#the bear #the bear fx #sydney adamu #carmen berzatto #richie jerimovich #jk kind of #well on days I don't see or think about Sydney haters #under every damn comment section in this fandom is someone saying Sydney didn't take accountability #like I know we all have our biases but yall are really shameless about it #Sydney scored A LOT of Ws for The Beef AND The Bear #but one time she makes a mistake and justifiably walks away from a toxic work environment she's the devil #Richie worked at The Beef for years and Sydney did more for it in what less than four months than he did #on top of being a prick to Sydney in particular because she was changing things he wanted to keep the same #to the detriment of the restaurant but also everyone #and overall being unpleasant to Carmy #Nat and anyone that didn't find him funny or interesting or like his bs #pre-Forks Richie reminds me of those types of people that only listen to people that like them #and I love that because it's realistic to some ppl #I do like Richie #it just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth knowing there are people that hate Sydney #ignore her accomplishments only to raise up Richie #in the same breath when the actual show is showing you what's up #like you'd think there were different versions of the show with how these two are perceived #I get this weird need to defend Sydney when people shit on her because I wonder how often said people treat the Sydneys of the world #but that aside #In Fishes Richie mentions something about wasting potential at the beef #In Ceres it's implied he called the popo on the dealers after Sydney deescalated a situation Richie previously dealt with #in an unorthodox manner #he recognised he needed to change but still was an arsehole to the one person who was facilitating that change effectively Sydney #this show is great but people denying what they're seeing on their own screens is crazy

#i am kind of confused #while they were training it looked like they had a special connection between eachother but after it they are just awkward around eachother #its like Phaya is keeping special attention to Tharn but only in training outside of training its Tharn who pays attention to Phaya #i dont know what to make of this i might me wrong as well #sargent didnt remove Phaya's hand from Tharn's shoulders because that was Phaya keeping Tharn warm and that was teamwork he talked about #but also a cute bl moment for us #Phaya motivating Tharn by hitting him with his cap #they always have eyes on eachother #that Jack and Rose scene was so impactful to me #the chemistry was incredible #the tension could have been cut with the knife #the eye contact shared here was so meaningful #the camerawork was amazing as well and those waves... just perfect the mood was set perfectly great cinema #i also love Tharn's relived and despeate expression he had on #he might be a rookie but he is on great path already #the sign #the sign the series #phaya x tharn #tharn x phaya #billy patchanon #billybabe #babe tanatat

#just reflecting on my old stuff and giggling #mind you those old gifs were all made with HD movie files and it didn’t matter!#had t screencap every 2-3 frames to fit more into a shorter gif and keep it under 500kb #which is NOTHING #and doing that trick where you paused part of the gif to lessen the movement so the size would be smaller #i still do that sometimes 👀#i remember when tumblr changed it to 1mb and i thought that made me invincible 😂😂😂😂#we were all like OMG SUCH A BIG UPGRADE 🤡#I CANNOT IMAGINE STILL LIVING LIKE THAT #also just bad coloring skills bc i downloaded mostly psds instead of learning how to color from scratch #but that’s what most of us did tbh

i finally finished alternate outfit designs for my ocs :) well these five at least lol

ill put the individual frames under the cut!

#finn's ocs #i think tumblr sort of made the drawings a bit blurrier so its harder to see some details like saiphs scars or miras stretch marks... sad!#hopefully clicking on it solves that?#anyway i ended up doing the pjs after all bc i figured messy hair would be fun to do #and if i was going to put saiph in underpants anyway it would be funny to do like. the cartoon heart boxers but w fire lol #the formal looks were fun to do though. you can tell al's is like totally inspired by utena's look in aou #there are for sure through lines i wanted to keep w all their outfits like in general #aside from just keeping the same colors and general style #like mira always has like a cold shoulder look and tends to have somekind of asymmetry towards the bottom #except for her formal look for the latter #saiph always wears those wrist things no mater what. also he always has somekinda flame pattern #polaris either has snowflakes stars or compasses ofc. and if she has somekinda skirt the red will be Under it #bella has the same skull design on her bows. except for the pj look where now the skull itself is wearing a bow #and al has the stars on the strings and mismatched shoes #the most similar outfits are the summer/spring and winter/fall ones #those are pretty much default outfits so thats why #and their hairstyles in the winter/fall looks are like just slightly longer versions of their summer/spring styles #they dont really change hairstyles for the beach and pjs aside from the long haired characters pulling them up different #or putting them down for the pjs look. in bellas case #their formal look probably has the most difference in hairstyle. like theyre not just grown out or pulled back #theyre like actually styled different #these arent their final looks btw there are like completely different timeskip designs too but like #id have to use different bases for those probably. there would be changes LOL #but yeah :)#finn's art #forgor that one
