Steve is unknowingly popular in teacher spaces online despite not having social media because his students keep posting videos of him on Tiktok.

Every now and again, a video will break containment and reach a wider audience - like the time one of his students used ‘girl math’ to justify their wrong answer and Steve responded with an exhausted ‘math is non-binary’ - but it’s always a flash-in-the-pan kinda thing. The lasting power isn’t there.

Or well, it wasn’t before famed rockstar Eddie Munson started randomly quoting some of the dorky shit ‘Teacher Steve’ says in those videos.

Someone puts together a compilation of Eddie quoting videos that have less than one hundred views. Now Eddie has to admit that he’s kinda obsessed with the guy and suddenly Steve is famous everywhere online (still doesn’t know about it though).

Things may have died down but then one of his students post a video of them asking Steve if he knows Eddie, and Steve is just like, “Munson? Eddie Munson from high school?”

They’re married btw.

i think we kind of underutilize how terrifying stalking is in whump. like usually when a character is stalked in a story its moreso just a detail in the background leading up to the main story where they’re abducted. but stalking in itself, especially when the whumper is good enough to not be caught, but still wants to be noticed to some capacity (leaving notes, stealing, etc) is absolutely terrifying and i think should be expanded upon more. just the complete invasion of privacy, the never-ending paranoia, all of it.

Battat scripts a lot of the dramatic things he says because he thinks of every possibility and has to prepare his monologue for that specific situation

I like to think he "rehearses" Very Often and Loudly. Jongler has heard him repeat himself so much that he can predict what Battat will say next.

Otherwise I think Battat speaks awkwardly and kinda stuttery. He doesn't like speaking like that so he tends to talk expressively... Oh my god he is so ACTOR-Y Now I know why I saw someone compare Battat to Zim LMAOOO

I have, actually! Though unfortunately they've rejected my application since there wasn't enough traction to warrant a plushie 💦 I can't remember but I think it was after Day 2 or Day 3 last year?

That's when I decided I'll make the merch myself, since people keep asking, plus it'd be great financial support for me to continue making my games.

I'm determined to make them as quality as possible hence my process involving original designs and prototypes, so hang tight!

Happy (early) new year everyone! I have been tagged in so many variations of love trains the past couple of days and just wanted to take this opportunity to have a quick chat about my first year here on simblr (˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵) For the longest time i didn't want to consider joining this side of tumblr, not until a good friend recommended me to do so.
