tray with him. “Where are you going?” you called, moving to stand on your feet and grabbing the bars, “That’s my food,”
“No this is my food,” he said, as if he was calling the sky blue, “And you never took it,”
“I was praying!”
“Not fast enough,” he teased. “Maybe next time you’ll remember to acknowledge the heir to Westeros,” he said as he turned to leave.
“My brothers not here,” you mumbled, turning around to go take your place on the wooden bench they called a bed.
The wine cup clattered against the wall, missing your head by only an inch. You span on your heels to confront him, but the only trace was your food dropped on the ground in a head and the apple slowly rolling towards your cell.
It stopped just out of arm’s length of the bars as if the gods really were mocking you. It took you laying on the ground, stretching out the tips of your fingernails to manage to roll it closer so you could grab it. You consoled yourself knowing he never came twice in one day.
Yet this time he did.
Jace arrived with a meal so nice looking it almost reminded you of what you used to eat. There was even a whole chicken leg on it. when he saw the apple core in the corner of your cell Jace couldn’t help but laugh. “Here,” he said, reaching it out for you to try manoeuvre through the bars when he suddenly pulled it back, “Aren’t you going to thank your prince?”
“Thank you,” you glared, reaching your hand out.
Jace just smirked, “Thank you what?”
“Thank you, dear nephew,” you offered with a fake smile.
“Say it. say that I am the true heir, a true prince, and I will be most obliged to give you this chicken leg. Straight from the queens table,” he said, showing it to you once more just to rub it in.
You could feel your stomach rumble, but you couldn’t say it. not after all this time. Not after all the battles. Not for a chicken leg. “My mother isn’t here,” you said through gritted teeth.
Jace reached through the bars, grabbing your neck before you could react. His grasp was tight but despite his fingers digging into your skin you weren’t afraid, “I can only be so patient,” he warned before letting you go. He turned to leave, taking the food with him, “besides, who said your mother is even alive?” he mocked before slamming the door shut behind him.
The stalemate continued for another day and a half and suddenly you were regretting not rationing the apple. At least the guards had kept your water jug topped up, but you didn’t want to risk that being taken too.
“I have a new deal,” Jace said, walking in empty handed.
“Where’s my food?” you said, not even standing from where you sat on your bed.
“That’s not very polite,” Jace tutted, leaning against the bars, “How would you like to get out of here?” you couldn’t help your eyes widening at the idea. Something Jace seemed to revel in. he unlocked your cell and despite wanting to run you sat still as he closed the door behind him. “Come here. Let me get a closer look at you,”
You wanted to slap him but instead you stood up and slowly crossed the floor while Jace’s eyes scanned your frame. “Still so beautiful,” he mumbled before he finally brought his eyes back to yours as your cheeks burned, “I have a new proposal for you,” he said, reaching to stroke your cheek. He was gentle but you still flinched at his touch.
He stepped closer, moving his hand down till he was toying with your necklace, his eyes not so subtly on your chest, “Marry me,” he said, and you instantly grimaced at his words, “Be my wife and I will let you free,”
“I wouldn’t be free,” you snapped, “I’d be the wife of a bastard, a nobody, a waste of space- “you began to spit your venom at him only to be cut off by his tight grasp around your neck.
“I wouldn’t be so hasty if I was you,” he warned, “What I’m offering is generous. You should hear what Daemon had planned for you,” he dropped his grip and you instantly stepped back, trying to recatch your breath.
Jace slowly began to circle you, eyeing you up from every angle as you silently thought over his offer when suddenly a thought popped into your head, “What’s in it for you? Last time I checked you already had a betrothed,”
“Alliances can change, we both know that” he drawled, his chest pressed against your back while his hand grazed your hip. Not mine, you thought, but you stayed silent instead. “Besides I need a wife. Someone to show off in court,” his hand trailed up from your hip to your waist making you shudder through the thin dress they’d gave you, “Someone to bear children. Someone to warm my bed,” he said, his lips pressed against your ear.
His hand went to move to your front, but you grabbed his wrist before he could touch anything, “I’d rather die,” you spat.
Jace grabbed your hips, spinning you around and pulling you flush against his chest, “That can be arranged,” he warned but he still wore his teasing smirk, “You think you’d survive here without me? A pretty young things like yourself in nothing but her night dress roaming around court, think of the scandals. Gods help you if you even make it out the castle. What do you think the small folk would do with a princess like you?”
“Perhaps they’d save me. If they believed in the true king,” you said, trying to hold firm but feeling yourself shake.
He chuckled under his breath, “There is only a queen. C’mon, I can’t be that bad surely. You saying you’ve never thought about it?” he said, his hand moving down to your ass, his lips moving to your ear, “Its not just the gods who know your dirty little secrets,” he whispered, his hot breath fanning your neck.
“I want my dragon back,” you said suddenly making Jace lift his head from where he’d been dragging his lips across your neck, “If I’m to be your wife,”
“As soon as your belly swells with my seed,” he said, “Anything else?”
It felt like a trap, but you tried anyway, “And separate rooms. I don’t want to see you more than I have to,”
He chuckled this time, “That can be arranged, anything else?” you eyed him carefully before shaking your head no. one child and then you could escape with your dragon. It would take a year, maybe two, and then you’d be free. “Good. I shall have them draw up a treaty. But in the meantime,” he said, grabbing your ass so suddenly you gasped, “I want some kind of reassurance you won’t back out,”
“And what’s that?” you asked through gritted teeth.
“I want to fuck you,” he said making the words dry up in your throat, “And if I didn’t know any better id say you wanted me too,”
“And if I say no?” you asked.
Jace dropped his grip, but a smirk fell on his lips as he began to walk away. “Then no deal,” he said, reaching for the door.
“Wait!” you called, reaching out to grab his arm. Jace turned his gaze back to you with a knowing smirk, “I suppose if you are to be my husband. The gods, they’d understand,” you said, trying to rationalise it all.
Jace moved closer to you till his chest was flush against yours, “I’m sure they’d understand after all,” he said, pushing the hair out of your face, “Who could blame you for wanting some pleasure in your life?” he said, his hand trailing down till he grabbed your tit, squeezing it softly, “Why would something that feels so good be so wrong?” he whispered in your ear, his hand traveling lower to your thighs, toying with the hem of his dress.
His lips moved to kiss down your jaw, across your neck till he was kissing your undiscovered sweet spot making you moan softly. His arms moved to slip around your waist, pulling you somehow closer to him as your hands rested on his shoulders. You gasped when he squeezed your ass and winced at the quick slap, he gave it before his hands moved to the hem of your dress.
The cold air rushed over your frame, making your nipples harden as Jace pulled the dress over your head in one swoop. The only thing to cover you was your necklace but right now that felt even worse. Jace’s eyes travelled your frame, soaking up every inch, “The gods have blessed me with you,” he murmured.
“You do not know the gods,” you glared but Jace just chuckled as his hands went to cup your tits, stroking his thumbs over your perked nipples making you whimper.
“Perhaps you don’t either,” he said as he led you by your hips to your bed. He sat on it, his hands resting on your hips as he pulled you into his lap.
His lips moved to your collarbones, kissing and nipping at the soft skin. Your brain told you to push him away, but a strange feeling was overcoming your body as his hands moved to your hips. You could feel a hard bulge under his trousers as he began to move your hips, pushing your core onto his clothed cock. You moaned at the friction, his bulge rubbing perfectly against your clit sending shock waves up your body.
Soon you felt your hips begin to buck and move of their own accord. You felt his smirk against your skin as his hands moved to your tits. You gasped when he pinched your nipples, rolling them between his fingers making you moan. “Oh god,” you couldn’t help the moan that slipped out when he took one into his mouth, sucking on the perked bud.
You weren’t sure what had come over you, but you felt a knot tightening in your stomach, your moans growing louder as you took the gods in vain at the top of your lungs. You felt your peak hit you like a boulder before you slumped into Jace’s chest.
He moved to kiss your cheek with a chuckle. “Not even fucked you yet and look at you,” Jace said, slipping his hand down to rub against your sensitive core making your body lurch, “So wet for me,” he praised, his hand moving to unlace his trousers. “Can’t wait to see what my cock does to you,”
Before you could protest you felt his tip pressing into your entrance. You gasped, your hands moving to grab his shoulders, “Aw,” Jace pouted, “Does it hurt?” he mocked, pushing you down further, “Too fucking bad,” he practically growled as he used your hips to push you all the way down.
You almost screamed at the feeling, as if you were being split in half but Jace groaned, throwing his head back against the wall as you felt his cock twitch inside you, “Fuck you’re so tight,” he praised, giving you a moment to adjust. Your hips betrayed you again, moving without your mind thinking making him chuckle.
“Such a desperate little thing,” Jace mocked, grabbing your jaw as you tried to move away. His thumb ran over your bottom lip before using it to pry your mouth open, resting it on your tongue, “Good girl,” he praised, his free hand moving your hips.
“Fuck,” you gasped as you felt him hit all the right spots. You gave up trying to resit as your hips began to grind onto his cock.
Jace’s hands moved to your hair, grabbing it suddenly and pulling it back so he could have full access to your neck. You were sure by the way he kissed it there would be marks tomorrow but that didn’t matter now. Your hands went to his hair, tugging it softly making him growl against your skin.
His free hand went to your ass, grabbing it tightly before suddenly leaving stinging slaps against the soft flesh. You could feel your second peak fast approaching and when Jace moved to run quick circles against your sensitive bundle of nerves you felt your cunt squeeze around him as it came crashing down again.
“Fuck,” Jace mumbled, a stream of profanity tumbling from his lips as his hands moved to your hips so he could fuck you through your orgasm, “You feel so good,” he praised, resting his head in the crook of your neck.
You felt yourself coming down from your high and his movements began to slow, “Don’t stop Jace. Please gods don’t stop,” you began to beg, and you could feel his smirk.
“Begging suits you,” he teased, grabbing your jaw so he could make you face him, “You look so good right now. So drunk on my cock. Is that it?”
“Yes,” you whined, “I need you please,”
“Aw my poor baby,” he teased, “So desperate for her king,”
“Yes,” you weren’t even thinking any longer, and a spark ignited behind his eyes, “Need you. Want you my king,” you moaned.
Jace grabbed your hips tightly, standing suddenly before turning as you back slammed against the wall. You winced until you felt his hips begin to snap up against yours. Your arms wrapped around his neck, pulling him tight against you. This new angle had him hitting newer spots that had your legs wrapping tight around him.
“So good,” Jace mumbled against your skin as you felt a third orgasm approaching, “My perfect little wife,” his words sent you tumbling over the edge.
Jace couldn’t resist anymore as your cunt squeezed around his cock and with a couple more pumps, he began to spill his seed. His thrusts became slow as he rode out his own peak, fucking his seed deep inside you. You were both panting as he pulled out, his forehead resting against yours as your feet finally hit the ground again.
“I always knew you had a dark side in you,” Jace chuckled as he pulled away.
“Tell anyone and I’ll kill you in your sleep, husband,” you threatened but the last word made him smile. Maybe this was a good trade after all.

Come Back, Be Here (part 4)

Sirius Black x fem!reader - First Wizarding War Order of the Phoenix - 6.2k words
CW: mentions of past abuse/torture, amnesia, hurt/comfort, fluff, banter, Walburga Black, use of Y/N
Synopsis: After sacrificing yourself to save your friend and Order partner James months before, you're found on the brink of death. Now, you're moving in to 12 Grimmauld Place.
The group watched as the row of townhomes groaned and stretched to expose 12 Grimmauld place in all her glory. Sirius was certain he could hear his mother and father rolling in their graves to know that he – their disinherited blood-traitor son – was the last Black and official heir once again to the Ancient and Most Noble House of Black. He grimaced at the title.
“Two disgraced Black’s returning to the scene of the crime.” Ted Tonks joked, both Sirius and Andromeda gave him a look.
“Feels like the beginning of a bad, racist joke.” James mused.
Sirius groaned in response. “What happens when three blood-traitors, three muggle-borns and one half-blood half-breed walk into a bar?”
“Get drunk, I hope.” Lily muttered miserably.
“Well, Sirius, welcome home.” Andromeda announced as she made her way up the stairs to the front door. Sirius pushed the door open and stepped inside a house he hadn’t stepped foot into since he was sixteen years old. He had been so sure at that time that he’d never return; he wished he had been right.
The house was just as dark and gloomy as it had been when he left it, but it was now also covered in a thick layer of dust.
“Okay, please, for the love of all that is holy: Lily, Y/N, Remus, Ted: you are to touch nothing until Andromeda, James or I have checked it first.” Sirius said before pausing, “Scratch that. Touch nothing until Andromeda or I have checked it – okay?”
This earned him an indignant ‘hey!’ from James and a quick agreement from everyone else.
“YOU DISGRACEFUL, WRETCHED BOY!” Sirius’s face drained of all colour at the all-too-familiar sound of his mother’s screeching.
“That old hag is supposed to be dead!” He shouted as he and Andromeda ran up the stairs following the sound of his foul-mouthed mother.
“HOW DARE YOU STEP FOOT INTO THIS MOST NOBLE AND ANCIENT HOUSE, YOU FLITHY BLOOD TRAITOR!” the screeching continued.
The source of the chaos came from none other than an awful magical portrait of the very late Walburga Black, Sirius’ mother and Andromeda’s aunt.
“Oh, thank Godric, she is dead.” Sirius sighed in relief, though he wasn’t sure what he was going to do about the very unwelcome company haunting this house.
“Maybe we can remove it?” Andromeda mused as she tried to pull the portrait from the wall.
“GET YOUR FILTHY HANDS OFF OF ME; SULLYING YOURSELF WITH THE LIKES OF MUDBLOODS YOU TRAITOROUS WHORE.”
“Charming as always, Aunt Walburga.” She muttered when her pulling was for naught.
Sirius attempted a silencio which seemed to work for at least a little as Walburga’s face contorted with rage and she continued spewing what Sirius could only assume was foul hatred for all things not Voldemort related.
“Okay so that will last like, not long enough at all. Merlin, I wish we could just burn this place down with her in it.” He muttered as they made their way back downstairs. Ted and James were cooing over a crying Harry who must have been upset at the screeching of the house’s previous occupant, while Remus and Lily muttered quietly to each other. You leaned against the wall with your arms crossed, appearing bored for all intents and purposes, but Sirius could tell you were straining your neck to peer into the rooms you could see from your post.
“Okay, semi-false alarm. Walburga is indeed still dead.” Sirius stated which was met with a cheer from James causing Harry to clap in comradery.
“However, she has cursed us with a magical portrait of herself stuck on the wall with a permanent sticking charm.” He finished, causing James to groan and Harry to start crying again.
“Okay, so, ignoring the unpleasant company for now, where do we start?” Lily interrupted.
“First of all, Red, as I said you will not be starting anywhere.” Sirius rallied.
“Sirius, this place is huge, and we need to clear a space for six of us to sleep tonight.” She countered, but the argument was interrupted by the doorbell ringing.
Everyone exchanged nervous glances. “Literally, no one should know we’re here.” James muttered.
“It could be Moody?” Remus offered nervously.
“Should Kreacher answer the door, Master.” A crotchety old voice sneered from behind him, causing Sirius to yelp and jump what felt like a foot in the air.
“Merlin’s tits.” James muttered as Harry started shrieking again.
“Godric, I’ve never seen you not hanging off my mother’s bosom; I sort of hoped you had died with her.” He muttered, rubbing his chest trying to convince his heart to return to a normal pace.
“Sirius.” You scolded from your place against the wall.
“Kreacher lives to serve the Most Noble and Ancient House of Black, even if it’s occupants are filthy blood-traitors and their mud-bloods.” The ancient house-elf muttered.
“New management, new rule Kreacher, no more mud-blood talk.” Sirius barked.
“Yes, Master.” The elf sneered before heading toward the door. Sirius quickly pulled you and Lily, who was now holding a sniffling Harry, behind him much to the chagrin of the two women.
“Master, the wizard tells Kreacher that he’s a curse breaker sent by a Moody.” The elf mumbles over his shoulder.
Sirius relinquished his hold on the two witches and allowed the man entry.
Sirius reiterated to the curse breaker that Lily, Remus, you, and Ted were not to touch anything in any room until the curse breaker, Sirius or Andromeda cleared it first. The curse breaker showed James, Andromeda, and Sirius a few detection spells and a few simple reversal charms before they set off to different levels of the house; Sirius and Andromeda decided to focus on the bedrooms and bathrooms whilst the curse break started in the shared living spaces on the first floor, and James went to the kitchen with Kreacher.
Sirius felt like he was making decent progress. He and Andromeda had cleared out three bedrooms and two bathrooms between the second and third floors, and he had worked up a decent sweat. He had two boxes of dark artifacts to be either destroyed, uncursed or donated. The screeching had started back up in earnest again when the silencio wore off an hour after casting.
“You miserable hag.” Sirius muttered as he marched over to his mother’s portrait to recast the spell. Once the ringing in his ears stopped, he heard another shriek and a bang.
“Y/N!” Lily could be heard shouting, and Sirius bolted down the stairs. He arrived in the parlour at the same time as Remus and James.
“What happened?” Remus demanded.
“She touched a book!” Lily tattled.
“I’m fine.” You muttered as you sat up and cradled your right wrist.
Sirius sighed, fear melting into frustration which quickly melted into fondness. “You sneaky little witch.” He muttered as he moved to crouch beside you. “Let me see.”
“No.” You pouted.
“Y/N.”
“No. I’m fine.”
“Let me see your hand.”
“Bugger off.”
“You minx.”
Sirius sat there biting his cheek trying to suppress a grin at the sight of you sitting petulantly feeling embarrassed being caught having done something naughty.
“What did I say?” Sirius scolded.
You muttered something under your breath.
“What was that?” He smirked, leaning his ear closer to you for dramatic effect.
“Not to touch anything.”
“Uh huh. And what did you do?”
“I touched something.”
Sirius was full on beaming at you now.
“Thought so, let me see.”
You let out an indignant huff and held your wrist out to Sirius, who despite his crassness, took it so unbelievably gently in his own hands. It appeared that you had touched something that was cursed with a knock-back jinx, which twisted your wrist violently on impact. It could have been worse, small mercies.
“Dollface, I could have gotten you a book if you were bored.” Sirius commented as he reduced the swelling with a quick flick of his wand and placed a glacius charm to help with any more inflammation.
“Don’t tease me.” You whispered miserably, and Sirius looked up to see that your eyes were glassy.
“Are the tears because you’re hurt, because you’re scared, or because you’re embarrassed?” Sirius whispered back. Your eyes met his and a single tear fell. He lifted his hand which was met with a mild flinch before he gently wiped it away with his thumb.
“I’m not teasing, love. And you don’t have to be embarrassed; if it hadn’t been you, it would have been Moony.” Which was met with an indignant ‘Oi!’ from the werewolf who had moved down the hall in an attempt to give them privacy. “You also don’t have to be scared. Alright?”
You held his gaze before nodding with a sniff. He massaged your wrist and hand gently, recasting a glacius over the injury.
“Did I teach you this?” You asked quietly, causing Sirius’ head to shoot up from its lowered position.
“Do you remember?” He asked unbelievingly.
You moved your head back-and-forth as if to say so-so. “I remember...uhm-”
He waited with bated breath watching your face as you organized your thoughts.
“Bludgers. The smell of cigarettes and broom wax. And a broken wrist.”
Sirius was sure he heard angels singing. Her first memory is resurfacing. And it’s when I broke my wrist playing quidditch at Potter manor.
“It was you, wasn’t it? Who broke their wrist?” You clarified.
Sirius nodded dumbly. “Yes.” He croaked.
“I think you got hurt often.”
Sirius chuckled, “Yes, I certainly did.”
“That must have been exciting.” You mused.
“I’m sure I was exhausting.” He countered as he continued massaging your arm. He could probably stop now, but he really didn’t want to.
“Please; you got hurt because you were playing quidditch, I got hurt because I touched a book after I was specifically told not to touch anything.”
Sirius barked a laugh. “Oh, come now. It’s my fault really; I should have known better than to try to tell you what to do.”
You both sat in a comfortable silence for a few moments; Sirius continuing to work out tension in your arm.
“Which book was it?” He asked you finally. He seemed to catch you off guard, as you looked at him inquisitively. “Which book were you trying to read?”
You blushed but stood up and pointed to the offending book. Secrets of the Darkest Art.
“All this fuss over a book, babe?” he smirked at you as your blush intensified. He cast a quick counter curse over it like the curse breaker taught him and handed you the book.
“Now please, for the love of Merlin, don’t touch anything else?” He asked with a smile which was met with a shy smile of your own.
“Thanks, Siri.” You mumbled. His heart soared at your use of his old nickname, and before he even realized what he was doing, he bent down and placed a kiss on your forehead.
“Read up, my little swot. I think I heard Kreacher muttering about making dinner. Hopefully it’s not poisoned.” He said as he exited the room.
Tumblr media
Turns out, dinner was not poisoned, and it was actually quite good. They all thanked Kreacher even though the elf acted as if the simple act of feeding them would be the thing to damn him straight to hell. The Tonks’ were quite eager to leave after the fourth rousing of Walburga and left before the dinner was served. Andromeda and Sirius had managed to de-dark-art-ify all the bedrooms on the second and third floor plus the bathrooms. They opted to leave his parents room, and his and Regulus’ rooms untouched. As much as they teased poor James, he accomplished quite a lot in the kitchen and main living room, while the curse breaker focused on the hallways and various parlour rooms on the main floor. Lily mentioned that she wouldn’t mind brightening the place up if Sirius was open to some redecorating – to which he responded with a quick “If it were up to me, Red, this place would be in flames by now”, so she advised she’d make some plans tomorrow. You and Remus fussed over Harry to save Kreacher from anymore toddler ear yanks, but if the house-elf was grateful for the interference, he didn’t show it. A message arrived stating that the cottage in Godric’s Hollow appeared to be secure; Lily looked like she wanted to cry at the prospect of being reunited with her things.
Remus said goodbye to everyone after dinner, stating he couldn’t leave the flat unattended since Sirius appears to be willing to neglect it for the next foreseeable future, which was met with a two-finger salute from Sirius and boos from James which were then chorused by Harry.
“It’s meant to be a slumber party, Moony. Just like the old days.” James whined, which sucked the air out of the room; it suddenly became very obvious to Sirius, James, Lily, and Remus that they had been betrayed by their closest friend, who was possibly responsible for the death of some of their other friends.
“Pads, we can’t keep paying for a flat that no one is using.” Remus argued.
“Uhm, I can, and I will, thank you very much. What’s the point of inheriting all of my family’s dirty money if I can’t waste it on whatever I want?”
Remus sighed, “Fine. I’m going home tonight, though. I can’t leave the cat and the plants.”
“You’re such a good daddy.” Lily smirked from the end of the table.
“Shush, you.” Remus said as he ruffled her hair before smoothing it out and kissing the top of her head. He moved to Harry and placed a kiss there too, before James stuck his head up as if he, too, was waiting for a kiss. Remus rolled his eyes before pecking both James and Sirius on the head and pausing at you.
“What? No kiss for me, Moony?” You smirked and teasingly batted your eyelashes at him. Remus laughed and placed a kiss on your head before waving and promising everyone he’d be back tomorrow, cat and plants in tow.
Much to Kreacher’s chagrin, Sirius and James insisted on cleaning up the kitchen themselves which got a “filthy blood-traitor’s” being cursed at them. He then announced he’d be going to the house in Godric’s Hollow to retrieve their belongings – surprising James and Sirius into silence.
Lily and James took the farthest room on the second floor, it was the largest which left plenty of room for a crib for Harry, and it had their own washroom. Sirius held the bags containing your things and watched as you inspected the other rooms, allowing you to choose next.
“Which room do you suppose Remus would like?” You asked him.
“Vix, it doesn’t matter. You choose.”
“If he has plants, maybe this room? It would get nice light in the evenings; I don’t think he’d appreciate the morning light.” You mused as if he hadn’t said anything at all.
Sirius couldn’t even celebrate the fact that you seemed to correctly remember something about Remus before he nagged you. “Y/N, for the love of Merlin, pick a room.”
“Well, which room are you taking?”
Sirius paused. “What?”
“Which room will you take?”
Sirius rubbed the back of his neck. “I have my old room upstairs. I was just going to stay there.”
You paused. “You aren’t going to stay down here? With us?” The ‘with me?’ was unspoken but Sirius heard it anyway.
“Oh, right. No, of course. Erm.” He looked at the three rooms. It appeared you had already decided the middle room was Remus’ – what with the sunlight for the cat or the plants or the sleeping or what-not. There were two other rooms kiddie-corner to each other. The one at the end of the hall was the largest of the two, and had windows on two walls, versus just the one wall containing windows in the other room.
“I think I’ll take this one.” He said, motioning to the smaller room. It was directly across the hall from the washroom, which was beside the last room – your room – which meant he would be close by.
“Okay.” You nodded, looking into the room you essentially forced Sirius into picking for you. “I’ll take this one then.” You smiled at him as if you chose it for yourself.
“Good choice, gorgeous.” He said as he placed your bags on the four-poster bed in the middle of the room. “Can’t wait to see what Lil’s comes up with for this place – all the Slytherin green needs to go.”
You hummed and looked around the dark room. “I don’t know, the snakes and skulls are really warm and inviting, Sirius. Don’t fix what ain’t broken.” You finished the sentence in a poorly done southern American accent.
The two of you quipped back and forth about the décor in various accents as you unpacked your bags. Sirius found the scene to unbelievably domestic and lovely, basking in the effervescent glow that was your company until you both retired for bed.
Tumblr media
Sirius pushed the door open as quietly as he could and stole a glance at you; your breathing was even as you slept curled up in the fetal position on the bed where he’d left you several hours ago.
With a sigh, Sirius made his way down the stairs to the large parlour room – not coincidentally the one he knew had his late father’s liquor stored in an antique bar cart. He knew he shouldn’t – James and Lily fussed over him for months after you went missing, watching him spiral into himself as he tried to drink away his issues. He had to work hard not to end up completely dependent on alcohol – and it still wasn’t enough for him to stay in his supervisor’s good graces.
“You’re a good Auror, Sirius, and a mighty strong wizard – but this is getting out of control, and I cannot allow you to continue putting the rest of my staff at risk.” Moody had told him, and he was placed on a medical leave until James could confirm to Moody that he had gone a full four weeks without a drink.
Sirius sat with a crystal glass of fire whiskey and cast a quick incendio to light the fireplace. I feel like the ghost of my father he thought darkly. The Black’s were all basically carbon copies of each other – the only difference between the two Black sons and Walburga was that they had their father’s silver eyes. If Kreacher walked in now, he’d probably think he was looking at a down-and-out younger Orion Black, if Orion Black ever wore checkered pyjama pants and a band tee.
The fire whiskey was leaving a comfortable warmth in his stomach and esophagus as he leaned his head back against the chair. He felt so incredibly guilty.
Guilty for trusting Peter. Guilty for ever thinking the spy could be anyone but him. Guilty for believing you to be dead all of this time – when he could have been looking for you, should have been looking for you. Guilty to shouting your business in front of your friends. Guilty for ever introducing Peter to you. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty.
His musings were interrupted by a gentle knock on the parlour room doorframe. His eyes shot open, and he pointed his wand toward the disturbance, only to find the silhouette of you donned in pyjama shorts and a pullover jumper. He sighed in relief and unceremoniously tossed his wand back onto the side table.
“I didn’t mean to frighten you.” You offered quietly.
“No worries, love. I think everyone’s a touch jumpy these days.” He muttered, taking another sip from his glass.
You surveyed him from the door for a few moments before moving to sit in the matching wingback chair beside him, separated by only a small table.
“Couldn’t sleep?” You asked.
Sirius hummed, “Not well. Not for the last five months. Maybe longer.”
You nodded in agreement as you watched the flames dance in the fireplace. You hadn’t seen Sirius like this – not since you’ve been back, at least – but something about this mood of his felt familiar to you.
“Are you alright?”
Sirius laughed humourlessly. “The captive of an evil terrorist organization is asking me if I am okay because I happened to have my feelings hurt?”
He looked over at you, expecting to find signs of frustration or annoyance at his flippancy and obvious deflection. But - like he should have expected - all he saw was patience and understanding, and it broke him.
He hiccupped loudly and put his elbows on his knees, holding his face in his hands.
“I’m sorry.” He whispered miserably.
“What is it you’re apologizing for?” You asked quietly.
“For losing you. For allowing it to happen. For introducing you to Pete. For trusting him with any of you. For believing you were dead. For feeling at all sorry for myself because I simply missed you whilst you were out there fighting for your fucking life. For telling you any of this.” He moaned.
You chuckled softly. “You do realize you’re apologizing on behalf of a lot of other people right now, right?”
Sirius raised his head to look at you.
“Don’t let them off the hook that easily.” You added seriously.
“What are you talking about?”
“You’re apologizing for the way Peter treated me as if it was your fault – by doing so, you’re relieving him of an awful lot of responsibility.” You stated simply. Sirius watched the flames dance in your eyes as you watched the fire.
“You believed me to be dead, and you mourned me – that’s not a punishable offence, Sirius. In fact, I think I’d likely be miffed if you hadn’t seemed affected at all.”
Sirius smirked at that.
“And finally, you don’t need to apologize for telling me things when I was the one who asked you to.”
Sirius shook his head. “I’m supposed to be the one taking care of you.” He muttered.
“You can do that tomorrow.” You stated plainly with a shrug.
“Thank you.”
“No problem.”
You sat in companionable silence as you both watched the fire. It wasn’t often Sirius found himself to be comfortable with silence and empty moments. Silence growing up always meant room for scrutiny – or it was due to his parents ignoring him to teach him a lesson. But it had always been so, incredibly refreshing with you. He always felt safe with you when neither of you felt the need to say anything at all, and just exist together in silence.
“At the meeting, you asked me if we were just friends before.” Sirius asked quietly. He continued when you hummed in acknowledgement. “Is that because you remembered?”
You considered his question for a moment. “Perhaps a bit. I don’t necessarily remember the moments or conversations, but I think a part of me remembers the feelings.”
Sirius hummed. “And the other bit?” He prodded as he turned to look at you. You smirked in response.
“Well, you’re not exactly subtle, love.” You winked at him.
Sirius barked a laugh. “No, I don’t think subtlety is a trait I possess.” He agreed.
“Lucky me.”
He stared at you for a long while.
“I don’t know how good at it I was.” He admitted.
“At what?”
“At loving you.”
You both let that hang in the air as you held each other’s gaze.
“But it was the best thing about me – getting to love you; being loved by you.” He added.
“That’s what woke me up.”
Sirius furrowed his brows. “Hm?”
You turned your gaze back to the fire.
“In my dream – or I suppose it was a memory. You and I were fighting; I accused you of only loving yourself. You laughed before you said ‘Actually, Princess, I hate myself. The only person worth love here is you.’”.
Sirius remembered that fight. It was after you had finally started talking to him again after the Worst Day of His Life™. You both decided to hash out exactly what happened that night with the stupid eyelash batting Hufflepuff that ended with you sleeping in Lily and Remus’ embrace after they had to clean up his mess.
(The boys dormitory, Hogwarts)
“It doesn’t matter, Sirius. What happened, happened, and it’s in the past.”
“It does matter though, because it hurt you.”
You rolled your eyes. “No, it doesn’t matter; I’m over it and it clearly meant nothing to you.”
“Don’t do that.”
“Do what?”
“Decide what means something to me.”
“I didn’t, Sirius. You did. That night – you decided what I meant to you, which apparently wasn't much. It’s fine, you’re allowed to sleep with whoever you want. The relationship clearly meant more to me than it did to you – that was my mistake.”
“You weren’t mistaken!”
“Then why wasn’t it me!?” You finally shouted at him, tears begging to fall from your lower lash line.
Sirius didn’t have an answer for that. You scoffed at his lack of response and wiped angrily at your face.
“I don’t know why we’re even doing this.”
“Because it’s important.”
“It’s not important. It’s history. I’m over it.”
“Don’t say that. Don’t say you’re over it.” The ‘over me’ in Sirius’ plea was left unsaid.
“Well, I’m not going to lie to you, Sirius.”
“I just want things to go back to the way they were before. What can I do to fix this?”
“There’s nothing to fix, Sirius.”
“Bullshit.”
You stayed quiet.
“So, what? Am I not worth it then? Am I not worth fighting for?” He accused. Your eyes narrowed at him.
“Sirius, that’s not fair.”
“You’re not giving me anything else to go off here!”
“What about me!?” You shouted. “I need to look after myself for a change, Sirius. Because what all of this has taught me is that the only person you’re truly able to love is yourself.”
Sirius couldn’t help himself. He began to laugh; a real, loud belly laugh that began to hurt his sides.
“What the fuck is so funny?”
“You’re so far from the mark you can’t even see it anymore.” He laughed as he collected himself. “You couldn’t be more wrong. In fact, Princess, I hate myself. The only person worth love here is you.”
(present)
Sirius sighed. “Why couldn’t your first memory of me be me doing something awesome; like the time I caught you when you fell off your broom or something.”
You laughed. “I had bruises from your death grip after that fall for weeks. And you were so annoying – you would hardly let me walk down the hallway without your constant supervision.”
You both seemed startled at your recounting the memory, but neither commented on it.
“Well excuse me, love. What makes you think I should trust you on the moving staircases with your nose shoved into a book if you couldn’t even handle a simple flight session on a school broom a mere twenty feet off the ground,
“Oh please, I didn’t have my nose shoved into a book.”
“You did too.”
“And I was definitely at least fifty feet off the ground – probably more.”
“Nope, wrong again.”
“Stop gaslighting me.”
“Must be exhausting being wrong all the time.”
“You son of a bitch.”
The two of you laughed; the familiarity of the banter and joking felt like a warm hug for you both. You fell into a companionable silence until the crackling of the fire was interrupted by a yawn you tried unsuccessfully to suppress.
“Come on, love. Let’s get you back to bed.” Sirius said as he stood, standing in front of you and offering you his hand.
You jokingly whined but allowed yourself to be pulled up by the black-haired man.
“You look like a hockey player” You blurted as you walked hand-in-hand up the stairs.
“Pardon me?” Sirius asked incredulously.
You ran your fingers through his hair, and he relished in the feeling. “The hair cut – it’s like a hockey player’s; they call it a ‘flow’.”
“A flow?” He smirked.
“Mhm.”
“Do you like it?” He asked, suddenly self-conscious.
“Love it.” You offered immediately as if it was the most obvious answer.
You paused at your respective bedroom doors, neither seemingly wanting to part ways. Well, Sirius knew he didn’t, and he assumed the tightening of your hold on his hand meant that you felt the same.
He wanted to hold you. He wanted to wrap you up in bed and stay there with you until the world ended. He wanted your hands to be fused together so that he’d never have to be without you by his side ever again. But he also didn’t want to push you; this was your call – he would let you choose; always.
“I don’t want to be alone.” You admitted quietly, almost as if you were embarrassed by the admission.
Sirius gave your hand three quick squeezes – a code the two of you had made when you realized that Sirius sometimes struggled to express his feelings verbally.
“Three taps or squeezes means ‘I love you.’” You had said to him simply.
“Babe, every breath I take means ‘I love you.’” He countered before placing a searing kiss to your lips.
“Funny, that. Neither do I.” He replied.
“Stay with me?” You asked him, eyes shyly meeting his.
“I’d love nothing more.” He said, as he placed a soft kiss on your forehead. “Come on, love. Let’s try to get some sleep.”
Tumblr media
James had tossed and turned all night, waking up in cold sweats. He had been eager each time to change Harry’s diaper or do a feeding, bouncing him a little longer than strictly necessary just to avoid having to be alone with his own thoughts again. But by the third time he woke Lily up in a panic, she’d kicked him out of the room.
“Potter, I love you, but if you don’t fuck off right now, I’m going to live the rest of my life as a widow.” And with that, he was banished from their bedroom.
He padded his way down the hallway, poking his head into the other doors. The room in the middle of the hallways was vacant; probably Moony’s he mused. The next room was also empty, but the sheets were disturbed as if someone had been sleeping in here, but also couldn’t sleep.
He poked his head into the last room and spotted two figures curled up in the bed, holding onto each other as if one of them could float away at any moment.
There was a voice in James’ head that told him he should leave them; they were likely having just as hard a time sleeping as he was. Also, it’d be weird to join them. However, there was a louder voice in James’ head that was screaming to climb into bed with them; so that’s the one he listened to. James had never been very good with boundaries.
He crawled onto the other side of Sirius and slid under the covers.
“Are you serious right now?” He heard his mate mutter groggily.
James smirked as he curled up behind him. “No, you’re Sirius.”
Sirius groaned. “Five points from Gryffindor for the terrible joke that only I’m allowed to make, and another five points for touching me with your cold ass feet.” But he didn’t tell James to leave, so he took that as a win.
“How’s she?” He asked quietly.
“So good, considering.” Sirius answered.
“I can’t believe him...” James started quietly, but he needn’t finish; they both knew who he was talking about.
Sirius took a deep breath. “I feel, guilty. Bad. Y/N says I shouldn’t.”
“Of course she would, she’s perfect.” James offered easily.
Sirius smiled into the top of your sleeping head. “She is.” He agreed.
“I can’t believe she survived, all that time.”
The two men sat, marvelling at your perseverance. “I’m dying to know who her allies were.”
Sirius hummed. “Me too. I don’t know how to feel about them yet.”
James nodded. “That’s okay, I don’t much know how to feel about a lot of things.”
Sirius snorted and then tensed, worried about waking you, but your breath remained even.
“Do you blame me?”
Sirius eyes flew open at that.
“Pardon?”
James sighed before repeating himself. “Do you blame me, for Pete?”
“What about him.”
“Well, I’ve been wondering, would you and Remus ever had made friends with him had I not dragged him along with us?”
Sirius laughed. “Okay, if it were left up to Remus, no one would have ever talked to him ever and he would’ve made exactly zero friends, so I don’t think you’re asking the right questions.”
“Pads...”
“No. Of course not.” Sirius stated. James remained quiet and tense behind him.
“I think Peter made a choice. He made a lot of choices, but he made a choice.” He said as he thought of your earlier words. Don’t let him off the hook that easily. “He has a lot to atone for.”
He could feel James nod and they sat in silence for some time, watching the lights move from the street below them.
Sirius was pretty well asleep when James spoke up again.
“So, are you guys like, back together?”
Sirius scrunched his face. “What in the hells are you talking about?”
“You and Vix? Does this mean mom and dad are back together again?”
“James, she doesn’t remember me.”
“Well that just can’t be true.” James argued.
“Why’s that?”
“No one who doesn’t know you would let you sleep in their bed, Pads. You look like a bad idea.”
Sirius groaned. “She remembers some things.”
“Nice! Anything about me?” James asked excitedly.
“Yes.” You muttered sleepily. “I remember that you’re unbearably annoying.”
Sirius beamed and pressed a kiss to your hair.
Tumblr media
Lily began to redecorate, though she muttered unhappily the entire time about not being able to run to the shops. Every wall was painted white, causing each space to look far brighter and bigger than it had before. James took down every framed piece of art and gave it to Harry and Sirius to paint over – what were once paintings full of dark objects and pureblood legacy were now Gryffindor logos, the Hogwarts castle, a golden snitch, owls, self-portraits, or, in Harry’s case, a big truck. (If you close your eyes, you can absolutely see it).
Sirius insisted the house was still chock full of “bad vibes”, but everyone else already felt less suppressed.
Your memories were slowly returning to you, and much to everyone’s chagrin and to his absolute delight, Remus seemed to be the first of your friends you completely unravelled.
“You’ve got to be kidding me!” James cried.
“I’ve never been so offended in my life.” Sirius muttered.
Lily refused to speak on the matter...but she also (playfully) refused to speak a word to you at all.
“I mean, really, what’s Moons got that I don’t?” Sirius whined as he watched the golden coloured orb on your scan get accessed by the travelling lights without incident.
“Class, obviously.” Remus claimed haughtily.
“Oh, I’ll show you class.” Sirius barked before launching himself at Remus who was sitting in an armchair with a book in his hand.
The two boys men struggled with each other, Remus never leaving the armchair nor dropping his book, before Sirius began whining.
“Say it.” Remus said with a smirk.
“Moony!”
“Say it.”
“Uncle! Uncle!” Sirius cried and Remus released his hold on his arm.
“Real classy boys.” Lily said with a roll of her eyes.
It had been about a week since Vix had been home and it was about a week until the next full, so Remus could not figure out why he felt so itchy.
“Maybe you’ve got fleas.” James offered as he shoved roast potatoes in his mouth.
“I don’t have fleas, you sod.” Remus muttered.
“No, that’s usually a Padfoot problem.” Lily chortled
Sirius elicited a dramatic gasp and held his hand to his chest.
“I have never once in my life had flea’s you hag.”
“Don’t call my wife a hag!”
“Then tell her not to act like one!”
“Can we not do this at the dinner table?” You moaned with a roll of your eyes. Both men stopped the antics and looked down at their plates, shame faced.
“Sorry mum.” They chorused.
You smirked and looked over to Remus, who still looked unsettled. “It’s not usual for you to get like this, this far from the moon.” You commented.
“No.” Remus muttered miserably. “I don’t know, something just feels off.”
“Our world has been flipped upside down multiple times this week. I think it will take some time for us to get our bearings again.” Lily admitted.
The adults nodded in agreement; Harry shook his head violently.
“No? You don’t think so Haz?” James asked his son.
“No!” Harry squealed happily, lifting a handful of crushed roast potatoes in his hand.
“Don’t mind him. That’s his favourite word right now.” Lily explained.
“Is miss finished?” Kreacher’s voice appeared beside you, causing you to jump in your seat.
“Oh!” You breathed, holding a hand to your chest. “Uhm, yes. Kreacher, thank you.”
The house-elf grunted and took your plate to the sink, before returning and pulling your chair out for you. James and Sirius shared a look at the odd behaviour.
“What are you doing, Kreacher?” Sirius asked.
You looked just as confused as Kreacher helped you stand.
“Kreacher has been asked to retrieve the mudblood.” He said plainly, and with a snap of his fingers, the two of you were gone.

You Are Mine
Na'vi! Quaritch x fem! Na'vi! Reader
All sentences in italics are the Na'vi language.
Background: Reader was kidnapped along with the kids and is Neytiri older sister. Quaritch wouldn't let her escape and became his direct line into the world of Pandora.
Tumblr media
_
You still couldn't believe it. That monster, that bastard, was somehow alive. And when he dared to lay hands on the kids, you made sure he would have a reminder of what pain he would experience the next time that happened.
You bit his neck. Hard.
"You do this with all your partners, sweetheart?" Quaritch smirked at you, the blood gone but the marks of your fangs still scarred onto his skin.
I hissed in retaliation, a reminder that I was not to be tamed.
"Leave her alone!" Spider hissed, protective over his aunt. You adored Spider and saw him as your son.
I never got the chance to make a bond. Despite my parents' best efforts to pair me with Tsu'tey, you wanted to bond for the sake of love and trust. And I knew well that Tsu'tey did not love me, so I was seen as a lone Na'vi.
"Do they hurt?" Spider questioned, referring to the restraints on my wrists and ankles.
"I am fine, do not worry about me. Besides, this sky bastard would not know a woman's touch if it was shoved up his ass," I smirked and Spider laughed.
"What? What's so damn funny?" Quaritch questioned.
"Stupid oaf," I giggled, knowing he couldn't understand shit.
"It was nothing," Spider insisted.
"Tch," He walked away, leaving you and Spider.
Quaritch hated to admit it, but you were a damn beauty. He remembered you vaguely from his human memories, seeing you land on his ship and fire two arrows straight at two pilots. The fear he felt knowing you could have pulled out one more and struck him, but didn't and left. A fierce Na'vi warrior who was strong and willing to kill for her people, plus the looks were an added bonus.
"What do we know about her?"
"Her name is (Y/N), she's the daughter of the previous leader of the Omaticaya, Eytucan and the Tsahik, Mo'at. Her mother and sister, Neytiri, are her only living relatives-"
"So she's Mrs. Sullys' sister?" Quaritch chuckled and looked back at you, who was staring out at the forest.
He could have guessed, judging by the similar faces, but you were taller and much more. . .up close than Neytiri. Sure, Neytiri literally got the closest you can be by killing him, but you were his captive.
Meaning he could get information from you.
_
"So you are Neytiris' sister. Could have guessed from the mark you gave me," Quaritch approached me in my cell, shutting the door behind him. My tail flicked, in tune with my nerves, as I only stared at him.
"Much prettier, I will admit," He sat down next to me, to which I scooted away and kept a sharp gaze on him.
And did not respond.
"So sorry about your father. My condolences. I did not mean to cause such harm," My chest rose higher, feeling angry that he thought he could even speak of my father.
But still, I stayed silent.
"You're pretty close with my son. Did you raise him?" He crossed his arms together, but my eyes traveled to his neck. When his comrades tore me away, my fangs dragged and tore the skin open.
"Do you even speak Engli-"
"Your language was too easy for me. It shows just how intelligent your species are," I responded in perfect English.
"Why tha-"
"It was not a compliment," I cut him off, my stare deadly and my lips in a firm line.
"And Spider is not your son," I knew Spider, and he was the kindest soul. He wanted so badly to be Na'vi, but he had a human body. It did not discourage him and that is why I was proud to call him my own.
"So you did raise him then. You taught him the language?"
"Rather mine than yours," I retorted.
"I'll take that as a yes. Look, I'm hopeless with this stuff, and in order to better connect with him," He got closer.
"I would like you to teach me. I want to bond with him - the way we were meant to. Could you help me with that, sweetheart?" His hand went to grab my hair, and my hands went to grab his wrist and restrain him.
But he did so to me.
My shackled hands fell against the wall, and he stared down at me. His hand grabbed my chains and pushed them upwards, against the wall.
I hissed, bearing my fangs but all he did was chuckle.
"I can do this all day, sweetheart. I won't let them torture you, as a thank you for raising my son, but," He moved his face closer to my own.
"Don't think for a second that you're getting out of here."
_
It had been three months and he still spoke like a baby.
"Nari!"
"Narni."
"No!" My hand went up to smack his forehead and he grabbed my wrist, frustrated.
"This is stupid. I'm clearly saying it right!"
"No, you are not," I expressed. We had these lessons twice a day in my prison, and as a reward, he would let me out for a day. I still had my ankle shackles on but it felt nice to move around.
"As much as I would love to agree and get you out of my sight-"
"Aw c'mon, sweetheart, you don't mean that," He expressed, his hand still around my wrist.
"I ain't that bad to look at," And his teeth grazed my wrist, over my veins and his eyes. . .oh great mother, his eyes looked at me in such a way only mated pairs should.
"You-You-"
"Cat got your tongue?"
"Tch," I tore my wrist away, "your behavior is very inappropriate. Only mated pairs should look at each other like that."
"Mated pairs?" I sighed at his question.
"When a woman chooses her man, and he in return, they then bond and become Mated for life," It was a simple yet perfect way of life. That is all you wished for yourself and any other Na'vi.
"You don't fool around? Have a taste of anyone else?"
"Your culture seems to think that is all love is, but you are wrong. You know when you have found your mate, and it is like no other feeling. You will do anything for your mate and your children. Na'vi women are noted to become feral when their child is in danger and are considered the most dangerous creature," You saw now Neytiri loved her children and even when they had the smallest scratch, she became so protective of them.
"How do you guys mate? Just attach your braid things?" He was genuinely curious and it made me smile, but not enough for him to notice.
"Guess you're a happy woman then," He was a bit bummed, as you were beautiful, and your spirit is strong.
"I am not mated. Many men were killed the last you were here," I admitted, the fall of my people still bringing a light mist to my eyes. Many friends, and even my own father - all lost but never forgotten. They were all with Eywa now.
"You have sex," I stated bluntly, "and you share your memories."
"Hmm. . .good to know," I watched as he got up and made his way to the door.
"Oh, and (Y/N)? I was checking your pulse. You do find me attractive," He chuckled, leaving as I recalled his fangs grazing over my veins and my cheeks flared.
"As if, you bastard!"
_
"Can you look away?"
"And let you escape? I'm not that fucking stupid."
I rolled my eyes at my captors, who were allowing me to bathe in the natural spring waters because I did not like their mechanical baths.
I moved further into the water, making sure my body was covered. Only my eyes were up above as I moved behind the waterfall, and I caught Miles Quaritchs gaze as I disappeared.
The cool water brought a smile to my face as I bathed, using soap we made from the land and relishing in the cleanliness.
"Having fun?"
I gasped, dipping back down into the water as I saw Miles Quaritch move his body into the waterfall, his shirt off.
"Don't worry, I covered my eyes, sweetheart. Just making sure you aren't running away," He said, averting his gaze.
But mine lingered.
It was shameful, for sure, but my eyes lingered on the water droplets that traveled over every muscle of his chest.
"Why did you hate us?" I asked quietly, and he looked at me.
"Why did you come here?" And kill so many.
He let out a sigh of sadness, like he himself did not know.
"I know my memories say that it was for money. I could see through his eyes that all he saw were disgusting creatures in the way of his goals," He seemed ashamed, like he didn't want to be that man but his memories and name force him to remain that same person.
"Do you hate me?" I asked, my body fully out of the water but his eyes did not trail my body. His eyes remained on mine, and his gentle hand came up to my chin.
"Never, sweetheart."
_
I knew I was in deep trouble. The many times Miles Quaritch came to visit me, and the many times I got to know him - he was a changed man. I could see it in his spirit. He came to adore my planet and our ways, but those around him would not allow him to fully embrace it. It would mean he would abandon his mission, and they would kill him for it.
Which is why I was unsure of my own heart.
I was his prisoner. I was his captive, and yet I felt my heart race anytime he looked at me.
Neytiri would be disappointed in me.
Father would be disappointed in me.
Mother would not be able to stand the sight of me.
Which is why I was crying.
It was late and all were asleep, so I sat in my corner and wept. I had fallen for such a cruel man who killed hundreds of my people, and why? Why did I choose him? Because he might have changed? I did not understand.
"(Y/N)? Are you crying?" Once I heard his hushed voice, I wiped my tears away. The lights remained off, but we could see each other as our bodies gave off the bioluminescent glow.
"Go away, Quaritch."
"If you need anything, you can ask-"
"I do not want anything from you. I want to go home," I hissed, trying to move the focus from my tears.
"I. . .you know I can't let you do that," He sighed, conflicted with himself.
"I do not understand," I whispered, and he grabbed my chin and had me look up at him.
"Understand what?"
"My heart," I admitted, "it wages war with itself."
"Why?"
"You have a strong spirit and a kind heart, and you are not the same man you were once were. . .but I do not understand why my own heart is intertwined with yours," I confessed, and his hand on my chin relaxed and he looked shocked.
"Neytiri will hate me," The thought of my own sister shaming me and looking at me with great hatred made me hate myself.
"Don't say that."
"As much as I yearn for you, that does not erase the things you have done," He held me against him as I wept. My nails dug so deep into the fabric of his shirt that it left holes.
"I wish I stayed dead," He admitted.
"Then maybe I wouldn't see so many Na'vi who despise me. I wouldn't fear death every time I saw an arrow. . .but if I stayed dead, I never would have gotten to know you, sweetheart," He confessed, holding my face in his hands.
There did not need to be any other words as he leaned down and captured my lips in his. In this moment, I did not think of how my people would hate me or that my own mother would not love me. I only thought of his soft lips against mine, and how he felt absolutely perfect to me.

Honey, I belong with you
And only you babe.
Only you my girl. Only you, babe.
Only you darling. Only you- Dark Red, Steve Lacy
You had never been good with change.
Your steadfast nature flourished in routine. You found happiness in the known. In your corner of the world, mixing tinctures and tending to your clan. You’d been well aware of your role from a young age, had thought you’d understood the great mother’s plan for your life-
And then the Sully’s had ridden in on the strong east wind.
There had been invisible strings at play.
Unbeknownst to you fate had threaded you to a future that you couldn't have foreseen even in your wildest dreams. Entangled your heartlines with the last person you ever would’ve expected-
You think about the fact as you stare out at the choppy sea. Your hands are busy collecting the last of your belongings, but your mind is far away. Distracted and restless as the storms that gather along the coastline. The sky is dark and rain already falls in a light misting.
Fertility Season is here, palpable as it rolls over the village of Awa’atlu.
You’ve never experienced it this way, always a spectator and never a participant. Normally at this time of year you’d be preparing to assist the other villagers through the week of haze induced mating. Being bogged down by wet weather and running from Mauri to Mauri had always been exhausting, but still. You knew how to do it, we’re accustomed to what was expected of you when a healer was needed.
What would be expected of you as a mate?
The thought excites you and terrifies you all the same.
You want to be with Neteyam. There is no question about the fact. You crave him in a way that you didn't know was possible. Carnal and inescapable. Being with him is as easy as breathing,
It’s everything else that’s harder.
You’re an adult now, have been for years, yet you still live in your family home. It’s not that you had been forced to stay. Ao’nung had taken his leave after his rite; his hut more of a bachelor pad than anything. He still came to his parents home daily to raid their food stores and have his mother touch up his braids- but still. He’d jumped fearlessly into independence and had been living on his own for over a year.
All you’d ever known lived inside these walls.
Your Uncle Tonowari and Aunt Ronal had taken you in at such a young age that you don’t really remember anything else. You’d slept in the same bed since you were a childling, in your secluded little corner. Decorated with all of your trinkets and shrouded in familiarity, you’d loved your space.
It was safety incarnate.
And you leaving was difficult, for everyone.
It would’ve happened one day, a necessary step towards adulthood that all had to take and yet as you took your turn you couldn't help but be a bit devastated. It felt like a shock to your system, gathering everything you’d accumulated and preparing to leave.
After Fertility Season, you wouldn't return. You’d never sleep under this roof again.
You and Neteyam would start to build your life together- and you’d do so in your own home.
It wasn't even as though you were going far, the vacated mauri that Tonowari had granted you permission to claim was mere meters away, still in the heart of the village. The move wasn't a major one, and would take no time at all. Nothing like the way the Sully’s had been forced to uproot and leave everything they’d ever known.
There was no reason for you to act like a baby about it. So don't allow yourself to.
Even with all of the swirling questions plaguing you, you put on a brave face. Kept it all smiles and reassuring nods. This was all going to be just fine.
Right?
Right.
It’s too busy a time of year for your Aunt and Uncle to be housebound. They tend to the people, attention occupied by assuring the good of the clan. Of course they had given you all of their love before leaving to fulfill their many duties as Olo’eyktan and Tsahik-
Ronal had been stony about your coming of age. Very helpful, sending you back and forth with arms full of supplies and many words of advice. Tonowari on the other hand had played at being unaffected- charitable as ever. Smiling the whole way, reminding you of how proud of you he is at every turn. You pretended not to see the mist in his eyes that he furiously wiped away when he thought you weren't looking.
Tsireya has tears, silent but steady, rolling down her face the entire time you prepare to leave.
She helps you pack and reassures you that she’s fine. She’s so happy for you, yet still. She sniffles paws at her nose every few moments, no matter how many reassuring words you give her.
“You’ll be fine” you hum, gathering the last of your herbs, the tiny vials clinking together as you toss them in with the rest of your things . “Aren't you excited that you get the bigger bed space now?”
She just shoots you a wet smile that doesn't reach her eyes.
Your baby.
Your sweetest girl.
It wouldn't be long before she was leaving the nest herself, but you don't remind her of that fact, you just embrace her tight instead.
Finally, with the large woven basket in your arms, full to the brim, you step out into the rain.
It's chillier then it usually gets on the island. The humidity and wind creating a cold that clings to your bones. You bound quickly down the buoyant netting. Everyone seems to be out, even with the weather- getting their affairs in order. It was going to be a long week- and the village was a buzz. Everyone flitting around, focused in on making sure their loved ones would be well taken care of.
It’s a bit embarrassing, the attention that you receive.
Well meaning clans members give you their blessings in spades. Tight hugs and words of well wishes. Whispered advice and wrapped parcels of food.
A group of Elders who you have known since birth stop you in your tracks. Their hands on your back, your chest, your arms, as they chant over you.
They ask the Great Mother to look over you during this season, to bless you with strong babies and healthy pregnancies. Their knowing smiles are both encouraging and mortifying.
“Your man sure is handsome” Ch’kal, a wrinkled woman with striking silver streaked into her long dark hair, starts “But do they not feed them in the forest? He’s so skinny, isn't he? I’ll give you our families recipe for Lomia-lok(cabbage like rice roll) Put some meat on his bones”
You want to argue that Neteyam’s not skinny, he’s lean. All muscle and sinew, he was stronger than he looked.
Instead you respond cordially “I will gladly take it, thank you for the offering”
“No worry, the skinny ones always have the biggest surprises under their twengs. My muntxa was a scrawny thing and look at how many little ones he gave me” She continues, a mischievous spark twinkling in her eye. Known for her unbridled, silver tongue. “You know what they say, you can’t judge the fruit by the tree”
You can feel the blush rise on your cheeks as images from the beach flash before your eyes.
She had no idea just how…well endowed your future mate truly is. His cock had felt so good in your hand, better than anything you had ever encountered. Huge and hard and all yours.
You keep that fact a secret, hold it tight to your chest as you break away from the crowds.
Lots of the homes of young couples have already been barred off. Their drapes pulled shut and wicker entry blinds secured tightly closed. A thin attempt of privacy. It does little to shelter the sounds of coupling coming from inside. Breathy moans and grunts could be heard, nearly drowned out by the whipping wind.
It was just the beginning. Fertility Season was known to be loud, your people not shy at all when it came to pleasure.
Eager to get out of the rain that only seems to get heavier as the hours pass, you duck down the netted pathway.
Your clan is lucky for the reefs, their protective cushion keeps the village from ever feeling the full fury of the storms.
Even still, by the time you’re at the mouth of your new home, you’re drenched. Your hair clinging to your back uncomfortably as you get to quick work.
The graciously given pod is something of a fixer upper.
Had been used for storage but cleared promptly when you and Neteyam formally announced your courtship. He wouldn't have to build a Mauri from nothing, but even then. It would be a while before the space felt your own. The bare walls unnerve you a bit.
A sturdy roof is all that's truly needed and it had been patched up just fine. The fire that Neteyam had started earlier crackles warmly, a pleasant welcoming as you dry yourself off.
The firepit in the center has been cleared of soot and debris and topped by sturdy rods that hold a ready to use skillet and hand-me-down stew pots. There’s baskets of fresh fruit and dried meat placed in rows near the jugs of fresh water, you suspect that neat work had been Neteyam’s mothers doing. Neytiri had been a great help in the relocation process. You still felt a bit awkward in her strong, silent presence but we’re no less grateful for the offered assistance.
A bed mat, thick and large enough for two sits in the back corner. Already piled with an accumulation of Metkayinan and Omaticayan woven bedding. You admire the foreign patterns that make up Neteyams quilts. They look cozy, so much thicker than your own thinner blankets.
You sink down, resting on your shins as you begin to arrange them. The need to nest is instinctual, deep rooted and you move on auto pilot as you straighten out the bedding. It had to be perfect, the home. Your bed. And it would be, had the potential to be.
Yes, it’s a little bit of a mess.
The collection of you and Neteyam’s things strewn out across most of the visible floorspace, not yet put carefully away and sorted. It’s also far smaller than what you’d grown up in. Kind of rickety and worn down-
But it’s yours. You would live an entire life here. You get lost in imagining it; raising children, growing old. Spending years cultivating endless memories- maybe you’d build onto the structure? Expand the pod, depending on how many children you have-
“Fucking hell” Neteyam curses in his fathers foreign tongue as he rushes through the entrance, quickly latching the canvas and wicker flap across the doorframe behind him. Securing your home against the stirring elements.
His arms are full and he’s soaked from the storm. Rivulets of rain water race down his sculpted body and you try not to be too obvious as you gawk at him.
He’s just so good looking, it really is unfair.
“It’s really starting to pour out there”
“Yes, I was worried you might of drowned” You grin back at him, loving the
“Ha, ha” Neteyam teases as he goes to drop the baskets full of food down by all of the others “It’s my mom. She wont stop. I keep trying to tell her that we will be fed for weeks but she just won't hear it. ”
“I think it's sweet” you hum as you watch the planes of his back, the muscles bunching as he bends down to arrange the fruit.
He’s so strong, holds it in his back and broad shoulders. You ache to run your fingers along his long spine.
Your teeth dig into your bottom lip hard as you continue working at the bedding. Trying to get the blankets to lay just right. You don’t think it will truly be done until you and Neteyam’s scents are saturating every inch of fabric, but still. It’s good right?
All you want to do is drag him down, make him roll around in the bed mat. It’s too firm, not broken in yet. You need him to plow you into it, if only to soften it up a little.
Your thoughts had been horribly vulgar since that night at the beach. Vivid in a way that had you losing yourself to them often.
It had only been two eclipse’s since, but the days had been long and filled with rushed preparations. Neteyam had been preoccupied with making sure the Mauri was livable, that it was comfortable enough to house you, comfortably, for the duration of the coming week. Both of you would be lost to your hormones soon, it was best to get it all done while he still had his wits about him.
The spaces between intimacy make you anxious and antsy. You question yourself, every touch and word. He’d made it more than clear that he wanted to be with you but what exactly did that mean? Could you just touch him, however you wanted, whenever you wanted? You’d never shared that with a man and knew you had a while to go before the awkwardness of it all faded.
Neteyam’s presence breaks you out of your thoughts, a big hand coming to rest on your shoulder. Palm warm as he looms behind you “It looks good, yawne.”
A surge of pride runs through you, makes your fingertips tingle and tail swish slowly “Really? You don’t think it needs more blankets? I could hunt some down-”
His chuckle is low, deep. So gentle as he croutches down until he’s nuzzling your hair, speaking his next words so close to your ear that it flicks with the whisper of contact.
“There’s no need for that, it’s perfect. Such nice little nest for us to spend the season in”
How does he always know just what to say?
You lean into him heavily, your back meeting his chest. Stomach fluttering with excitement at the contact. You’ve wanted to be in his arms since leaving them and are pretty sure that this could become an addiction. Being so close to him was heady, you’re not sure if it’s the electric energy in the air- or if its just HIM.
His hands slide from your shoulder, skimming across your chest. Massaging your flesh with the pads of his fingers. Your heart flutters hummingbird fast as he thumbs at your collarbone and a small gasp leaves you as his fingers start to slip down into your skimpy top.
It’s been so hard, keeping your mind from sinking under the haze of Fertility Season. So many of your peers are gone to it. Completely to their hormones, tucked away together as the storms batter the shore.
His touches leave fire in their wake, warm you up from the inside out and melt what little control you have left. You’d been good, hadn’t you? Gotten everything in order, all of your responsibilities were squared away. You could just…have this. Have him, and your small home and the rising heat between you.
“Need you” you whisper as he begins to palm at your breast, rubbing a callused palm over the hardening bud of your nipple over and over again.
“Need me how?” Neteyam presses, not stoping his insistent groping “‘What do you need, yawntutsyip(darling)? My mouth, my hands? My cock?”
You choke on your own tongue, startled by both Neteyam’s raunchy words and the fact that he pinches your sensitive nipple hard as he speaks them.
In all reality, you want it all. Want to ride his fingers again, and feel his mouth all over you. You’d dreamt, so vividly, about his head between your thighs-
All of those pale in comparison to what you truly crave.
‘It’s the skinny ones that always have the biggest secrets under their twengs’
You maneuver in his hold, twisting until you come face to face with exactly what you desire.
With him standing, straightening out to his full height, and you still resting on your knees, your eye level with the prize. Saliva pools in your mouth as you lean in, sucking in deep lungfuls of his scent. Its so strong at his groin that even concealed by his tweng, it still fills your nostrils in fragrant plumes.
So virile and potent that your womb throbs sparply, empty and wanting.
You nuzzle between his legs, nosing eagerly at his covered bulge. When you begin wetting the cloth of with your open mouth kisses and wandering tongue, Neteyam winds his hands in your hair and tugs your gaze up to his-
He’s more than happy to let you explore and get your fill but the lack of skin to skin contact is driving him crazy. His amber eyes are low, his belly concaving with his quickening breath.
“Baby, you’re killing me” he whispers whinely and a feline like grin stretches across your face.
“We can't have my mighty warrior dying on me, now” you croon at him, your small hands running up his strong legs. His muscles bunch under your touch, his thighs firm up, tightening in anticipation “I just wanna...Can’t I have a little taste?”
When you cup where he’s chubbing up, he hisses warningly between his clenched teeth, his fingers tightening in your hair-a thinly veiled warning. You just continue to give him that innocent little look.
Neteyam reaches for the leather bound knots of his covering, tugging on them harshly to free himself from the increasingly tight constraints, its hard to wiggle out of it. Especially when you keep reaching for his swelling balls with deft fingers, your hand tucked in between his thighs-
“Y/N!”
You giggle at his tone, at the shrill warning as the tips of your nails scritch his delicate taint.
Neteyam is huge. His cock is as dark as the rest of his svelte body, but blooms rosy purple at the crown of his swollen head. Longer than it is thick, a bead of thin opaline precum oozes from his slit.
You hum in the back of your throat, swallowing thickly around the saliva that pools your mouth. You can smell his sex, smell his essence rolling off of him and it’s dizzying.
You’re absolutely overwhelmed by it. It triggers something deep and primal. You want to roll around in this smell, want him to cover your body in it.
“You smell really good” you whimper, face coming to rest in the crease of his groin “Eywa, Neteyam- I-I want-fuck“
He hums, the hand still in your hair turns comforting. Pats at your head like your a child. “You wanted to taste, didn’t you?”
“Mmhm” you squeak, inhaling deep lungful's of his rich aroma.
“Then taste, sevin(pretty girl). Here” he pulls you from his center, hold your head, guiding it until your lips hover his top “stick your tongue out-“
The grunt that leaves him sounds like it was punched right from his stomach.
You don’t stick your tongue out-it’s more you take as much of him as you can into your eager mouth. You want his taste down your throat, want to guzzle it straight from the source.
The sensations are exciting and new. Having something so big in your mouth is admittedly a bit awkward, but the flavor that your rewarded with more than up for it. His skin is musky and warm-cut only by the sharp tang of the precum pouring out of him.
“Slow down, damn it- don’t-” Neteyam calves burn, struggling to stay upright as you attack him. “Don’t hurt yourself.”
You’re so hungry for it, gagging yourself harshly on his member. The sounds that erupt from your chest are animalistic, needy and a bit pathetic. You whine for him, knowing somewhere deep that you need his come inside of you.
He’s trying to keep his wits about him, really he is. Trying to guide you through it
“Breathe through your nose, aht. Just like that”
“Not so much teeth, a little gentlier”
“Deep-too deep! Not so deep!”
Between the sounds of your gagging and the little bobs of your head, Neteyam’s losing it. His hips chasing the sweet suction of your hollowed lips, his tip hitting the back of your throat. The rhythm is sloppy and it only takes one odd, pointed thrust to make you choke raggedly..
You cough, pulling off him.
Your sucking had been messy and clumsy, you smear spit all over his groin. Your chin shiny slick when you pull away for a much needed breath.
Neteyam is panting harsley, his face screwed tight in concentration.
“Am I doing okay?”
You’ve never done this part, and that idea that you might be doing it wrong gnaws at you. It’s a familiar uncertainty, one that you’d been warring with since you’d met the darker Na’vi. Neteyam was so sure- so good at all things, and while his competency was part of his appeal, it made you worried that he might realize just how fucking unexperienced you are.
His eyes open, fingers unclenching from the fist in your hair and coming to cup your jaw. You kiss his thumb when it runs across your lips, chase it with the tip of your tongue.
“You’re being such a good girl for me, Y/N. You almost made me come, I was barely able to catch myself”
The sensations stirring in your belly makes you groan, hug his legs tighter, your head pressed against his lower belly. The praise makes you feel lightheaded. Very much like you aren't really in this moment-
He clocks the slight change, on the way you’re clinging to him. He suddenly doesn't want the power dynamic, he doesn't want to leer over you any longer. Not with the sweet little nest you’d made right there just waiting to be used
“Is that what you wanted?” Neteyam wonders as he herds you, gentle but sure, back into the tangle of blankets. You go willingly, back resting against the padding, “To make me come?”
He likes this so much better. You all burrowed into the covers. He wants to pur at the sight of you, wants to dig you deeper into the nest. Cover your body with his own and never let you out.
“Mhmm” you stare up at him with big eyes. “O-of course I did. I want to know that I can bring you pleasure”
At his strong body as he crouches, shuffling forward on his knees. He’s as naked as the day Eywa brought him into this world. He’s something out of an ancient song, so bewitchingly beautiful. All of those sharp, jagged angles-
And yet he smiles at you so tenderly.
“You’re so sweet” Neteyam’s voice is a honeyed croon “Always trying to make me feel good. But I need you to feel good too- I need you to be comfortable with me”
“I am comfortable with you-”
“Are you?” Neteyam inquires, his hands skimming up your legs that are spread round his waist. Starting near your ankles, his palms skim up the firm lines of your calves, trace your knees. So patient in his exploration of your turquoise skin.
You’re panting shallowly at his touch on your thighs.
His bony fingers play with the plush flesh, digging into where your blubber meets hip. Squeezing at curiously. You feel exposed, giddy and scared at letting him touch you.
It’s not like that night at the beach. Not rushed in the shadows.
He takes his time, his golden iris’ searing in the fire light as he appraises you. You’ve never felt…so seen. You’d never had anyone take the time to look at you, like this. Boys in the clan had shot you greedy glances as you matured and came of age and as the niece of the reigning Olo’eyktan, you’d become accustomed to having eyes watching your movements, judging- positively or negatively you never really knew.
It makes you want to run, that look on his face. All intense, focused in only on you. It’s too much, you want to curl into a ball. Away from all of this attention. Want to read his mind- try to understand what he’s seeing. What he wants.
So you can give it to him.
His fingers reach for your embroidered tweng, nimbly working the knots.
“Nete?” you breathe, your voice shaky with nerves.
Still, you raise your hips. Helping him slip the fabric from your body.
The inside of your thighs shine in the flickering glow. The juncture of your body sticky and ready for him. His nostrils flare, his thin tail shoots straight in the air. Stock still.
He’s breathing hard, gulping in lungful's of the air that's swimming with the scent of your pheromones. The scent of your wet cunt.
Emboldened by the sight you spread your legs, knees falling open. Revealing where you're hot and pulsing. The baby blue lips of your pussy are puffy, unfurling into a pretty rosy color as you bare your insides to him. Your hole twitches, pulses with your racing heart rate.
His gaze on the most hidden part of yourself makes you hot. It's secret, just for him. Just for his big honeyed eyes.
You reach down, spreading yourself with your fingers- your hard clit poking out of its little hood in a way that has Neteyam groaning. His shoulders shaking as he turns his head- like he just can't bare the view. You fingering your own cunt, spreading it wide for him would be burned into his corneas for the rest of his days.
Your fingers are soaked, barley dipped into yourself yet covered in your own arousal. You bring them up to Neteyams quivering lips-
He gasps, gaze snapping back to yours as you wipe your shiny slick over his cupids bow.
“Fuuuuuck” he hisses, grabbing your thin wrist bruisingly hard. Holding your feminine hand to his face, helping you to rub your wetness along his mouth.
You’re in love with him.
You have been for months. Your heart had pined for this moment. To share this with him, to be able to scent him. To hold him. To mate him.
You don't have it in you to wait any longer.
“Please” you gasp as his hot tongue delves between your fingers, tracing your knuckles.
“Please what?” he mumbles, his mouth busy collecting any and all of your essence that he could reach.
You’re overwhelmed, shaking. You think you may start crying- your eyes sting harshly. As harsh as the sting of your empty womb. “I-I-I don't know. Please. Just please-”
A flash of lightning strikes across the sky outside, so bright that the pod lights up for a moment with its vicious neon purple glow.
The two of you look at each other in a light that's new, foreign. His long dark braids look something like a halo.
Neteyam can see the tears gathering in your eyes. The desperation in the green orbs.
“Y/N” He breathes, lowering his head to yours. His forehead resting against your own as he clutches your hand from his mouth to his chest so that you can feel the way that it's racing. “oel ngati kameie. I’ve only ever seen you-”
You gasp, lips searching for his.
He repeats it into the pecking kisses. He wants you to know, to understand that this was all he’d ever wanted.
A woman, warm and loving and all his, in his bed.
He’d laid bruised and bloody on the battlefield dreaming of this. Thinking that it was too far out of his reach, that he could never have it. Though the woman in his fantasies face had always been blurry- he knew it had always only been you. Eywa had plucked him from the forest, from everything he knew, and plopped him in the middle of the ocean.
To bring him to you
You reach for your kuru, the thick braid easy to find in your loose hair. You need this, before he slips into your body you need to be connected to his soul. You’re gagging for it, shaking as you offer him everything you have to give.
Neteyam brings his own kuru over his shoulder and your stomach flops dangerously.
There’s a moment of stillness.
The storm rages steadily outside, the platter of rain on the canvas roof consistent. The howling of the wind strong- and yet all you can hear is your own heartbeat. Neteyams breathing. There are no more words to be spoken. No, they’d only get in the way. What the two of you are doing is ancient, older than Pandora itself. Its the base for all life, for all connection.
The tendrils at the end of your kuru glow, a lilac haze as they reach desperately for Neteyams own. Straining, writhing in a way that you’d never experienced.
Only calming as they connect with what they truly want. They bind together seamlessly, and the bond is sealed.
Tsaheylu is made.
The air is forced from your lungs in a breathless whimper at the contact. You can hear Neteyams own sounds too. But no, that's not really it.
You’re not hearing him, you’re feeling him.
His soul, his essence is bright and dancing. He’s stronger then anything you’ve ever felt, instantly seeping bone deep. He feels like the forest at dawn, like the last moment before the evening eclipse over the ocean.
You’d heard stories of the first time mates make Tsaheylu. Of course you had. Some had been dirty and scandalous, leaving you blushing. But most had been whispers of reverence.
There was nothing like it. Being connected to another Na’vi body, mind and soul was an experience that no one could truly put into words.
You get it now.
It's all consuming. Overwhelming. Euphoric in a way that you didn't know could exist.
You and Neteyam blur. You’re not sure where he ends and you begin.
His forehead grits against yours as he pants, lost to the sensation of you. Of him. Of the bond.
His arms twine around your middle, hauling you as close as possible. He wants to crawl into your skin, wants to dig so deep into you that he will never return to the outside world. He’s only yours, from now until the day he returns to the All Mother.
“I’m yours” you reply through the haze. The words spill through the neurological connection. He doesn't need to speak them out loud.
And neither do you. You needn't tell him what you want. He can feel it, can feel the hot pulsing of your desperate cunt. He grabs ahold of his hard cock and leads it to where you need him. He doesn't even need to look, though a part of him wants to watch you take it.
You cry out as you’re breached for the first time. Your virgnally tight body clinging to every inch of him as he sinks slowly into you. The sensations new and dizzying. Everything is too much, and at the same time not enough. Your arms are wrapped tightly around his neck as you choke on the stretch of it all.
“You have to relax for me, shh, it's okay. Don't tense up or else it will hurt more” He soothes you, because he can feel it all. Tsaheylu a feedback loop. It hurts, there’s no way for him to have completely eliminated the pain. But he works you slowly through it. Let's you take all the time you need as he carves out his place within your body.
His sharp hip bones meet yours and you shudder.
“You okay?” he worries as you shift against the large intrusion. Your hips shifting, testing. You just shake your head and bury it in his neck. Eyes screwed tightly shut as you try to adjust to him.
It takes a long moment for the burn to fade from pain…to something else. Something itchy and nagging.
“Mmm” your hips move in slow, restless, circles. Electric shocks racing up your spine, flowing through your kuru as his heavy length rubs a spot within you that feels so good “Move, ugh, move”
“Slowly” Neteyam starts to adhere to your plea’s. Trying not to give into his need to snap into you.
“Cant-ah. Feels so weird” you grunt, trying to nail that place inside of you again. Your gummy walls pulse around him, your body begging him to help. To make you feel good. “Move, move. Please, I need you to move faster”
“So fucking tight” he gasps as he pulls out, only able to get about halfway free, before your strong hole is sucking him right back in. “Never felt anything so tight”
He feels your flare of jealousy, uncomfortably hot, through the bond.
“Never- you can't be with anyone else again” you warn him through shuttered breath. Your nails digging into the smooth skin on the back of his neck, under his braids.
“My love-” his amused chuckle tickles your ear.
“No. You can never even look at anyone else again. You’re only mine” you seethe, your hips grinding into his dangerously. Encouraging him to take you. To pound into you the way you needed him to. “I’ll kill them”
Neteyam's groan echoes around the space of your newly shared home.
His thrusts grow strong, careless. Pulling out and then sinking back into your squelching heat, all the way to the hilt. Your body's jerk with the rhythm of his fucking. You hold on tightly for the ride, your knees hugging at his ribs as you give him all the room he needs to move inside of you.
His tip bully’s it’s way deep, too deep. You wail as it kisses your cervix. That sharp pain back, combined with the pleasure it was unbearable.
“Ah” you arch into the sensation, confused at the way your body welcomes it even though it stings, and feels scarily new. Neteyam grabs your left leg, raises it high until your calf rests on his shoulder.
Your eyes cross, your mouth falls open in a wordless gasp.
Everytime you try to suck in a breath, he fills you right back up. Hits that secretive, sensitive spot relentlessly. Its maddening, makes you shake all over-
“Neteyam” you warn, reaching for his hand. He just grabs your fingers, pins your arm over your head, hand held captive by his fingers as he starters down at you.
“Yeah? Are you there?” His thrusts turn very pointed, deliberate “Come for me, come all over me”
You’re tightening up quickly, screeching as you clench around his plowing cock. The waves of pleasure are almost too much, feels too good. Your stomach quivers, and it’s like you dove from the highest cliff as you’re struck by your first orgasm.
It’s so good you can taste it-
-You choke on it as Neteyam continues his relentless pace. Not slowing down even a little bit as you struggle. Left hypersensitive, still pulsing around him as your orgasm is drawn out. Never ending. You’re blubbering, trying to ground yourself, holding onto him as he pistons inside of you.
His panting breaths are damp as he hides in the skin of your neck.
Holds his body to yours as he works himself to his release. One of his hands still keeps your arm pinned above your head- the other works his way to your leg that’s loose around his hips. Props it up to join the other, so that both of your legs dangle over his broad shoulders. Bends you into a mating press that has you screaming. Truly unable to take in a breath as he displays all that strength of his- and holds you down. Makes you take what you’d wanted to much.
It doesn't take much at all- when his sharp canines graze your shoulder you’re gone for. You don't think you’d truly come down from the last orgasm when you fall into another. You can't even take in a breath to make sound, you just wheeze as you come.
Neteyam had wanted this to be special. Had wanted to do it right- to mate you the way that your ancestors had intended.
As he bites into your shoulder, his teeth breaking the skin- he seals the bond. Its painful, and the sharp metallic twang of your blood fills his mouth as he fills your pussy with his seed.
His groin presses against yours, holding you still. Keeping the rivers of his release inside of you. You're whimpering and twitching, yet still he pins you.
His warm, slippery tongue laves against the sluggishly bleeding wound.
He hopes that it sticks.

The hours drone by and day turns to night, the dusk not bringing an end to the storms. If anything they get louder. The rain falling heavier, thunder roaring startlingly. You are so beyond fucking glad that you don't have to brave it, that you instead get to laze in bed. Wrapped up in warm, worn blankets.
Your body melts into Neteyam’s as he massages every inch of exposed skin. His strong fingers digging into your tired muscles as you lounge against him, cheek laid comfortably on his chest.
You feel boneless, but also more powerful than you ever have before. You’re a woman mated now. All of those seasons spent alone, all of the whispers. They don't matter now.
You have a mate.
You hug Neteyams waist a little tighter, hiding your smile in his dark skin.
He chuckles, can feel how proud you are of yourself through the bond. He hasn't bothered to disconnect your kuru’s after he’d slipped out of you, not ready to release the Tsaheylu. You we’re more then happy to be connected for him for as long as he liked.
You think you might enjoy this part as much as the sex. The afterwards is soft, he attendants to you diligently. You can feel his affection pour off of him in waves. It's thrilling, all of it. This whole day had been filled with fresh experiences. You feel brand new, a different side of yourself coming to the surface.
You’d never been anyone’s lover before.
It makes you all giddy and excited, being his. Having him be yours.
You tell him things you’d never told another soul, not even Tsireya. All your secrets come flowing out of you like a babbling brooke. You want him to know all of you, even the embarrassing scary parts.
“I can see it” He chuckles heartily at the story from your childhood. The one about a bet gone wrong, one where Roxto had been drug down the depths by an angry mother Kapapal(octopus). You’d jumped in after him even though you we’re smaller then a shell shocked Ao’nung, it had all ended in a cloud of black ink that had stained your skin for weeks “You’re my brave little warrior, aren't you?”
“You are the brave one between the two of us. It’s not every tsamsiyu (warrior) that can pass two Iknimaya”
Neteyam shrugs, his hands working on a knot between your shoulder blades “Things like that have never been hard for me. It's simple when there's a task that I can see the end of. It’s like- that is the way my mind works. Anything can be done if you keep your head down and figure out a way whether through. Lo’ak calls me a bootlicker for it. Maybe he’s right, I do not know”
Your fingers dance along a raised, jagged scar. It's on his lower stomach, stretched out across his right hip. It had to have hurt, even now you can feel how deep the scar tissue runs. His body is littered with them. Little tokens from the war. It hurts you that his learned coping mechanism is essentially just sticking it out. Bracing himself against the pain and swallowing it down.
He’d never have to do that again. Not with you.
You cup his jaw “Your brothers not the brightest ilu in the pod, I wouldn't pay any mind to his opinions. It’s why I’m glad that him and Ao’nung are friends now- their voices cancel eachother out”
Neteyams laughter is ringing and contagious.
He’s beautiful when he’s given the opportunity to be vulnerable. When he’s not weighed down with the weight of all of his responsibilities. His eyes glitter when he talks about the forest, about his grandmother and the Omiticaya people. About the vast mountain ranges and dense, endless greenery.
Even when he speaks of the war and training, its not with the sadness that you know you’d be overcome with if you ever had to face such adversities. He was good at following orders and giving them, had an entire air fleet that was at his control.
He mentions a name a few times. A female name. You can help but notice it.
And its stupid. Really it is, but you recall how he'd said you were the tightest he’d ever been with. How many women had be been with, back home? You knew that he wasn't a virgin. He’d never put up that front with you but still-
You busy yourself with the still raw tattoo that sprawls over his right arm. Across his shoulder and down his bicep. It’s still hot and healing. Easy for you to focus on, your withdrawing nature flaring up protectively. You’d rather focus on tending to his wounds then being stupidly upset about his past romps.
You retreat from his arms with a small smile, gently breaking Tsaheylu-
“Hey!” Neteyam protests, reaching to pull you back, but you just giggle at his antics. Standing up and scurrying to the other side of the hut.
Your belongings were scattered all over the place- but still. You dig for the little jar. Giving a triumphant little “aha” when you find it.
He pouts as you plop back down next to him, demanding you give you his arm.
“It’ll get infected if you don't take care of it” you warn as you spread the viscous liquid over the slightly raised ink. Rubbing it into his skin, blowing on it when he hisses about the sting. Kelp Jelly tended to do that. Still, he leans into your touch.
“Let me put some on your shoulder” he requests when you’re finished nodding at the scabbing bite on the juncture where your shoulder met your neck. You allow him to dip his long fingers into the jar, to spread it over your own wound.
“Did I upset you?”
“No”
“Liar” he sighs, working the jelly in a thick layer “I felt it through Tsaheylu. Was it the war? I don't have to talk about that if you don't want me to”
“Of course it wasnt that…” your lips purse as you try to pick your words in a way that will least embarrass you. Try and fail. “Who’s Zeytawni?”
Neteyam gives you a long blank look before a smile cracks across his handsome face. His braids sway as he shakes his head, his thumb brushes soothingly at the skin around the bite.
“You are the most jealous woman I’ve ever met” He’s extremely amused, it makes your cheeks burn and a haughty protest raise in your throat.
“I am not! And if I was-am I not rightfully jealous? The two of you we’re obviously close” you splutter because it's not fair! That it’s all a joke to him. You’re always so flustered and he’s always so collected “I know that you have had…women. I get to be curious about that. I’ve never had partners the way that you have. I don't have anything to compare it to-”
“Stop” Neteyam’s voice is sage but demanding. He puts the jar of healing salve down beside him- before his fingers spread across your bare breast bone. Pressing his palm firmly against your heart.
“There’s nothing to compare. Nothing at all. Please do not ever break the bond again before you ask me about other women. You could’ve have felt for yourself what I feel about all of this.”
Your mouth quirks as you roll his words over in your head. You know he’s right- that you had a one way ticket into his head just moments ago. But maybe you’d been scared about what you’d find. Still naively clinging on to your insecurity.
“I'm just not very experienced. You know that. I’d barely done anything with anyone before you” You whisper, feeling smaller than you we’re.
“That’s…not a bad thing. Not for me. I don't like the idea of anyone else touching you” Neteyam reassures you, but his jaw smarts. Like even thinking about this makes him a little sick.
You get a little thrill out of it “Why? Are you…jealous?”
He snorts. His amber eyes boring into yours for a moment before he speaks “You know exactly how I feel about the attention you get from the men in the village”
You giggle, reaching out to press a peck of a kiss to his cheek “No one ever sparked my interest.”
“Really?” He argues, scoffing a bit as he pickles on a loose thread of the bed mat “None of them seemed to get that hint, huh? They all thought they had a chance.”
You shimmy as close to him as you can get, molding yourself into his side. His arm raises so that you can press right under his armpit, skin to skin. Your hardening nipples graze the side of his ribcage.
You love this. It may not be exactly healthy but you do.
You love feeling like you're not the only one losing your damn mind over the idea of ever having to share what the two of you had.
You smother the side of his face in kisses, your lips pecking all over his cheeks. His nose. The corner of his lips- which purse as he gives a halfhearted return.
“You’re the only one who ever had a chance” you promise as you begin to drag wet open-mouthed kisses down his neck. He’d shed his many chokers, and his bare throat is just so pretty.
“Ahuh” he grumbles, but his head lulls, giving you more room “Even today, I watched so many head’s turn to watch you. As you readied to move into my hut, to live with me. It’s maddening”
You heat up at his words. You feel your core begin to pulse again. You want him like this all of the time, and you know that the future is going to be littered with attempts at getting your man this riled up as much as possible.
“Mark me up some more?” you suggest, casually as ever. Grinning when your mate groans a little at the idea “Cover me in your cum. Make me smell so much like you that no one will ever question who I belong to.”
You yelp, shocked, when his hand claps loudly against your ass.
Swatting it once in warning, before his big paw begins to grope at the hot flesh. For a moment you’re so surprised, so scandalized, that you freeze.
That’s just for a moment though. You’re quickly resuming your assault on his neck, your tail wagging excitedly behind you.
“You like this?” He phrases it as a question, even though the bastard already knows. As though he can't tell, can't feel how wet you are for him when his fingers slip between your cheeks and circle your hole. Your pussy's already futtering for him.
“Mhmm” you whine as he presses into you, fingers disappearing knuckle deep. Not slow, no. He starts to fuck you with them almost automatically “Of course I like that you want me”
He pounds you with his hand and you gasp into his ear, jutting out your sweet behind. Wanting him harder, wanting all three of his long digits pressed as far into as they can go. It feels almost like a punishment…
You think you might like that, too.
“Silly girl” He chastises as he plays your body like a flute “I’ll always want you”

The week passes by, although you truly wish it wouldn't- and slowly the rains start to clear. The storms fading into something docile, rainbows glittering as they catch on the many little windchimes you’d hung at the entrance of your home.
You and Neteyam don't leave the Mauri once. Completely enthralled with one and other. Intertwined too deeply to move far from the bed mat. He keeps you fed, cleaned and hydrated. Tends to any and all of your needs. Makes sure your greedy body is satiated-
“Ma Nete” you whine from your place among the blankets. The pout on your face is endearing, dramatic as anything though. "Don't go"
The two of you hadn't broken Tsaheylu in days. You could survive the separated bond for ten minutes.
“I have to go get more fresh water. We ran out last night- don’t look at me like that! I’ll be right back!” He’s refastening the leather straps of his tweng. He just has to go as far as the center of the village, to the well.
You’re not having it. You have no idea how he had wrestled his way out of your arms, but this wouldn't do. There we’re still women in the throws of Fertility Season. You could hear the caterwauling. He couldn't just go out there with all of his muscles-
“But paskalin(honey). We can go get water later. Together” you protest and he shakes his head, grabbing the water pail next to the fire pit.
“Or I can go get it now and get it over with” he sniggers, making a move for the doorway. He’s reaching for the flap, reading himself to leave.
When your pitiful moan rings through the air.
He should be strong, should be a dutiful mate. Needs to clear his head enough that he can take care of you-
Instead he turns back.
You’re a dirty cheat, he’s learned that fact during the last week. A sore loser. A little brat who couldn't take no for an answer. He’d spend the rest of his days spoiling you rotten and he blames Tonowari for it. He wonders if the older man had ever given you healthy boundaries;
You’d do just about anything to get your way. Resort to nasty tricks that you know he couldn't resist-
This being one of said tricks.
You’re on your hands and knees, your spine a perfect arch as you raise your ass into the air, and keep your head and shoulders pressed into the bedding. Your thighs parted wide as you reach back, tugging on your cheeks.
Presenting beautifully for him. The perfect picture of submission.
Your still wet holes wink at him hypnotically. Luring him back like a fish on a hook.
His Adam’s Apple bobs as he swallows, hard. Feet rooted in place as he battles with himself.
“Y/N…” He warns, even though he knows it’s futile. He can't resist you like this.
Can't resist you at all.
“Come taste” you purr, wiggling your hips as your delicate fingers trace the furl of your sphincter. “Tastes so good, huh, paskalin? It's cause I'm full of your cum. We taste so nice combined”
Neteyam groans, deep and gutted, and the pail clatters to the floor.
He dives back in, face first.
Not at all ashamed over the fact that his previously unswayable sense of duty deems to dissipate when it comes to you and your demands.

The village is coming back to life. Couples rejoining the world after their week spent intimately tucked away. Slowly but surely Awa’atlu will return back to it’s everyday routine.
Jake maneuvers the walkways, smiling at people he passes. It had been much like this, in the forest. Fertility Season had been something he’d definitely had to get used to, a culture shock to the extreme, but once he realized how important it was to the Na’vi he’d got with the program pretty damn fast.
It's a sacred ritual, Neytiri had explained to him the first time he’d participated in the ritual. He had spent the week trying to keep up with his mate, completely surprised by the tantric, communal, act of sex.
It’s vital for their population, Norm and Max elucidated. They needed to have these seasons so that their tribes can stay afloat. If they don't, there weren't be enough babies born.
Whatever the true cause, it was an experience for sure. Back home in the forest as the Omiticayan Olo’eyktan, he’d been much more hands on. Running around like a chicken with his head cut off for weeks before the event. Organizing the hunt, making sure the coupling Na’vi were taken care of. Keeping the entire clan afloat.
It had been different this year, as most things we’re since the big move to the coast.
This year he was just another Metkayina clans member. He and his mate still had children under their care and didn't feel the lure of the heat as intensely. He wondered if after Tuk came of age, would Neytiri want to go back to being active participants?-
They Sully’s had been of service where they could, picking up any slack. Helping with odd jobs. Kiri had been a great help to Ronal, her quick healing hands had come in handy to the heavily pregnant Tsahik. Tuk beaded bracelets and delivered them, along with little prayers, to everyone's doorsteps. Neytiri had become quite the fisherman in her time on the Island and made sure to double up on her hunts, less anyone need a meal. Even Lo’ak had pitched in, an aid when needed. The kid bitched about it the whole time, but Jake had reminded him that it would be him in the mating couples’ place soon. Lo’ak had rolled his eyes and shrugged his dad off. Jake didn't miss the way his youngest son shot a very busy Tsireya a lingering look.
There was one very big presence missing though.
His eldest son had always been his right hand man, and especially during busy times of the year such as this, Neteyam was the always biggest help. Running around almost as much as Jake, taking on any and all responsibility. Completing even the most minute of errands.
Another change this year. His eldest had finally chosen a mate. And had been locked away in his own Mauri for the past week. Participating in Fertility Season for his first time.
It's why Jake was sent on this little task. Neytiri had filled a large woven basket with more food. Pitchers of well water, replacements of medicinal herbs.
“Isn't this a little much? We just got them all stocked up-”
Jake hadn't even bothered to finish his sentence, cut off by his wife’s withering glare. He’d just taken the basket and promised to deliver it safely.
He adores that she’s such a good mother to their children, he’d lacked that back on Earth. Him and Tommy had all but raised themselves. But did she have to be such a…hover mom? Neteyam had made it clear that he wanted some space to mate with Y/N. Private from his bustling family.
Jake couldn't deny that he’d missed his boy. Was a bit worried about him. Neteyam been so against mating back in the forest, rejected any and all proposals. Fertility Season could be…alot, to say the least. A marathon that even the most experienced had trouble running. Jake wasn't ashamed to say that he’d fainted his first time. Neytiri had almost killed him.
He’ll just check in quickly. Drop off the goods. Make sure no one is unconscious. It’ll be fine, most everyone has come out from the haze of the Season anyway. The two of you we’re probably just recovering from the week. Cleaning up-
As he reaches the Mauri, he realizes how wrong he was.
Your moans can be heard through the walls. Syrupy and raspy, you sound worn out. Yet nowhere near stopping.
“Neteyam- ugh-right there. Right there”
Jakes ears flatten against his head and his eyes go comically wide.
“Take it, Y/N. Fuck-”
Jake abandons the basket by the door and hightails it the fuck out of there before he hears anymore. Na’vi are different about sexuality. Far more open. There’s no stigma or shame, just love and acceptance. He’d grown to appreciate it during his years on Pandora.
That being said, Jake had no desire to hear his eldest son fucking his mate. Grown man or not. Call it the tawtute in him.
He’s still a little mortified, even when he makes it back to his own Mauri. Neytiri is sat by the firepit, slow roasting a recent catch. His other kids are nowhere to be found.
“What is it?” she questions as he plops down. Her husband looks a bit shell shocked.
Jake takes a beat, before turning to her. A peculiar look on his face “I’m pretty sure we’re going to be grandparents soon. Like, very soon. Like as soon as possible”
Ah. Her husband and his earthly modesty.
She can't help but laugh at it. After all these years, he still was so easy to fluster. Her sister and Tsu’tey had spent their first Fertility Season under the same roof as the rest of the family. It wasn't odd, or frowned upon.
A part of her wishes Neteyam had done the same so that she could take better care of him and Y/N.
“If the Great Mother wills it, yes” She pats his five fingered hand encouragingly.
“There is no way that girl isn't pregnant right now. Don't you think I’m too young to be a grandpa?”
“No. You are very old now, my love. Look at all of that gray in your hair” Neytiri jests, pointing out the silvery webbing that had started to sprout from Jakes dreads.
“Skxawng!” He swats at her and the two of them break into giggles as he takes out his knife and starts to cut the vegetables, helps her prepare dinner.
After all of the years, their rapport is easy. They move in harmony. She is very excited that her eldest son has finally found someone to build with. He had been so picky, she was worried he might end up an eternal bachelor, forever fated to take care of his siblings.
Neteyam deserved so much more than that.
“I miss having a prrnen(baby) around. Tuk has grown so fast. My time to birth children has come and gone, I am ready for grandchildren. Though I wish they could be raised in the forest” Neytiri shoots her husband a look “They will need us to guide them through it. To protect them. Family is our fortress, that is what you say. Our family is growing, Ma Jake”
Neytiri had been younger than her son is now when she birthed him.
She had no doubts that he was capable of raising a family. He’d helped them raise theirs. Always more of a parental figure than a sibling. She’s factual as she reminds her husband. He’ll be a fun grandpa, he decides. Paw Paw.
He gets a blank confused stare in response. Tuk comes running in, talking a mile a minute, before Neytiri can question Jake about what a “pah-pah” is.
Neytiri prays to the great mother before she goes to sleep that night. For healthy pregnancies and easy deliveries. For her eldest son and his mate’s happiness.
That Fertility Season had been good to them.

Welp, welp, welppppp. I finally finished it. I want you guys to know how hard it was to get this finished. The amount of WIPS that sit unfinished in my drafts is actually sad.
But this story feels special. The response I have gotten to it has made me happier than I can express.
I'm so grateful to be a part of this fandom. Really. Pandora is such a fin world to escape into and play in and the fact that you guys enjoy reading what I consider self therapy is fucking amazing.
Next chapter will be full of pregnancy and pregnancy talk!!! If that’s triggering at all please just be aware that it’s coming and you can skip it if you’d like.
Also thinking about who’s POV we want to see next. Lo’ak’s maybe?
Again I want to remind you that I write what I want to read. I know that Na’vi don’t really have beds or blankets buttttt- I want them to.
Is there rice on Pandora? I’m not sure. My readers gonna eat some rice though.
Was it necessary for Neteyam to bite the shit out of her to seal the deal? Yup. Cause I wanted him to.
Part Four should be out in the next couple weeks. Thanks for being patient with me!
The taglist for this story is closed buttttt I am really good at linking my posts so just keep an eye on my page/Masterlist for updates!
Til next time babies.
Leave me all the good comments- you may get a teaser faster if you do lol

Plationic Yandere-ish (Protective) Sully Family X Human Child Reader
~A/N: I haven't even watched the new Avatar movie, but I AM OBSESSED!!! It's mildly yandere, but I'm still including that just in case. Reader is mostly gender neutral, but implied female. Very few details talk about features other than you being tiny!
~Masterlist
Part 1 , Part 2
CW: Protective Sully Family, mild kidnapping, obsessive behavior, protective behavior
Tumblr media
~
-You came to Pandora with your Aunt when you were five. Very interested to see and explore a new place.
-You mostly interacted with Norm and Max because none of the other scientists tolerated your questions while they were working. But Norm and Max were very happy that you were so interested in the world they fell in love with.
-You hated wearing the mask and asked around for how you could not wear it anymore. They didn’t want to do it, but you insisted they help you with it. They did some experiments and eventually found a way to change your lungs enough to be able to breathe the air on Pandora. It was a slightly painful process, but you were just happy to get rid of the annoying mask.
(Don’t ask details, I just don’t wanna write in the oxygen mask)
-Of course because you were so close with those two, you had met Jake at some point.
-He loved being around you. You were such a cute and curious kid. Plus, you were younger than all of his kids were.
-He made an effort to introduce you to Neytiri. She was wary of you at first, but quickly warmed up to you. She saw that you were just a kid. So curious about the world around you, and saw how in love with Pandora you were.
Neytiri was taking you out of the lab for a walk through the forest, to keep you entertained. She was holding you in her arms like a baby while watching how amazed you were with the beauty of the nature around you.
“Hey, Tiri? What’s that?” You were asking while looking at a rustling bush.
Neytiri looked over and just sighed while looking at her children trying and failing to hide behind a bush and spy on her. “Nothing, baby. Those are just my children. Who should be at home!” She said very loudly to let them know that they were caught.
With that said, they all came towards them from behind the bush.
-Once they all came out, you were looking at all of them with wide eyes. You gripped Neytiri’s top from the nerves you had meeting so many new people at once.
-Neytiri noticed your nerves and cradled you a bit closer to her, but didn’t stop her kids from coming closer. She just slightly smiled at them while subtly moving you to face them better.
-She nudged you to talk to them when they got to be right in front of you. You quietly told them your name once you gained a bit of courage. They all smiled at how cute you were.
-One by one they all introduced themselves to you, also talking a bit quieter to not startle you more. By the end you weren’t as tense and were smiling a bit. Though you were surprised that the youngest was so big while only being three years older than you.
-They saw how you were probably more willing to talk, so Kiri asked you how old you were. They each were surprised that you were five, being so tiny.
-They asked if you wanted to come hang out with them for the day. And you said yes!
Neytiri wasn’t happy that they were cutting her time with you so short, but couldn’t deny them the joy of being with you. She did want to talk with Jake about having you stay with them though. She really wanted you to be part of their family now that all of her children had met you and clearly liked you.
So, with a sigh, she handed you over to Neteyam and walked off to find her husband.
Neteyam was so happy he got chosen to hold you. You felt like nothing in his arms, smaller than the newborns he had seen. He just smiled down at you while cradling you. The group of siblings just walked to their favorite part of the stream and started splashing around together.
You saw this and started squirming to get down so you could play too. Neteyam didn’t want to, but set you down anyway. You immediately ran, more like quickly waddled, to the stream and went into the water. It was only to their calves, but it went up to your hips. They started splashing you as well, which made you giggle and splash them back.
-They had been playing for almost an hour before you started getting tired. You were yawning while wading through the water and tripped on a rock on the bottom. You fell forward and got completely submerged in the cool water. You also scraped your forehead on a rock. You immediately stood back up and started rubbing your head.
-All of the siblings ran to you and were looking you over for injuries. When they saw the scrape on your forehead, Kiri immediately snatched you up and started sprinting back to their home, with the rest of the group following you two.
-She burst into their home and immediately got to work cleaning and bandaging the scrape. Jake and Neytiri heard the commotion and ran in to check on what was happening. They gasped when they saw what was wrong.
-The went to you and frantically checked if you were okay. You told them what happened and assured them you were fine. Right after you stopped talking, you let out a huge yawn. Everyone internally cooed at the sight.
Jake had then picked you up and laid down with you on his chest. “I think you need a nap baby.” He had whispered once you settled down. You just groaned, but snuggled further into him anyway. He motioned his wife to grab a blanket for him to put over you. She went and got one of the human blankets that you liked, that she had stored in an out of the way place in their home. Once she had it, she walked over to Jake and covered you with it.
She laid down next to Jake to look over you while you slept. And slowly, the rest of the family sat around Jake and watched you sleep as well. Eventually, after about half an hour, Neytiri shooed them away to help her make lunch for everyone. This left You sleeping on Jake’s chest until lunch was made.
-Once he noticed the food was ready, Jake gently woke you from your nap. He knew you would still be groggy, so he carried you over to where the food was and sat with his family.
-He sat with you in his lap as the food was served. He made you a plate with a tiny, to him and his family, portion of food on it for you. However, he knew you really couldn’t eat anymore than what he put on it.
-His children side eyed him when he finished putting food on your plate, but didn’t question him. You had started to fully wake up when you smelled the food in front of you. You had eaten with Jake and Neytiri before, so you were excited for more of the food they make. You sat up straighter and reached to take the plate from Jake.
-He smiled and held it away from you to watch you pout at him. You ‘yelled’ at him, “Jake-Jake, give it!” He just chuckled and kissed your head then handed it to you. You smiled and started to eat.
-You got done with what was on your plate when everyone else was almost done with theirs. Neteyam asked if you wanted any more food and you just shook your head. He said okay, and side eyed you while you sat back against his dad. He and the rest of the family were kind of jealous of him for it.
-From then on you had slowly started to spend more and more time with the Sullys. Not because you asked to, but because they just took you with them to do stuff everyday.
~mini timeskip~
-You had been worried because of how many times you had to stay with Mo’at while the Sullys were fighting with humans. You really didn’t like any humans besides your Aunt, Norm, and Max at this point.
You were still with Mo’at in the healers tent when Kiri came in and picked you up to hand you to Neytiri. As she walked to the Sullys’ home you saw Jake, Neteyam, and Lo’ak looking really beat up. This made you really worried. You looked up at Neytiri and asked, “Hey Tiri? Are the boys okay?” She looked down at you and gave a strained smile while telling you that they would be fine.
She sat with you and Tuk in their home, with you in her lap and stroking Tuk’s hair to keep you two calm. The rest of the family came in a few hours later, Kiri annoyed and tired, and all of the boys bandaged up. You were concerned, but stayed where you were because you knew that Neytiri was also upset about this and that having you and Tuk near her was helping keep her calm.
You were present for dinner with them before Jake took you back to the lab for the night, which was odd for him now.
-Jake took the walk back home to discuss taking you with their family to the Metkayina. Neytiri didn’t want to leave the forest, but knew going would keep their family safer, including you.
-They both agreed to get you and your stuff the next day so you could make the move with them. Whether you wanted to or not. You were part of their family.
-They let their kids know the plan when they made it home. None of the kids were excited, but were happy that you would be going with them
-They had all packed all the stuff they could so they could leave as soon as they got you. They knew it would be better to just tell Mo’at and get you and your stuff as soon as Norm and Max got to work so they couldn’t be questioned for where they were taking you.
-As morning came, they loaded their stuff onto their Ikrans. Tuk would be riding with Neytiri and you would be riding with Jake. They came to the lab, and had you talk to Tuk while they packed your stuff and brought it out to the Ikrans. Jake got a blanket to wrap around you before he strapped you to him so you didn’t get cold during the flight over to the reefs.
-The flight took until the next day and you were getting tired of not being able to move around when you were awake. Though you slept for a lot of the ride because of the soothing motions of flying.
You could see that you were almost there, and were squirming in excitement. You were frustrated with being swaddled for so long. Once the Ikrans landed you were moved to be strapped on Jake’s back, which you whined about. At least they took away the blanket so you wouldn’t get overheated.
You were peeking over his shoulder to look at the new place and navi people. Two of them came to the front of the group, so you knew that they must be important. You looked at Jake from your strange angle as they greeted him and copied him by bowing your head as well.
The rest of the family saw this and smiled at you. This also made Ronal notice you and glare at Jake while saying he brought a demon here. Jake immediately defended you by saying you were just a child and part of their family. You smiled at his words. But still squirmed to get down. Jake sighed and untied you from him to set you down on the dock.
You were happy to stand on your own, but still stuck to Jake and gripped his leg. You looked up at the two navi and shyly waved your hand at them and bowed your head again. This made the man’s eyes soften at you, so you slightly smiled at him. He introduced himself and his wife, “I am Tonowari, and this is my mate Ronal. Why have you come here?”
Jake explained that they were seeking something called ‘uturu’ to protect their family from the bad humans. This just made Ronal angry and accused him of bringing war there. He denied it and said he just wanted his family to be safe. Tonowari caved and allowed them to stay, as long as they learned the Metkayina’s ways.
You smiled and said thank you to them for allowing you to stay. This finally made Ronal soften. She stopped glaring at you and gave you a fond look. This just made Neytiri glare at her from behind you. And with that, you got picked up again and got brought to the ‘marui’ by the pretty navi that was the two metkayina’s daughter.
-The kids were gonna be taught something by the chief’s kids and you wanted to go with them. It had been a while since you got to swim. You asked Neytiri to help you into a swimsuit so you could go with them.
-She helped you with it and told you to be careful before kissing your forehead and having you go while holding Kiri’s hand. That got hard for you so she carried you with them.
-You were excited to swim even if you wouldn’t be able to keep up with the Sully siblings. You went into the shallow water to wade around and look for shells while the chief’s children made their way over.
-They introduced themself again and you finally caught their names. Tsireya and Aonung. You told her she had a pretty name and got a large smile in return. Afterwards she asked if you wanted to try to learn the lesson as well. The Sullys weren’t happy, but you said you would try anyway.
-Tsireya was happy to have you join them, but didn’t expect much from you. She motioned you to follow them to the deeper water, so you started to slowly swim over to them. She was impressed at your ability to swim, but thought that you wouldn’t be able to do much else.
-She gave instructions for the forest navi on how to hold their breath properly to dive deep, and Kiri got it right away but the others were struggling a little bit. It only took the others a few more tries to get the hang of it. She then went over to you, who she found just floating on your back with your eyes closed and a smile on your face. This made her very happy for some reason.
-She pushed water towards you to get your attention. Once you looked at her while treading water, she asked if you wanted to learn the breathing lesson with her help. You smiled at her and nodded.
Tsireya gently took your hand and dragged you closer to her in the water. You were so tiny compared to her, she found it adorable. She re-explained the lesson while you intently listened to her. You nodded after she was done talking and took a breath how you thought she explained it before diving under the water.
She dove right after you to watch over you and saw you looking around under the water with wide eyes and a big smile. She followed you under the water, surprised at how well you were holding your breath for such a tiny human. You only lasted a few minutes before going back to the surface. She came up at the same time as you and held you up as you gushed to her about how beautiful it was.
She giggled as you went on about how amazing it was. Neteyam and Lo’ak were silently fuming watching you talk with Tsireya. They made eye contact before making their way over to you. They grabbed you to drag you with them. You giggled as they tickled you once you came over to the group of Sullys. Tuk and Kiri resurfaced when they noticed you with their brothers. Tuk came up beside your tiny group and started gushing with you about the beauty of the reef. Kiri decided to startle you by grabbing your ankle as she came back up.
You shrieked when your ankle was grabbed, but just pouted when Kiri started laughing once she was at the surface again. You shouted, “Not funny Riri!” Everyone just laughed at that, which made you pout more. You then huffed and dragged Kiri with you to go look at shells in the shallows.
You were pretty slow, so Kiri started dragging you with her as she swam to the shallows. Once you were able to stand in the water you went to the place where you could see shells before and called Kiri over to you. Tsireya ended up coming over to you two to ask what you were doing. You excitedly told her you were looking for pretty pink shells to take back to the marui to have Neytiri help make into a top for you.
-She said she would help you find all the pink shells you wanted, happy to see you so excited about it. You continued telling her about how pretty you thought the shell and pearl tops were that you had seen earlier. She giggled at your excitement.
-Aonung was watching his sister in confusion. He did see how cute you were, but didn’t understand his sister’s fascination with you. Their parents had told them to behave with the Sullys and especially the tiny one. He agreed, because he recognized how fragile you could be.
-He continued helping the siblings learn to dive while watching his sister with the girl and child. He just furrowed his brows at how happy she looked just finding shells with a random child she just met.
-He huffed and turned back to the other siblings to find them also looking at you. Which they always seem to be doing. He huffed and decided to end their lesson for the day.
-They all then swam over to you to help with finding more shells. They all had smiles on their faces while searching for shells with you. He just didn’t quite understand them and their borderline obsession with you.
-Tsireya went to get a small basket to put all your shells in. Once you decided you had enough shells, you took the basket and ran to find Neytiri.
-You found her in a tent with Ronal. You walked up to her and held up your basket to her. “Tiri, can you help me make a top with these?” You asked her very sweetly. She looked at your basket of shells and smiled while nodding at you. You looked at Ronal and asked if she wanted to help make you make a shell top too.
-Ronal went over, looked into your basket full of pink shells, and nodded at you with a fond look in her eyes. You told her all about how pretty you thought the shell and pearl tops metkayina women were wearing in the crowd of people. She just patted your head before getting some string to start weaving your top with.
You beamed at Neytiri as you described how you wanted the top to look like. With the shells dangling a little so they would jingle as you moved. She smiled and kissed your head before Ronal came back in with a good amount of string.
The two older women got started on making your top as you talked to them. You talked about how pretty the shells were, and how gorgeous the reefs were. When it was time to start making dinner, the top was finished and you had Neytiri help you put it on. You were beaming at the both of them because of how pretty you thought it was. You thanked both of them before running to find the Sully siblings or Jake.
You ran into Jake first. He was on a big thing with wings in the water with Tonowari with him. You got his attention by calling his name. He looked over at you and smiled while being confused at your new shirt. You began excitedly telling him about your day. About swimming and diving with Tsireya, looking for shells with her and the siblings, and having Neytiri and Ronal help make the top for you. He smiled and went over to you to pick you up and kiss your cheek. Tonowari was smiling at you too. He thought you were such a cute and kind child.
When you finished your rant, you looked at the creature in the water and asked what it was. Tonowari told you it was called a skimwing. You said that it was a cool name and looked harder at the creature. Tonowari smiled and asked if you wanted to get a closer look at it. You just nodded and Jake brought you closer to it. You made eye contact with the creature before reaching towards it. Both men were extremely surprised that it sat still and allowed you to pet it. It still puts a smile on Tonowari’s face though. It proved to him that you were such a sweet child even a skimwing could see it.
Seeing how it reacted, he made eye contact with Tonowari before they both nodded and he gently set you on its back. They let go of it and it swam in gentle circles with you, which made you smile and giggle. It got bored after a while and gently went under the water so you could swim off of it and away. You slowly swam back to Jake and he picked you up again.
You rested your head on his chest and yawned. He smiled and started walking back to the shore so you could take a nap before the communal dinner. You fell asleep on him while he was walking over to his children that were still with Tsireya and Aonung in the shallow water. He motioned to you before handing you to, surprisingly, Tsireya, who was the one that reached for you first. She nodded at him before he walked back to Tonowari to continue his own lessons before dinner.
-The Sully siblings were glaring at Tsireya while she was holding you to her. They had wanted to be the ones to hold you, she just happened to be closer to where Jake stood when walking over.
-She saw the glares and just smiled while looking down at you. She walked a little further into the water and swayed while holding you to her chest. You snuggled further into her when she did this. Her heart melted from how sweet of a child you were.
-She walked back to the siblings to ask how old you were. They told her you five. She was surprised that this was how tiny human children were at that age.
-She was holding you for about 40 minutes before their mothers came to tell them the communal dinner was ready. She sighed as Neytiri took you from her to bring you to where the Sullys would be eating.
-Tsireya went to her family and watched you sit in Neytiri’s lap while Jake made you a plate. Her whole family periodically looked over at you. It seems you had left an impression with all of them.
-Her and her parents had been frowning at how little food is put in the bowl meant for you. But if the Sullys found it fine, it must be okay. They ate on their own as the other family made conversation while they were all eating. You finished before the rest of the family and leaned back into Neytiri. Lo’ak asked if you wanted any more food, but you just shook your head.
-The other family just seemed content that you got enough food. They figured that it made sense with how tiny you were. You probably couldn't eat much at once.
-After dinner you went back to the shallows with the siblings and the chief’s children. There are no more lessons for the day, you just splashed in the shallows with the siblings. You started floating again as everyone else swam further in.
-You peacefully floated while looking up at the sky. After a while the sun started setting and you continued looking up at the beautiful colors going across the sky. You heard the water moving close to you and you looked around to find Neteyam coming over to you. You stood up and walked onto the shore with him
Neteyam called his other siblings over as well as he picked you up and brought you back to the marui with him. He went in to see that his mom had brought Tuk with her. He nodded at her while she went to put Tuk into the family bed. He had changed you into some of your night clothes while his mom went to call the others into the marui.
When everyone was in and dried off, they all got ready to sleep as well. They had all laid down before bundling your blanket around you and setting you on top of their sleep pile. They all fell asleep fast from all of the excitement of the day.
-They had all gotten used to living there and had gotten you to think of them as your family. You eventually called Jake and Neytiri ‘Dad’ and ‘Mama’, and the siblings your brothers and sisters.
-This made them all very happy, and they had started smothering you with affection because of it.

In the safety of the Reef, you know no war. You only know your family, the feel of the ocean on your skin, the feel of the wind blowing through your hair. You know only simple things, the barely there shine of the sun, a reprieve from where you are covered by your sister. You are the moon and she is the sun, and you are destined to live like this. You had long since given up any hopes of a mate until the Forest People arrive, on their colorful flying ikrans.
Ronal does not like them. Tonowari respects them. Tsireya is entranced, Ao’nung sees them as new market to tease. With your family divided, you do not know how to feel about them. Until you See them, the parents of this family, Jake Sully and Neytiri, and the sun suddenly feels so much brighter.
But your heart never know the future. It is in the hands of Eywa, but you cannot give your heart to these strangers knowing it could hurt.
But, it seems this strange man and woman have other plans.

I hope you're doing well ! I'd like to ask for an imagine on a subject I've rarely seen.
It would be a "sully family x mom!reader" where Jake and reader are mate (not Neytiri) they start a family, Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri and Tuk. In short, the Sully family except it's not Neytiri, but the reader.
And my idea is that in the final battle, instead of Neteyam dying, it's the reader who sacrifices herself to save her family ?
I hope I've explained it well, thanks for taking the time to read ♡

You held onto your father as you flew on his ikran. You were flying to the reefs of the Metkayina. Word had reached the Omatikaya of the hunting of the Tulkun and the battle of the demon ship including the shooting of your cousin . The reef came into view and a horn was blown sending a warning out to the people below. Tsu’tey hold on you had tighten “ when we land stay close ma yawntutsyìp” you nodded, squeezing his hand that was holding you letting him know you heard him.
His ikran cireled the beach before landing . Tsu’tey climbed down from his mount helping you down. He walked forward to the forming crowd of Metkayaina, arms out showing he meant no harm. You made quick and large steps to keep up with him. The crowed broke apart letting thought two figures one male and the other female. You immediately knew that it was the Olo’eyktan and the Tsahik. Tsu’tey gave the “ I see you” gesture to the Olo’eyktan. “ I see you Tonowari '' he then turned to the female and did the same thing “ I see you , Tsahik Ronal '' .
well they greeted each other. Something had caught your attention, a young Metkayaina male who had pushed his way through the crowded beach and stood a few steps away from the Olo’eyktan and the Tsahik. You put two and two together and gathered this was their son. When he noticed you were looking at him, he hissed at you. You immediately stepped back frightened, knocking into your fathers leg . Tsu’tey absentmindedly grabbed onto your shoulder pulling you to stand in front of him faceing Tonowari and Ronal.
You gave the “ I see you” gesture to both of them. Tonowari greets you back but Ronal hissed at you. Your father's grip tightened. ” How dare you bring a sky demon to our shores? '' she hissed at your father. “ I did not, I brought my daughter along to come see our family” . The Tsahik went to argue but was cut off by Tonowari. “ It is decided Olo’eyktan Tsu’tey and his daughter are our guests , treat them as our brother and sister”. At the Olo’eyktan’s words the group of Metkayaina dispersed.
As they left you saw your cousins and Jake make their way towards you. You all greeted each other before Jake was telling your cousins to help with your things and to show you to the pod as he and Tsu’tey walked off. As your cousins led the way to their home you found yourself having trouble keeping up right as the walkways were not as solid . When you got to the pod you quickly placed your things down and greeted your aunt. along with Neteyam and spider who were both bangaged and seemed to have just woken up from resting. After talking with your family for a while you unpacked your things. The rest of the night went quickly. You had helped with the evening meal before everyone sat down to eat together . where everyone caught up and your cousins told you they wanted you to meet some of their friends. Before you knew it you were turning in for the night curled up in a sleep pile with your cousins just like old times.
The first morning rays of lights hit you in the face, waking you up. You slowly stretched out looking around you, seeing your family was still asleep. You slowly dislodged yourself from between your cousins and got ready for the day. You quietly made your way to cook fire and started to prepare morning meal. By the time you had placed the last leaf of food on the small table, everyone was in a different stage of waking. You made your way back to the sleeping area, waking your cousins fully so they would come eat. You all sat around eating, waiting for the adults to join you all to see what the day's plans were. Eventually everyone was at the table, you were told by Jake that your cousins would be showing you the ropes so you could keep up. After the morning meal everyone goes their own ways, your father leaving with your uncle and you leaving with your cousins.
As you followed them you noticed they were taking you to the beach where you saw 3 young Metkayaina one of them was the boy who had hissed at you. Lo’ak pulled you into his side introducing you to them. “ guys this is our cousin (Y/N) , this is Tsireya, Ao'nung and Rotxo ''. You smile and greet them by giving them the i see you gesture. the others greet you back but Ao’nung simply crosses his arms and stares at you. You quickly look down , Lo’ak started talking again” our father said to show her the ropes so we'll be here for most of the day ” he said looking at the 3 Metkayaina.
Ao'nung looked at him “ cuz I'm thinking you're forgetting you're supposed to be going with the hunting party today” he told Lo’ak. Lo’ak grabbed at his breads huffing looking torn between fooling his father orders and wanting to go hunting. You cut in before he could even answer “ it’s ok Lo’ak I can just hang back with Tuk and i’m sure i’ll pick up a few thing. He looks at you with some relief. He and the 2 Metkayaina males take off leaving you with the girls.
Tsireya clapped her hands together, getting all of you’s attention, “ good now we can get straight to lessons,” she said, looking at you. You simply nodded having no idea what she was talking about but you’d go along with anything not wanting any shame on your family. She started to walk off, you followed her towards a cluster of rocks where the 4 of you sat. She started teaching how to breathe so that you could swim and stay under the water for long spans of time. Eventually Tuk got bored and went off to collect shells Kiri followed after her. After a while Tsireya had you try what you had learned in the water. As the sky got dark Eventually everyone came to meet at the rocks and your cousins headed back to their pod, following afterthem.
As the eclipse began you all gathered together for evening meal. you sat quietly eating your meal as everyone around you talked. Tsu’tey noticed how quiet you were being and learned down close to you gently speaking to you. “ what's wrong ma’ite” he asked you placing his hand on your back. “ I’m fine sempu just tired” you mumbled to him. You rushed to finish your food you just watching as everyone kept eating you had started to drift off with sleep, Tus’tey seeing this gently pulled you to his side letting you rest against him. You moved as close as possible enjoying your fathers warm as you were still cold from the water. The next thing you remember was waking up from hearing something outside. You came to realize you must have fallen asleep during dinner since it was pitch black outside the pod and you were tucked between Neteyam and tuk. You slightly stretched, pulling your blanket up to your chin and going back to sleep with the others.
When morning light hit the pod you once again woke up, had morning meal and headed off with your cousins to your lessons once again.
For the next 2 weeks this was your routine waking, eating, lesson eating again and going to sleep. In that time you had become fast friends with Tsireya. You both bonded over healing as you were both studying under the Tsahik of your clans. The only one that seemed to have a problem with you still was Ao'nung anywhere you went and he was around you could feel his eyes burning a hole in you and each time you ignored it. You were currently sitting on the beach with Tsireya helping her make different salves for the Tsahik. And once again you could feel Ao'nung watching you.
Ao'nung watched you as you helped his sister. He was in the water with the sully boys just messing around on their ilu. Lo’ak road up beside him “ you know if you went up to her and talked to her she'd probably like you back “ Lo’ak teased him. He quickly turned to look at him hissing at him.” i’d never be interested in a vrrtep” Lo’aks joking matter stopped and immediately hissed back at Ao'nung” watch it fish lips for ill beat you again thats my tsmuke and nobody calls her that. Ao'nung rolled his eyes “ I Thought you said she was your cousin” he answer Lo’ak. “ same difference “ Lo’ak answered and swam off with his ilu. Ao'nung decd to go deep fishing by himself not wanting to deal with this any longer.
Looking back on that now was a dumb idea as he had gotten his legs stuck and had a large and deep cut on his leg. making it hard for him to even get off his ilu never mind even walk to the shore. You had been on the beach watching tuk play with other children when you notice Ao'nung and the dark red water around him the more he moved . you had immediately shot up going into the water to help him to shore. Sitting him on the sand . you quickly saw what was wrong. You called out to tuk to keep watch on him running to the family pod grabbing your healing bag since it was closer than the Tsahik healing pod. As you darted in and then right back out both scaring and leaving the adults confused. You came back to Ao'nung working quickly to wash and clean the open wound adding a salve to numb it before wrapping it in some leaf bandages. This whole time Aonang Watched you with wide eyes, shocked at how you just shot up, not taking a second guess to help him. When you had finished you looked up at him getting worried as he was just watching you with wide eyes not saying a single word.” Tuk!, go get your sempu quickly, we need to get him to the Tsahik and I can't carry him”. She rushed off to get jake who came quickly and took him to the Tsahik healing pod.
By the time Ao'nung had come to and realized that you had helped him he was non longer in the sand but sitting in his mothers healing pod well she fused over him. He told her that he was fine that you had already helped him. For the next 3 days he didn’t get even a clumps of you until the fourth day you had come to bring some supplies for his mother. Who he had been stuck with for the past 3 days. helping her in the healing pod as he could not put any weight on his injured leg. You greet both the Tsahik and Ao'nung with the Isee you gesture before placing the basket next to the Tsahik. She in turn greets you “ ah thank you sweet child, are you busy right now? '' Ronal aske you . you shook your head no '' perfect I need to deliver a few thing around the village, but will not have enough time to do so and return in time to change Ao'nung bandages can you stay and do that for me?” you nodded gently, “ of course Tsahik '' she gave you a small smile, taking her things and leaving the pod. Leaving you and Ao'nung alone in the pod. After a few awkward moments you decided to be useful and started separating the basket of plants you had brought in. After a while Ao'nung finally spoke “ why “ asked you. You turned to him unsure what to answer him. He spoke again, this time louser “ why ?... Why help me? ''.
You opened your mouth to speak but closed it till you could gather your word. “ why wouldn't I? Your friends with my family, i’m friends with your sister “ you trill off. “ Actually forget that even if we did not have that connection why wouldn’t I help another Na’vi, if i had gone to get the Tsahik or made you get there on your own you could have easily made your wound worse and possibly bleed out” you finished you small rant before turning to keep sorting. It was quiet for a while before he asked you another question” were you really born here?”. You sighed softly before stopping what you were doing and went to sit beside him. “ Yes, I was born here just like the other human boy. I've also been raised in the Omatikaya clan my whole life by Tsu’tey since I was a few weeks old” you tell him before he can even ask you more. Ao'nung rubbed the back of his neck nervously “ thank you for helping me …” he trailed off again. You nodded gently before he asked you something that shocked you a bit “ could we start over again?” he asked you, looking into your eyes. You just looked at him wide eyed for a moment before swallowing harshly and nodding “ y-yes we can”. He smiled back at you “ I see you (Y/N)” he made the gesture as well and you returned it '' I see you Ao'nung”.
Over the next few weeks you got to know each other then started the gifts between you. Ao'nung was the one that had started by giving you some shells to bread into your hair.which Tsireya helped you put them in before you left to get ready for the feast. Tonight was the feast celebrating the battle won against the demon ship now that all the warriors were healed and the time for mourning was over.
As you walked into the family pod nobody had noticed your new hair style until Tuk loudly spoke about it. “ (Y/N)! You look so pretty with the shells Ao'nung got you!” you turned bright red and quickly looked down. your whole family had different reactions the boys weren’t to happy knowing what it meant because they were there when Ao'nung collected the shells, well kiri was trying to hold her laughs in because of her brothers reaction well your Neytiri simply smiled at you well Jake and Tsu'tey looked like deer cot in the headlights. “ i’m … just gonna get my clothes and help Tsireya set up the feast ….. “ you quickly got your clothes and ran back out yelling out a quick “ bye “ as you left.
Later that night at the feast. Both of your families were sat around a fire eating together when you brought over a bowl of Ao'nung favorite fruit for him handing it to him as you sat next to him. He blushes at this, making both Neytiri and Ronal coo at what they saw. This continues on for a while giving each other small gifts or simple gestures of bring each other food, and maybe a bit of showing off on Ao'nung part when he catches a partly large animal showing it to you proudly. Ao'nung had finally built up the courage to present you with a courting gift ( the necklace in the title)

You were living in Pandora with your older brother Jake, due to your age you had to go with him and do some mission after Tommy's death. During the time, things went to shit. Jake fell in love with a na'vi along with the people and the forest of Pandora, then everything went straight to a war. After the battle was won by the na'vi the humans left except for you, and a few others.
Then your brother fully became a na'vi and a the next leader of the Omaticaya. Even though Neytiri didn't like humans, she liked you, since you were her sister in law and she just liked your nature. You and Her were like best friends, even better since you were both in-laws. Then the kids came in, you had become an aunt. You weren't a huge fan of kids, but when you saw your first nephew Neteyam, it all changed. Then Kiri was adopted into the family, as a result of Grace's avatar mysteriously being pregnant. She was now your niece, later came Lo'ak and Tuk. You loved your nieces and nephews with a passion. They were your family, even though they were blue kittens.
Tumblr media
They grew and so did you, the older they got the more you grew to love them. You'd spend most of the time hanging out with them, along with Spider, even though he wasn't part of the family, you considered him your other nephew. Since they knew you were from earth like their father, you told them stories about when you lived on earth.
The kids really liked being around you, they'd drag you all over the forest with them, you didn't really mind. You told them about the pageants you used to do, even showed the some pictures that you brought with you. You'd also tell them some embarrassing stories involving both Jake and Tommy. Your brother hated it when you'd expose him like that to his kids. It was funny. You also taught them some slang, like bro, sis, cuz and so one. The thing that they've also picked up was cursing.
It was no secret you cursed like a sailor, you didn't think much of it, until Lo'ak had began to say 'Cunt' at his young age, Jake was not happy about hearing his son saying that word. You'd often tell him that it wasn't a big deal it's just a word, but Jake did not want you to swear around them anymore, specially Tuk who was beginning to speak. You really tried not swear, when you were about to say a bad word, you'd switch it into something else.
You'd also be the type to give them candy before dinner, you had introduced the kids to human candy and they loved them. Jake would tell them no candy before dinner, but you'd always sneakily give them a piece and tell them to eat it quickly.
Tumblr media
Neteyam, Kiri and Lo'ak were now in their teens, ready to complete their rites to passage, you didn't really understand the process, but you were still supporting them. When they got their Ikran, you were the most happy for them, you'd basically be telling everyone around you that those kids are your niece and nephew.
Since you showed them off, they'd show you off too, you didn't really get why since you were just a human, but that didn't stop them for doing it. They'd brag to other na'vi kids about how cool you where and other silly things they'd say.

Avatar masterlist | Part 2
Tumblr media
The first time the metkayina kids met their new aunt's mate y/n, was after the boat crash. The sully's were already part of the clan and jake was able to bring ruk'e to live with the family. The man was his younger sister's mate, but he was also his best friend (jake joked that he was his bestie, don't ask why<3).
Everyone would accept him right away, ruk'e's personality is kind and calm. So he would take his time to greet each child. Of course, next to him would be a jealous spider. He might be big now, but he was still his father. And he didn't want to share. You'd give him a tug on his hair. "Spider…come here!" you'd scold spider, grabbing him by the arm.
Ruk'e would notice the relationship all the boys have with you. Tsireya wants to be like you, ao'nung always tries to show off his skills to show he's the best. But rotxo, he just likes to sit next to you and talk. This would fill him with curiosity. Because a boy his age is not doing things his age.
From what he could tell, Rotxo had cut down on his activities just to be around you. And yes, he could confirm, Rotxo was your new blue tail. If you went to the beach, he was there. A walk in the nearby jungle, he would accompany you. Weave a basket, he would look for the materials. Of course, always with the help of spider. He loved rotxo, the bond these two boys had created was adorable.
"Mom…can rotxo sleep over today" spider would ask, you would accept. Giving your mate a look. Ruk'e would accept, watching as both boys made some kind of giant hammock. They were playing and laughing. Ruk'e could see your eyes sparkle as you watched the scene. You always wanted spider to have a brother or sister. It was no secret that it was almost impossible for you to have a baby. Even the baby you had hoped for months ago before everything took a turn for the worse could never come.
Ruk'e would be curious as to why Rotxo would be so attached to you. And I think this makes a lot of sense. Someone has seen rotxo's parents, he was always alone. And he used to get sad when the kids would make fun of his fondness for aunt y/n. Not knowing that he had no one. This was revealed, one day when all the kids were talking. Lo'ak made an off-hand comment, and rotxo ran out of the place.
Ao'nung would get upset, and explain to them what had happened. Rotxo's parents had died when he was little. He never met them, so from that moment on he lived in a common area, where there were other children going through the same situation. Spider heard this, and felt more attached to Rotxo. The two of them shared more in common than he thought.
Of course, this came to your ears. Your heart breaks to hear the story. That's why Rotxo was looking for you. He felt safe with you, even though he was much bigger than you. You gave him the love and attention he craved. He didn't have to look elsewhere for attention, because he had it in your family, even if it was just for a little while.
That same week, you would invite him to your home for more dinner. You would even prepare a special hammock for him. "Look rotxo…right next to mine!!!" says spider, bumping thumbs with spider. Ruk'e would take his role very seriously, taking his two boys to help him be his labors. Rotxo enjoyed the new company he had. He felt loved and safe.
One afternoon, after being with you all day. Rotxo would be getting ready to leave. Saying goodbye to spider. You would be approaching. "Hey…don't you want to rest here today?" you speak up. "I don't want to intrude," Rotxo says. You would take rotxo's hand. " Darling…I don't mind you being my new tail, huh? What's up?" you say. Rotxo would laugh, and get a little shy. Ruk'e would get up from the floor, inviting the boy to stay with them. "Come on son…come here!!!" says ruk'e. The boy would sit next to you, you would stroke his face. "My pretty new little tail" you speak, feeling rotxo settle in next to you as he always did.

Hi! So ive seen that you take requests so i thought i give a try.
Could you do an imagine where the reader is the auntie of the kids? She treats them very good and is very gentle with them. She wants to make the kids feel that they can tell her everything.
So when one day neteyam comes to tell her that jake was too hard on him again, she tries to comfort him. She tells him that he is not a disappointment and he shouldn’t always take the blame on himself etc.
I hope you get what i was trying to say. I hope you have a great day! :D

[Name] had always been close with the Sully kids. From the moment Neytiri found out she was pregnant, [Name] had been an important part of the family.
It started with helping Neytiri function in the last few days of her pregnancy, grabbing objects off the ground, bringing her food to her while Jake was on a hunt, and helping her walk when she struggled. Neytiri was more than happy to have her sister help her and her new family.
But as the years flew by, [Name] became a friend to the Sully children. A open ear, a shoulder to cry on, a person to come to when you have no one else.
So when Neteyam entered [Name]’s hut, tears in his eyes threatening to spill, [Name] was happy to help.
Walking over to Neteyam, [Name]’s eyes quickly scanned his face for any signs of wounds or injuries. It wasn’t unusual for Neteyam or Lo’ak to walk into her hut with cuts or gashes from stupid things that would get them in trouble with their parents. She would sigh and clean them up, try to make them laugh before pushing them out, telling them to go do something useful, smiling while she'd rolled her eyes.
But as she looked over Neteyam for any sign of anything, she came up dry. The only give away was his eyes. Neteyam’s eyes, usually full of joy or annoyance as he interacted with his siblings, held a familiar emotion [Name] knew all too well.
Neteyam had a bad habit of taking the blame for his siblings mistakes, mainly Lo’ak’s as he made many. While [Name] didn’t blame him for this, seeing as he often felt his role as the oldest was to protect his siblings, she did feel bad every time she saw that look.
Smiling to Netayam sadly, [Name] asked:
“Is it your parents?”
To which Neteyam only nodded gently, still trying to hold back his tears.
“Did Lo’ak did something stupid?” [Name] asked again, voice getting increasingly more gentle as as the story in her head started to solidify.
Neteyam nodded again, his lip twitching downward for a split second.
“And did you take the blame for it,” [Name] watched as Neteyam looked at the ground in front of him.
“Again?” [Name] questioned softly, already knowing the answer.
A single tear fell from Neteyam’s eye as he nodded once again.
“Oh Neteyam, I am so sorry.” [Name] walked over to him, enveloping him in a hug.
Neteyam held stiff for a moment before completely falling apart in his aunt’s arms. Quiet sobs filled [Name]’s ears as he let all of the moments he took his parent’s wrath for Lo’ak. He could usually handle it, as he would claim, but the truth is it really got to him.
Neteyam has always had a great love for his family, from the moment he was born he was brought in to the world that only seemed to shower him in love. The same love he hoped to give his sisters and brother when they were born. But since Lo’ak came of age to get in trouble he couldn’t get away with, trying to shower his trouble-making brother in his love became nearly impossible. Neteyam loved his brother, he really did but [Name] understood that that does not stop Lo’ak from being an idiot. She can say that from personal experience.
As Neteyam’s sobs slowly subsided, [Name] released him from her gentle hold.
“Do you wanna talk about it?” [Name] saw Neteyam wipe his eyes quickly, taking a deep breath before he nodded.
“What has happened, my child?” [Name] asked, leading him to a soft place on the ground, where they sat down.
“It’s my dad,” Neteyam looks at the floor.
“I’m not even sure if I am upset at Lo’ak, even though he is an skxawng. Most of the time he means well, even if his actions don’t show it…” Neteyam trails off for a moment before [Name] sees his fist tighten into a ball.
[Name] rests a caring hand on his shoulder, nodding to prompt him to continue.
“But my dad… He just doesn’t understand! He doesn’t understand that Lo’ak is just young and stupid and that we are not soldiers! We are his sons! “Neteyam threw his hands in the air as he huffed in frustration. “And sometimes I wish that he wouldn’t yell at me or Lo’ak so much for just being his sons.” Neteyam finished with a sad, soft whisper.
“Neteyam.” [Name] spoke carefully, hoping to get Neteyam to look at her.
Neteyam turned his attention from his hands in front of him to his aunt. It was only after he looked up that [Name] could see the tears still streaming down his face.
“Neteyam, you are a wonderful kid and an even more amazing sibling. I know that it’s hard to take the blame for everything, and I know it’s hard having your dad not understand. But you are never alone. You know that?”
Neteyam only nodded softly.
“You can alway come to me, and even though you think he is an idiot,” Neteyam giggled at [Name]’s choice of words. “I am sure Lo’ak would be there for you too. Neteyam, even though it sometimes doesn’t seem like it, your father loves you very much. He loved you so much he wanted to have more of you!”
Neteyam laughed again, starting to finally feel better.
“Personally, I think he might treat you like soldiers because he wants to protect you. And if he can’t do that himself, I think he hopes that you will follow what he says so that you won’t get hurt. Although I get that that is frustrating, he just wants you to be safe. After all, this family is all he has.” [Name] finished, giving Neteyam an understanding smile.
Neteyam looked away for a moment, thinking about what his aunt said. When he determined that it made sense, he turned to his aunt before pulling her in for a quick hug.
“Thank you for making me feel better, Aunt [Name].” Neteyam said gratefully, smiling wide seeming feeling much better.
“Any time, Neteyam. Now go play with your siblings or ride on your Ikran!” [Name] smiled, watching as Neteyam waved as he was running away.
Although conversations like those were hard, [Name] would never turn down a chance to help her nieces and nephews. Those children felt like her own at times, and she wouldn’t trade them for anything. So as she watched Neteyam get on his Ikran and fly away, she promised herself she would always be there for the Sully family.

in your eyes
Tumblr media
neteyam x metkayina reader. maybe a series.
warnings: angst, heavy topics and such.
hi everyone i am writing for avatar because there is not enough fanfics out there. this is my first ever fic so plz be nice!!
neteyam and reader are 18.
do NOT share my work without credit.
have fun!
your mother spent her life alone and isolated due to the tragedy of your fathers death and soon after she had disappeared to go search for him. she was always hard on you to take care of your youngest sister but thankfully your aunt and uncle had raised you two when your mother left. after your fathers death she had changed completely. she was so determined to find him and bring him home that she lost everything in the process.
your father had been lost in a freak accident outside of the reef. you remembered very little of your father. small remnants of his face, scent, and traits lingered through your mind from time to time. whenever an elder sees you they always say you look like your father or that you had definitely gotten his eyes.
you stared at the necklace hung on the wall. the one he would always wear. the head piece on your shelf woven perfectly elicited a small smile on your face. your father had made you it when you were young. your hand traced over the small shiny blue pearls on it as you smiled a bit harder. he had collected them all himself and hoped you would some day wear it when you needed his memory the most.
your thoughts were interrupted by the loud sound of tonowari’s horn.
“ixtal lets go” you called after your five year old sister.
you furrowed your eyebrows and made your way outside to find your cousin tsireya and her family circled around a family of forest people. you had only ever heard stories of them and their wise, great leader.
“y/n come!” laughed rotxo.
you made your way to tsireya who was starry eyed at one of the family’s boys. you stood beside her and your sister followed behind you. she stood quietly behind your leg.
“you okay xal?” you turned and looked down at her and she nodded while smiling.
“please, let us stay here” an older man pleaded. you looked up to see your uncles face stern yet lenient.
“alright jake sully you will stay, the kids will teach the young ones our ways. you must be useful if you would like to live here.” he put an arm out and looked over at you and your cousins.
soon after they had left to get settled and later that night we had welcomed them with a traditional celebration. the brightly lit water glowed before the moon. everyone had arrived to welcome the guests. ixtal followed you around and you stuck with tsireya who engaged in conversation with the youngest son lo’ak. he introduced himself and you smiled politely until you looked over at one of the boys standing with a little girl. he pointed to ixtal and waved. he looked up and his eyebrows raised slightly. the little girl ran past him and made her way to ixtal. both of them began talking and watching them made you giggle.
“my names ixtal! ill show you my cool bracelets!” yelled ixtal as she put her arms out to show off all the bracelets she had created.
there was an awkward silence between you and the boy. you watched the two leave and then the two of you turned to each other and made eye contact. his smile was so contagious.
“i can tell that they will be great friends” he said and smiled a little. you stared into his eyes a bit too long to form a response.
“yeah im sure they will be. i am y/n, my cousins and i are meant to show you around” you began walking and gestured for him to follow. he nodded and and walked closely beside you.
“neteyam, and yes, something like that” he looked around. he looked tired and somewhat disinterested. like his mind was preoccupied.
“i take it you are not the most thrilled to be here?” you asked. he laughed at your observation.
“i just miss my home. i miss my life” he sighed.
“perhaps you can find a home here neteyam” you flashed a considerate smile and continued walking.
“yeah i hope so” he responded.
you sat down and dipped your feet into the water. the luminescent fish gathered and swarmed around your legs.
“come sit” you looked up at him.
he sat down slowly and looked over at you. you both sat and watched the fish dance around your legs. you took in a deep breath and felt the pressure around you lessen. neteyam looked over and studied your features.
“is there something on my face” you touched your face in a worried manner.
“yeah, right there” he pointed at your face and laughed. your face fell instantly and you turned away humiliated. fuck fuck fuck.
“hey i am just teasing theres nothing there skxawng” you turned to look at him as he continued to giggle. your mouth open staring him down.
“forest boy has jokes hm?” you questioned.
you both spent the night talking and sharing interests with each other. a few more jokes were made and many laughs were shared.
days had passed and lessons with neteyam were progressively getting better. he was learning fast and it surprised you. there was just one thing he struggled with but you were sure you could fix it.
“breathe from here neteyam” you placed your hands on his lower abdomen and chest.
“just focus on my voice, know that you’re here now and the ocean is within you” you spoke softly. you felt his heart beat quicken and you grew frustrated. he looked down at you and looked up again quickly.
“you’re not doing it right. focus!” you exclaimed.
“i am trying my best!” he retorted.
“we’ve been working on this for days neteyam. you are like a baby! no, you are worse than a baby!” you were annoyed.
“oh yeah? you slow down your heart beat” he swatted your hands off him and placed his hands on to your chest and lower abdomen. holy shit. you looked into his eyes and he smirked while feeling your heartbeat race.
“that doesn’t mean anything” you got up and called for your ilu to swim away.
“yeah alright i believe you” he replied. god he was so snarky.
you both got onto your ilus and swam home. you were greeted by rotxo, aonoung, and lo’ak fighting. neteyam slid past you and called out for lo’ak. he couldn’t just stand and watch his brother get beat up. he scratched his head and joined in. you stood next to kiri and laughed while playfully holding her arm.
you were summoned by tonowari followed by rotxo, lo’ak, neteyam and aonoung. shit.
“y/n! i expect better from you. you are the oldest and you watch over your cousins. what were you thinking?” you looked down and felt everyones stare burn into you.
“it was my fault sir i should’ve also done something but i joined them” neteyam interjected.
“no you will not take the blame for this knucklehead anymore!” jake sully yelled. he grabbed lo’ak by the arm and stood him up.
“apologize boy!” he was stern and scary. you observed keeping your gaze low.
“im sorry sir i will apologize to anoung and rotxo for hitting them. soo many times.” he looked down and walked away to find tsireya waiting for him.
“your father would be disappointed by this behavior y/n. he was wise beyond his years at this age” the words pierced through your skin.
neteyam watched as you looked down taking the hit. neytiri and jake began apologizing and talking to tonowari to ease the pressure off of you. you quickly composed yourself and walked out. he was right but the constant comparison to your father killed you.
neteyam followed behind you quietly not saying a word. he had no idea what to even say. where was your father? he hadn’t even met the man. you walked to the dock and called your ilu. swimming away from everyone you made your way to your favorite place. it was a cave outside the reef. millions of little glowing plants lit it up like stars in the night sky. you spent a lot of time there to collect yourself. you swam up into the cave and sat down watching the plants change colors. you heard splashing and grabbed your knife.
suddenly you saw neteyam climb out of the water and on to the rock of the cave.
“what are you doing here?!” you questioned.
“making sure you are okay” he breathed heavily and coughed a little. after a few seconds he calmed down and looked around. he was mesmerized. you smiled as you watched him look around and take in the beauty of the cave.
“this place is amazing” he said. he sat down next to you continuously looking around.
“i know” you said softly.
“you seemed upset. like you were going to cry?” he asked wearily. he looked over at you and moved your hair out of your face with a gentle touch.
“im okay” you looked over and gave him a small smile.
“who is your father? i never see him around, only heard of him today” your expression changed and you looked at him nervously.
“my fathers gone and my mother, she has disappeared looking for him” your eyes trailed awkwardly.
“im sorry. i know what it is like, the pressure of being the best” he touched your hand gently and rubbed his fingers on your knuckles. his touch was comforting and sweet. you watched him think and it was cute.
“you are so much more than what others say of you. take it from me, forest boy with demon blood” he chuckled awkwardly.
you dont know what overtook you but you felt so safe in that moment. you knew he understood you, and you understood him.
“i see you nete” your eyes bore into him. a small smile formed on his face and he could’ve sworn eywa had blessed him with you. in that second he knew you were it for him.
“i see you. ill always see you” he spoke softly.
a smile creeped on your face and thats when you looked into each others eyes and you couldn’t help but notice every little feature of his face. the red beads in his hair. the way his freckles lit up his face. you cherished him. in that moment you were his and he was yours. nothing could change that.
“is there something on my face” he asked mockingly breaking a little bit of the tension. you both laughed and he playfully tickled you and before you knew it you were on top of him.
“got you” you said while holding him down. he picked himself up leaving you to straddle his waist.
you didnt wanna hold back anymore.
you held his face with your hand and looked into his eyes. your face almost inches away from one another. the tension was unbearable. he looked at you so nervously but as if he was yearning for your touch.
“what are you doing?” he asked softly. he knew what you were doing.
his voice was shaky and so was your breathing. you closed the gap between you both and you had never felt this before. your hands moved for themselves. craving his touch. he kissed you so gently. trailing over your face and neck. your hands in his hair while his hands explored every inch of you. he made his way down to your body slowly, savoring every last kiss down your neck.
“y/n!” rotxo exclaimed. you and neteyam quickly disentangled. FUCK.
“oh my eywa! i am telling tonowari!” he yelled before swimming away. you held your head in your hands and screamed. you shouldn’t have indulged in this wasnt wise this was stupid. you were stupid. neteyam stared blankingly.
“y/n calm down” he grabbed your arms. you struggled out of his grasp.
“no no no, i am better than this they expect better from me” you began to cry and feel embarrassed by what rotxo had seen.
“y/n please” he held your face in his hands and looked into your eyes.
“we will be okay, we have to work this out together, see it through” he said reassuringly. you nodded and called your ilu.
you swam back to the village to find anoung dragging you away from neteyam. rotxo grabbing him but neteyam swatted him away and walked closely behind you. inside was jake, neytiri, tonowari and ronal. you both stood in front of them.
tonwari looked upset. he would be fuming with smoke coming out of his ears if possible. you raised your head to speak but were cut off quickly.
“YOU WILL NOT SPEAK YOU WILL LISTEN!” he screamed. you flinched a little.
you lowered your head and studied the ground.
“please sir-“ neteyam started but was silenced by jake.
“not a word from you boy” he was stern, sharing tonowaris anger.
“have you lost your mind y/n! i trust you with my children and all this time you have been this way! immature, bringing shame to our family. my brother deserved better! you are lucky we have provided for you!” he yelled. his words were knives. you nodded and tears slid down your face. ronal held tonowari back from saying anything more.
“sir y/n deserves better! she deserves to be loved as we all do!” neteyam exclaimed. jake and neytiri grabbed his arm to shush him.
“no. this is wrong. she is a strong woman, she takes care of others before herself. why dont you see her? she is worth much more than your words” neteyam continued his breathing growing heavy.
“she is not evil for seeking the love she deserves. the love i can give her” he says looking over to you.
“thats enough neteyam!” jake drags him away by his arm and you are left to face tonowaris wrath.
“is it true? have you mated?” he asks sternly.
“yes it is true, i see neteyam. he is the one uncle. we have not mated before eywa” you look down.
“i knew this day would come. i realize i have been hard on you. my brother was dear to me and i have pushed you too hard” he pulled you in for a hug and held your head.
“you are growing to be a wonderful woman y/n. your father would be very proud of you and what you have with neteyam” he smiled softly.
“i am proud” he said. you cried in his arms. tears of joy and pain all coming down your face.
“go now, pray to eywa that jake sully spares your neteyam” he chuckles.
you run to the sullys tent and make your way inside to see kiri. tuk is asleep next to her.
“kiri where is neteyam?” you ask quietly.
she gestures to the other room. you walk into the room quietly to see neteyam with his head in his hands. the room is a mess. things are scattered everywhere.
“nete” you say softly and his head turns to look at you. he gets up and embraces you with a hug. he scans your face and buries his face in your neck.
“im sorry, im sorry” he repeats. you grab his face gently and touch his hair.
“its okay neteyam” you smile a little and continue to run your thumb over his cheek. your foreheads touch and you take in the moment.
“we can be together. tonowari gave his blessing” you smiled harder. his eyes lit up and he picked you up a little to spin you around. you giggled as he put you down.
“your parents though..” you questioned.
“they love you y/n. they were just upset i risked our place here. they’ll see you as i do. you’re my woman” he got excited at the last part and stared into your eyes. he had found a home in them. with you he would build something new. he was dreaming of all of the possibilities.
new love, new dreams.

“Useless” and “Troubled” until the End: Epilogue
Sully Family x “Useless” Fourth Child Male Reader
Summary: The aftermath of the Battle of the SeaDragon with what happens to Y/N and his family.
Warning: Death of a character, resurrection, character receiving life changing damage, etc…
Note: Because I had people from both sides wanting Y/N to live and die. I chose to do this….I hope it satisfies everyone’s expectations.
Another note: Thank you for the continuous support on this story series. I never thought that many people would actually find it interesting or enjoyable to be completely honest.
Tumblr media
— Y/N POV
Y/N: I-I l-love y-you a-all….
Everything went black as I closed my eyes, feeling a sense of peace wash over me for a few minutes before I opened my eyes to see myself at sitting in a chair that was essentially some sort of beach lounger chair. I looked around me to see that everything was peaceful with no signs of war anywhere in sight. I saw many Metkayina and Otamikaya Na’vi playing with their children or siblings as couples also walked past with an aura of love emanating from their presence. I then heard someone speak to me from my left.
???: I knew you were a strong one, even when you were already down for the count. I couldn’t be more proud of you.
I looked to my left to see an older looking Na’vi sitting in a chair similar to me as he enjoyed the setting sun we could currently see wherever we are at. I, however felt something off about my neck and I reached for it to only realize that I didn’t have my grandfather’s necklace around my neck anymore. I looked at the older looking Na’vi to see he had on my necklace, just now realizing I was sitting with my grandfather, Eytukan. Grandfather turned to me.
Tumblr media
(This is what he looks like in case you didn’t know.)
Y/N: I never expected to see you, Grandfather. Let alone be with Eywa right now.
Eytukan: I’m happy to meet one of my grandchildren. Even if I’m one with Eywa now. I’m very proud of you for everything that you have done, my grandson.
Y/N: I could not be more happier to hear than, Grandfather.
I got up from my chair as Grandfather did the same and he embraced me in a big hug. I then heard some footsteps come up near where me and Grandfather were hugging at when I heard a female and male voice from behind me.
??: I could not be more proud of my nephew as well.
?: I’m proud of you, Y/N. You proved yourself to be a true warrior.
I let go of Grandfather to turn around and I saw a young looking female Na’vi and a gruff looking Na’vi warrior.
Y/N: Thank you, but who are you two.
?? And ?: We’re your aunt and uncle.
??: I’m Sylwanin, your mother’s older sister.
?: Tsu’tey. Your aunt’s betrothed.
Tumblr media
(This is Sylwanin)
Tumblr media
(This is Tsu’tey)
Sylwanin: We saw everything that you’ve done. You couldn’t make any of us more proud for what you do, little warrior.
Tsu’tey: You proved that you are a true hunter and warrior. I could not be more honored than to tell you that, my boy.
Y/N: That means a lot to me to hear that from you, Auntie Syl. Thank your for your kind words, Uncle, Tsu’tey.
I hug them both when I hear my grandfather speak out in shock.
Eytukan: Never in all my days did I ever think I would meet a Sky-person who is one with Eywa.
???: The universe works in very strange ways. There’s no telling what will happen next.
I recognize the voice I hear immediately and turn around to see Uncle Tom once again as he comes up next to me on my right.
Y/N: Uncle Tom! You’re here!
I give him a big hug as well.
Eytukan: If I’ll be honest, Tom, I don’t think before today, I’ve ever meet a normal looking Sky-person.
Tom: Hey, there’s a first for everything.
????: That’s a big understatement right there.
I heard a voice that I had never heard or recognized so I turned to my left to see another normal looking sky-person coming towards the five of us. It was a redhead woman with a white lab coat on who I immediately recognized her to be Kiri’s biological mother, Grace Augustine.
Grace: I could not be happier with how far you’ve come on your journey, my young friend.
Grace looked at me as she smiled.
Grace: Both you and my daughter have proven yourselves to be one with Eywa. I hope you can try to continue that.
Y/N: But isn’t this the afterlife with Eywa?
Tom: It is, but it’s not your time yet.
Uncle Tom points me to where a vision can be seen. It’s my family and friends crying over my body as it lays there. Mom is crying her eyes out as she cradled my body, praying to Eywa to bring his son back. Dad is remaining silent as he lets his tears fall down his face, regret written all over his face as he thinks of the ways he failed me as my father, Kiri is over with Tsireya and Tuk as the three all cry at the sight of me dying. Neteyam and Lo’ak are just staring down at the ground, letting their own tears go as they silently think of how they didn’t try to help me a lot before they hugged each other. Spider just looked down at the ground in shame, blaming himself for my death for trusting his “father”. I feel myself tear up at the sight of this and I feel everyone hug me to comfort me as I hug them back, letting me own tears fall. I let all of them go and I hear my grandfather speak once more time.
Eytukan: My boy, it will be a painful and long journey to get back. It could take weeks to months for you to fully return to the land of the living, and you might not even make it back fully. There is also a chance that you might have irreversible damage done to your body and self. Are you prepared for the journey back?
Y/N: ……Yes…….I’m willing to take the risk.
Eytukan: Alright then. When you get back to the land if the living, tell my daughter that I miss her dearly.
Sylwanin: And tell her that her sister misses her as well.
Tom: Tell your father that I miss him.
Grace: Tell my daughter that I will always be watching over her.
Y/N: I will.
I give everyone one more hug before I start walking towards the vision. I feel more and more pain as I walk towards it before I feel everything around me fade and I’m left in darkness before I black out.
— back at the rocks with the Sullys —
— 3RD PERSON POV
Neytiri was cradling her youngest son’s body as she cried when she felt her son’s heartbeat and he started to let out very small ragged breaths. Neytiri let her son go and looked over him, noticing that his eyes didn’t open back up. She held him up worriedly as she looked to Jake who came over to her when he noticed Neytiri’s change in demeanor. Jake put two fingers to Y/N’s pulse spot on his neck and felt a faint heartbeat and small slow breathes. He knew his son was alive. Jake took Y/N from Neytiri and signaled for everyone to gather up and head back to shore. However, when Jake to bring Y/N to his Skimwing, she saw out of the corner of his eye that the fully white Skimwing that he knew was his son’s Skimwing popped up to the surface where Neteyam was scratching her muzzle while Bel’lia stared at Jake with curiosity about her rider. Jake brought Y/N’s body over to him and Bel’lia let out a sorrowful screech while Neteyam took Y/N from their father and gently placed his body onto Bel’lia as Bel’lia started to swim home with the comatose boy and his older brother on her.
— at a makeshift medical tent —
We currently see Y/N’s comatose body on a makeshift bed inside of a makeshift medical tent as Norm and Max checked him over. Ronal and Tonowari watched the two men work in silence as they feel sorry for their friends about the state the boy is in. Norm placed a respirator mask over Y/N’s face to help the kid breathe as he continued to check the boy’s vitals while Max started to preform emergency surgery on the boy to remove the three bullets that were still in Y/N’s body. Norm moved down to help his friend try to save the life of the boy. Jake and Neytiri only now come into the tent after getting the rest of the family to fall asleep as they watched the scene as Max pulled out the tools needed to remove the bullets from the boy. After a few hours of surgery, the procedure is complete and Y/N is all patched up, but he’ll have scars across his stomach from his surgery. Norm just about finished stitching up the poor boy as Max checked the boy’s vitals one more time. Both scientists finished with Y/N before they to everyone in the room.
Norm: We have both good news and bad news…
Max: The good news is that Y/N will survive his injuries. He’s a lucky kid considering one bullet was two inches away from hitting his heart and that another bullet was close to hitting his stomach.
Norm: But the bad news is that he’s in a comatose state and we don’t have any idea when he’ll wake up. There’s a chance he may not wake up at all. Also, we checked his vitals and there’s also a chance that if he does wake up, he could possibly end up blind from being in his coma.
Jake nodded silently at this while Neytiri looked at her son in worry that he wouldn’t wake up from his coma. Norm put his hand onto Neytiri’s shoulder.
Norm: The only thing we can do now is hope that he wakes up.
Neytiri nods at Norm. Norm and Max pack up their things before they leave the medical tent. Jake and Neytiri went to their son and they looked down at Y/N while he still had the respirator mask over his face with his eyes closed shut. His breathing was slow and steady as he laid on the metal bed.
Jake whispering: I’m sorry…
Neytiri: Please. Wake up, my son.
The two turn to Tonowari and Ronal who both look at Y/N with sorrowful faces.
Ronal: I’m sorry about what has happened to your son.
Tonowari: I want you both to know that you and your family are now officially Metkayinas. I’m proud to have you as clan members. I’m sorry about your son.
Jake: Thank you.
Norm and Max come back into the tent and speak to everyone.
Norm: If everyone is alright, it’s be best for you to get some sleep with how late it is right now. Max and I will watch over Y/N and let you know immediately if anything changes with him.
Joe: Thank you, Norm.
Neytiri: Thank you, Max.
Norm turns to the Chief and the Tshaìk.
Norm: Chief Tonowari. If it’s acceptable with you, my partner and I would like to stay to supervise Y/N’s condition . That way, we can make sure that Y/N is remaining alright and we can easily reach Jake and Neytiri in case things change.
Tonowari: I’ll allow it for as long as it is needed.
Ronal: I hope the boy gets better.
Ronal turns to Jake and Neytiri.
Ronal: I’m sorry for what I did when you first arrived from the jungles. I hope you can find the chance to forgive me for the disrespect I showed to your family.
Jake: It’s understandable for why you did it. It’s no problem.
Neytiri: I appreciate the apology. I’m just more worried about our son for the moment right now.
Norm: It’s best if everyone goes back home to get some sleep. There’s no reason to stay awake worrying about him when all we can do is let him wake up when he can.
— 3 months later —
We currently see Norm and Max taking notes on Y/N’s vitals when we see Kiri and Neteyam walk into the medical tent. The two went over to Y/N before they began telling him about the day and what happened, regardless of knowing that he probably couldn’t hear them. However; soon they saw Y/N move his hand for the first time in three months and they heard him groaning. Quickly, Neteyam ran out of the tent to find the entire family to notify them that Y/N was waking up from his coma while Kiri stayed behind to make her youngest brother was okay. Norm and Max quickly unplug Y/N from the medical equipment that he was hooked up to and took the respirator mask off of the hot when Y/N started taking very deep breaths of the salt air of the ocean in the late afternoon. Y/N finally opened his eyes, but there was a problem….
— Y/N POV
I finally felt myself in my body again as I slowly moved my hand, regaining control of my body. I let out a low groan as I started to take deep breaths to get air back into my lungs as I felt wires and a mask on my body when I started to get up. I soon felt the mask and wires being taken off of my body when I felt someone squeezing my hand. I opened my eyes, only to realize I could not see anything around me, but darkness around me. I am honestly a little freaked out at this, but I hear an unmistakable voice speak to me.
Kiri: Y/N! Thank Eywa that you’re alright.
I am immediately hugged by Kiri, but I worry as I can’t see anything at all. Kiri pulls away from me after hugging me.
Y/N: Kiri? Where are you? I can’t see anything.
Kiri: I’m right next to you, little brother.
I reach out to my right to feel nothing there and I sense Kiri tense up, realizing that something is significantly wrong.
Kiri: I’m to your left…..
I reach to my left and again I don’t feel anything. Kiri grabs my hand and brings it to where she said she was.
Kiri: Are you okay, Y/N?
Y/N: I’m honestly scared… I can’t see anything at all.
Norm: Hold on, Y/N. Let me check something.
— 3RD PERSON POV —
Norm grabs a tool that allows him to examine Y/N’s eyes. After a few minutes of examining his eyes, Norm knew that the boy was blind after seeing how his pupils reacted to the light. Just then, the rest of the Sully family walked into the medical tent when Norm finished his examination.
Norm: I was afraid of this…
Jake: Norm, what’s the situation?
Norm: It’s something to do with Y/N and I’m sure that none of you are going to like this.
The family preps themselves for whatever Norm has to say as Norm turns to them.
Norm: Sadly, Y/N has lost all usable vision in his eyes, causing him to go blind. I wish there was something we can do, but I don’t even know if this can be fixed to be honest.
Everyone looks horrified at the news that their son and brother has gone blind while Y/N slowly lets it sink in, accepting and coming to terms with his new condition.
Y/N: Well, what can I do now?
Norm: Well, you’ll need to have constant supervision due to your loss of sight. You will also need to adapt to being blind. I’m sure that your family will help.
Norm looks to the Sully clan and sees them quickly discuss something. He waits for them to finish and they turn back to him.
Jake: Is he okay to come home?
Norm: Yes, everything else is good to go with your boy.
Jake: I’m glad to hear that.
Neytiri: Y/N, come on, dear. Let’s get you home.
Neytiri goes to her son and helps him off the bed when Kiri and Lo’ak went to Y/N’s side and help him follow them back to their marui. Once Y/N was safely home at the marui, he was helped to sit down on the floor by Kiri and Neteyam and everyone in his family surrounded him.
Y.N: There’s something I want to tell you guys first before we do anything…
Jake: What is it?
Y/N: When my heart stopped, I was temporarily in the afterlife and I saw a few people up there. Mom, I saw Grandfather and Aunt Sylwanin. They miss you dearly. And they are watching over us. Dad, I saw Uncle Tom and he misses you too. Kiri, Grace told me that she is proud of how far you have come.
I could tell that everyone was shocked, even if I could not see the looks on their faces.
Jake: I’m glad you’re okay, though, Y/N. There’s so many things we should have done long ago.
Neytiri: We can not let you go on alone anymore, Y/N.
Kiri: Y/N. You’re not going through this by yourself. We’re all here for you.
Neteyam: We’re going to help you through this.
Lo’ak: We are all going to help you, bro.
Tuk: I’m here to help you, Y/N.
Y/N: Thank you.
My family all give me a big group hug and I smile widely, knowing that I’m not alone anymore and that I’m not going to be “Useless” or “Troubled” again.
The end.
And here’s for the people who wanted Y/N to die.
— 3RD PERSON POV, back at the rocks with the Sully family —
Y/N: I love you all…
Y/N closed his eyes with a feeling of peace as Jake takes his arms off of Y/N’s wounds and picks his son up in his arms. He feels his son’s pulse and feels the faint beat of Y/N’s heart and beckons Neytiri to help him hold their son. As Neytiri helps her mate hold their son and they hold him closely to their chests as they pray to Eywa for a miracle to happen. They soon feel Y/N’s heartbeat begin to slow even more before the beat fades entirely, signaling that Y/N has passed to the afterlife.
Neytiri: NOOO!! MY SON!!! MA Y/N!!
Neytiri bursts into tears and cries to Eywa for her son passing away while Jake just closes his eyes as he lets his tears fall down his face silently. Kiri, Tsireya, and Tuk were all in a group hug as they cried for the death of their brother and friend. Neteyam and Lo’ak just looked at each other before they then hugged each other and let their own tears fall. Spider did not know what to think, knowing his best friend is now gone by the hand of his “father”. After about five minutes, Jake composed himself and looked down to his now deceased son before he put his forehead against Y/N’s cold forehead. He pulls his head away after a minute before he silently picked up Y/N’s body and made his way to the water to make his way to his Skimwing when he sees Bel’lia poke her head up from the water and she makes a sad noise when she saw her rider’s body. Jake knew that Bel’lia would want one more moment with Y/N and signaled to Meytiri to take their son. Neytiri takes Y/N’s body from Jake and takes his body over to the white Skimwing before she sets the body down onto the rocks. Bel’lia puts her about against Y/N’s head and closes her eyes for a minute before she pulls away before gesturing to Neytiri to ride in her with Y/N’s body. Neytiri picks up Y/N’s body and settles his body onto Bel’lia’s back before she gets settled on her. Bel’lia then begins swimming back to the islands while Neytiri removes her son’s songcord and necklace from around his neck.
— 3RD PERSON POV, Y/N’s funeral at the Cove of the Ancestors —
Note: This was the song that originally played during Neteyam’s funeral in the movie so I thought it would fit here.
All of the Metkayina tribe was standing around as the Sully family along with Tsireya and Ao’nung brought their deceased loved one and friend on a small raft while Ronal and Tonowari recited an old and important message for a safe passage to the afterlife with Eywa. Kiri is trying her hardest not to cry as she looks at her youngest brother’s body while Spider squeezed her hand. She was the closest with Y/N for their shared live of nature and their connection to Eywa. Lo’ak and Neteyam look at their brother’s body in sadness, knowing they should have done more for their brother. Tuk looked at her big brother’s body and hugged his arm quietly. Neytiri was holding Y/N’s own songcord which now had seven beads around it and Y/N’s necklace that he received from Mo’at. The two new beads represent Y/N’s final greatest achievements in his last moments in life: Saving his sister and proving that he is truly one of the family, even if he was not aware of it. Neytiri began to sing Y/N’s songcord while Jake began to bring Y/N’s body towards the middle of the cove with his remaining children helping him move the small raft. Jake took his son’s body off the raft once they were in the middle of the cove and placed the body onto the surface of the water, allowing Y/N’s body to float on the surface. Tsireya then went over to her friend’s body before she placed a kiss onto Y/N’s cold lips, signifying the bond she hoped to have with him before he passed away. After Tsireya pulled away, Ao’nung placed Y/N’s knife onto his chest and brought both of Y/N’s arms to hold it against his chest before he nodded to the body of his now froemd, showing the respect that Y/N gained from Ao’nung for everything. From beating his ass to surviving the akula to saving his sister, Ao’nung had a great sense of respect for Y/N that he wished he could have shown him.
Y/N’s body then began to sink down into the water as everyone close by dove beneath the surface. Everyone watched in silence as Y/N’s body sunk down until he reached the base of the cove before his body was absorbed by the ocean floor. Everyone closed their eyes for a few moments to give Y/N their peace. Everyone except Jake and Neytiri swam back up to the surface while the two parents swam down to the Spirit Tree before they connected their queues to the Spirit Tree. Jake and Neytiri felt themselves be pulled out of their bodies and were transported to the realm where they can visit spirits. They look around them to see that they are at an open space with some sturmbeests drinking some water when they hear the noise of someone setting up something a bit away from them.
Jake and Neytiri looked up to where the noise was coming from and they saw their son laying prone on his stomach as he set up some sort of heavy bolt action rifle with a bipod stabilizing the barrel.

(The rifle in question)
Y/N was also currently wearing attire that looked very odd to both of his parents. He was dressed in a fully black tank top, camouflage shorts, and combat boots which make him look like a Sky-person. Y/N also looked much older than he was when he passed away, he looked to be like he just turned 21. Y/N finished setting up his rifle and got into position to where he was looking through his scope. He adjusted the rifle scope before he readied himself and slowly started to squeeze the trigger of his rifle. He fully pulled the trigger of the gun before the bullet he shot from his gun soared through the air until it met its mark in the side of one of the sturmbeests, hitting its heart: the giant herbivore immediately fell over dead before Y/N pulled away from his rifle scope and stared at his fresh kill. He turned to his left to see his parents looking at him in shock and smiled softly as he got up and made his way over to them. Once he reached them, he spoke.
Y/N: Hey Mom, hey Dad.
He is immediately pulled into a hug by his parents who hug him tightly and he returned the hug after a moment of catching his breath. He then feels some wet things hit his head so he looked up to see his parents were crying and their tears hit his head.
Y/N: Mom, Dad, come on, you don’t need to cry…
Neytiri: How can we not cry after seeing you when you passed away before our eyes?
Y/N: You need to be strong for the family. I’ll always be in your hearts.
Jake: I know, I know.
Y/N: I’ll always be here with you. Now, come on, let’s get to the sturmbeest I killed before it rots.
Y/N walks away from his parents as they begin to follow him to where his fresh kill is at. Y/N begins to carve the beast for meat using his knife and managed to cut enough for three plates for Jake, Neytiri, and himself. Once he finished, he went over to his camp setup not too far away from where he had setup his sniper position. Y/N sat down and began to cook the meat over a small fire that he had at his camp. Jake and Neytiri decided to sit down on a log that was near the fire as they waited until the meat was cooked thoroughly before Y/N passed them their plates of meat to them. The three began to eat the meat while Jake and Neytiri stole glances at their youngest son who looked so mature now. They were proud of the warrior their son became, even if this was just the afterlife.
Y/N: Mom, Dad, you can stop staring at me and just talk with me instead.
Jake and Neytiri looked up to see Y/N looking at them with his plate finished.
Jake: Why are you dressed like a human?
???: I can explain that.
??: I can explain that as well.
Jake and Neytiri turned to their left and saw Tom Sully and Grace Augustine in her human form walking up to the three as they sat down next to Y/N in some of the empty chairs that were at his camp setup. Y/N’s camp had a small setup of 6 chairs around it it with Y/N, Grace, and Tom sitting in three of them.
Jake: Tom?! Is that really you?!
Tom: It is, brother.
Tom and Jake both got up and embraced one another in a tight hug, happy to see each other’s twin brother after so many years. Grace then got up to embrace her friend that she also watched over for many years. Jake sat back down as Grace and Tom did the same.
Grace: We provided the clothes that Y/N is currently wearing. He decided to choose this for his afterlife as it shows the fruits of his labor through his self-taught skills with tools he knows to use.
Tom: He takes a lot after the both of you with his skill and his resourcefulness.
Neytiri: I’m proud of you, my son.
???: He has a lot for you both to be very proud of.
Jake and Neytiri hear a very familiar voice and saw it belonged to Neytiri’s father, Eytukan who was being followed by Tsu’tey and Sylwanin. The three Na’vi sat down in the remaining chairs around the for.
Neytiri: Father…
Neytiri got up and ran to her father, hugging him tightly as Sylwanin and Tsu’tey joined the group hug. Y/N smiled at the reunion between his mom and her family while Jake smiled silently. Neytiri pulled away from the group hug and sat back down on the log and everyone else sat back down in the remaining chairs.
Neytiri: Father. I’m so happy to se Eytukan again. I’m so happy to see you as well, Sister.
Eytukan: It’s very good to see you, my daughter. I’m proud of how far you have come with your family and efforts. Jake, you’ve done a great job with preserving your people.
Jake: Thank you.
Eytukan: But we have also come to talk about your boy.
Sylwanin: Your son has a long way with his journey. Even if you haven’t been there for him a lot.
Tsu’sey: You need to continue to watch out for the rest of your family. You can’t let what happened with Y/N happen to your other children.
Y/N: I do want to say something though.
Y/N got up from his chair and went over to the log where his parents were sitting and sat in between them before he grabs his mother’s left and and his father’s right hand.
Y/N: Mom, Dad. Even though you were not there for me a lot of the time throguhoit my life on Pandora. I still love you no matter what. The times I did get to spend with you, I hold each moment dearly in my heart. I love you both dearly and that I want you to know that I forgive you. Don’t blame yourselves for what has happened.
Y/N squeezed Jake and Neytiri’s hands before he let go, only to be pulled into a tight hug by his parents as they begin to cry, Y/N let his own tears silently fall as he felt everyone else joining in the group hug. After a few minutes everyone pulled away as Y/N stood back up and looked into his parents’s eyes.
Y/N: I’ll always be with you in your hearts and I will always be watching over the family. It’s time for you two to go. I love you, Mom. I love you, Dad.
Y/N gave them one more hug before Jake and Neytiri felt themselves be pulled back to the real world. Jake and Neytiri looked at each other in silence before they disconnected their queues from the Spirit Tree. They then swam up to the surface of the water and made their way to where their children are at.
Lo’ak: Mom, Dad, what was that about?
Jake: We saw your brother.
Neteyam: What happened?
Neytiri: He will always be watching over us no matter what happens and he will always be in our hearts.
The entirety of the Sully family all hug one another, happy to know that Y/N will always be with them as he watched over them. Vaguely off in the distance, we can see the ghostly presence of Y/N watching his family hug before he silently wiped a tear away from his eye, happy to know that he family will be stronger than ever.
The end.
Well, that’s the epilogue of my multi-part story. I’m happy with all the support my story has gotten so thank you to everyone that has left nice comments and likes on my works and I never expected to have people enjoy the story so much. I hope that this accommodated for both sides of the issue with Y/N’s end. I hope everyone did enjoy the epilogue as much I as I did writing it and I’ll admit, I did cry a little wheni I was thinking of the ideas for this. I currently do not have any ideas for what I want to write next so I’m hoping some people might leave some ideas in the comments. Thank you.
