hiii im not sure if you remember me, i would sometimes send in my silly thoughts after reading each chapter of your YSIK Kokushibo fic!! I’ve been super busy with exams/assignements recently so wasn’t able to read your previous 2 chapters. BUT O M G

When FN reached for Kokushibo’s hand when she was pretending to be asleep and yelled ‘stay’ I LITERALLY SHOT OUT OF MY BED LMAO like that caught me sooo off guard and i was literally screaming in my head like!!!!! That entire interaction i was dying because i rrly love FN’s interaction with Kokushibo, (even though she currently hates his guts LMAO) I was also surprised by his slight annoyance of having to talk to er, but i think maybe that’s because he’s just not accustomed to these things of like spending time with someone?? But then i was also feeling stressed because what if he’s suspicious of her 😭

Okay the second time i almost screamed aloud (its 3am for me HAHA) was when Shinobu, Mitsuri and the girls were on the mountain and then suddenly a cult member spoke to them LIKE I GOT SCARED I THOUGHT THEY GOT CAUGHT OMGGG😵‍💫 but the moments when Mitsuri is trying to communicate with Shinobu just feels so SAD, like she already lost one best friend and now her other friend is clearly struggling but wont open up to her :(

Transportes em Lisboa reportam poucas queixas sobre acessibilidade mas prometem melhorias

Os operadores de transportes públicos em Lisboa reportam poucas queixas sobre acessibilidade, mas garantem estar a trabalhar na melhoria dos serviços.

Qualquer pessoa que recorra a transportes públicos no dia a dia depara-se com elevadores e escadas rolantes avariados e com uma regular falta de informação sonora, que tem impacto na vida de todos, mas especialmente de quem tem mobilidade reduzida.

A Lusa acompanhou as deslocações de três pessoas nessa situação, que utilizaram o metro, o comboio e o autocarro, e depois questionou as principais empresas de transportes públicos em Lisboa sobre as acessibilidades dos serviços que prestam.

O Metropolitano de Lisboa lidera as reclamações, com 525 queixas sobre escadas mecânicas e 420 sobre elevadores em 2024, mais do que no ano anterior. "Este aumento deve-se, sobretudo, ao crescimento do número de equipamentos temporariamente inoperacionais devido a intervenções de substituição e modernização", justifica a empresa, em resposta à Lusa.

Ainda assim, ressalva, os elevadores registaram em 2024 um índice médio de disponibilidade de 85%.

À data de 18 de fevereiro, nove estações do Metro apresentavam "zonas sem som, prejudicando a transmissão de mensagens sonoras aos passageiros", o que se deve, "essencialmente, à antiguidade dos equipamentos e às consequentes falhas de 'hardware', cuja reparação tem sido condicionada pela dificuldade na obtenção e aprovisionamento de peças de substituição".

O plano de modernização em curso prevê que, até 2026, 93% das estações do Metro tenham acessibilidade plena.

Atualmente, os clientes pedem a utilização da rampa a um agente na entrada da estação. O funcionário acionará os procedimentos necessários para que, no destino, outro agente esteja à espera do passageiro com a rampa pronta para facilitar a saída do comboio. "Com a entrada em serviço do novo material circulante, esta necessidade será eliminada, uma vez que os novos comboios terão o piso nivelado com o cais, permitindo o embarque e desembarque de cadeiras de rodas elétricas sem assistência adicional (os utilizadores de cadeiras de rodas manuais não necessitam de rampas de acesso aos comboios)", destaca a empresa.

A Carris, serviço de transporte público rodoviário da cidade de Lisboa, recebe anualmente uma média de 160 queixas sobre manutenção ou avaria de rampas de acesso -- situação que a Lusa verificou no terreno, ao acompanhar um homem que se desloca em cadeira de rodas elétrica.

A transportadora reconhece "a existência de situações pontuais nestes equipamentos", garantindo que "está muito empenhada em melhorar as condições de acessibilidade" e que está "a implementar procedimentos internos de fiscalização mais ágeis e frequentes".

Segundo a Carris, a totalidade da frota de autocarros e elétricos dispõe de piso rebaixado, mas ainda há 20% que não têm rampa de acesso. Essa "frota mais antiga" está "progressivamente" a sair da operação e todas as aquisições têm em conta a acessibilidade, asseverou.

A Carris tem também um serviço especial de cinco autocarros adaptados, a que se deverão somar outros três até 2028, serviço que requer marcação prévia.

Já a Carris Metropolitana, rede de transporte público rodoviário de toda a Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, garante que 99,3% dos mais de 1.600 veículos que tem a operar estão equipados com rampas ou sistemas similares, cuja operacionalidade "é praticamente total".

Além disso, "todos os veículos afetos à frota" estão equipados com informação sonora no interior, que anuncia a aproximação das paragens. Sobre o facto de a Lusa ter feito uma viagem acompanhando uma pessoa cega num autocarro com a informação sonora desligada, a empresa atribuiu ao motorista do veículo a responsabilidade de acionar esse sistema.

Também em resposta à Lusa, a Transportes Metropolitanos de Lisboa (TML), que coordena a rede de transportes coletivos da área metropolitana e detém a marca Carris Metropolitana, referiu que está a trabalhar num plano de acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência, neste momento em fase de diagnóstico.

Em 2024, a TML registou 24.038 reclamações, 83 das quais sobre acessibilidade, sendo que apenas oito "diretamente relacionadas com mobilidade reduzida".

A empresa garante que exerce "pressão" sobre os operadores responsáveis pela operacionalidade das rampas e que monitoriza o serviço de transporte no terreno.

Já sobre avisos sonoros exteriores, que facilitariam a acessibilidade de pessoas cegas ou com baixa visão, a TML remete para os "limites rigorosos" da emissão de ruído em espaços públicos.

A CP - Comboios de Portugal recebeu 20 queixas em 2024, ano em que o número de estações acessíveis aumentou de 139 para 216, reconhecendo, porém, "falhas pontuais no sistema de avisos sonoros" a bordo das carruagens, que "estão identificadas".

O Serviço Integrado de Mobilidade -- que exige marcação prévia (pelo menos seis horas de antecedência) para pessoas em cadeiras de rodas e está condicionado "às estações e comboios que já se encontram adaptados para o efeito" -- registou 4.657 pedidos em 2024, um aumento de 27% face ao ano anterior.

Em resposta à Lusa, a CP assinala a intenção de "reduzir e eliminar, no futuro", a necessidade de marcação.

Nos percursos de longo curso, o serviço Alfa Pendular dispõe apenas de dois lugares por comboio para clientes em cadeira de rodas, enquanto o Intercidades só transporta pessoas em cadeira de rodas manual e "desde que esta se possa fechar".

Já sobre os acessos às plataformas, cabe à Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) dar resposta: com base em dados recolhidos em 14 de fevereiro, 12 equipamentos eletromecânicos, num total de 471, estavam parados, "com avaria superior a cinco dias".

Estimando uma taxa de 2,5% de avarias nos elevadores, a empresa atribui "99% dos problemas" nestes equipamentos a "mau uso e atos de vandalismo".

Em 2024, a IP recebeu 55 reclamações relativas a acessibilidades em estações ou apeadeiros, cerca de 5% do total de queixas sobre o serviço ferroviário.

Além destes transportes, existem 50 táxis licenciados pela Câmara Municipal de Lisboa (CML) para transportar pessoas com mobilidade reduzida (entre os mais de 3.000 táxis da cidade).

Porém, as operadoras de táxi sublinham a ausência de fiscalização das licenças e a Federação Portuguesa do Táxi (FPT) insta a autarquia a identificar "quantas destas estão a ser indevidamente usadas em transportes regulares" e também a "avaliar a necessidade" de aumentar essa frota especial.

Em resposta à Lusa, a CML recorda que "os táxis adaptados devem dar prioridade aos serviços solicitados por pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e seus acompanhantes" e adianta que está "em fase de estudo um novo regulamento" do exercício da atividade no município, que procurará "reforçar o controlo das condições dos veículos adaptados a pessoas de mobilidade reduzida, bem como da prestação de serviços solicitados".

Ainda que não haja valores exatos sobre o número de táxis MR -- Mobilidade Reduzida em Portugal (a CML não dispõe de informações sobre a procura), a FPT confirma que "a maior parte dos municípios não dispõe de viaturas licenciadas" para o efeito. Aliás, na Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, "apenas estão licenciadas viaturas em sete dos 18 municípios", originando deslocações iniciadas fora do concelho, "o que implica um agravamento dos preços", nota.

Na avaliação da FPT, o número de táxis MR disponíveis é reduzido, como comprova a "taxa de ocupação muito elevada" das viaturas licenciadas. Por isso, defende incentivos à utilização de viaturas adaptadas na exploração das licenças comuns já ativas, ao que a central Autocoope/Cooptáxis acrescenta o alívio dos custos de adaptação e manutenção destes veículos, que são "elevados".

A título de exemplo, os nove táxis adaptados que a Autocoope/Cooptáxis tem a funcionar em Lisboa responderam, em janeiro de 2025, a 248 serviços, numa média de 28 serviços por carro. "A quantidade atual de viaturas adaptadas não consegue dar resposta à crescente procura", constata a empresa.
