character bingo for Cebolinha, Lemony Snicket, Catherine of Aragon and Sybil Vane
Ohohoh let's go.
1° O Cebolinha (ele tem sticker personalizado porque é br)
Tumblr media
Eu marquei considerando tanto ele criança quanto ele em TMJ, mas foquei nele criança porque lembro mais/preciso ler mais TMJ.
2° Lemony Snicket
Tumblr media
He made two whole bingos because I'm just so insane about this man. Ngl.
3° Catherine of Aragon
Tumblr media
I felt a little bad she didn't got more when she is gen one of my favorite characthers. I considered adding the I could make them worse, she needs no modificarion, she is perfect also her will is stronger than mine.
Also the text on the topic was supposed to be: does being a mommy with issues counts? (as mommy issues)
4° Sybil Vane
Tumblr media
Two things: one I don't know if my opinions on her are unpopular or not. But for all his love for actresses Wilde did Sybill so dirty.
second "why would you have gender envy for a fem characther?" all actors give me gender envy including the ones that aren't actors just good liars pretending to be other people. And Sybill in specific being a different person everytime she is on the stage (at least on Dorian idealization of her) is living the dream.

I feel like I've messed my health up and there's no going back.
Yes, I took NSAIDs to deal with chronic headaches and migraines, TMJ pain, endometriosis cramps, and back pain, because 1 - a previous doctor who didn't want to give me anything else for the pain told me it was fine, 2 - I stopped being able to go to physical therapy, and 3 - I was balancing trying to graduate while being the caregiver of my terminally ill grandma in her last stages of life and didn't have time to practice other pain relief techniques.
Yes, I eat basically every food on those "Top Worst Foods for Digestive Issues" lists, because I don't have time to make a special meal every time I'm hungry while I'm taking care of my mom. Yeah, eating greasy chips and double stuffed Oreos and chocolate and other things I don't have to cook isn't good for me and I know I have trigger foods and should be following one of those low FODMAP diets and spend time meal-planning or whatever but I feel like I can't get my life in order. I struggle so hard to stay on top of other things, I don't want to obsess over every single thing I eat and have to cook 3 special meals a day for myself every day.
Yes, I overdo it with caffeine. It's a shitty dependency I've had for a long time which led me to having to see a pediatric cardiologist and get prescribed heart meds since before I was even in high school. I've been hospitalized for heart arrhythmias in my 20s and I still take too much caffeine because I'm always tired, sick, can't focus, and the doctor told me I couldn't take stimulant medication for ADHD because of my history of heart issues. Add on top of that the fact I have two parents from the "We don't believe in ADHD, young people just need to focus better" generation. So I fuck myself up with massive amounts of caffeine instead because that totally makes sense. And (surprise surprise) caffeine is another thing you aren't supposed to take when you have IBS (and almost every other health issue I have). But I do it anyway.
Going on sleep meds wasn't ideal. I have stopped other ones before and I'm weaning off my current one. But doctors still blame me for having taken them in the first place, don't see how much effort I put into gradually trying to sleep more naturally again, and just assume the worst from me and say I'm doing reckless shit like drinking alcohol while on sleep meds or driving after taking them (I don't do either of those things, on or off meds, but especially not on them). As soon as doctors find out about my home life and things like my mom being paralyzed and the fact I lost four of my family members in one year, they automatically think I'm abusing the sleep meds and lecture me on stuff like "Doing that isn't going to fix your grief/depression :/" and don't understand how difficult sleeping while dealing with severe OCD phobias and compulsions that get worse at nighttime is.
I stay up late because I can hardly get any work done during the daytime. I can only follow a sleep routine for so long until I run into a night where I have to catch up with my work because my aunt randomly stayed for a week, or my mom had an emergency, or whatever else. Same used to happen when I was a student taking care of my grandma, too. I suck at managing my time and I'm constantly overwhelmed, I feel like at any second I'm going to mess everything up and disappoint everyone.
I know I haven't been great to myself and that I have all sorts of habits that haven't been ideal but it's just been so hard to get help. I was made to leave the local psychiatric center because my problems were considered "too severe" for them to handle. It feels like no one wants to deal with me and that they just see me as a lost cause even though I'm trying. Really, I am trying. It's just so hard and I feel like too much of a mess all the time.

Understanding Oral Surgery: When Do You Need an Oral Surgeon in Lake Worth
Oral Surgery in lake worth is a specialized field of dentistry that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions and injuries affecting the mouth, jaw, and surrounding areas. As a resident of Lake Worth, it's important to understand when you might need the services of an oral surgeon and how they can help you maintain your oral health.
Tumblr media
Common Reasons for Oral Surgery
Oral surgery encompasses a wide range of procedures, each designed to address specific dental issues. Some of the most common reasons why a person may require the expertise of an oral surgeon include:
1. Impacted Wisdom Teeth Removal
Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, are the last set of teeth to emerge in the mouth, typically during the late teens or early twenties. In many cases, these teeth become impacted, meaning they are unable to fully erupt or grow in properly due to a lack of space in the mouth. Impacted wisdom teeth can cause a variety of problems, such as pain, swelling, and even the formation of cysts or infections. Removing impacted wisdom teeth is a common oral surgery procedure.
2. Dental Implant Placement
Dental implants are artificial tooth roots that are surgically placed into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. Oral surgeons are highly skilled in the placement of dental implants, which can restore both the function and appearance of a person's smile. The process typically involves several stages, including the initial implant placement, a healing period, and the attachment of the artificial crown or restoration.
3. Corrective Jaw Surgery (Orthognathic Surgery)
In some cases, people may have misaligned or asymmetrical jaws, which can lead to various functional and aesthetic issues. Corrective jaw surgery, also known as orthognathic surgery, is an oral surgery procedure that can realign the jaws and improve the overall bite and facial appearance.
4. Cleft Lip and Palate Repair
Cleft lip and cleft palate are congenital birth defects that occur when the structures in the face and mouth fail to develop properly during pregnancy. Oral surgeons often work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as plastic surgeons and speech therapists, to repair these types of birth defects and improve a person's ability to speak, eat, and breathe.
5. Oral Cancer Treatment
Oral cancer is a serious condition that can affect various parts of the mouth, including the lips, tongue, cheeks, and throat. Oral surgeons play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer, often performing biopsies, tumor removal, and reconstructive surgeries to restore function and appearance.
6. Facial Trauma Treatment
Accidents, sports injuries, and other forms of facial trauma can result in injuries to the teeth, jaws, and surrounding structures. Oral surgeons are trained to diagnose and treat these types of injuries, often performing procedures such as jaw wiring, facial reconstruction, and dental restoration.
When to See an Oral Surgeon in Lake Worth
As a resident of Lake Worth, it's important to know when to seek the care of an oral surgeon. Here are some common scenarios when you may need to schedule an appointment:
1. Persistent Oral Pain or Discomfort
If you are experiencing persistent pain, swelling, or discomfort in your mouth, jaw, or surrounding areas, it's a good idea to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon. These symptoms could be indicative of an underlying issue, such as impacted wisdom teeth, TMJ disorders, or even oral cancer, and should be evaluated by a professional.
2. Difficulty Chewing or Swallowing
Difficulty chewing or swallowing can be a sign of a more serious problem, such as a misaligned jaw or other structural issues. An oral surgeon can assess the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment options.
3. Facial Injuries or Trauma
If you have sustained a facial injury, such as a broken jaw, knocked-out teeth, or lacerations to the mouth or lips, it's crucial to seek immediate medical attention from an oral surgeon. They can provide the necessary treatment to address the injury and prevent further complications.
4. Planned Dental Implant Placement
If you are considering dental implants to replace missing teeth, you will need to consult with an oral surgeon. They can evaluate the condition of your jawbone, determine the best placement for the implants, and perform the surgical procedure.
5. Planned Corrective Jaw Surgery
If you have been diagnosed with a misaligned or asymmetrical jaw, an oral surgeon can provide a comprehensive evaluation and recommend the appropriate surgical treatment plan to correct the issue.
Finding the Right Oral Surgeon in Lake Worth
When it comes to finding the right oral surgeon in Lake Worth, it's important to do your research and choose a practitioner with the necessary experience and qualifications. Here are some tips to help you find the best oral surgeon for your needs:
Ask for Referrals: Talk to your regular dentist, primary care physician, or other healthcare providers in the area for recommendations on reputable oral surgeons in Lake Worth.
Check Credentials: Ensure that the oral surgeon you are considering is board-certified and has experience in the specific procedures you require.
Review Patient Testimonials: Look for online reviews and patient testimonials to get a sense of the oral surgeon's bedside manner, communication skills, and the overall quality of their care.
Consider Convenience: Choose an oral surgeon whose office is conveniently located and has flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
Discuss Treatment Options: During your initial consultation, be sure to discuss all available treatment options and have a clear understanding of the recommended course of action and the associated costs.
Remember, your oral health is essential, and working with a skilled and experienced oral surgeon can make all the difference in achieving a successful outcome.

Orthodontics In Westmead: Beyond Aesthetics, Embracing The Importance Of Dental Harmony
Introduction:
Orthodontics plays a crucial role in oral health, and in Westmead, this branch of dentistry is more than just about achieving a beautiful smile. Beyond the aesthetic benefits, orthodontics in Westmead emphasises the significance of dental harmony, addressing a spectrum of oral health issues that extend far beyond cosmetic concerns. In this article, we explore the multifaceted importance of orthodontics in Westmead and its impact on overall dental well-being.
Tumblr media
1. Functional Alignment:
Orthodontics in Westmead goes beyond cosmetic improvements by focusing on the functional alignment of teeth and jaws. Misaligned teeth, also known as malocclusion, can lead to various issues such as difficulty in chewing, speech problems, and increased risk of dental decay. Orthodontic treatments aim to correct these misalignments, promoting optimal functionality and preventing potential oral health complications.
2. Bite Correction:
A misaligned bite, whether it’s an overbite, underbite, or crossbite, can cause significant discomfort and adversely affect oral health. Orthodontic interventions in Westmead are designed to correct these bite irregularities, ensuring that the upper and lower teeth come together harmoniously. This not only improves chewing efficiency but also reduces the risk of jaw pain, headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
3. Speech Improvement:
Orthodontic treatments in Westmead contribute to speech improvement by addressing issues related to misaligned teeth and jaws. Speech impediments caused by malocclusion can impact an individual’s self-confidence and communication skills. By aligning the teeth properly, orthodontics plays a role in enhancing speech clarity and promoting effective communication.
4. Preventive Measures for Dental Issues:
Orthodontic care in Westmead is not solely about addressing existing dental problems; it also plays a preventive role. By proactively addressing misalignments and bite issues in their early stages, orthodontists can prevent potential dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and abnormal tooth wear. Early intervention ensures that the foundation for a lifetime of optimal oral health is established.
5. Psychological Well-being:
The psychological impact of a well-aligned and aesthetically pleasing smile is significant. Orthodontics in Westmead acknowledges the link between oral appearance and self-esteem. Straightening misaligned teeth can boost self-confidence, leading to improved social interactions and overall psychological well-being. The emotional benefits of orthodontic treatments extend far beyond the physical alignment of teeth.
6. Long-term Oral Health:
Orthodontic treatments in Westmead contribute to long-term oral health by creating an environment that is easier to clean and maintain. Properly aligned teeth are less prone to plaque accumulation and are easier to brush and floss effectively. This reduces the risk of cavities, gum disease, and other dental issues, promoting a healthier and more resilient oral environment.
7. Enhanced Facial Aesthetics:
While not the primary focus, orthodontics in Westmead can positively impact facial aesthetics. Properly aligned teeth contribute to a balanced and harmonious facial structure. Orthodontic treatments, therefore, play a role in enhancing not only the smile but also the overall facial aesthetics, contributing to a more pleasing and symmetrical appearance.
Orthodontics in Westmead extends beyond the realm of aesthetics, emphasising the importance of dental harmony and its impact on overall oral health. By addressing functional alignment, bite issues, speech impediments, and preventive measures, orthodontic treatments play a pivotal role in promoting long-term oral health and psychological well-being. For those considering orthodontic care in Westmead, the journey is not just about achieving a beautiful smile but about embracing the transformative power of optimal dental health.

Understanding the Causes of Sudden Dental Pain: A Complete Guide
Tumblr media
Dental pain can strike suddenly, causing discomfort and disruption to daily life. Whether it's a sharp, stabbing sensation or a dull ache, sudden dental pain can be alarming and often requires prompt attention. Understanding the potential causes of sudden dental pain is crucial for effective management and timely intervention. In this complete guide, we'll explore the various factors that can lead to sudden dental pain and provide insights into how to address them.
1. Tooth Decay and Cavities
One of the most common culprits behind sudden dental pain is tooth decay. When bacteria in the mouth produce acids that erode the tooth enamel, it can lead to cavities. As these cavities deepen and reach the sensitive inner layers of the tooth, such as the dentin and pulp, they can cause sudden and intense pain. Cavities left untreated can progress to more severe issues like dental abscesses, which can result in excruciating pain and require immediate dental attention.
2. Dental Abscesses
Dental abscesses occur when there is a bacterial infection in the tooth or gums. These infections can develop as a result of untreated cavities, gum disease, or dental trauma. Dental abscesses typically present with severe, throbbing pain, swelling of the gums or face, fever, and a foul taste in the mouth. Left untreated, dental abscesses can lead to serious complications, including the spread of infection to other parts of the body. Immediate dental care is essential to address the infection and alleviate pain.
3. Gum Disease
Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, is a common cause of sudden dental pain. It occurs when plaque and tartar buildup along the gumline leads to inflammation and infection of the gums. In its early stages, gum disease may cause symptoms such as swollen or bleeding gums, but as it progresses, it can result in chronic pain, gum recession, and tooth loss. Proper oral hygiene practices, including regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental cleanings, are essential for preventing and managing gum disease.
4. Dental Trauma
Accidents or injuries that affect the teeth, gums, or jaw can cause sudden dental pain. Fractured or chipped teeth, dislodged fillings or crowns, and injuries to the soft tissues of the mouth can all result in discomfort and sensitivity. In cases of severe trauma, such as a blow to the face or a sports injury, immediate dental attention may be necessary to assess the extent of the damage and prevent further complications.
5. Tooth Sensitivity
Some individuals experience sudden dental pain due to tooth sensitivity, particularly when consuming hot, cold, or acidic foods and beverages. Tooth sensitivity can be caused by various factors, including enamel erosion, receding gums, or exposed tooth roots. Over-the-counter desensitizing toothpaste and mouth rinses can help alleviate sensitivity, but it's essential to consult with a dentist to identify and address the underlying cause.
6. Impacted Wisdom Teeth
Impacted wisdom teeth, those third molars that fail to fully emerge through the gums, often trigger sudden and intense dental pain. For optimal treatment outcomes, consider reaching out to a provider for wisdom tooth pain treatment in Indore. Impaction may induce inflammation, and infection, and exert pressure on neighbouring teeth, leading to swelling and discomfort. Surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth might be necessary in certain cases to relieve pain and avert potential complications.
7. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders
Disorders of the temporomandibular joint, which connects the jawbone to the skull, can cause sudden dental pain, along with jaw stiffness, clicking or popping sounds, and difficulty chewing. TMJ disorders may be caused by factors such as teeth grinding, jaw misalignment, or arthritis. Treatment options for TMJ disorders may include lifestyle modifications, pain management techniques, and dental appliances to realign the jaw.
8. Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)
Bruxism, or teeth grinding, can lead to sudden dental pain and discomfort, particularly upon waking. Chronic teeth grinding can wear down the enamel, cause tooth sensitivity, and contribute to jaw pain and headaches. Stress, anxiety, and misaligned teeth are common contributing factors to bruxism. Dentists may recommend wearing a nightguard to protect the teeth and alleviate symptoms of bruxism.
Prompt intervention is crucial for addressing sudden dental pain, which can stem from factors like tooth decay, abscesses, gum disease, trauma, sensitivity, impacted wisdom teeth, TMJ disorders, and bruxism. Seeking timely treatment from a dental pain specialist in Indore is vital to prevent complications. Maintaining good oral hygiene, attending regular check-ups, and seeking immediate dental care when pain occurs is essential for preserving oral health and overall well-being.

What Are Early Signs of Dental Trouble?
Maintaining good oral hygiene is essential for overall health and well-being. However, many people ignore their dental health until they experience severe pain or discomfort. Recognising the early signs of dental trouble is crucial for preventing major dental issues and ensuring a healthy smile. Here are some common early signs that should not be overlooked:
Tumblr media
1. Toothache and Sensitivity:
Persistent toothaches or sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures could indicate tooth decay or enamel erosion. If you experience sharp pain or discomfort while consuming certain foods or drinks, it's time to consult a dentist.
2. Bleeding Gums:
Bleeding gums, especially while brushing or flossing, could indicate gum disease (gingivitis). If left untreated, gingivitis can progress to more severe forms of gum disease (periodontitis) and lead to tooth loss. Healthy gums should not bleed during regular oral care routines.
3. Bad Breath (Halitosis):
Chronic bad breath, even after brushing and using mouthwash, may indicate the presence of bacteria in your mouth. These bacteria can cause tooth decay and gum disease, leading to unpleasant breath. Regular dental check-ups can help identify the underlying cause of persistent bad breath.
4. Swollen or Red Gums:
Swollen, red, or inflamed gums are signs of gingivitis, the early stage of gum disease. Healthy gums are pale pink and firm. If your gums appear red and swollen, it's essential to seek dental advice promptly to prevent the condition from worsening.
5. Changes in Tooth Appearance:
Changes in the colour, shape, or size of your teeth could indicate various dental problems, such as cavities, infections, or enamel erosion. A dentist should examine any noticeable changes to prevent further damage.
6. Loose or Shifting Teeth:
Adult teeth should be firmly in place. If you notice any looseness or shifting, it could be a sign of advanced gum disease or other dental issues. Prompt dental intervention is necessary to prevent tooth loss and other complications.
7. Jaw Pain or Discomfort:
Persistent pain in the jaw, especially while chewing, could indicate temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder or teeth grinding (bruxism). Both conditions can lead to significant dental problems if not addressed in their early stages.
8. Dry Mouth:
Medications, certain medical conditions, or inadequate saliva production can cause chronic dry mouth. Saliva is essential for rinsing away food particles and neutralising acids in the mouth. A consistently dry mouth can increase the risk of tooth decay and gum disease.
9. Mouth Sores or Ulcers:
While occasional mouth sores are common and usually harmless, persistent or painful ulcers could indicate an underlying dental problem or other health issues. Regular dental check-ups can help diagnose the cause and provide appropriate treatment.
10. Difficulty in Eating:
Suppose you experience pain or discomfort while chewing or swallowing. This may indicate dental issues like cavities, cracked teeth, or gum disease. Ignoring these signs can lead to more extensive dental work in the future.
In summary, paying attention to these early signs of dental trouble and seeking timely dental care is crucial for maintaining good oral health. Regular dental check-ups and practising good oral hygiene habits at home are the foundation for a healthy and beautiful smile. Remember, prevention is always better than cure for dental problems. Cluster Headaches: What are they and how do I cope with them?
Cluster headaches are called such because they occur in cycles. This means I can go weeks, or months even without pain, but then experience near constant agony when I'm in a cycle. They're believed to be caused by a problem with the hypothalamus, which is responsible for things like your "body clock" or circadian rhythm, hence the cyclical nature of these headaches.
My clusters usually occur in late spring, through summer, and end with the arrival of frost. A beautiful summer day for you is a terrible day for my brain. The higher the humidity, the worse I usually feel, but active storms usually bring relief.
I know a cycle is going to begin because I become incredibly agitated. Emotionally, I may cry the entire time I'm awake, and may wake myself up crying. Physically, I may pace, and thrash, and shudder my muscles to try and relieve the pain I know is coming. (The closer I get to experiencing the actual pain of a cluster headache, I usually become so irritable, I start cursing and throwing things in response to problems I wouldn't bat an eye at outside of a cycle.)
When the pain arrives, it comes with one side of my body (most often the right, but it switches back and forth) becoming red and overheated. My nose clogs up on that side, and my eye weeps. Usually, one side of my mouth produces more saliva than the other, and I may have to urinate more often (I don't always notice this problem). Usually, my lymph nodes react on whichever side of my body is affected, and my joints become very sore and tender.
The pain itself is like a screwdriver, or an iron poker is being driven through my eye/eye socket. This pain is not possible to relieve with NSAIDs or ice packs or heating pads. Although I have found ice is distracting. Distracting from pain is not relieving it.
In the pre-pain irritation stage sound, light, and smell bother me much in the way they might bother someone who experiences migraines. Cluster headaches are not migraines, though. Post irritation full pain stage, sound, light, and smell don't affect the severity of the headache. I WILL be in pain regardless of what external stimuli are around me. I cannot go lay down in a dark room. That makes it WORSE. I need to move. I need to be busy. I need to claw my face off. I will pace. I will deep clean my apartment. I will cook a thousand cookies. I just need some form of physical distraction from OW. Sometimes tapping my knuckles against my skull is enough for a little while (TAPPING, not hitting).
Cluster headaches are sometimes referred to as suicide headaches, because they make you want to take your head off and punt it across the street. They are also called alarm-clock headaches, because the pain is sudden, and wakes you up at night. I have not experienced this. But that may be because people report these headaches waking them between 1 and 3 am and I am usually already awake then.
Cluster cycles, because they are linked to your body clock, do not have triggers. However, alcohol can fuck up your body clock and make you enter a cycle. I do not consume alcohol at all because of this risk. Messing up my sleep schedule does cause me to have cycles more frequently.
The number one affective treatment for an "attack" is to inhale pure oxygen for 15 minutes. Why does this work? Fuck if I know. I don't do this. I'm not lugging portable oxygen with me at work and getting caught on all the machines and mechanisms. You can take anti-seizure meds to try and prevent cycles from happening. Why does this work? Fuck if scientists know! They are injected or inhaled through the nose, and don't work very well anecdotally. You can try nerve blockers for your TMJ nerve (because that mother fucker is somehow involved??!) or try deep brain stimulation. FKSFHFKHSF
So, I do not treat my cluster headaches. I live in agony and wait for autumn and winter to come back and debate moving to the arctic. When I was first diagnosed with cluster headaches, I was on experimental natural medicine. It was based on the ergot fungus, which is now showing even more promise at being affective treatment for cluster headaches.
I'm hoping once I have a new doctor, more will be able to be done to help me. I'm exhausted. But one of my bosses actually did research cluster headaches after I had to leave work and educated himself about them, so that's a win in my book.

The NSW premier is a Covid denier
This is a long rant. There will be mentions of chronic pain, health problems, terrible doctors and politics. I apologise for any spelling or grammar mistakes; my brain isn't working anymore.
I live in NSW; the premier is new and took over after the old one resigned due to corruption; he was not voted in. He does not believe in lockdowns and mask or vaccine mandates. We went from having Covid under control to 3,000 cases in a day, and it's jumping by the thousands.
He has often stated that he will only put us back into lockdown when the hospitals can't cope. This shows how he feels about our health care workers; I have a family member who works in emergency medicine, I want them to be able to go back to enjoying helping people rather than feeling like they're drowning. After the last 2 years, if I saw someone abusing a doctor or nurse, I don't think I would be able to stop myself from becoming violent; I'm at the stage now where I believe that people who are horrible (without a medical reason) to ER staff should not get treatment.
I have a chronic illness and get treatment every 3 months; this treatment allows me to function. Without it, I have a lot of pain and struggle to eat and sleep. I'm fully vaccinated but was feeling unwell, so I got a Covid test, and because the numbers are so high, lots of people are getting tested, it's taking days to get results back. I will not be going for my necessary treatment tomorrow because I have no idea of my Covid status. I can't risk it because if I have Covid, I will make other people sick.
If I have Covid, I have given it to others as the testing place required me to go into the main building; it's supposed to be self-contained, and you just walk in, get tested and leave, but for some reason, I had to talk to a doctor. I wore two masks and stayed as far away as possible, but I can't believe the surgery has that system.
Part of my condition is TMJ dysfunction; in the last 2 weeks before I treatment, I have trouble chewing for more than a few minutes at a time, my jaw constantly aches, and if I have any pressure on the sides of a jaw, I immediately get a migraine. Because my problems have multiple causes, one pain can cause another, so when the treatment wears off I also get lots of body pain which stops me from exercising, which in turn worsens the problem. Most of my body pain is localised to my rib cage and back; if it's really bad, I can't take a proper breath because of the tightness in my muscles.
I can deal with the pain, but the growing anger is getting to me, I want to be able to function not go out to the club and drink myself into a stupor. I did the right thing by getting tested, but I can't help but be so angry that doing the right thing is going to cause me 3 more weeks of serious pain. I can't afford to lose any weight or eat less than I already do, I try really hard to keep at a healthy weight but it's hard when I'm in so much pain I can't even touch white rice.
There are plenty of people out there who try their best to support chronic pain suffers, we can be very hard to be around and I know it can be a huge downer when someone can't do normal things. I wish chronic pain suffers could make people live in their shoes for a week, maybe if people knew what it was like they would be more understanding.
