Over the last few months, the Pandemic virtually stopped our daily lives, gravely affecting the nation with drastic impact on our economy rendering countless individuals jobless. Strict protocols were put in place otherwise would risk being a victim of this dreadful and smart virus.  India saw chaos everywhere among starving public coupled with a shattered economy.

We too got impacted and were at the verge of being broke nevertheless as they say successful people find opportunities among challenges. Mr. Shyam Prakash Pal, founder WAFI, created blueprint of the company during lockdown and to his credit laid the foundation of the company during the first lockdown India saw in the 21st century.

Mr. Shyam Prakash Pal opens-up about his journey of being an entrepreneur and the transition from being an evangelist to founder.

INTRODUCTION TO WAFI:

Question: Tell us something about your company and how it all started?

Answer: Our journey of WAFI started over a cup of coffee while I was having a telephonic conversation with my friends. Commonality during the conversation were about ways to metamorphosize the lockdown to an opportunity. An opportunity focused on benefiting those who were at the high risk of losing their job vis-à-vis providing a chance to different entrepreneurs to stay afloat.

We started WAFI with a team of 5 members, currently sitting at 15+, aiming to cross 50 by January 2022.  We endeavour to streamline Business Processes with our cutting-edge innovative products and services. To suit our product requirements and patent our technology, we created SEMANTICIQ SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLP, formalities are underway. The new company should be up and running by 1st Quarter of 2022 serving as a backbone for our customized services catering to industry needs and demands. The new entity focus area included but not limited to AI, Mobile App Development, Web Applications, NOC Support, Software Development, and a host of other services.

Debating on having my 3rd cup of coffee of the day already. Been doing reading for my application server administration class. 3 chapters to read, 1-2 page summary for each chapter, and then a discussion to post a response to by Friday. And then repeat for another class cause I have the same professor for both.

Next three days I have mental wellness days from classes so I'm supposed to rest and well I have a little too much to do to rest for all three days.
