i need to dreg up my old trollsona. hes not the same sign as me anymore (i am arpio, prospit+light rust) cuz i rly wanted him to be a jade blood but his name is lunett erebus and hes a mage of light :) his sign is virpia (derse+light jade)

I also notice that based on his birth date, Alhaitham is an Aquarius... so if we use that as basis for blood color, depending on moon alignment, and if he actually is Mind, his EZ true sign could be either Aquaza - Sign of the Politic (Derse), or Aquara - Sign of the Contrarian (Prospit). (The titles of the EZ signs are always interesting to me...) (And if some theories are to be believed... being a Violet blood might also mean there's a slight Hope and Prince influence mixed into things...)

Homestuck Teen Beach Movie AU

I got thinking on Teen Beach Movie, and realized it's a movie that should be turned into a situational AU for many, many series (The whole scenario, I should mention. Not just the movie in a movie that's a parody of an interpretation of Romeo and Juliet). So... Homestuck..? :) (Sorta Humanstuck as well? The movie stars trolls, even if the canon character is a human, and vice versa for the "real world")

Long Explanation under cut

Jake English and Nepeta Leijon-Vantas both adore exploring around the beach, occasionally with her older brother, Karkat. However, Jake's getting old enough he needs to start getting ready for university, and has been given acceptance to a really good school in another country as a top choice, much to Nepeta's dismay.

But, for one last adventure, they end up getting caught in a freak storm with a massive wave dragging them both under alongside Karkat, who came to help quell any fighting. They end up in Jake's silly movie, (which I haven't a name for, so we're gonna use the name in the original movie) Wet Side Story, with Jake being a fan of both groups (which are based off the dream moon split from both pre-scratch universes(Earth A and Beforus), including the beta kids(Johsan Fyblow(John) is Canus, Ruzena Gliade(Rose) is Virpia, Bedwyr Minsel(Dave) is Gemries, and Diopsi Lapine(Jade) is Pigo)), while Nepeta just wants to go home and Karkat busy critiquing the story of the movie. As in the original film, the longer they're there, the film begins to... assimilate? them into the world, slowly turning them into trolls(all having their signs from Homestuck proper, with Karkat and Nepeta's "birthdays" moved forward a month so they're actually a Cancer(6/12 -> 7/12) and a Leo(7/4 -> 8/4)).

To add to the problems of "going home", Jake and Nepeta accidentally ruin the big scene at the end of Act 1, where the bookish Aranea finally gains the confidence to sing, only to almost fall of the stage, being caught by Cronus, except Nepeta ends up dancing with the violetblood, leaving Jake to catch Ms. Serket. Thus, leading to things falling apart in Film Land.

Thus, (since I'm cutting out the original film's villains; I have a different idea for "villains" in this AU) the story becomes a comedy as Jake and Nepeta need to get Cronus and Aranea back together before the reel runs out, stranding them and Karakt as trolls forever.

The first duo of our second set, here we see moirails VERAYZ AFFALT and AHNREE DAISCA, the political power couple.

AHNREE is influential and powerful in the polls, what little trolls have of them. He's a low-tier civil servant who yearns for something more, and if he gets his advertising right, he's going to get it. He's rich, affluent, and born under the sign AQUAGA, of the campaigner. Maybe it's no wonder he found his life through politics. Even though it's all going to end bloody eventually, Ahnree is basing his life's work around literal land acquisition, and hosting a loyal voterbase on that very land.

VERAYZ is is right-hand-arm-woman, a bitter VIRPIA (sign of the perfectionist) with just as much hunger for the spotlight as AHNREE. She goes about obtaining it in different ways, though-- she seeks to be the belle of every ball her moirail happens to host, and rub elbows with only the best and the brightest stars. Is she stealing the limelight? She'll never tell. Eventually, Ahnree will cast her aside for a newer, shinier piece of arm candy, but while she's here, Verayz never has to face being sent back to the brooding caverns to die in obscurity.

He has trouble with eating most Alternian food because of his sensitive stomach, and upon turning into a rainbow drinker, he learned that he can only stomach blood and culled grubs. He keeps this fact from Bronya.

His job in the brooding caverns is to plan and set up the Trials to take out the weakest grubs out of the bunch for culling. While Bronya occasionally tries to sabotage some of his more extreme challenges, he's incredibly meticulous that Bronya can't save all of them lest he becomes suspicious.
