Let’s dig into these groups and see who’s poisoning our air, our food, and us. Is it Big Pharma? Is it the CIA? Is it the Department of Homeland Security or Defense? Dig into the paperwork and out these traitors.
My money’s on a joint effort between Big Pharma and the CIA.

Teddy Wilson at Radical Reports:
Last year, Republican lawmakers in several states introduced bills that would ban weather modification activities, and the language of the bill echoes language used by conspiracy theorists to describe so-called “chemtrails.” Radical Reports previously reported that GOP state lawmakers had introduced a dozen bills to ban “chemtrails,” in states including Arizona, Connecticut. Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas. Mississippi GOP state Sen. Angela Burks Hill’s bill specifically states that the legislation is intended to “prohibit chemtrails,” and Kentucky state Sen. Steve Rawlings’ bill was introduced after a supporter asked him to “reinstate the chemtrails bill,” and Rawling replied that “it’s on the agenda!” Radical Reports has identified an additional eight bills introduced in by GOP state lawmakers in Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. GOP state lawmakers have now introduced at least 22 bills in 13 states that would ban “chemtrails.”
[...] Recently, adherents of the “chemtrails” conspiracy theory have made claims that the purpose of the contrails is connected to a global conspiracy to use geoengineering technology to change the climate. While there are various types of geoengineering technologies that are being develop for climate change mitigation, none of the claims made by the supporters of the “chemtrails” conspiracy theory are based in reality. Geoengineering, which is a legitimate area of scientific research and study into various types of technologies that could be used to mitigate the effects of climate change, is used by conspiracy theorist as a euphemism for what they claim is the purposeful creation of “chemtrails.” The language in these bills often appears similar to model legislation created and promoted by fringe conspiracy theorists, and connected to group which operates a website that claims to advocate for "shutting down pollution-generating atmospheric modification schemes": Zero Geoengineering— which highlighted and promoted the bills introduce in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
The GOP’s normalization of conspiracy theories has led to the spate of anti-chemtrails laws being filed.

Contrails vs. Chemtrails: What’s REALLY in Our Skies? ✈️
Ever looked up and wondered if those white trails are natural or something more sinister? Scientists say contrails are just ice crystals, but there are real patents for weather control and geoengineering. 🌎
The government admits to cloud seeding, so could chemtrails actually be real? 🤔 Watch and decide!
💬 What do YOU think? Are chemtrails a conspiracy or a hidden reality?

💥There was a CAT 5 hurricane with no rain that came out of nowhere. No warning, and while people were sleeping. 💦💨
20-mile-wide TORNADO wiped out the city.
People lost their homes, jobs, family members, bodies are reported around the streets, there’s no water no food, electricity may not be restored until January.
Media black out. Where is HELP?!!!!

Oliver Willis at Daily Kos:
In April, Tennessee Republicans passed a state law to ban chemtrails, the mythical substance long touted by conspiracy theorists as chemicals released into the atmosphere to either control the weather or exert mind control over the population. More recently, Florida state Sen. Ileana Garcia recently introduced similar legislation that would ban “weather modification activities” in the airspace over that state. What is going on? Since the 1990s, conservative cranks have concocted conspiracies that the condensation trails left by airplanes are actually chemical sprays used for nefarious purposes. The scientific explanation is that water vapor near the exhaust of jet planes condenses and freezes, creating a temporary cloud.
While global governments have conducted mock tests to study the development of chemical weapons, the notion that there are weapons now existing to change the weather and mold minds is the stuff of scientific fiction. But particularly when the right has been out of power, these conspiracies tend to take hold as an explanation both for why Republicans may have lost public support (mind control!) or just as a way to accuse Democrats of the dastardliest actions possible. In October, Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene accused an abstract “they”—presumably Democrats and/or the White House—of using a weather manipulation device when hurricanes hit the southern U.S.  “Yes they can control the weather. It’s ridiculous for anyone to lie and say it can’t be done,” she wrote. President Joe Biden called Greene out in remarks from the White House, stating, “It’s beyond ridiculous. It’s so stupid. It’s got to stop.” Weather-weapon conspiracies tend to disappear when Republicans are in the White House, and conservatives never question why figures like Trump or former President George W. Bush have never used these amazing powers against their political enemies or the country’s global adversaries.
[...] Conservatism is oriented around spreading distrust of government and scientific reality. Making up falsehoods about mind/weather control dust being seeded in clouds or sprayed on the public via planes fits right in with their paranoid style.
The Republican Party’s increasing friendliness to crank conspiracies has led to nonsense about “weather modification” and “chemtrails” to be mainstreamed.
