"Please, Nat, let's go play around,” you beg her while following her down the stairs. Their mom adopted you a year ago, seeing you in the street trying to make amends to feed yourself and survive another day in the street.

“Your mom said we could play or bike around, please? ”You give her puppy eyes that you know she can't say no to.

"Fine, fine,” she groans, but you jump on happiness and quickly drag her to the garage to get yours and her bike around the neighborhood.

You smile while biking side by side; you never imagine your life will be like this. I mean, you grow up on the street with no one, stealing people’s food, money, clothes, or anything else you can use to exchange for some money.

You were 6 years old when you learned how to steal things, but when you reach the age of 9, you steal something from Melina, but she catches you. She's hesitant at first to get you arrested or put you in the system, but you beg her to let you go, and that's when she decided to adopt you right there and then, and now it's been a year since that day.

Sure, you try to run away after a few days of staying with them, but after a few days away from them, you realize that it's much better to live with them and their strict rules, and you push yourself to adapt to their lifestyle. 

At first, Melina's daughters disagree, but with the command of their father, they don't have a choice but to accept it, so they try to get to know you until they accept you and become friends with them.

Even though Melina didn't get the papers for you to be their legal daughter by law, they still treat you like family, and you're happy to be a part of their family.

But Yelena’s sister, Natalia, is the one who makes you stay with them; she's kind, caring, and looking out for you, even if she tries to hide it.

She also catches your eyes, which makes you want to look at those emerald eyes forever. It's mesmerizing you where you sometimes zone out.

But the happy life quickly washed away when Melina and Alexei took the three of you to the Red Room. You thought it would be fine, but once they took you away, you knew that the happy life you had was now over.

“I don't want to be here, Nat,” you whisper, whimpering in the middle of the night, where only you and Nat are awake. Yelena, beside your bed, is sound asleep.

“It's ok, shh,” Nat whispers to you and reaches out to touch your face and wipe your tears. She wants to hug you and cradle you, but the handcuffs on her right hand are preventing her from doing it.

“We will get out, I promise. I’ll get you out of here. Now stop crying,” she whispered, and you nodded and made yourself comfortable.

“Promise? ”She nodded, smiling at you while she squeezed your hand.

“I promise,” she whispers, then kisses the back of your hand.

You sigh in relief, finding a safe place and comfort in the Red Room after everything you've been through for over 9 years. She still provides you comfort and a safe place, and you already fall for her, and so does she. Even though she won't admit it, she still loves you deep inside.

As long as she's here with you, you'll be okay at the end of the day. Even if your foot will bleed again from ballet, you killed someone, or they give you a punishment, you know you will be okay, and you've been holding on to Nat’s promise over the years that someday you three will be free.

But again, you should have learned the first time that not everything will stay the way it is and that promises—as someone says—are meant to be broken, and they are right.

Promise really meant to be broken, like how Natalia broke hers, how she just left you behind those bars, locked up, begging her to let you come with her.

"Natalia, please don't…don't leave me here.” You begged her when she turned around to leave this place and start her new life.

"Nat, please, I don't want to be here anymore. Please let me come with you, please.” You cry out for her, so she turns around again and puts her hands on your cheeks while she tries not to cry like you, and she smiles at you.

“I’ll come back for you, I promise... I will be back, ok? ”She whispered, swallowing the lump in her throat.

“No, no, please, Nat.” You grip her wrist, not letting her go, but she forces herself to get her wrist back and turns around.

“NAT NO…PLEASE….YOU PROMISED…NATALIA,” you scream, bagging the metal bars and watching her walk away from your sight until she's gone, so you drop on your knees and cry to yourself.

You just wish that you didn't make a little mistake on your ballet so you wouldn't be here in this cell alone, that maybe you're now with Natasha getting out of here.

But you still hold on to another promise, the promise she didn't—again—fulfill, and you're so stupid to believe that she will come back for you.

If you have a thought past in the RedRoom, now your life in there is hell. Since Natalia escaped, they put more security, they doubled the training, and you—your life has become hell.

Why? Since she escaped, you've become the target of everyone. When you were sleeping, they tried to suffocate you. Since the handcuffs are now gone, they can do whatever they want.

They even beat you up, and for the high staff of the Red Room, gosh, they also give you a hard time. They believe that you know the whereabouts of Natalia, so they tortured you.

Drown you, beat you up, hand you up with your hands tied up on your back, and do everything they can to break you, but since you didn't say anything, they turned you into one of the greatest black widows on your program.

And since then, you hate Natalia; you blame her for everything that had happened to you, so you become, though, a cold-hearted person and a killer machine. Dreykov wants

“Uhuh…you're ready! ”He smirked, standing on his chair behind his long table, where you were standing in front of him, emotionless. 

“You've become the greatest widow I can imagine! ”He then lights up his tobacco and goes around his table and to your back, whispering in your ear.

“One of my pride and joy,” he giggled to himself, then went in front of you and sat on his table. 

“What do you think about a mission—a highly top mission, huh? ”He then took a folder, looking inside to see if it's the file he's talking about.

“I’m gladly accepting whatever mission needs to be done, sir,” you said in monotone, so he gave you the folder, and you took it.

“That's what I wanted about you; no second guessing,” he says, smirking and urging you to open up and take a look at the mission he's given you.

When you read what it is, your heart stops for a few seconds, a feeling you didn't know you would be feeling again, but thanks to the training you had, you cover it up pretty well, and then you close the folder and look at Dreykov.

“I will not let you down, sir.” 

“That's what I wanted to do here; no, go and prepare.” With that, you get out of his office and go get the things you need for the mission, to kill Natalia.

“Update to everybody? ”Steve said on the coms while he brought down four guards of the Red Room.

“Clint, east wing”

“Tony, east sky.”

“Thor, at the Helipad.”

“Lower ground in the north, Wanda.”

“Top south, Clint.”

Everybody took their update, but Nat and Steve's hearing nothing makes him worried about the redhead—not that he didn't trust her and her abilities, but still, that's his teammates in the field, fighting. 

“Nat, update? ”He reminded her, and after a few minutes, she replied.

"Underground.” Then Steve nodded to himself and went back to fighting the enemy.

“Augh! ”Natasha then coughs up the dust when she tries to open the locked gate of one of the cells in the underground. 

“I think there's no one here,” she mumbles to herself, and when she turns around and walks a few steps to go back up, there's a sound, coming to the end of the hallway, a cough. It's not audible since she's far from the source, but she's a spy, and her senses are highly activated every time.

So she quickly took her gun out, pointed to the hallway in case someone suddenly jumped on her, and slowly and carefully walked towards the sound.

Then she pointed her gun inside when she finally got to the last cell at the end of the hallway, seeing a woman tied up in the chair, blood and deep, superficial wounds littering all over her body.

She quickly put her gun down and slowly but surely walked closer, but once she's close enough to see her body up close, she freezes, seeing the birthmark on her shoulder. 

“Y/N? ”You then scoff, recognizing her voice—the same voice you've despise the most, the same voice you wanted to get revenge on.

"Natalia,” you look up at her eyes—the same eyes you've adored for years, the same eyes that gave you comfort and a safe place before, but now? Now all you see and feel is her broken promises and the betrayal she has done.

When you look into those eyes for the past few months, all you see is you being tortured over and over again. You wanted her to feel the same way you felt.

You wanted to kill her with your bare hands, but every time you tried to, she dodged it. She always fought back. She will always be greater than you.

That's why you're here now, bleeding to death because you can't kill her, so Dreykov chooses to slowly kill you, making sure to make you feel how unworthy and a failure you are that you couldn't kill the black widow herself.

“What are you waiting for, huh? ...You can now kill me,” you snarl at her. Your left eye is blurry because of the swelling and bruise, and your eyes are bleeding, making it harder to open your eye.

“No, don't say that…” Natasha quickly put her gun to her holster and kneeled in front of you, inspecting every inch of your body, making her shudder in horror.

“What have they done to you? ”She looks up at your eyes; her eyes are glistening with tears, not wanting to cry in front of you, but once you see the pity in her eyes, you scoff.

“Don’t act like you don't like what you're seeing.” You then cough up blood, making you feel even weaker than before.

“Wh-what? What are you talking about? ”She's worried that seeing coughing up blood makes her blood run cold.

“It breaks me seeing you like this,” she then proceeds to untie you while, deep inside her, she's panicking.

“You don't have to pretend like you fucking care! ”You weakly growl, getting angry at the moment.

“I do, I do care, my love, I do,” she firmly said, looking up at you. Her eyes say it all, and now tears run down her cheek, but you don't have anything in you to believe her, maybe because you already learned your lesson and don't want to be fooled once again.

“Really? Then why did you leave me here? Huh? ”Natasha, swallow the lump on her throat and go back, untying you to avoid the question.

“Why didn't you come back like you promised? ”And since your body weight is all forward, Natasha caught you when your limp body got freed from the restraint.

“I waited for you, like a fucking dog waiting for their master to come back! You betrayed me! ”She then put you down, taking you on her lap.

“And don't you fucking dare call me'my love'? I’m not the same person you once knew! ”You spat; you wanted to push her or get out of her arm—the same arms that calm you down—but now it feels like burning.

“Shhh…. You'll be OK. I promise. I’m here now…I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.” She sniffs and wipes away her tears while she caresses your cheek, and then again you cough more blood.

“No, you're not fucking sorry, and we both know your promise meant nothing! If it's not, you should have gotten me out of here the first time, like you promised! ”She hugged you while tears streamed down her face.

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, Y/N, I’m sorry,” she keeps chanting while your breathing is shallow and you're slowly losing consciousness, and Natasha notices it.

“No, Y/N, don't close your eyes... Please...” She quickly taps her intercoms to send someone to her.

“Wanda, Tony, Steve, anybody, I need back up ASAP.” She then keeps tapping your cheeks to keep you awake.

“Hang on, my love... You're going to be okay; just keep your eyes open, please. I'm not going to leave you. Again, just please...keep your eyes open,” she whispered, beg caressing your cheek like she did before.

“You know that I fucking hate you?”She gasped, hearing it from your own mouth.

“I fucking want to hurt you…..I wanted to hurt you like you hurt me. I want to make you feel what they have done to me! ”You look up at her eyes, tears streaming down both sides of your faces.

“Because you fucking left me here alone! ....I begged you…I called out for you. I even waited for you to come back…but you never came…you didn't fulfill your promises. Instead, you turned your back on me. You left and left me here alone, suffering.” You put your hand on top of her cheek and squeezed it the best you could.

“I was scared, Natalia. I’m scared, and you're not there anymore…I’m always scared” You put all of your strength on your hand to take her hand, move it to your lips, kiss her palm, and put it back on your cheek, squeezing it.

“I know… I know, and I’m sorry, my love….I’m sorry I left you behind….I’m sorry. I didn't mean to leave you, I didn't mean to.” She cries out, and you smile at her, a genuine smile you never did for over a year, but Natasha quickly panics when you close your eyes and your hand drops.

“No…no no no…please dekta…open your eyes…please I’m begging you…open your eyes” she tried…she tried to wake you up but you didn't show any sign of waking up, and now every second the warmth of your body is fading and thinking of them makes her wanna die too, instead she hugged and rocked you back and forth while she cried, savoring the warmth of your body that she knows she'll never feel again.

“I’m so sorry, my love,” she whispers, putting her cheek on yours, and that's when Wanda barges into the room, worried.

“Nat? ”Wanda stopped on her track, hearing and seeing Nat cry.

“What happened? ”She slowly walks towards her and keeps a distance to give Natasha some space.

It broke Wanda seeing her like this; she knows her as a tough, wise, and smart woman who never shows any weaknesses or lowers her ground, but now that Wanda sees her at her lowest, it breaks her.

“She's gone,” Natasha chokes at her own words. It hurts to admit it and get it out of her own mouth that you're gone. She knows she has to accept it whether she likes it or not

Ok, I know there are fics where Hob rescues Calliope...But I REALLY want to see a fic where, after he rescues her, she offers him some kind of boon. Hob finds out she is a Goddess and his request is to be friends. He explains his own immortality and how he is lonely because the only other immortal he knows (who he is in love with), he only sees every 100 years and didn't show up to their last meeting due to a fight. Her and Hob become friends and commiserate on their love lives (Hob being in love with his Stranger and Calliope still being in love with her Ex) without REALIZING it's the same person. Eventually they fall into their own romance/FWB situation, completely understanding that part of the others heart belongs to that other person. Then, Dream escapes and shows back up. Hob tells him about her without actually saying her name, and Dream in turns ends up telling him about his own Ex. Dream feels jealous (without realizing it maybe?) But the conversation prompts him to visit Calliope to make amends. He finds out she has a lover now, but she never says it's Hob, and resolves to be a good friend to her. Hob and Calliope commiserate about their other person showing up and end up deciding that they are fine simply remaining friends, and make plans to help each other as a wingman/wingwoman. Except when the first plan is put into action, Dream shows up and they both realize it's the SAME PERSON. Hob and Calliope sit there panicking and Dream is confused before realizing they must be the lovers the other was referring to. Dream leaves the meeting feeling conflicted that the 2 people he loves have forsaken him for each other, and happy that 2 of the people he loves most have found happiness in each other. Hob and Calliope proceed to have a freak out together before realizing they don't have to lose each other, they can just BOTH seduce Dream. (I like the idea of their freak out being in public and a bystander just interrupting with "you know...poly relationships are a THING"...and maybe thay bystander is Desire in discuise *evil cackle*) Thus begins their attempt to seduce the IDIOT they are both in love with while Dream tries his best to not let his own feelings break up his friends relationship. Probably takes them practically jumping him at the same time for him to FINALLY UNDERSTAND. And the story ends with Hob/Dream/Calliope all being happy together.

After many, many long years… Sun Wukong, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven… has retired, actually!

Our lovable Sage is kicking around wherever he pleases (with a strange shadow following him about), leisurely traveling the world and enjoying everything that it has to offer. He stops for fans and scholars alike, signing autographs and answering questions.

The ginger-furred simian especially enjoys visiting different zoos and aquariums to admire the animals- and they seem to like him, too. Old Sun also stops by local pastry shops pretty often, looking for something sweet and made of peaches. He’s got his photo hung on at least two dozen walls by now.

He’s got a pretty good thing going now. Wukong is more than content- he’s happy.

Of course, our powerful King’s not just going to leave an entire life behind.

He’s got a new kiddo to dote on, after all!

Yeah, this man adores you. Every other week or so he’ll come zooming in on his mystic cloud, blazing into view with a shower of vaporous mist trailing behind him.

‘Sun Yeye’, as he’ll frequently call himself, comes bearing gifts and stories. He’s in a better place both mentally and socially, and he’s grown more comfortable with physical contact- somewhat. He’ll ruffle your hair and ply you with something expensive or unhealthy, then bound off to chat with his loyal monkey subjects.

And… there’s someone with him?

As ever, this little rat is mostly unrepentant and prone to lurking about in the shadows. Still training and eavesdropping and scheming, just a little less cruel about it.

He’s slowly becoming a better person, off journeying with Wukong and learning about everything he’d missed while stuck in the underworld.

But Macaque doesn’t get to have ‘cool uncle/granddad’ title that the Monkey King has been bestowed, I’m afraid. After all, where Wukong was willing to accept his wrongs and shortcomings and actively work on them, Mac just kinda… gets away with his bullshit without ever trying to making amends.

MK keeps him at a full arm’s length from you, considering the sable simian to be not only a bad influence, but a dangerous one.

But, theoretically, if Macaque were to:

1. Apologize to every person he’s hurt

2. Make reparations for all the destruction that he’s caused

3. Acknowledge his own shortcomings and mistakes and try to become better

Then he might consider allowing you and ‘Uncle Macaque’ to meet up. Just for an hour.

Maybe.

As always, Pigsy maintains his grumpy fervor for cooking and serving, but in a far more lowkey fashion than before. Mei helped to hook him up with topnotch streaming equipment, allowing the chef to start a personal channel where he teaches beginner’s to prep basic meals and take care of their equipment.

He’s found some degree of fame with it, spreading his culinary skills across the internet, which quickly comes to love him.

And speaking of love- Y/N. Oh, how this man cherishes you.

MK gave him a grandbaby.

Ok, so he was a little worried at first. Pigsy thought that his son had gotten someone pregnant (irrational, but he was still worried!) and now was raising the kiddo as a single father.

Once all that has been cleared up, our favorite chef settles into the “granddad” role admirably, tending to you as he did to little MK.

He comes over every Friday to make a family meal for the three of you, and Tang always tags along- usually with a book that he thought you might like.

Although MK’s relationship with Mei has grown notably… strained, the two still keep in touch. She’s grown to be a massive streamer, and frequently competes in city-wide races as something of a celebrity. A decent chunk of her hard-earned cash goes to local charities or is spent sponsoring young racers that she sees worth in.

Mei is super dedicated to seeing the city grow healthier and happier, opting to visit and buy from only local stores and restaurants. She gives very fair reviews and often causes surges of growth for whatever business she stops in to check out.

She still finds time to game with MK on occasion, trying to bridge the gap that’s grown between the two in recent times. It’s not a phenomenal success, but they have fun and part on decent terms.

For what it’s worth, they’d both still go crazy if the other was injured.

Also, Auntie Mei??? Bringing you fun games and snacks and getting you a custom motorcycle helmet for the rides she takes you on (away from the crowded city streets, of course) and telling you embarrassing stories about MK.

(Also also, Goldendragon?? Moving apart from being friends and then reconciling into being lovers? Or even Chimera? In that final case Y/N is absolutely screwed.)

Mr. Tang, as always, remains a dedicated scholar and mooch. He’s still spending every day by Pigsy’s side and sampling his food, but now he’s got an audience eagerly watching his every bite. The internet loves this man, both for his honest enthusiasm for food and for his interesting historical lectures.

Tang switching from calmly explaining the history of jajangmyeon to outright squealing about how damn good the dish is the moment he takes the first bite.

Him and Pigsy have moved in together at this point, sharing the streaming equipment for both cooking videos and history lessons. They absolutely share the same channel.

(I cannot think of a name for what that channel would be called. Delicious History? Culinary Chronicles? Past and Produce? Freenoodles?)

I think that Tang would read to you as he did MK, sharing stories both old and new to keep you updated on the dangers you might face.

So much bonding over food. With MK’s permission, he takes you out to different stalls and shops to broaden your horizons. It also helps to build your social skills and the sense of community you feel with the locals.

Also, those Golden Cicada powers? He busts them out whenever you’re in danger, wrapping you in a sphere of glittering light. Actually pretty good at keeping you safe, all things considered.

The pacifistic view that Sandy has inherited is explored a bit more in this AU, with MK coming to view it as selfish, if not outright stupid.

If an enemy needs to be fought, pacifism is pointless. It’ll only get you and your friends hurt, refusing to fight when your assistance is needed the most.

If an enemy doesn’t need to be fought, every sane person becomes a pacifist temporarily to solve the issue in a non-violent way.

And in a world like Lego Monkie Kid? When fighting is frequent and necessary?

People are absolutely going to look at explicit non-combatants in a certain way.

The real value that Sandy finds in pacifism isn’t strictly for himself- he also doesn’t want to hurt anyone else or go too far in a fight, which are both reasonable. There’s nothing inherently wrong with his refraining from violence.

The main problem is that MK just doesn’t believe that Sandy would be able to protect you if you were in actual danger. Would he run away with you in his arms? Yes. Would he stuff you somewhere safe and force you to hide? Also yes. Would he take someone on, hand-to-hand for your safety?

It’s way harder to be sure. All visits are supervised just in case of a surprise attack

You, on the other hand? You adore this man. Sandy is great for the soul, giving you a chance to drop the training drills and stretches and pick up a paintbrush and put on some music. Also, kitties? Falling asleep on his couch and waking up covered in therapy cats with a cup of tea left within reach.

He’s just so good to you, and a perfect display of what healthy familial behavior actually is.

Here’s another person MK has soured his view of- Red Son. Given that he falls square into the “instead of actually becoming a better person, I gave up on being evil” category, our hero doesn’t have much fondness for the fiery demon.

Red has settled into life on the outskirts of Megapolis, working as an engineer/mechanic. If you’ve something strange/dangerous to build or fix, he’s your man. A fair price, and he doesn’t even ask questions.

His parents, who often visit, absolutely will. DBK leering down at you as you try to explain that an enemy threw a brick through the window of your tuk-tuk and if your mentor finds out he’s going to go full demon-hunter. PIF raising one eyebrow slowly as you trudge in covered in bruises, a new set of blueprints tucked under your arm.

The evil->helpful but menacing pipeline is real.

If you doesn’t know how to drive, Red’s a good bet for a teacher… if you can handle the yelling. Hit him with an ‘Uncle Red’ and he’ll loosen up a bit.

Also, taking into account his little insulting nicknames he has, like Noodle Boy?

Give that MK treats you like his own child, and may well even outright adopt you under certain circumstances-

You are absolutely getting called ‘Noodle Baby’.

(I’m admittedly not a fan of Spicynoodles, but that dynamic would be somewhat interesting to explore here. MK giving this one villain the ‘redemption’ card, not because Red Son has earned it, but simply because… MK likes him. It would be one hell of an angle for Y/N to attack him with.)

Omg ok ok hello! I had this huge rant in my head about sy and sn so pls feel free to ignore it, but I love your writing so much and it gives me some STRONG FEELINGS. First of all it surprised me that I like the way you write y/n cuz she doesn't become a "bitch" after the whole deal with Gojo and have some elaborate revenge plan, but she is also not a goody two shoes (even if she stayed with Gojo earlier but she had a lot of external pressure to stay in the marriage). Not that those tropes are necessarily bad but it's just more realistic this way. She's just a person who has been deeply hurt and is trying to do right by others. Even if she has made big mistakes, she still wants to make up for them cuz she's not completely in the right either. Also getting bashed by everyone for trying to make amends/ not following their advice regarding you own life; while very triggering for me (lol) is also just such a natural reaction. Not right, just natural. When things get out of people's hands and they want to blame someone for it, they often go for the one who is actually trying and won't retaliate if for nothing than to just keep the peace. Also wanting people to understand your side of the situation yet feeling undeserving of it at the same time because of your mistakes is UGHHH I feel like you do that so well! It's amazing but genuinely heartbreaking to see how far Satoru has come as a person too. Also when he thinks about how he wants to be a better person for Akemi IT MADE ME WANT TO PUT MY HEAD THROUGH A WALL... cuz WHY COULDN'T HE BE LIKE THAT FOR US!!! At the same time we have moved on without him, so if we are allowed that luxury then why isn't he? It's just so ANGSTY AND SO SO GOOD! Because we love Satoru we always will but he had a chance and he fricked it over terribly! So it would be idiotic to go back to him but at the same time the heart yearns for him. This is a side tangent but whenever any character says "this is not like you", "you have changed, this isn't how you'd act" makes me so MAD lol (maybe bc I am triggered?) But these guys WATCHED MY GIRL GO THROUGH SOME HORRIFIC SHIT AND STILL EXPECT HER TO NOT BE PERMANANTLY AND IRREVERSIBLY CHANGED???!! ;-;; IDK what they want from her oof >.< I do think Akemi is a shitty friend but I can't bring myself to hate her completely. Sera is also such an interesting character. She has a lot of traits that I admire a lot. Her resourcefulness and complete and utter pride/confidence and being unashamed to ask for things/ stand up for herself (even when she is wrong) is something I wish I had sometimes. Still wanna stick her head through a toilet tho and yet when a person who slept with a married man can see the bloody violation of girls' code that is sleeping with your bff's EX HUSBAND oh BOY you should KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG. I have no strong feelings for Toji (cuz I don't like him much anyways but that's just personal bias XD )but I do think his anger and frustration is well founded especially since he runs over whenever the reader needs him. He's so supportive and invested and honestly he deserves someone who can give that back to him. It's kinda sad but then again I don't like him much to begin with lol.

OH AND THE ENDING OF THE LAST CHAPTER IS SOOOOO PAINFUL. To always be the second choice even for YOUR SON OHHH MAN I'D RATHER YOU PUT A KNIFE THROUGH MY HEART ;-;

All in all I hate how much I love this series and love to hate these characters and take out my repressed anger on them cuz I can't do that irl. This series is my Roman Empire lol. It's so painful, yet so beautiful and it makes you FEEL so many things and yet hold out hope for things to become better. I love this, love you and your writing- ok mwah bye bye (and thank you if you read this rant put together by my post nap, barely coherent brain) I have so much more that I want to say. I can write essays about this series and how it uses so many technically "cliche" tropes but it is anything but cliche . Truly some of the best angst I have read like ever!

(Also. I was searching for Christmas fics in my bookmarks just because the Christmas fics are usually the ones that are short and sweet, but now I’m really in the mood for Christmas how dare you Anon)

“Office-Appropriate” by cursedwurn: A hilarious Halloween fanfic that I adore. Featuring all the prosecutors in different costumes. Has an office sitcom type feel (People are seriously, SERIOUSLY, missing out on writing a prosecutors office sitcom type deal. For some reason, sitcom style doesn’t work for the Wright Anything Agency and mainly only works with the Prosecutors Office)

“Disrupting The Calendar” by 3musketears: Also a cute Christmas fic. I’m currently trying to find fics that are short and sweet and I found this one again in my bookmarks and as I started reading it to check if it was good I just kept getting into it and reading it. So yeah, good fic!

“Germination” by Ekat: I JUST READ THIS ONE. Omg, it’s soooo adorable. And absolutely hilarious. You just have to read it, really. It’s short and you can probably guess the real plot from a mile away but I don’t wanna spoil anything because I was so happy when I figured it out. It’s adorable.

“Court Record Companion” by rib14: I Remmeber revealing in this fic when I first read it. I’m also a big sucker for certain fics where the story is told by posts, texts, tweets and photos during the course of the story. There’s something so absolutely funny about it.

“Support Player” by Pirate_Jenna: A really good Larry centered fic. I have already mentioned in detail about how Larry has been done bad in lots of fics and in the games, so I am very partial to fics that are centered on “Good Friend Larry”. BECAUSE HE IS.

“Meet Me Down The Aisle” by bluemoodblue: I’m a true sucker for wedding fics, and this one takes the wedding cake! I’m also a sucker for wedding fics that go wrong. And this one also takes the wedding cake!

“This Christmas (I’m Gonna Risk It All)” by Samiolioli (Samioli): A really cute Christmas fic taking place during a holiday party! It’s all about Phoenix confronting his feelings for Miles, and I remember it being hilarious.

“Not What I Expected” by motivationisfortheweak: A Valentine fic set in an alternate universe where Miles and Phoenix go to high school together. Short and sweet, but Phoenix is sooo dense.

“Monster Movie Monday” by contritecacite: A breakaway from the norm! A Klavier centered fic about him getting a boyfriend and making amends with one Phoenix Wright.

“There Is Time To Kill” by realizationtime: Oh, oh bbg. You weren’t survive after this fic. “Maybe we were never meant to be older than nine”.

“A Fool For You” by bluemoodblue: ADORABLE!! It’s a Narumitsu one. I loved this one when I read it. It’s so funny and so perfectly them. Read it.

Ok so, there’s a couple that I personally really like but can’t find in my bookmarks. There’s this one where Miles and Phoenix are stuck in a mall during Christmas, it’s a newer one I know that. It’s absolutely adorable and I fully recommend it if you can find it.

There’s also a really cute one that I remember with Miles and Phoenix as kids making each other Valentines cards, and there’s even a very lovely sequel where they’re older and Trucy finds the card in Phoenix’s stuff! It’s not recent, but I read it recently. It’s very adorable.

Another fic I really like is one where Miles is a worker at a prestigious art museum and gets fired. Then he moves to a small town and ends up with Phoenix as a roommate. It’s actually really, REALLY adorable and pretty funny too. It gives me warm fuzzy sunflower vibes.

OK SO there’s this fic that I remember reading a long while ago, and it’s this one where Phoenix and Miles go to a Steel Samurai orchestra concert and make proposing to each other into a competition. It’s pretty hilarious and I fully recommend it if you ever end up finding it.

AND LASTLY (I think) there’s this fic that’s pretty unknown? I think? It’s absolutely CRAZY. I had no idea what was happening when I was first reading it. I really don’t wanna spoil any details in case you find it on your own. But long story short, through mystical Magatama fuckery, Phoenix and Miles end up in their own weird, fucked up worked where they’ve forgotten all their memories and are married. Characters like Trucy, Gumshoe and a lot of the others try to get them out of their own heads and it’s soooo cool and I read it pretty recently but I can not for the life of me find it. It’s really good and super interesting. Has the exact same vibes as “Perfect” by SideBlog (so if you find it, Fic Anon, I full heartedly recommend it)

ALSO IF ANYONE KNOWS THE FICS IM TALKING ABOIT IN THIS SECTION. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DIRECT ME. They’re soooo good.

Your say back at your desk, trying to rub the tension from your neck sighing. You thought back to earlier that afternoon, when Tony had told you Loki came by, and the numerous texts he had sent before hand. It was killing you inside not to talk to him. You wanted nothing more then to run after him, wrap your arms around him and never let go but your fear of rejection topped with the humiliation you felt for how you behaved at the party stopped that. Everything in you missed him, he had become so much more then a friend to vent to, he had become your lifeline and without him you felt like you were sinking.

You grabbed your bag deciding to call it a day, you mind too distracted to focus on work anyway. You made it to your room, unlocking the door you stepped inside as your phone went off, quickly rummaging through your bag you felt you foot kick something but you were too focused trying to dig your phone out hoping it was Loki you ignored it, pulling it out seeing it was Thor....

T- hello y/n, I wanted to let you know I will be away for a few days on a mission with Barnes. Take care if yourself and I will see you when I return.

Y/n- ok Thor, be safe.

You text back, throwing your phone back in your bag looking down at what you felt by your foot but didn't see anything. "Hmm....maybe I'm going crazy." You laughed, tossing your things aside you went to the small kitchen, making yourself a cup of cocoa before sitting in your chair by the window. You watched as the rain patted the window before streaming down, the lights from the city beginning to shine as the sun set. You looked down at your cup, smiling as a memory came to mind.

"I think you just haven't found your person yet." You said, handing him a mug of cocoa "My person?" He asked taking a sip. "Yes, I think everyone has a person, you just haven't found yours yet, but you will." You smiled grabbing your mug.

You smiled remembering the look on his face. You were convinced he was your person, but now....you weren't so sure.....

Do you want to know what I see for you?" You asked seeing him nod. "Ok, close yours eyes, I'll set the scene." You smiled seeing him close his eyes.

"I see you, coming home from a mission, opening the door to your home, hearing your wife call out to you, rushing to hug you as you throw your things down, lifting her in your arms while she hugs you." You said, looking over seeing his eyes still closed "and as you set her down, your daughter runs in, picking her up you hold them both close as they tell you how much they love you and missed you. That's what I see for you Loki." You said, seeing his eyes open, a tear rolling down his cheek.

If only he knew how much you wished it was you he came home to, you he held tight, you who was able to give him everything he had ever desired. You set your mug down, wiping your face taking a deep breath "Well, regardless I can't lose him." You said to yourself, standing up you slipped your shoes on and headed to his room. Even If he didn't love you the way you loved him you still needed him, cared for him. He was your best friend and you needed to make amends and try to fix this.

You stood outside his room, staring at the door taking a deep breath as you lifted your hand, slowly knocking hoping Jeff wouldn't answer. After a few minutes you tried again, the room remaining silent. "Maybe he's in Jeff's room." You said to yourself hoping you were wrong "Hey Jarvis, where is Loki?" You asked hoping it would say the library "Mr Laufeyson is not in the tower." It replied "what do you mean he isn't in the tower...what about jeff?" You asked the AI "he is also not in the tower." It replied. "Did they say where they were going?" You asked "Jeff has been stationed at the facility in romania...Mr Laufeyson's location is unknown." It replied.

Your heart sank at its words "what do you mean unknown?" You asked "I was not informed of where he was going." It said "when will he be back?" You asked "I am unsure...I was not informed." It replied. You quickly made your way to your room, pulling your phone from your bag you dialed Loki's number hearing it go straight to voicemail "no no no...loki." you said quickly dialing Thor's number getting the same "Jarvis, can you patch me through to Thor?" You called out "I'm afraid not, they are currently experiencing radio silence." It replied. "Dammit!" You yelled tossing your phone on the table. You sat back in your chair holding your head in your hands, knowing you would have to wait atleast three days for Thor to comeback...maybe more.

You spent the next week hovering around the control room, trying to get any bit of information you could about when Thor was coming back and trying to reach Loki's phone. You felt like you were going crazy, a tower full of superheros and you needed the two that weren't there. You flopped down at your desk, laying your forehead on it sighing when you heard a knock on your door. "Y/n, I was told you needed me." You heard Thor's voice making you jump up "took you long enough!" You yelled getting up hearing him laugh "funny, Loki once told me that too. You see he was locked in one of your midgardian toilets.." he started "no...no stories....where is he?" You said walking around your desk "where is who y/n?" He asked sitting down.

You rubbed your temples looking down "Loki...where is Loki." You said as calmly as possible "oh, he's in New Asgard." Thor said smiling. "What the hell is he doing there?" You snapped "Well, king val took off, I'm still thinking drinking binge and one of us needed to go to fill a council position until her return, Loki volunteered." He said watching you "when will he be back?" You asked crossing your arms "oh with Val there is no telling, months...years..." Thor trailed off "so he has to stay until..." you trailed off walking back around your desk. "He should be back eventually.." Thor said.

You sat back closing your eyes. This was your fault, you made him leave...if you would have stopped being a child and talked to him he would be here...the thoughts swirled in your head when you heard Thor "is there anything else you needed?" He asked standing up. "Umm. No...thanks Thor." You said "if you need anything you know where to find me." He said walking out of your office. "God I'm so stupid." You said to yourself standing up, grabbing your things your called it a day and headed upstairs. Walking into your room you dropped your things before sitting on the floor, leaning your back against the door. "Why do I have to be so stubborn?" You asked yourself, running a hand through your hair seeing a small piece of paper poking out from under the rug. You leaned forward pulling it out seeing the envelope with your name on it in Loki's handwriting.

You quickly got up running to your chair as you ripped open the envelope unfolding the paper....

Dearest y/n,

By the time you receive this I will be gone. I have traveled to New Asgard to assist with matters for the time being. Afterwords I will be taking my leave of Midgard, which will probably be for the best. I wanted to tell you before I leave that your friendship and companionship has meant more to me then you will ever know. I do not form relationships easily, but everything with you came as second nature. Your kindness and understanding have given me strength. Your loyalty is admirable, but as most things in my life I am not worthy of it. I am truly sorry for the pain I have caused you, had I known the truth...well its too late for that now isn't it? I must go now, but I will cherish our friendship for the rest of my days. Never forget your strength y/n, you can accomplish anything you desire and know that you will always be in my heart, my valkyrie.

//This week has been a really bad week for a lot of my friends - family members dying, friendships falling out, really hard medical problems, a lot of stuff. Sometimes people do really stupid or mean stuff when they're in pain like that. I know I did when I lost a dear friend, Maunder, after my sister got attacked by our family dog and I lashed out unfairly at them because my emotions were too high.

//People can't think when they're in that state, they literally don't have their head on straight. When that happens, it takes patience and a lot of love to take a breath and breathe through the hurt their reactions might have caused and be like "This isn't them usually which means something is wrong and they're acting out because of it".

//Instead of reacting to their lashing out or withdrawal with anger or hurt or offense, take a breath and reach out to see if something happened, are they okay, and why did they do what they did?

//I had a friend delete their entire discord and I got scared thinking I did something to upset them. But I was able to reach out via other mediums (bc we were still mutuals on Tumblr) and ask them if they were alright and if I did something that upset them. It turned out, that something really heavy happened and they couldn't handle anything on discord and deleted their account to escape the pressures Discord folks were putting on them. It had nothing to do with me.

//another friend a long while ago, was posting a lot of vitriolic stuff about themselves (like really self-hating and self-loathing stuff) and things going on unrelated to their blog and I went and asked them what was going on. I don't remember what it was that sent them off, but I know it had to do with a bad breakup and all of their bad feelings toward themselves being vented out on other people - all of which stopped after I talked with them, after I got to the source of the problem.

//I actually did it myself once and lost two dear friends over it. One was over something that happened with my dad and I ended up venting online and hurting my first friend with it, and the second happened after my sister got bit by the family dog and I ended up lashing out at a friend of mine because my internalized panic turned into paranoia and panic spiral. I never meant to hurt them, and I've tried to apologize, but sometimes when you act out, you hurt people even when you didn't mean to. I still wanted to be friends with them even though I had a bad moment with each of them.

//See, People act out when they're in pain - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. And when they act out, it can hurt. But them acting out doesn't define their whole character, and the question then becomes, "is my love for this person bigger than the hurt I'm feeling? Why did they hurt me? Did they mean to? Did they know they hurt me? Did they hurt me because I hurt them by accident? Did they hurt me by accident? How can we make this better? How can we make their hurts feel better? How can we make my hurts feel better? how can we heal our friendship? Can we heal our friendship?

//This takes a lot of communication and bravery. because if someone hurts you, you have to be the one to tell them so you can talk it out. If someone hurt you, you have to tell them and then ask them if they meant to and then work out how you two can make amends and make things better between you two.

//Doing the middleman thing doesn't work. It just makes for bad miscommunication and it stops you from doing the brave thing and confronting the pain of your hurt and the person who gave it to you. You have to be brave. And if you did something wrong, you need to apologize for it and ask what can be done to make amends. Because communication is a 2 way street. you can't have one person do it all. You both have to learn to communicate and do so in good faith toward each other.

//On the flip side, if something is going on, tell someone. If you're hurting and you can't get that hurt energy out, try and talk it out with a friend or family member, just someone. Get it out so you can figure out what's going on. If someone hurt you (especially by accident) or has been making things uncomfortable, go talk to them. Just be like "hey, so, can I talk to you about something? because this thing has been really bothering me" and then tell them what's going on. If the person is a true friend then they'll be able to see what's wrong and you'll be able to talk to them about it.

//If you're the one making folks uncomfortable, accept that yeah, this wasn't okay, and actually look for what you can do to make things better. Better yet, ask. This opens a dialogue between you and them and opens up a way to make things better for both of you, not just the injured party.

//The biggest thing is when both sides are hurt, both sides need to acknowledge that the other side is hurt too. Just because the other party is hurt doesn't negate the fact that you are hurt too. Acknowledge it, acknowledge why you're hurt and why they're hurt, and if you need to apologize, then apologize and see if you can work together to make things okay again and avoid hurting each other in the future.

//because communication isn't just about telling someone something. It's about building and maintaining relationships and deciding where to go with each other from here.

//Nobody wants to hurt other people, but sometimes we do it on accident. Talk to each other about it and try to make a better way/situation for both of you.

In either of your fics will Rhaenyra and Alicent become friends again ? 0r mend their friendship

In the Main Timeline, they’ve already started to mend some things after Jace and Aegon got “officially” married. They have that oddly in-sync moment when Aegon misses the feast, and it’s implied that Alicent was with Rhaenyra while Jace was missing. Also, Rhaenyra takes Alicent on Syrax to Dragonstone for Elenar’s birth, and I don’t think either of them would have agreed to do that if they weren’t on OK-ish terms again. I haven’t gone into too many details about them yet because I want to leave myself some wiggle room if I write a fic from their POVs.

In the Lavender-verse, they definitely aren’t at the “make amends” stage yet. But I am deliberating writing a plot point that would push them together again as friends/allies!

Ok, but do Mick and Terri have BF (before Floyd) designs? Like whenever they first met.

Sorry it took me a while to get to this! Wanted to get some what-if younger designs done for Terri and Mick to answer this!

I can't go too into detail with some stuff relating to Terri as it'll come up in a new multiple chapter story involving a younger Floyd and baby Animal, but I'll include a few small facts about the both of them:

Terri: -So according to a post I saw on here the events in Muppets Mayhem ep 6 during Teeth's flashbacks is set in the 60's. Terri's father was a lawyer (debating on him possibly holding some position in the miliraty before he got married) and her mother was a teacher, Terri in the beginning was attending college aspiring to become a music teacher and working part time at a bar. She was a bit of a loner and came off as sort of rude to other people, she was a very goal driven person so tended to place value on her work and future more then making friends.

-During the 60's there was a lot more standards and expectations for genders. While men where welcomed into careers more suited for women, women struggled to achieve job positions of higher pay such as firefighters or police officers. It was mostly thanks to these changing times that Terri became such a driven person, hoping to build herself a strong career despite all the expectations placed upon women of her age

-She met Mick when he and his biker friends where passing through town and they stopped in at the bar she was working at. Mick flirted with her, and Terri calmly shot him down before probably saying how Mick had dirt or something on his shirt. A couple days later he showed back up and Terri ended up having a genuine conversation with him which she might have enjoyed a bit. She'd had a frustrating morning and so talking with Mick helped her vent off some steam

-This is one I can't go into too much detail with, but Terri's parents hate Mick with the heat of a thousand suns

Mick:

-Mick was young, cool and just a bit dumb. He lived a comfortable life in Boston before he turned 18 and he and his biker friends set off on travelling about the world. Through out their journey they eventually get to San Franisco. Mick was getting a taste of the big world for the first time and the thrill of it all inflated his confidence, which is firmly knocked down a peg at Terri's harsh shutdown. He makes amends a few days later, he didn't actually mean to offend her, he just thought she was pretty.

-A day before Mick and his friends prepare to leave they wind up in a small brawl with another biker crew. Mick wasn't the aggressor, but he did say somethings that didn't help the situation. It ends up in a small chase on bikes, which leads to a pile up and crash, which Mick and his friends thankfully leave mostly unscathed. Thanks to the trouble they caused Mick and his pals end up arrested, but after gathering reports from witnesses and it was decided they weren't the ones responsible they're released on probation, thanks to Terri's dad. Again, can't go too in depth, but Terri's dad took pity on the younger boys and helped them out

-Not only is Mick on probation but his bike got wrecked in the crash, so now he has to save up for a new one. Terri's dad places him in community jobs such as trash cleaning and otherwork like that. Mick is not exactly happy at the situation, but with some good behaviour Terri's dad arranges him a job working at the same bar Terri works at. Terri's dad figured it would be a good way to keep an eye on him, since Terri would be able to directly report to him. This is how the two gradually become friends and, overtime, lovers. Terri began to sneak cuts of her pay into Mick's at the end of each month at the bar to help him get his bike back, because she could tell Mick wasn't truly happy being stuck there. Mick finds her out one day when he catches her messing with their monthly payments, it leads to the two accidentally confessing to each other (at this point they've had like a few dates, which neither dare say is a date out of embarrassment, and are dancing around each other). They have a small argument about it then Mick leaves

-Shortly after that Terri finds out she's pregnant and they both end up leaving San Francisco. Mick quits his biker gang, Terri homes out of home and they - especially Terri - never looked back

Hi i finished yttd and now i have to ask what exactly is the ai test idiots au? im very curious,,, from what i can tell its a sara ai? who became sentient? but idk abt the others lol im just oh so interested

ok so get this right.

the ai sims- aka where the percentages are from- were disrupted one day when a glitch happened, messing with everything going on in the facility. This happened when the sara ai won, causing her to achieve self-awareness! (Here’s a comic of what happened from red’s perspective kinda)

Before this event, the sims went pretty normally- one or two people winning and all the others dying. Noticeable patterns showed up though! The sara ai and keiji ai were pretty much nemeses, the sara ai killed the shin ai most times, and the anzu ai had a pretty decent win rate, particularly because of her rivalry with the sara ai. ‘PLEASE stop killing people’ ‘ermm.make me?’ You know.

The glitch that made the sara ai becoming self aware led to some other weird stuff happening though. For example the sim itself would glitch often leading to the ais themselves to get super corrupt for short periods of time. Very strange and unusual. Michiru was supervising all this but scientific curiosity was too much to make everything normal again.

Fun fact though !! The Sara ai ends up becoming a lot more different from the original, eventually becoming his whole own person entirely !! He goes by Red, originally a nickname from Michiru because of his eyes. He/it/bite little creature guy<3 the anzu ai clings to being ‘anzu’ longer though, since for a while getting back home because her family needed her was what kept her going. Eventually though, they accepted being an ai, picking out the name ‘Pierrot’ with Red’s help. The two of them won a lot of simulations together! Pier wins some alone too ofc but unlike red’s weird mother-son like relationship with Michiru, pierrot does not like her at all (here’s how they met)

Eventually the simulation is concluded and red gets put into a doll body (which is drastically customized- fangs and his red eyes. He cuts his hair a little bit too hehe) while Pierrot manages to get into the general system at asunaro. The two don’t see each other for a while because of this unfortunately but eventually they do reunite, pier just living in red’s (stolen) phone sometimes. <3

Red and Pier’s funny lil story goes in a few directions depending on things, they show up in a collaborative au between me and some friends (ai guys<3) and some other stuff, I wanna make a comic abt them eventually (the Pluto project..<3) but their ‘canon’ end is them living with the survivors of the death game!! Because. Red’s ass broke into the dg LOL. He was like ‘heyyyy emiri ^^ you know what would be funny..’ and she was like. ‘Get in there boy’. So red ends up hangin around and messing/hanging out with people!!! Like kai(here) and gin(here) but he and sara REALLY DO NOT GET ALONG!!!!

You see… Red is very jealous of Sara. Why did he have to be created just for her sake? How come she got homecooked meals and a family that loved her and friends and school and he had to live through hell every day?? Ofc sara’s life isn’t that great (her father is literally meister after all..) but red does not know that. Sara finds herself disturbed by red. This weird copy of her keeps running around causing trouble and insulting her to her face.. she thinks he was thrown in to make everyone trust her less or something. They’re so messed up…. After the death game though they hang out a lot. Make amends. I ljike them..

ERM YEAH THATS ALL OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD..!!! Also candy’s here sometimes she’s a cute pink girl who kills<3 (she also is an ai of shin who takes after midori… a lot. Because she was directly under his thumb and had to deal with him she began to associate violence and love until the two concepts totally overlapped in her mind. AND she’s trans!)

this fuckin guy.

ok so calabris started as just a rival for patoto that wanted him dead for some reason, and that was his whole thing. but eventually he turned into that but with more development LOL

i wanted a cool rival for patoto and calabris is what i got. for a while i made jokes about hating him and him being this stinky loser and while i do still make those jokes theyre more in a loving way now LOL

so basically calabris' character went from this awful petty loser guy who wanted "revenge" on patoto for "taking his opportunity to become an elite away" to getting his ass blasted to smithereens to getting resurrected and becoming the elite he always dreamed of being to becoming a rogue with his subordinate-turned-comrade-turned-partner turnis and newfound friend etro. all facets stuff but still

he was a side character, a semi-minor villain who eventually turned ally, and then in facets he became one of the main characters and i actually love him SO much. little homie gay ass

his relationship with turnis is my favorite. they are the ship ever. at first he just recruited turnis to use for his own gain against patoto, and he didnt rly think much of him past that. but then they had to team up to defeat ive and once that was done he wanted to maybe try making amends! but turnis didnt rly want that LOL. so he accepted that and moved on. but then later he found turnis tryna join the elites, and he wanted to try making friends again--which ended up mostly being him saying they were friends and kind of bothering turnis with his presence. then some drama happened and turnis hated him even more but the two got stuck stranded on a planet together and they fell in love after bonding and spending time with each other more. and now theyre like that old married couple who always poke fun at each other and bicker but in a loving way <3

My headcanonny backstory for José 'Zé' Carioca, as a Brazilian that has in fact NOT read the comics so this is just bullshit I came up with based purely in vibes

For me the maternal side of his family is from Bahia, his Grandma migrated to RJ when his mom was young. (Though he never went to Bahia before meeting Donald)

His father is from Rio, from all way back, and is the one with the surname Carioca

He has a older sister, but she's like way older, probably +10 years difference

His granny(mom's side) is actually a ""witch"", or something like that. But just basic nature stuff. (If José knows any magic is debatable since he only shows in the first movie)

His mother died when young, and his dad is not the best

Not like abusive, but he really shouldn't have a child he is just kinda negligent? Like not caring too much to where Zé goes and stuff

His sister moves out of the house young too, like they probably didn't live together for long

He used to go to his granny house on weekends and was actually very attached to her. She dies, obviously

And he kindof grows up in the streets, making friends with Nestor, Pedrão and cia, having meals in their houses etc going back to a probably empty house etc etc (i think I'm making this too angsty, and I don't really like it that way, but c'mon he's poor, life isn't easy)

If his dad taught anything was to get out of work and kinda to scam people, he didn't taught how to be good at it tho.

He does to school tho, and there he learned he loves 2 things Music 🎶 and women Rosinha

I believe she is for real his first crush and starts with him young, so isn't about her money o something (idk if they have an actual first meeting in the comics tho)

They start dating as teens, her dad doesn't approve and they go on to have a not really stable relationship because he's kinda of a jerk and she is jealous

Now considering the movies Saludos Amigos & The Three Caballeros "canon" and that Zé story is set in the 40s. Here is how I think it goes

It's the middle/start of the war and some boats of the U.S Navy shows up in the coast of Rio, that's how he meets Donald!

He shows him the city, probably try to scam some money or whatever, but become actually really close after a night of drinks, and really good friends after some days . But Donald has to leave.

(also when I say scam some money I mean, getting him to pay for thing probably expensive and give it to José or something, maybe that's how they end up drinking)

Later, when Brazil is actually starting to entering the war he flees, somehow, maybe Rosinha pays for him idk (Rocha Vaz would definitely want him gone, but I think the war would be preferable oh well)

Seeing he really doesn't want to see the snake smoke, he ends up in Mexico and meets Panchito!

Their meeting is not as nice though, they compete after a girls love, threaten each other of death and stuff (canon comic) but they part away not really hating each other

After a while he is the US of A working (oh no) as a entertainer (hm ok) when he re-meets Donald and Panchito!! (They both met each other in battle of something, and got along nicely, Donald is dispatch by the navy at this point). Panchito and José make amends and thus the Three Caballeros is born! They absolutely become besties (or something more👀)

That last point is absolutely based on a comic by @polisena-art though. Great art by the way, be-au-ti-ful

Then the *movie* 3 caballeros happens, on Donald's Birthday, they travel to their respective countries. And finally Bahia!

They part ways and become pen pals

A lot after that though (and after others apparitions in animated stuff, if from other eras)

So, Zé's sister is pregnant by some guy, it's twins! Our favorite parrot now is tio. But they aren't actually together a lot, Zico and Zeca live with their mom and probably dad, only seeing Zé occasionally.

But something happens and he becomes their legal guardian. In my mind their mom was sick, so they start spending more time with him as her disease worsened until she die (why did this become angst again?)

He takes a while to find his footing, but all thing including he ends up a good parental figure to them.

He also reconnect (actually just connect I guess) with some distant family. Mostly his primos, who coincidentally also have Ze in the name

Now just some throwaway headcanons

In my vision the name os his sister is Ana, His parentes are Joca and Tereza, and his Grandma is Zelaide and his paternal Grandpa is Josué

Also in Saludos Amigos his greeting card reads "José C. Carioca" and I'ma gonna assume that's with Costa or Do Carmo. Which would be his mom surname I guess. Even if both of them ends up sounding like locations in pair with Carioca

He start smoking kinda young, and continued for a long time (mostly stress smoking) until he got guard on the kids, than he stopped

He absolutely has a soft spot for kids btw

His relationship w/ Rosinha don't go anywhere, a really on and off thing, that doesn't end up working. But they still love each other (platonically (mostly)) and are good friends

He considers Nestor basically an younger brother. And all of his friends as his family

He is very emotional about this bunt refuses to show it

Honestly he gets along great with Gladstone. I just think it's worth mentioning because they're really similar for the stress of Donald

He also does a lot of Drag, and that's canon I just think it's neat

For my lgbtq+ HCs. He's a "Caiu na vila o peixe fuzila" (Pan and Polyam), but depending on the decade and his age he might be closeted. Also GNC

He plays a lot of instruments, including: guitar, tambourine, concertina, umbrella, flute, accordion and trumpet

He's also really good imitating voices and noises (parrot, duh) and whistling

He can cook decently, but hates it. Unfortunately he's a guardian of two and can't go always eat dinner at Pedrão .

But he cooks with pleasure to the caballeros when they come. Or in especial occasions for everyone.

He's a really good artist with watercolor, pencils and at photography, but he doesn't do any of that often

And for the surprise of all he kinda likes studying, especially art, languages and music. No would guess by how he was at school

Not actually for him, bit I want to believe Zé Paulista name is José Paulo, and he's related to José dad's family side, along with Pampeiro and Queijinho

Where Baiano and Jandaia are related to his mother's (yes, this based purely by the location of the states)

And not really a headcanons but I just love the Three Cabs as a throuple it's just so cute

Also between the three of them he has the braincell™ but neither does he use it or have some common sense to pair with it (that one stays with Donald)

Also Don calls him Joe, while Panchito calls him Jose (hispanic accent™)

And Panchito it's the only one who he doesn't actually mind doing it, even if he doesn't correct the others

Also his eyes are a reddish brown (I hate the blue from the comics with a passion) also in a human AU he would be black, thank you very much

Random Darkwing Duck Headcanon

First off, this headcanon is kind of a two-parter, so let me start with part one.

I do not think Drake and Morgana were a healthy couple on the original show.

Even though they love each other and have put their lives on the line for the other countless times, they also constantly argue over their interests and priorities.

While Morgana would get easily offended by Drake being creeped out by her macabre activities, he would usually be doubtful of her skills as a sorceress. I think it would be best for them if, after one too many fights, they decided to break up on good terms. It would be heavy on both of their hearts for a while, but it would be the right decision for them.

Now, onto part two.

There is another character on the show that I believe would be a better match for Drake.

And her name is…Talaya! You probably don’t remember her, do you?

Ok, recap.

In the episode, “Battle of the Brainteasers”, a group of hat-like aliens from the planet Fez invade Earth to conquer the planet.

This species has the power to attach themselves to the head of a host to control their bodies, which they use to possess several of the main characters. Fortunately, their plans are thwarted by Honker Muddlefoot, who has become a hero on planet Fez and a mortal enemy to the diabolical trio.

This was followed by a sequel episode titled “The Revenge of the Return of the Brainteasers, Too”, where Flarg and his henchmen break out of prison to take revenge on Honker. Although, this time, they have a new member: Talaya. She is Flarg’s “Harley Quinn” to his “Joker” and the one who assists in their escape. Once again, they possess the heroes in order to frame Honker for crimes of destruction across the universe. Naturally, the Brainteasers’ plans were foiled, and they get arrested again.

This episode was the first and only appearance of Talaya in any Darkwing Duck media, including the comics. Now, I wish this character would show up again because I believe she and Drake could become good friends.

They both have a lot in common: they’re both egotistical, theatrical, and have a tendency of being unintentionally silly when trying to act intimidating.

For most of the episode, Talaya uses Drake, in his Darkwing Duck costume, as her host, and she adores the way he looks. She even loves his outfit, which she demonstrates by posing and waving his cape around in front of Flarg. Even Flarg thinks Darkwing Duck looks like a knockout! Plus, for someone who has been accused of having terrible fashion sense, this would be a huge boost for Drake’s ego. (Or it could be because some of the aliens on Fez see their hosts, no matter what gender or species they are, as a fashion accessory to show off).

Plus, it would be hilarious to see Talaya explain this memory to Drake about the day they first met!...

Thus, brings me to another point on Talaya’s redemption. She needs to acknowledge that she has done horrible things and hurt people, especially Honker. No one, including Drake, is going to justify her past actions for the sake of the narrative. In fact, Drake never tries to pressure any of his family or friends to immediately warm up to her just because they're friends now. Yet, for this to be a genuine atonement, Talaya’s choice to make amends must not rely solely on her relationship with Drake. Somewhere down the line, she needs to have a moment of self-reflection on the choices she made and what she might’ve done if no one had stopped her in time.

Understandably, Honker will not forgive Talaya so easily, but Talaya will accept that.

Most importantly, Talaya must fall in love with Drake Mallard first, not Darkwing Duck.

When Morgana and Drake first met, she first fell in love with him as his superhero alter ego, which sort of rubs me the wrong way.

For their relationship to have a healthy start, Talaya needs to be friends with Drake’s civilian side before eventually falling in love with him. Then, when she has truly gained his trust, Drake will reveal his secret identity to her.

Whether she and Drake become friends, lovers, or just allies, I would be fine if Talaya came back, redeemed and develops from a one-dimensional villain's mistress to something more.

Not going to lie, I am still not feeling 100% like my usual self, but I am indeed trying to take all precautions to get some mental rest and feel better in general. Thank for enquiring about my well being, you are truly a dear friend. <3

Also, thank you so much for this ask, it made me so happy to find it in my inbox while I was taking a break from work, and it gave me something to think about. <3 it was truly most welcomed.

So, in regards of some facts that I have for Chris and Thalia, allow me to share some trivia I have for them.

-When Thalia is mad at something Chris might have done (i.e. being reckless, disappearing during a mission without telling her if he is even alive etc. Etc.), she would most likely respond to his message like this.

Thalia goes on full corporate on him, and it will take a good dose of kisses and cuddles on Chris' side to make amends for it.

-Because her job can be incredibly demanding and on top of that, she also coordinates between the R&D departments of various BSAA branches, it’s not unusual for Thalia to pull all-nighters and spend the night in front of the computer. Chris knows that she is doing the best that she could and knows how dedicated she is to her job, so when these situations happen unscheduled, he always makes sure to leave her a small care package on her nightstand for her to find when she wakes up. He usually fills it with all the things she loves the most, and Thalia melts each time.

-Thalia cannot cook for the life of her, she has spent her life surviving on take-out when she was a post-doctorate, and now that she is corporate, she always eats at restaurants. Chris, however, loves to cook, so when they move in together, he is the one taking care of that. In the evening, it’s one of their favourite moments together, with Chris hovering over the stoves, preparing something for them, while Thalia just keeps her arms wrapped around him and rests against his back.

-Because of Chris’s lycanthropine condition, he has the tendency to become moody and irritable the closer he gets to the full moon. When this happens, Thalia usually prepares a bubble bath for him and just pampers him a little bit, helping him clean up, giving him a massage, and just overall helping him relieve all the tension he has (and he has a lot of it).

-When Chris and Thalia were still too deep into denial that they had any feelings for each other, Damien (Thalia’s young bro) and Claire would always team up to organize occasions and dates and events that would bring those two to open up to each other. One of that occasions was a karaoke night when Damien and Claire put up “I won’t say I’m in love” and sang it to them while looking straight into their eyes and motioning them to get closer. Thalia was glaring at her brother for all the songs, while Chris tried to maintain a poker face, but the blush on his cheeks betrayed him. But this did somewhat help "stir the waters" for them, and the day after, Chris invited Thalia for a coffee.

-Chris has the tendency to call her “Red” due to the color of her hair and the fact that, the first time they met, she was wearing a scarlet power suit that was definitely both eye-catching and imposing. Thalia at first thought he called her “Red” to mock her, so, in retaliation, she would call him “Christopher”, knowing he didn’t like to be addressed by his full name. In time, this evolved from something that irritated them both to something they are really fond of, especially after the start of their relationship. When Thalia discovered Chris’ lycanthropine condition, she would joke that he was calling her Red because he was the Big Bad Wolf, and this is a sort of a theme for them.
