A young man walked through the forest,
with his quiver and hunting bow.
He heard a young girl singing,
and followed the sound below.
There he found the maiden,
who lives in the willow.
He called to her as she listened,
from a ring of toadstools red.
"Come with me my maiden,
come from thy willow bed"
She looked at him serenely
and only shook her head.

See me now, a ray of light in the Moondance
See me now, I cannot leave this place
Hear me now, a strain of song in the forest
Don’t ask me, to follow where you lead

“See me now
A ray of light in the moon dance
See me now
I cannot leave this place
Hear me now
A strain of song in the forest
Don’t ask me to follow where you lead.”
The song "The Willow Maid" gives me major Sladick vibes, ok?

Lady of Sleep and Festivities
Eternal Sugar Cookie based on Saint Trina (Elden Ring) and The Willow Maid (Erutan and Celtic Mythology)
Crediting @cuppajj because their idea of Celtic Mythology for Silent Salt reminded me of the Willow Maid by Erutan
My idea of this is combining Saint Trina of Elden Ring because she(he??) is a sleeping flower and Eternal Sugar is the Beast of Sloth sooooo
As for why the Celtic Mythology: I feel like the Willow Maid song has captured something I headcanon for Eternal Sugar Cookie which is that she became a Beast by being sought after for her beauty and powers (as she was the holder of the Virtue of Happiness).
So I find that her story could be tied into Erutan's story/music while also embodying Saint Trina's sleepy atmosphere.
Notes:
Eternal Sugar has Hollyberry's Soul Jam and her own
She is nakey because most fae or in myths with nymphs are nakey but I covered her!
Like St.Trina, she can lure cookies to sleep and force them to fall into a deep coma. And if Mystic Flour Cookie is with her, then she can turn the sleeping cookies into flour.
And I think her voice would be closer to Irish Gaeilge and she speaks like everyone in Elden Ring.
Her massive flower is inspired by Weeping Begonia flowers!

See Me Now. I Cannot Leave This Place
@askthetwistedmind:
Henry was still quite new the the Officer's Academy, still not accustomed to the layout. He had yet to explore most of it, unused to how large the monastery was. However, he had begun to hear a rumor of an underground community, one full of danger and outcasts, known as Abyss.
The very sound of that filled him with a giddy feeling, and he couldn't help but wonder whether he would find people similar to him there. It wasn't as though he was very integrated into society in the first place; he joined the Shepherds to fight, as he did with the Plegian army before that. When he saw no use fighting for Plegia, he defected, marked a traitor by the kingdom. He was no use to society, but he was at least of use to the battlefield, where he much preferred to spend his time.
Due to this, he had found himself now sneaking out of his dorm at night in order to try to hunt down this so-called Abyss with nothing but the faint moonlight and some offhand rumors to guide him. He knew it must have been fairly well hidden if it was only a rumor, but certainly an entire community under the monastery couldn't remain completely hidden.
That was the hope he held onto as he prowled through the monastery grounds, keeping an eye out for anything that may hint of the rumored area's existence.
Thankfully for him, after what seemed like (and perhaps was) hours of searching, he caught a glimpse of what seemed to be torchlight near one of the cold, stone walls of the monastery. The light faded as if moving away, but Henry was swift to follow it.
Keeping track of the torch, Henry approached the wall, and realized that there seemed to not only a hole in the wall, covered by a bush, but a staircase leading down into the, well... Abyss. That had to be it.
Henry felt his heart began to pound as he walked down the stairs, excitement flowing through his veins as he plunged himself into the wonderful unknown. This was bound to be good.
Abyss was cold by night, and even darker than it was during the day, or at least it seemed that way to Anankos. No sunlight ever reached this place either way, but the darkness had become fit for him. He did not deserve to have such precious rays waste their glow on someone like him. He did not deserve the kindness of their light.
He sighs, nervous hands running through long pools of blue that poured over his shoulders. It had gotten even longer lately, unkept and curled from the humidity below the ground. And yet he doesn't care to keep it nice and tidy, because that would protray the image of a god who was long gone. He was messy, broken and tangled up in his own troubles. And-
Anankos startles as one of the secret entrances slams open, letting out a very unbecoming squeak of terror. What a fool he was, so easily scared by everything around him. But perhaps that was his punishment, a reminder that he will never be a whole again, that he can never be as perfect as people once thought he was again.
The boy who emerges from the entrance is... not what Anankos expected. His white hair sparkles against the light of the torches, like the faint glow of moonlight against the ocean waves. But, he looks all too excited to be down here. Goodness, why did Anankos only ever seem to encounter the ones who were strange enough to either accidentally wander down into Abyss or were dumb enough to head down there themselves? Just for once... couldn't he get to know someone who wouldn't scare him out of his mind?
"Er... h-hello? Have you gotten lost? I'm sorry, but most people don't care to come down here in the dead of night with such an expression on their face. My deepest apologies though if you were seeking this place out! I certainly don't mean to offend you...!"
